A brilliant clean budget room with decent design and hospitable staffs. 24hr reception and great communication. Breakfast is enjoyable Egyptian course with self-serving beverage. Location is undoubtedly great if you want to have a downtown trip. Moreover, it’s located in the middle of the block so less crazy traffic noises will occur to you in the morning, truly a hidden gem. The best budget hotel I’ve ever experienced in Cairo.

The location is perfect you are in the center of Cairo and you can reach any destination easily from this point. The Atmosphere is good and people are friendly. Rooms are well organized and clean... just the floor make some sounds as it is wooden or something :) Very good value vs price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great: the tasty breakfasts, the friendly and helpful staff, and the clean, comfortable room. The location is another major plus – it's close to the metro, markets, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend it to solo travelers.

I stayed here with my friends for a few days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

We (me & my husband) arrived at the Paradise Boutique Hotel on Saturday 12 September 2025 for a 3 night stay in Cairo. When booking, I had initially agreed that this leg of our holiday will be a cheap budget hotel until we move on, and this is exactly what the Paradise Boutique Hotel is. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it, but if you are looking for a warm welcome, friendly attentive staff, good location, then this is it. We arrived in the evening and was warmly welcomed with the most amazing smile by Mohammed (there are three Mohammed, so I called him Mohammed No1) who checked us in. Our room was spacious with a sofa to the side with a huge bed. The ensuite was awkward, but it did the job, the water pressure was good and it was hot. But I must say that the room, furniture and overall hotel, is very very dated. We slept really well here, and had no problems at all. Breakfast was ok, the service was slow and the lentils and the bread, I would have preferred them to be warm. The coffee was hot and lovely. Overall it did the job, but if we were staying for longer, we probably would have gone out for breakfast for something different. I cannot write this review without mentioning the entrance to the hotel. It is not on the main road but on a side entrance that is not desirable at all. It looks like a rundown alley way, it is not pretty, it has uneven pavements, it is dirty and it is really run down. From the outside, you can see the grandeur of days gone by, back in the day, this would have been a very grand building. The entrance to the hotel is not the best and I had my reservations to even enter into the building. It does not define what we would call Paradise at all. The lift is a strange one, you open the door outwards, then enter the two small doors into the lift. It plays the theme from Titanic every time that it moves between floors that we found hilarious. The hotel is situated on the 5th Floor with rooms on 4 - 6 floors. Make sure that you close the lift door properly otherwise will not open on the floor. We had one window in the room and it overlooked what I can only describe as a derelict building that had been knocked down with all of the rubble below. As we were only in the room to sleep and get ourselves ready to head out, it did not bother us. There was a bar somewhere nearby and they played music all night, however after walking around Cairo in the heat, by the time my head hit the pillow, I hardly heard a thing. What makes Paradise Boutique Hotel so special is the TEAM (Mohammed 1, 2 & 3, Na Da and Shema to mention a few) They are the most generous, welcoming, and special group of people that I have met during my travels. They could not do enough for me and my husband. I spent my birthday here, and my husband had planned for us to have sunset dinner on a boat as it sailed down the Nile. However the team insisted that we return for the evening instead and what a lovely surprise for them to arrange a birthday celebration for me - this was AMAZING, truly blown over by their generosity and kindness towards me and my husband. It was and will always be a birthday that I will always treasure because the team did not need to do this for me. Needless to say, I did not miss the boat trip down the Nile. This was far better and more special. Paradise Boutique Hotel is not shiny and new and it needs some TLC, the entrance is not grand and beautiful to look at, but the staff at this hotel are really amazing and the made the beginning of our holiday perfect which is why I have rated it with 5 stars.

Very clean and well designed place. Well trained staff . Free breakfast is yummy. location is near the museum. Also a lot of food is around this neighborhood.

Posizione ottimale nel cuore di downtown del Cairo è solo complicato torvarlo visto che si trova in una stradina pedonale sito al 5 piano. Il bagno troppo piccolo con doccia quasi sul WC. Simpaticissimo l'ascensore e davvero cordiale lo staff

Good service for the price, great value for money. the location is very good. The morning receptionists are very helpful. the room is clean. but during the 4 nights I was there the room was not cleaned and the towel was not changed. but I think the stay was positive.

As a foreigner who spent 18 nights at Paradise Boutique hotel, I absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone who cares to read! Everyone was friendly, the room looked nice and clean, the food was healthy, and the service was excellent. I had a really peaceful time. Grateful to the staff and everyone involved in management for the experience. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Egypt. Great place on a budget too!

Very dirty. Had water problems. Twice in 6 days there was no water to flush the toilet and in the morning if you flushed the toilet you.had to wait up to 30 minutes to get water running again to take a shower. The bedsheets did not even cover the whole mattress. In other words, a terrible hotel.

グーグルマップの場所とズレていて探すのに苦労しました。看板にはCairo Paradise Hotelとなってます。朝食もとても簡素でした。

Even though at the beginning we had a little trouble identifying/finding the place, me and my husband had a very good experience at this hotel. We felt safe and comfortable and we enjoyed the trips organized by the kind staff. We felt very welcomed!

This hotel is very neat and clean.The staffs of this hotel are also Very cordial & supportive. Their provided meal is also tasty &hygienic. I wish their success.This hotel location is the main point of kairo city, shopping mall, food shop, Walking Street and many other shop is available near this hotel.

Greeted at the entrance and shown to the old fashioned (but in perfect working order lift) by a wonderful elderly man, who greeted us with God's blessings every time we passed him. Up on the 6th floor, we were greeted at reception by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who really could not do enough for us without being pushy. They helped with booking trips and taxis. The room was basic but perfectly adequate - noisy with the traffic but we had been told about this. Lovely hot showers. Breakfast again basic but perfectly adequate and great coffee. The hotel is in the heart of down town Cairo, near to shops, restaurants and cafes. We would certainly stay here again.

