Very convenient, clean room . Extremely comfortable beds. Shower was ok. James the owner was super nice and helpful. I liked how they took care of the property. Next I would book directly with them. Breakfast is made to order, so it comes out hot and a good selection. It be nice to add some pastry options for vegetarians.

The only thing I would say ,people did slam the front door closed or maybe their bedroom doors as our room was next to the front door.

In Atholl Villa Guest House we found a really nice hotel that stands out for its location and the extremely kind and helpful staff. Pitlochry is a nice little village and the hotel is right in the middle of it. The free parking spot helps a lot as you want need it during your visit there; everything is just a few steps away. If you are planing to visit the area, look no further.

Amazing! This is a fantastic small guest house. The room was spacious, clean, and cosy. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We parked our car at the back of the property, which was very convenient.

Excellent guest house, very central, walking distance to the Theatre. Great room with extras like cotton wool pads, face cloth and biscuits. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely breakfast and car parking. Definitely recommend.

O hotel é limpo, bem cuidado e possui lindas flores na entrada que dão um charme muito especial ao local. O quarto é espaçoso, com um chuveiro excelente, tudo o que a gente precisa para descansar bem. A equipe da recepção foi super simpática e prestativa, nos dando ótimas recomendações de três restaurantes (sendo um deles logo ao lado). A localização também é perfeita: fomos caminhando até a escada de peixes de Pitlochry e depois aproveitamos o centro, que fica a apenas 4 minutos a pé, repleto de lojas e cafés agradáveis. Para fechar, o café da manhã foi muito bom. Tem estacionamento.

Posizione ottima, sulla strada principale di Pitlochry. Struttura molto caratteristica, in stile vittoriano, curata e ristrutturata. In molte recensioni avevo letto che la struttura era vecchia; non so se hanno ristrutrurato da poco ma io non ho avuto questa sensazione, anzi. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Camera molto pulita e ordinata, forse ritinteggiata da poco perché le pareti erano impeccabili. Moquette perfetta, bagno pulito e funzionale con ampia doccia e soprattutto finestrato. Letto molto comodo e temperatura della stanza confortevole. Colazione ok, come per altri B&B che abbiamo visitato durante il nostro viaggio in Scozia, servono principalmente colazione salata fatta al momento (Scottish breakfast, uova di vari tipi, salsicce, bacon ecc) con possibilità da parte dell'ospite di scegliere cosa mangiare la sera prima. Sempre disponibili yogurt, toast, marmellate, cereali e frutta. Il B&B offre anche un parcheggio riservato per gli ospiti, e non è male considerando che a Pitlorchy la maggior parte dei parcheggi è a pagamento.

In generale è andato tutto molto bene. Mancano le prese in bagno ma questo, non capisco il perché, è di frequente riscontro negli alberghi/b&b scozzesi, quindi se avete un rasoio a filo non potete usarlo. Altro consiglio che posso dare è quello di curare un po' di più la varietà della frutta a colazione e magari mettere qualche dolce.

Perfecte ligging in de toeristische straat van Pitlochry en op loopafstand van de dam en de visladder. We arriveerden 2 uur voor de inchecktijd maar mochten toch inchecken omdat onze kamer klaar was. Ontbijt was prima, je kunt per persoon aangeven op een gelamineerd vel papier welke keuzes je wil voor wat betreft het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt. Ei met zalm, haggis, full scottisch breakfast of delen van hiervan. Prima bedden en de badkamer was schoon.

Cute, quirky old-fashioned hotel. Very clean, nice facilities and a comfortable bed - what more does one need? The breakfast was great, served in a separate area which is bright and sunny (at least when the sun is out). Plenty of parking, and the location on the end of the main street was perfect. Everything in Pitlochry is so well maintained, with flowers everywhere, and the Guest House is no exception. Well worth the price.

Such a beautiful location! Pitlochry is an idyllic village, everything is walkable. The guest house is well maintained, the flowers and landscaping are incredible - clearly a well-loved establishment. Breakfast was prompt and delicious. Rooms were comfortable and as advertised. Staff was very kind and friendly

Everything about Athol Villa exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location to explore Pitlochry. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Pitlochry.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for the Atholl Villa. Couldn't fault anything at all and the staff/owners were so welcoming and accommodating and really went above and beyond to help. Having had a very underwhelming stay at the Atholl Palace Hotel last year this was 10x better! I will be coming back here anytime I visit Pitlochry from now on.

