L'emplacement pratique à 20mn de l'aéroport taxi réservé par l'hôtel très bien et pas cher. Restaurant sur le port. Le lit confortable. Personnel très bien il nous ont préparé une box breakfast pour le depart.

La propreté de la chambre des moutons derriere les table de nuits. Pour une chaîne portant ce nom c'est pas terrible.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat generell einen hohen Standard. Mein Zimmer hatte eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick aufs Meer, der Ausblick war gigantisch. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Mooi uitzicht over de zee. Had rook-kamer, stonk niet en had ik vaker moeten doen. Om de hoek bij supermarkt met heel veel keuze en zelfs bier en sterke drank. Voor de deur een hippe koffietentjes-boulevard. Mall dichtbij, goed (en beetje duur) visrestaurant dichtbij. Gewoon normaal goed ontbijt. Zwembad met perfect zicht op zonsondergang. Vriendelijk personeel.

Posizione:direttamente sul mare sulls passeggiata lungomare che alla sera si anima con dei bar di strada (sono tutti furgoni del volswagen) per aperitivi e caffè, con anche cibo. Camera spaziosa, staff gentile. Colazione a buffet molto ricca

La pulizia scarsa, nel bagno inesistente. È un hotel che non ha dispenser per saponi, shampoo e bagnoschiuma ma ancora alla vecchia maniera dei barattolini: trovati nel bagno già a metà e una volta finiti non li hanno rimessi. Mattonelle del bagno sporche, il terzo giorno mi sono accorta buttando l'occhio in un angolo che nella zona wc erano sporche di cacca. Asciugami che già dal primo giorno non lo profumavano di bucato, ma di umidità e di vecchio. Avendo due camere, anche nella seconda la pulizia è stata molto scarsa. Sinceramente da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto molto di più, e sono una persona che ha soggiornato anche presso homestay in Asia e mai mi sono lamentata

Mooie slaapkamers en elke dag werden onze kamers schoon gemaakt en voorzien van schone beddengoed en handdoeken. De service is uitstekend en vriendelijk personeel die graag tot je dienst staat. Algemene indruk schoon en hygiënisch.

Het is een mooi hotel, echter schort het er hier en daar wel het een en ander aan onderhoud. We hadden er geen last van maar als het onderhoud steeds achterwege blijft, zal men het wellicht aan de reviews merken. Toeristen zullen uiteindelijk hun verblijf beoordelen op basis van hygiëne en netheid. Hierdoor zullen de overige zaken die wat minder gewaardeerd zouden worden, vaak door de vingers gezien worden.

personal hat sein bestes gegeben und war sehr freundlich. ausblick aus dem fenster.

bettwäsche und handtücher schmutzig. bad kalkig und schlecht gereinigt, duschhebel ist abgefallen. im ganzen zimmer roch es muffig. vor ein fenster, das auf die klimaanlage ging, wurde ein selbst gemaltes bild gehängt, das fenster schloss aber nicht richtig, dadurch kam lärm durch. generell waren die fenster unglaublich dünn, dadurch war es extrem laut von der strasse (verkehr - mopeds, gesinge, musik von den food trucks). und das im 10. stock. wir wollten per room service was bestellen, nichts was wir wollten war verfügbar. kein cola, kein mineralwasser. essen hat ewig gedauert, war dann kalt. klimaanlage unglaublich laut, ohne unglaublich heiß im zimmer. frühstück war ok, die eierstation möchte ich hervorheben. wir waren recht früh, da war alles noch da. poolbereich lieblos und schlecht gereinigt, das gesamte stockwerk ungepflegt. strandpromenade verkommen. in asien habe ich um weniger geld deutlich schöner übernachtet. wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine nacht hatten und ich kann nur sagen: einmal und nie wieder (in manado ist es aber generell schwierig).

Exceptional service. The staff were very kind and helpfull. Food was great as well. Located on the beach and near many good shops and two malls which we visited.

Need some small cosmetic renovations but nothing major

The seaside view was spectacular and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was below average. Also the location isn't central to alot of good restaurants.

The staff was amazing. Everyone everywhere I went said hello and even knew my name. Made me feel very welcome. Also they couldn't have been more helpful.

Food in the restaurant could have been better but the staff/servers were so good that I came back more than once for dinner even if the food could've used some work. They had a cream of asparagus soup the first night I was there that was out of this world good! But they never had it again. :(

Der Pool war nicht benutzbar, da absolut dreckig! Auch die Pool Umgebung war in einem schlechten Zustand. Genauso wie der Boden im Zimmer. Wir mussten auch direkt das housekeeping holen, um unser Bett neu zu beziehen, da überall Haare waren.

Bathroom a bit small and cramped for a room that size, and there wasn’t really anywhere to walk to from this hotel. Breakfast had a seemingly huge variety but most of it didn’t look good or appropriate for breakfast, so we were limited for options.

Ontbijt was redelijk, fruit had beter gekund (rijper) en vaker aangevuld. Hopelijk is dit een volgend keer wat verbeterd.

Kolintang muziek is mooi en typisch Manado. Maar elke ochtend hetzelfde nummer gaat wat vervelen. Afwisseling met andere nummers is denk ik voor zowel gasten als personeel wat gezelliger.

