Beds were very comfortable. Joel the young man was brilliant. Asset to the place.
Motel rooms very dated and no house keeping for the whole 3 nights. Had to ask for toilet paper. 2 young girls on at breakfast on the Saturday morning were so rude. They messed up our breakfast order twice and had such a very bad attitude. No signal on tv so only had 4 channels. Told reception every day but didn’t get sorted.
Central. Have stayed before. Very clean. Female on breakfast was very pleasant despite being run off her feet.
Mis read the booking. Didnt notice the motel booking. Much prefer the hotel. No hair drier. Noisy. Window should be removed as there is a 1/2 constructed wall in front of it. Shower was barely luke warm. Not enough. Breakfast staff. Eggs were extremely poor, you could taste the powder. One girl working more than others on arrival no staff at the bar initially.
Nice lively hotel Breakfast was great Staff friendly Clean rooms Great parking Central location
A bit costly considering that it was midweek and out of season.
Very modern hotel, comfortable room and great breakfast. Staff extremely friendly.
No gym, otherwise would have been a 10.
All good...no complaints.
The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of options. The room was a good size.
All good
Lovely wee hotel and breakfast was great too
Very good choice
Water could have been hotter
I have stayed here on numerous occasions. Very peaceful and the food and drink are great and reasonably priced. Staff are so friendly and accommodating . I would recommend it but maybe stay in the hotel rather than the motel.
The room that I had in the motel was extremely damp in the air. Seems the water wasn't really escaping through the ventilation and just created that damp everything wet feeling. I'm sure it can be fixed but it was very uncomfortable.
We stayed in the motel side for a night. Friendly staff upon check in. Tea and coffee machine inside the motel building was great The room and the bed were huge! Very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Good sized bathroom and very clean. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel next door and the food was excellent. It certainly exceeded our expectations and hope to return in the future and have already been recommending Enniskillen hotel and motel!
The TV didn't have great reception and some channels cut out often. Can hear other guests and there was some light under the door when trying to sleep.
Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and modern.
Very clean good location
All good
Großartiges Frühstück, schönes ruhiges und komfortables Zimmer, Parkplatz, Ortsmitte gut fußläufig erreichbar, Hundefreundlich
Etwas abgewohnt
Location waa great
Bin in bathroom was not empty on arrival. Had booked dinner in hotel was told to sit at a table that still had cleaning products on it....tabke was so dirty, sticky rings from previous drinks and salt all over table and had fo clean this myself. Pillows were not very comfortable
No fans or AC during a heatwave and breakfast was not available at the time they said it would be
Our room was in the motel part. It was clean & airy. The bed was comfy and there was a lovely big shower. The communal tea/ coffee machine at the entrance was handy.. no faffing about with mini kettle and tiny cups in the room😊
Breakfast was very nice and location was spot on close to all attractions
Nothing
Location, food
Noisy.
Good value for money, had a pleasant stay
The breakfast was good. The only complaint would be when ordering you needed to be very clear what you wanted. For example if you didn't ask for toast you didn't get it.
After 6 p.m. you basically couldn't find any staff. They only had one employee working the restaurant and bar area. Another thing was the bar area wasn't open on week days so if you wanted a alcoholic beverage you needed to leave the hotel. The final thing was the bathroom. The shower had no grab bar or mat so it was very slippery. And there was limited space for your toiletries.
The hotel was in a convenient location and the beds were comfortable. Food in the morning was surprisingly good.
The en-suite was not good. There was mould around the shower tray and in the grout between tiles in the shower. The grout also on the main bathroom floor were broken. Floors super squeeky. Carpets all around the hotel are filthy dirty. Marks and scuff marks on doors and skirting boards. It just felt really shabby. I would not recommend especially given the cost of the hotel for a night stay!!
Great location
No issues
Nice and quiet 🤫
Our window wouldn't close had to leave it open all night
Very central. Free parking. Walking distance from town
No air con in room
My son was a guest at a wedding in Enniskillen on the weekend of July 25th. Unfortunately he was hospitalised at the South West Acute Hospital on Saturday 25th. My wife and I drove through the night from South Wales to be with him and was desperate for somewhere to stay. We contacted the Enniskillen Hotel and dealt with Dinah on reception. We shall never forget her compassion and genuine concern for us, people she had never met. She arranged rooms for both us and our son's fiancee for Sunday night and also looked after us on Monday night. All the staff were exceptional but Dinah stood out as we had more interaction with her. Thank you so much for helping us to make a most unfortunate event into an experience of genuine compassion that we shall never forget. Thank you so much. We are home know and our son is making a full recovery.