Good value for the money Had a nice big room and a comfortable bed. It was also lying near a square and street with a lot of evening actuvity and cafes Its also very centric and its easy to get to most places from there in metro or Uber.

Not visible from the main road. We always had trouble directing the taxi to the correct location.

The rooms are really dirty, they don't look at all like the ones in the photos, the bathroom is really small and not properly conditioned.

Definitely the worse experience. My father had a different bed not as booked and described. Bad mattress made him sleep on the floor. When I his son asked to see his room, I was denied to go up. Very misleading and disappointing

Es una opcion económica y vale la pena pero tiene un elevador muy antiguo y las condiciones de la propiedad tambien.. aunque la ubicacion es buena ya que esta en el centro de Cairo

все бы нормально, НО: - все помещения прокурены и около номера общественная курилка - это самый главный минус; - необязательность во времени - если сказано, что завтрак начинается в 8-30, то хорошо если будет готов в 9 часов; - постельное бельё могло бы быть поновей и небольшой ремонт помещениям не помешает...

I have never been so appalled at the arrival of a hotel in my life. This placed looked totally condemned! We ended up going to another hotel.

Conveniently located in the buzzing heart of Downtown Cairo. Close both to main tourist attractions and places where local people gather to drink coffee, to eat or just for shopping. The hotel is in an old historical building. Seen from the exterior the first impression might not be completely positive, but once one reaches the reception the impression vanish immediately. Light and clean furniture and welcoming staff. Rooms are entirely renewed, with a touch of western style design, comfortable bed and hot water with the right pressure (not always given for granted in hotel of this range). Finally the staff is very helpful to provide information about the surroundings and make your stay comfortable.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Wünsche wurden versucht zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein, es wurden weder die Handtücher gewechselt noch das Zimmer gereinigt. Aber alles in allem, für den Preis okay.

I really liked Nada and the staff (except Ahmed who was rude and failed to call our cab for airport return). And I enjoyed the breakfast. Also the location is perfect for those that like to shop, eat, and get out and about easily. Especially for solo travelers. The building is old but I liked the character. Yes it's dusty outside (which shouldn't be a surprise). The only negative for me was the smoking throughout the hotel. Especially on the floor with the lobby. I don't think they should smoke in that common area but it's Cairo. I would stay here again.

Mosquito filled room, broken windows in hallway, street noise, scary entrances, late pickup by hotel shuttle to get to the airport. Not recommended.

Wer das Buch "Kairo Kater" von Susanne Schanda liest und mag, fühlt sich wohl... Ich rate ab von economy room... Der ist wirklich nur zum schlafen in Ordnung... (Hätte aber vorort noch umbuchen können) Das Personal war super... Freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Abholservice ist separat aber es hat gut geklappt... Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt... Konnte vieles zu Fuss erledigen, aber Vorsicht, man verläuft sich leicht... Und kalte Jahreszeit bedeutet, dass das Personal mit Winterkleidung am Empfang steht... Die Räume sind hoch, aus einer anderen Zeit, es zieht... Das Frűhstück wird im Zimmer serviert oder in dem Aufenthaltsraum neben der Reception...

The room itself was clean, however, the bathroom was disgusting. It was so bad that my boyfriend and I both didn’t shower. The building is located down a back alley that is scary to go down at night, there is trash everywhere, no lights and a ditch down one side. The building is very run down and the lower floors are abandoned which adds to the creepiness. The hotel lobby itself is well kept up but be prepared to walk up the 6 flights of stairs. Finally we asked for breakfast to be at 8:30 (the earliest time it’s acailanle) and didn’t get the food until 9am. We were in a rush so ended up just grabbing it to go. It was annoying as we ended up waiting in the lobby as it was being prepared and were still late.

I am satisfied with the low price and enough condition to sleep, but my girlfriend complained about the cleanness of shower room(door was broken and couldn’t be close) and flying bugs in the room. I think this hotel is good for single or with your positive-minded friends.

Old building, the hotel is in one of the top floors, all other floors look very dirty and abbandoned. It's a very noisy spot, no box in the bathroom. Very poor breakfast. Staff is really nice tho.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. L'hotel est très bien situé et les chambres ne donnent pas directement sur la rue, ce qui réduit le bruit. Les employés sont très accueillant et arrangeant (merci à eux). L'entrée est un peu déstabilisante cependant. Avant de trouver l'hôtel au 5ème étage, j'ai bien cru que l'immeuble était abandonné.

Terrible & horrible hotel. It is cheap price but too many things are unacceptable. It's dangerous and disgusting. The information on Hotels.com about this hotel is mostly wrong. There are NO safe box, phone and hair dryer in the room. I asked hotel staff more than 5 times but no one cared at all. After 2days late night, finally, I used hair dryer and I just kept it in the room. One staff came and knock our door 3a.m when we were sleeping, He wanted to return it. We were so scared during this night. In front of hotel(main door) is a big trash heap and beggars are finding food. It is dangerous! We stayed 5days and had same breakfast all our days. Room condition is not good as pictures on Hotels.com.

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel totaal niet te lijken op de plaatjes. Het hotel was moeilijk bereikbaar en de lift was defect, terwijl ik een kamer op de vijfde verdieping kreeg toegewezen. Ook de entree gaf een onveilig gevoel. Na mijn beklag te hebben gedaan, is er een kamer in een nabijgelegen hotel voor me geregeld.