The pool area is a bit neglected

The room I booked initinally wasn't to my liking. I decided to upgrade my room and with the help of the hotel this was made possible. The front desk service was exceptionally good. The sea view room was amazing. Any issues where immediatly picked up and either fixed, temporarily fixed or not fixed. The bed was big enough for 6.3ft but the shower wasn't.

The smoking room had wear and tear. It also had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The door lock didn't work properly and the shower head holder was loose and as a result when turning on the shower, the it would spray into the bathroom.

The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food choices. The amenities provided were excellent, and the ocean views from the room were truly stunning. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff met and exceeded my expectations.

La struttura è estremamente sporca: al nostro arrivo la camera era indecente, peli e capelli sul pavimento e nel lavandino, scarichi maleodoranti, polvere ovunque e formiche sul pavimento (all'ottavo piano). Dopo aver chiesto una pulizia accurata, per un paio di giorni la situazione è migliorata, ma poi è tornata come prima. Bagno scomodo. Corridoi e aree comuni nelle stesse condizioni con piatti di pasti consumati che rimanevano fuori dalla porta per ore e ore. Colazione forse adeguata per gli asiatici ma da un Best Western mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di meglio anche per gli altri. Sconsigliato.

The property was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly abd helpful. The breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen in a hotel anywhere with both Western and Indonesian foods.

Major problem. The app started that there was beach access, beach activities and an outdoor pool. The beach access was absolutely false. There is no beach. There is a waterfront, which is nice, but it most certainly is not a beach. There is a night market along the warerfront which, again, is nice enough, but it isn't beach activities. As for the outdoor pool, it is misleading. It is on the third floor. While it does have access to the open air, it is covered by the roof of the floor above it. I brought this up with the staff my second night there. However, there was never any response from management. So, while the property was nice and recommended if you are there on business or other non-beach activities, the page on the app was very misleading and led to a less than optimal experience.

The entrance is via the parking. The reception staff is hit and miss (check-in horrible check-out good). The restaurant seems to focus only on large (chinese) groups. Overall, the hotel lacks any kind of personality, and offers no personal attention.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it.

Das Personal hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir konnten früher einchecken, da das Zimmer schon früher fertig war. Darüber wurden wir komfortabel über Whats App informiert, was ein toller Service war. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel.

Die Bar in der 3. Etage in der Nähe des Pools ist dauerhaft geschlossen, was sehr schade ist. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit and both Indonesian and Western options. The pool provided a beautiful view, and the gym was spacious. On the ground floor, there is a charming café, and between the hotel and the shore, several “food truck”-style cafés can be found.

We were staying on a high floor, and there was very loud music coming from outside until late at night. Early in the morning, we began hearing loud music from the hotel corridor, which was supposed to be ambient music. We had never slept so poorly in Indonesia. To be fair, we immediately asked if it would be possible to either lower the volume or turn off the ambient music in the early hours, and the staff complied, which we appreciated. Although we were scheduled to stay another night at the hotel, we chose to sleep elsewhere.

Locatie is prima, pluspunt als je kamer met zeezicht hebt geboekt.

Schoonmaak badkamer, wc-bril was absoluut niet schoon, bruine vlekken erop en aan zijkant van wc-bril. Zelf met nat toiletpapier aan de slag gegaan, hierop zag je dat deze niet hygiënisch wordt schoongemaakt. Zwembad is klein, bar bij zwembad niet open. Personeel is top, doen hun uiterste best.

Top locatie. Er is veel te doen rondom het hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De bad kamer is op sommige plekken niet schoon. Terwijl de kamer wel elke dag wordt schoongemaakt. Als je later gaat ontbijten wordt het buffet ook niet meer aangevuld. Water van het zwembad was ook een dag erg slecht. Als je gaat zwemmen kon je niets zien in het water 😕

Great location with coffee/cafe vans out front each night. Easy walk along ocean front each morning even shown by local little spot for a swim.

Breakfast pretty ordinary, no fresh juice was biggest let down. Room ok beautiful view however hot water issues mini bar fridge issues which were kind of rectified, house keeping not real good 5 night stay and all they did was make beds sweep and change towels oh and the 2 day old food tray across from our room required me to complain to reception. Laundry so expensive! Pool opening hours 6-6 seemed a bit crappy 3rd level bar not being operational was a let down. Staff were helpful if you could find them. One last thing no signage or help to guide you to reception on late check-in just a grumpy security in the apartment complex.

Best Western The Lagoon has always treated me like a king. Any problems are immediately addressed. The breakfast buffet is wide and varied. It’s in an awesome location right on the water. There are little coffee vans right on the water in front to relax and watch the sunset. They have a great pool with an amazing view. And their gym has everything you could need to stay in shape. When in Manado, this is my go to hotel.

The staff are friendly. Beautiful sea view. The breakfast was good.

The lights in the room not bright enough. Pillows and Mattress needs to upgrade. And the furniture as well

Eigenlijk heel weinig. Locatie van het hotel was vreselijk ondanks dat het aan de zee lag. Het zwembad had volgens de plaatjes een mooie uitstraling maar was heel rommelig met 1 ligbedje. Heel minimaal. Uitzicht op de kop kamer was wel top.

Rommelige kamers met veel schade aan muren en meer. Gangen waren niet schoon. Het hotel gaf geen comfort, zwembad uitvoering met mogelijkheden tot relaxen was niet mogelijk.