Everything was excellent. We loved the room décor, the modern bathrooms with excellent showers, the tasteful interior design, and the outstanding cleanliness. The customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with beautifully prepared tables laid with cotton tablecloths and napkins, which added a lovely touch. The breakfast service was excellent, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The owners, Catherine and James, were fantastic hosts and both very helpful and welcoming. They took time to recommend places to visit, restaurants to book and to have a general chat. Their staff were great too. The property is very well maintained with beautiful gardens surrounding it. It’s in a great location within east walking distance of the local shops, restaurants, theatre, dam etc. The rooms were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and all the amenities you would expect in a guest house. We had a very tasty breakfast too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Atholl Guest House. The property was charming, very clean, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing worth mentioning. We had a great experience and were very happy with our stay.

Our family of four stayed one night in the annex, which slept all of us in one large room with an ensuite bathroom that served us well. There was also a little lounge with a TV, and although we didn't need to use the kitchen, it looked well equipped. A bonus of the annex: we could park right at our unit's door. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful, pointing us to some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was generous, with enough choices to please every member of the family. The villa is well situated in a quiet part of Atholl Road — after checkout we enjoyed a stroll down the main street and back before continuing our journey. We'd happily stay again.

The radiator in our room was not on in the evening, my friends were a little cold and we couldnt get it to come on. In the morning the heating was on so it must be on a timer. The breakfast room was stiffling hot with no windows open which made it very uncomfortable. In a small busy room, it would be appreciated to have windows open.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Pitlochry. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal—close enough to enjoy all that Pitlochry has to offer while still providing a peaceful setting at the end of the main street. The accommodations were spacious, well maintained, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property, which made it feel more like a home than a rental. Communication from the host was excellent, with clear instructions and prompt responses whenever needed.

Great location within walking distance of the town. The family room was a great accommodation for the 4 of us. Well appointed linens and breakfast was a treat.

We verbleven op de 2de etage en er was geen lift. De kamer was ruim. Meubels vrij nieuw, bed fijn, het was er alleen vrij warm. Goede ruime badkamer, helaas geen bad. Super host, met veel info over de omgeving om in te fietsen

Ze hadden een vrij standaard buffet en het menu daar moest je uit kiezen en aangeven wanneer je wilde eten en wat. Natuurlijk om de organisatie beter te kunnen plannen en het afval te minimaliseren, maar ja ik ben op vakantie...

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transit, sightseeing and dining. The whole guest house is immaculately clean, the grounds are beautifully kept and our room was very spacious . 10/10! Also, having guests choose a time and make their breakfast selections the night before is brilliant! No crowding, and a made-to-order breakfast is wonderful!

We were in the middle of a marathon 7 hour drive to Skye when our designated driver needed a rest. We booked the Atholl apartment last minute, and when I say last minute, I mean we pulled into a layby on the motorway and within 15 mins we were there. We were greeted so warmly by the lovely lady at reception, despite the late hour (7.30 pm) and our unexpected arrival. She even recommended a wonderful place to eat just 2 mins walk up th road - the food was amazing (definitely recomend the lunguini) and with a card she gave us, we each recieved a taster glass of wine on arrival at the restaurant. The apartment was faultless - welcoming, clean, quiet, warm and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all manner of restaurants and shops on the stunningly pretty highstreet. And the Scottish breakfast was delicous. We will definitely be back and cant recommend it enough!

Costly, but definitely worth

Wir wurden super herzlich, warm und liebevoll empfangen. Unser Auto hatte einen super Parkplatz Alles wird mit Kameras überwacht. Unser Zimmer (Nr 12) fühlte sich an wie ein Turmzimmer, war es wohl auch. Alles war so liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ganz neu. Alles was man braucht war dort. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, wir konnten vorher auswählen was wir wollten. Einfach ein Traum! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Pitlochry, Aberfelby und die ganze Umgebung sind es wert, mehrere Tage zu bleiben.

In der Unterkunft war einfach alles perfekt!
