Breakfast the next morning was nice and there was a good choice. The television had streaming services which was great.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I like the fact that the rooms were accessed from the garden which meant we could come and go without disturbing anyone.. Our room, which was very clean and comfortable was open on arrival as the owner had gone out. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and was served in the main house with access through the conservatory. A lovely night's stay.
I would have preferred a shower to a bath as I have mobility issues

The breakfasts were delicious & more than enough choice.Easy access to our room without having to go through the main building. Staff were friendly & Monique was a wonderful hostess.
The only slight downside was the outlook from the front of the property . There were some industrial units opposite.

Stayed during a heatwave. Fortunately we had taken our own fan with us otherwise the room would have been very warm. I don't know if a fan could have been provided.

There isn't anything I disliked. The price was a little steep for what is basically a B&B and the breakfast is only available until 9am weekdays. What about those of us who like a little lie-in?

The shower is over the bath. We are both over 80, and find it difficult to climb in and out of the bath. (But there's nothing wrong with the bath !)

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Breakfast was excellent. Staff were obliging and friendly. We liked being able to sit together with our friends in the conservatory and use the glasses provided. The hotel was very pleasant and well set out with a good atmosphere - would have been better in summer if we could have used the outside. We would certainly stay here again.
The only negative point was that we found the shower in our room (10) difficult to regulate. We tried doing this before getting into the shower to avoid a deluge of cold water, but it was difficult to estimate when the water was the correct temperature to get in with a hand. It would have been better if the shower head could be removed from the wall, so that the temperature could be regulated from within the bath.

We stayed in one of the lodges which was really nice and quiet , coffee , tea , hot chocolate and herbal teas in room . It was great to have a hairdryer by the dressing table with a mirror and light . Bathroom very small but it worked well Bed was comfortable with choose of pillows one being a feather which was great . bed room was a nice size very clean and nice details. Breakfast was good their porridge was delicious. And a choice of freshly cooked eggs to order Good car parking

We didn’t expect to be in a bldg around the back which meant going outside before we could get breakfast! The room was really cold but soon warmed up when we turned up the radiators. The most disappointing part was the shower, really weak water flow-so bad that my husband refused to use it the second day.

This was our firts stay here and we will be coming back anytime busienss brings us to Hereford. I had my reservations on how am i going to sleep when the house is so close to hte street. Anwser, Like a baby. Have not hear a thing.

Our room was very nice indeed, with comfy bed, a lovely en-suite bathroom and impressive attention to detail, like the bottle of Highland Spring in the room. The breakfast was amazing and great quality produce used. A good sized car park too. Highly recommend.
