Tolles Hotel mit super Ausstattung, inkl. Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner mit ca. 15 kg Trommeln. Wir hatten eine große Luxussuite mit über 80 qm und das sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen. Was will man mehr.

Super Lage,alles wichitge ist fussgängig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war recht gross und sauber ,aber sicherlich nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Gratis Parking und der Massagesessel.

Dies ist sicherlich kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal zeigt sich weder durch ein besonders freundliches oder entgegenkommendes Verhalten aus,auch riecht es im Hotel abgestanden. Der abstossendste Ort ist aber sicher der Frühstücksraum,welcher in einem abgelegenen Kellerraum platziert wurde. Keine Fenster somit ,kein natürliches Licht, AC voll eingeschalten und nach dem Essen stanken alle Kleider nach fritiert. Vom Kaffee fange ich erst gar nicht an! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt definitiv nicht!

Everything was nice and well done. I never say this, but it was perfect.

An elegant suite, very well furnished and equipped, with thorough and attentive room servicing, easy parking and a few minutes walk to the waterfront and town centre. Breakfast room was small but staff were very efficient and food choice excellent.

We were a reunion of 10 ladies from western Canada. This hotel was excellent… from ease of checking in to the complimentary breakfasts. The wonderful rooms accommodated us better than we could expect. The hotel is within walking distance of historic downtown. Making it the perfect place for us!! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent property!!!

The location is great - you can walk to all the local bars, restaurants and shops. Our room was gorgeous, we had a two bedroom suite. We had a bathroom for each bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We also had a seating area with television.

The breakfast room is very small and we were very lucky to get a seat even though we were down fairly early. The food was ok but I found the eggs a little overcooked.

The room was large, beautiful and very comfortable. We also liked that it had a washing machine and tumble drier.

There was no bedside table or lamp on one side. And we felt misled, because our booking showed an even more beautiful room with a portico to sit in, and a dishwasher. It didn't have either and it turns out that the room in the picture, which was the reason I chose the hotel, was a completely different room. We weren't offered a change of room or an upgrade to the room in the Booking.com booking, or to one with a dishwasher! I don't know whether this was the fault of the hotel or Booking.com, although I'm sure Booking.com doesn't check the details sent to them by the hotel. So, if the hotel chooses this route to market, I would think that it is their responsibility to check that the information is accurate.

Bed was luxurious soft and firm pillow perfect, room was individual and tastefully decor for the historical building Walk in shower and shower seat and step for high bed all extra additions making personal treatment life easy for my disabled wife. Breakfast time was a great experience with wide choice and staff all so helpful. Location to waterfront and town all close and easy walking. 11 out of ten should be the score as it was a delight to holiday there.

A longer time there would have made holiday betters relaxing home from home holiday and great value for money free parking free quality breakfast and attention to detail with professional staff to boot what more could you ask for. A big thank you to staff for everything.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms and a great location. The breakfast was great, staff were lovely and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Bonus was the massage chairs on certain floors which were amazing!

Very small tweak - instead of four thick pillows on king sized bed, have two thick and two thin to allow for preferences. Tiny suggestion though.

Wonderful location with an excellent staff this hotel was great. Breakfast was a good attempt but difficult to accommodate all the guests in a very limited space. Having a restaurant and bar on site would be lovely.

The building is a reuse of an old girls' school and is beautifully done. The rooms are well appointed and elegant. It was very convenient to the main area of the town and I could walk to dinner and local areas. The breakfast which was included was very good.

Finding the hotel was a little difficult. The address given was someone's house who lived nearby. But he pointed me in the right directions.

The room was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was located in a great location near restaurants. The architect and designer did an exceptional job converting the old school.

A minor quibble is that the breakfast room is not large enough to accommodate the number of hotel guests without a wait.

Our two bedroom, top floor apartment was excellent. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds in both bedrooms were super comfy. Having a well laid out kitchen and dining area was a huge bonus, allowing us to make use of the space for light meals. Having the included breakfast was also a great way to start the day. Thankyou to the friendly staff for adding to our wonderful stay.

Minor suggestions would be - toilet paper in washrooms was very thin. Whilst the apartment was fully air-conditioned, we felt that both bathrooms would benefit from better ventilation to prevent condensation.

Our booking was for a studio which had a separate bedroom to the living area, walk-in clothes storage, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. It was about 400m walk to the harbour foreshore and a bit further to the CBD. Our room overlooked a pretty park. Breakfast was included in the tariff.

We wished it had a grab bar in the tub/shower. It was slippery.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit Harbor-Blick. Die Suite war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgesprochen komfortabel. Besonders die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen – hier wurde wirklich an sehr vieles gedacht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft selbst war für uns nahezu perfekt.

