The hotel is surrounded by convenience store that open till late night,, the parking is safe( i think). There are so many public transport available and eateries nearby.

To start, we drove to the hotel. Finding the parking bay was a bit challenging, as we had to stop and ask a few building staff for directions. There is also a separate parking fee. Additionally, the toilet door isn’t frosted enough, making it quite visible from outside. This can create an awkward and uncomfortable environment, especially when travelling with friends or family.

Room very compact, but no chairs for relaxing.

Cleanliness in the hallway and rooms was very poor. I would only consider for a short 1-night stay.

The friendly and courteous staff.

The leaking bidet. The mold stains on the bathroom sink. The moldy smell of the furniture.

Bagi saya bnyk kekurangan dr segi parking kereta yang tidak disediakan oleh pihak hotel,ptutnya sediakan lah khas utk pelanggan yang menginap. Sarapan pulak bgi saya agak kecewa sebabnya dalam tempoh 4h3m .sarapan yang disediakan agak sikit dn hri2 menu sama dah lh harga sarap mahal mcm tak berbaloi jadi saya harap tolong lah sediakn sarapan yang trbaik sebb kami dah casj sarapan agak mahal

Reasonably clean despite its age.

The hot water kettle was rusty. We requested for a replacement. The replacement was rusty too. Safe box battery needed to be replaced before it was functional.

The toilet was not very clean as it was slippery. Set the aircond for 16 but doesn’t feel the aircond at all.

air conditioner not cool even u put at 16 degrees also noisy. the important thing, this part its very make me disappointing. toilet bowl the cap cover so dirty that was look like old and go yellow stain. please do something. fridge not functioning well.

The air-conditioning was too loud. Showers weren't clean. Has to upgrade the room to get a room with window facing another wall

Number 1. Convenient Near Hospital as patient caretaker, Easy access to major highway and Polite & Helpful Staff - Mr Addy & Mr Amirul.

Most importantly is Cleanliness need to improve especially bathroom with yellowish toilet bowl cover & moldy sink , room smells musty came from bed runner & curtain. Unable to take photo (disgusting).

Location , good restaurants nearby in walking distance.

The breakfast the hotel provides for the price they charge is ridiculously not worth it. Don't book this hotel with their breakfast. Horrible! And also you need to pay for the parking !

The staffs are okay but the guards there are beyond rude.

The toilet are sooooo annoying and not private. You can see the people inside.

I feel impress the hotel because the location was link into MRT station. Just walking after that by 3 mins. For me very useful for traveller

Breakfast was way below standard. Liquid soap and shampoo was insufficient.

The sound insulation is very poor, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there are no windows.

The lobby was very dingy, dark and hot. The staff checking me in smelt bad. Elevator was slow and iffy. Airconditioning in room was not cold. Water in shower was not hot, merely warm. No iron in room. Communal one outside room.

Staff promptly responded to my calls

First room had strong toilet smell, leaking aircon and door alarm started beeping nonstop at 5-6AM. Staff managed to get me a new room at noon, which was helpful.

Close to mrt, the price was ok

I paid for breakfast which there wasnt any choice to choose, just plain bread n butter

The cleaners didnt check the fridge. There was a container with rotten food in it.Couldnt use it because of the bad odors from the food. Hope it will not happen for future customers.

Already paid full amount, cannot understand why need to pay a hundred ringgit deposit. New un-supervised staff at counter who can't even print a invoice. Why staff need to call (reminder to check-out) before check-out time?

Location is excellent. Hotel is 5 minute walk from TTDI MRT station, 30 second away from a 7e, and next to a Jaya Grocer in glo Damansara.

Check in was ridiculous. They made me wait 30 minutes to check in, when it was not at all difficult to accommodate my checking in at 1.35 pm. Lobby was fairly warm, AC was off. Upon checking in, I had to rummage through my phone again because they insisted on seeing my booking number, as if my IC wasn't enough. Key cards are literal trash, dirty and worn down. Wifi password is illegible. Towels are horrendous. Room aircon smells, and very slow. TV doesnt function, except if you perhaps plug in your own device.

I don't get back my deposit

Poor Management, Disappointing Experience and No Response on Refund The hotel was not ready until 5:00 pm. Only one room was prepared around 4:40 pm, and the air conditioner stopped working after about 20 minutes. We requested to change the room, but the cleanliness of the second room did not meet our expectations. As we were in a rush, we requested to cancel the booking. Until today, 14 December, we have not received any reply from the property regarding the refund. We have made many phone calls and even went back to the hotel in person, but the issue keeps being passed around and ignored, with no clear response.

靠近捷運站，附近有24小時便利店，旁邊還是個購物廣場（但沒時間去逛，可惜），總之地理位置很方便。

一開始被分配錯房間，那雙人房的冷氣不夠冷，或者說冷氣很難充滿房間，要坐在冷氣前才有感覺到。幸好後來換到單人房，房型小，就很快能讓房間變冷了。 雖然不會有電車噪音，但走廊聲音很清晰，打掃員工經過、其他住客在聊天等等。最大問題是門開關要大力，所以也帶來很大的聲音。 浴室的水退很慢，沖涼後積水很久，導致不方便再踏進浴室。水退後也怕地滑。

One of the staff let me wait for the technician for so long. Did not even update me abt the technician. Aircond not functioning at all and I was supposed to di my make uo for my wedding there. 3 times ti change my room cause all room got issue

Breakfast was so bad. 1 nasi lemak and toasted bread. Staff was sitting and playing games while we had our breakfast

Nothing, this is a waste place to stay
