The Habita Hatyai

A uniquely designed boutique hotel within walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market and the night markets. Comfy rooms with balcony, free drinks and snacks in the minibar. Impeccable staff. Nice little cafe and library at the entrance to chill as well - probably one of the best hotels in the city

For the price, they should atleast have 1 seat in the room

Was here for only one night, traveling back n forth to Lipe. Liked the area around the property for sure, but my experience was limited. Nice cafe that I noticed. Maybe another time.

Good deasant hotel

Everything is good

The Habita was a great surprise. Facility is well kept and has a pleasant architecture with lush green in the middle of the city. I liked the room style and tones. While it’s not brand new, it seemed well maintained. Staff was very friendly and offered some great dining tips. Location is in walking distance from busier streets of downtown HDY. The hotel location is quiet, and doesn’t seem touristy at all. I would pick this hotel again if I had to.

2nd time coming back here. Love the room and the vibe.

Love to stay this habita

Cosy boutique & well-located hotel within walking distance to the market, shopping malls, food outlets in town centre & hustle & bustle.

Helpful and friendly staff

Strategic location, easy excess to many places

The hotel has very beautiful architecture all around, even along the corridors and in the room. Very convenient to access the main town area by walking too.

Lovely hotel, very pleasantly surprised. Modern but with lots of personality and staff were very nice and helpful. Convenient location, good for walking around with plenty of choice for food. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was fine with great service. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and staff very friendly the room was not the best no view and quite dark inside the other rooms looked nicer with the balcony and windows which opened

Pro:Hotel room is clean & cozy. Small hotel but hv a lot green.room come with balcony , is good if provide a chair & small table so guest can enjoy in the balcony.Staff are helpful & friendly Con: Toilet doors are not a full door & don’t have ventilation fan, so the smell will come out from toilet to the room & don’t have toilet door. Room don’t have any chair/sofa so don’t u have to sit on floor

Location is far from city, otherwise all r good. If can install a long mirror in the room will be great.

There is no exhaust fan in the toilet, so it will smell very bad when you defecate

Very friendly the staff there

Everything was good

The hotel's location is superb, offering effortless access to prime areas. The room is impeccably clean and equipped with a powerful air-conditioning system, although the lighting could be brighter. The establishment exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, thanks in part to its pristine condition. However, what truly sets this hotel apart are the staff members who are unfailingly friendly and helpful. While it may be disadvantageous that there is no private car park available and guests must park on the roadside, it can still be considered safe. Overall, I highly recommend this delightful hotel for anyone seeking a warm welcome and exceptional service.

一切都很不錯又乾淨 只是不太喜歡廁所這麼靠近床，而且晚上廁所燈關掉非常暗，不關廁所燈又剛好照到躺下來的眼睛😅

Clean modern room. Mini bar drinks and snack in the room are free. The banana chips is so nice I finished it every night and it gets refill the next day 😋 Big bottles of shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush all provided. Staff know limited English but are all super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! ♥️♥️♥️

Great welcome friend

Staff just try to be nice , but I think , they are not really and not sincere. I ask for an upgrade, if the hotel don’t allow they just tell me frankly and it is fine. But I don’t like the way they treat , they mention that reservation can’t decide. Need to ask for manager approval. I tell them it’s fine and I can wait and I will not touch the room until the manager decision coming. (This is 5 pm ) They mention manager don’t answer the phone and leave message to manager But Manager don’t answer and I wait until 9 pm And they mention that manager still not answer. finally I tell them it’s fine. If manager don’t answer. ( Just ignore my request , thanks) I don’t understand why manager don’t see message and not answer for 4 hrs. It’s quite weird.

Received very good services during the stay. The location is quite and within walking distance to the center of business center

Their facilities are very new and clean, room is spacious. The staff are all nice, very friendly and welcoming.

Stay is comfort , room clean and quite, nice place to consider very service oriented front desk staffs

Nice hotel. Staff are Friendly and helpful. Need to have safe box

Room is large and arranged nicely, roof top bar and restaurant with great food and drinks option

Received a very warm welcome once I alighted from my cab to check in. All staffs were on standby to greet us and carry our luggages. Excellent service from everyone. I would definitely come back to stay again. The room is very clean, everything is perfect! No kidding. Easy to grab around (@ reasonable rate) , Kim Yong market is about 10mins walk away. 10/10 :)

The hotel is quite nice, staff is helpful, only that you need to tell them to clean your room if you stay for 2 days.

ที่พักใหม่ ดีมากกกกจ้าาา แนะนำจ้า ไกล้ตลาดกิมหยงด้วย

Fantastic place. I was there for a quiet getaway so I could hole up and do some writing. This place was perfect. The room was spacious (Habita Prime room), quiet, clean, and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The service staff was friendly, heloful, and patient. There is no spa, but there are many massage places within a short walk. The restaurant and coffee counter were good, but the rooftop bar was one of the highlights. Nice view with indoor or outdoor seating. They have a full menu of Western and Thai dishes. And they have an impressive wine cellar and a fantastic beer list. Belgian Abbey beers, German beers, and a couple of American craft beers. All served at the correct temperature, with a proper pour, in appropriate glassware. And when you get tired of the hotel restaurant, there are a lot of authentic, local restaurants just outside.

Everything was superb. No complain only compliments. Thumbs up

Real services from all the staffs. I mean, REAL SERVICES !!! :)

small room, extra small for bathing and poor draining water

The location was good, facilities and infrastructure worked well, room was extremely clean, and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was able to secure a motorbike rental for me which was also very convenient for my exploration of the city.

Average hotel for service with not much facities. Room slippers were used, 3 hungers, air conditioning light on whole night, no pool nor gym, facilty zero.

The Hotel is very beautiful , new and near Thidanuko School (Catholic school ) and not far from the market and downtown so you can walk 10-15 minutes. The breakfast also yummy and cheap .The restaurant at the rooftop also yummy but few wine. If I back to Hatyai again I will stayed in this hotel ! I really recommend

Excellent services and beautiful memory at The Habita Hatyai . The hotel located near Thidanukor School and not far for downtown Market , Lee Garden so you can walked 5-10 minutes. The hotel is very clean and new . Very impressed to stayed this hotel. Staff can speak Thai , English not fluent but everybody are very lovely

Hotel physically looks great! The staffs are warming. There is some distance to lee gardens, but it is convenient as we can call for grab!

The bed was kinda hard, but everything else was awesome.

Located quite far from Lee Garden Plaza or Kim Young Market. Dont have 7-11 nearby.

Bed is really comfy! Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Great room and great staffs. Keep it up !

Great and new hotel. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Hotel interior is nice & clean room. Hotel lift only 1 for whole building and is very slow. For the bed height is a bit low compare to normal hotel bed height.

Modern hotel in the middle of hatyai. Walkable distance to various places. Clean room and comfortable. TV ain't that smart though. Do take note when booking for 3 pax as expedia said the room is meant for 3 but we only had 1 king bed.

Enjoy the roof bar. 100% safe Only thing is far from everything. Lucky grab is cheap n efficient.

Great and new hotel. Staff friendly as well. Bed a little stiff for my liking though.

The hotel interior design is nice. The toilet door should cover from bottom to top, because if “poop poop” then the smell will out from toilet.

hotel is located 10mins away from the main shopping district. a 7 eleven nearby. super helpful staff. nice room. if the roof top bar can operate a little later. give a 9.5/10. see you soon

Staffs very friendly and helpful Very nice hotel