Das angebotene Frühstück konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen und war für uns keinen weiteren Besuch wert. Hier wäre unserer Meinung nach weniger Auswahl, dafür aber eine entsprechend höhere Qualität, die bessere Lösung. Etwas störend empfanden wir außerdem die Situation auf der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft. Dort halten sich tagsüber regelmäßig obdachlose Personen auf, teilweise wird dort auch die Notdurft verrichtet. Dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nur bedingt etwas, dennoch beeinträchtigt es den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the downtown action. The rooms were nice and spacious. Design is really different than other hotels in Charlottetown. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and yes the breakfast is quite good.

Everyone's taste is different. I didn't like the coffee served at breakfast. Really enjoyed the breakfast so if that is my only complaint, that is pretty good.

Excellent room and staff were great! We will be back! Probably the nicest place on the island! Great breakfast too!

Breakfast room in the basement was cramped and dark. Also, the full kitchens were wonderful but it would have been nice to provide a starter basket with some fruit and things like oil, salt and pepper.

Some of the neighbourhood buildings are run-down. Nothing they can control, but it is what it is.

Decor in this boutique hotel is lovely! The room was spacious (but noticed plenty of space not maximized - long hall walking into bed/couch area). We didn’t try the breakfast during our stay so cannot speak to it. Gentleman who checked us in was friendly enough but the young lady who worked the evenings… a smile or a bit of warmth goes a long way in hospitality & tourism. We felt more welcome by the girls working house-keeping; Quick to always say hello whenever they saw us :) Property was very clean + offered nice toiletries, bathrobes, slippers.

The AC was extremely loud. Thought it was construction and it gave me a headache because the rattling occurred every 2mins. Disrupted my sleep. We also stayed at the Delta on this trip. Found their price was justifiable in comparison to what we paid here since Delta was so close to waterfront, foods, more things to do, and just as clean.

The accommodation is amazing - we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was fabulous. We were close to the centre of Charlottetown and to the waterfront. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. If you visit Charlottetown this is the place to stay.

The breakfast was really good and hearty. Great walking distance to downtown. Staff were extremely friendly. The suite side has the king of massage chairs, which was awesome.

It is a historic building, so there were some older components to the hotel, but they give you information on the history and you can read about their journey.

The amazing original details, kept in the architecture, the rooms are so beautiful and nicely appointed. Beds are super comfy, even the towel linens were soft and luxurious! Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! We can’t say enough!

Lovely room in smaller wing of the hotel. Lots of space and very quiet. Breakfast was mainly continental with some hot food. Small breakfast area so could get busy. Easy walk to the centre and choice of restaurants. Friendly staff.

I didn’t like the breakfast in the basement. There was a strong smell of eggs and the air was stuffed. The food was ok for four stars hotel but not for five.

This was one of the most charming places we stayed during our trip. The classic red-brick exterior gives the building so much character, while the top-floor apartment-style suite is incredibly spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus—we were even able to cook ourselves a delicious steak dinner! The bed was exceptionally comfortable—honestly, I liked it so much that I wanted to find out the brand and buy one for my own home. The bathrobes and towels were thick, soft, and of excellent quality. The bathroom amenities from the Experience Collection (Vanilla series) smelled wonderful and added a nice touch of luxury. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge selection, but everything was fresh, well prepared, and of very good quality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

King Suite had hardwood floors, 10' ceilings, washer/dryer, and was ultra-spacious. Kitchenette area was very roomy and practical. Overall structure is solid with heavy doors and hushed hallways. Very quiet. Short walk to town and Victoria Row restaurant area. Towels were amazingly fluffy, unlike most hotels. There is a courtyard out back to enjoy a warm afternoon lounging, reading, or catching up an emails. Breakfast area in lower level provided a variety of fresh-baked breakfast casseroles as well as the usual eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit, breads, croissants and muffins. Absolutely delicious. My wife aked for the recipes!! This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay Iwe have had in quite some time.

My husband and I spent just one night at the Sydney Boutique Inn and wish we could have stayed longer. Although it was far more space than we needed, we booked a Harbour View apartment, because we wanted a view, and since we were on a long road trip we wanted the in-room washer and dryer so we could do some laundry. It was an excellent value. We got a spacious, beautifully decorated modern two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that we could easily live in, not just stay in. It had everything we needed and more, and we greatly appreciated the secure free parking. We were able to walk everywhere so we just left the car there after checking in. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast was adequate, served in an unappealing basement room. There were so many positive features that we would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again if in Charlottetown.

Everything was wonderful! One of the little touches I especially appreciated was having real creamers in the fridge in the room. It was such a nice detail and so much better than the powdered ones…something so small can make a big difference. I also loved the free massage chair outside our room; it was a nice touch that I really enjoyed.😊

Beautifully and tastefully decorated , everything thought of . I could have stayed for a month ! Our two children were with us and they had a junior suite each I think. The same decor but wood flooring instead of carpet and each room had washer and dryer and kitchen facilities . The property is walking distance to much of the area and we walked back from the Red Shores race tack one evening in about 20 minutes . There is a decent park opposite and lots of on site parking .

Personal preference, but pillows were very firm (their casings were so air tight, that air had a hard time getting out, so they stayed "inflated"). Having a couple firm and a couple soft would be nice.