Stayed for 1 night and not a pleasant experience. When we first went in to the room it had a strong bleach type smell. Thought smell was due to room just being cleaned so opened the windows. Went out for dinner etc. and when we came back room was slightly better so didn't do anything. Closed the windows and went to bed but woke through the night to a terrible smell - like blocked drain/poo. It was awful. It was halfway through she night so just opened the windows and sprayed the room with perfume. Assume cleaning staff knew about this and tried bleach etc. to shift it. Hope our complaint gets this fixed and no-one else has to suffer it. On the positive side - female staff excellent. Good breakfast, decent location and free parking. On the negative side - Male staff terrible. Bed terrible. So soft and if one person moves the whole mattress moves.
Good breakfast
Motel room had a view of concrete wall.
Location
Understaffed, motel was noisy, hotel was rundown, definitely not 4 star
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who helped me find my phone when I had left it outside.
This is only a slight issue. I felt the order in which the breakfast was served between courses could have been quicker.
Very clean. Greta staff and location to town was perfect
The staff were very friendly especially the young lady who was working in the bar and at breakfast, she was very professional and helpful. Nice bar good food and good breakfast.
Could do with some air conditioning or at least a fan.
The staff were very friendly. They gave you a very warm welcome. The food and drink were of good quality.
For the money we paid…Our bedroom was extremely dirty and very dated. It was as if they were being running the hotel into the ground. The booking.com photos were extremely misleading. When talking to the friendly locals not one said a single positive thing about the hotel. One actually said the hotel is an embarrassment for Enniskillen as part of its name
Location was very good close to town and good for getting to do some site seeing. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and pleasant would highly recommend a stay here.😀.
Couldn't find fault.
Room including bathroom
Staff very very friendly, hotel dog friendly. Loved the tea coffee machine in entry in motel absaloutly genius idea.
Hate the colour of hotel, gray yuk!! Would look fabulous white or cream to highlight its features. interior of hotel looking tired and unloved. Our only option was to stay in the motel bit because we brought our pets. Very stained carpet, not all dog owners want to experience other animals excretions, some of us bring dog pads and well trained dogs. Maybe change the carpet to a solid easy to clean floor.. shower kept going hot and cold. Hall door banging all night, morning, put a slow closer on it. Kitchen unable to do soft pouched eggs in morning for 2 mornings, very obvious they are pre cooked and left to go solid in hot water. Obviously very low on staff as b,fast slow to take orders and.basic things forgoten like drinks and toast. A little over priced for what you get.
Great food, we ate our evening meal there as well as our included breakfast. Helpful staff sorted out another room for me
First room I was allocated lacked teabags and milk. Room also had a dreadful smell. After I’d been down to reception a staff member came up and agreed it was horrid and sorted out a new room for me
Breakfast
Everything else
Lovely room and the staff were friendly and welcoming
Very close to town, easy access
Property was not clean. Dogs in motel in small room was left over night and all morning non stop barking, rang for reception in night and couldn’t get through. Unsure maybe motel/hotel is pet friendly but them rooms were definitely not suitable to have animals in and seen multiple people with pets.
Great location, really friendly staff, dog friendly
Room 5 in the motel is right opposite the entrance so you get all the noise from the front door and people coming and going. Also advertised as tea and coffee making g facilities in the room, but there isn't, it's a machine in the hallway.
Room was really modern and clean
Squeaky floor in room, no air conditioning so room was way too hot, rooms not sound proofed so could hear any doors opening and closing, people talking etc
Room was amazing. Very spacious. Staff very helpful.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. There is free parking. The hotel is in good location. Breakfast was very good.
From start to finish, this was a lovely experience for my husband and I.
Staff are really approachable friendly chatty helpful property was clean room was beautiful bed was so large and comfortable bathroom shower and bath was excellent
Great location very clean room and bathroom breakfast was excellent staff where amazing
Location to town was excellent, breakfast lovely and staff very friendly 😀
Room was a bit stuffy at night 🌙
The location was good, just a couple of minutes walk from downtown. The breakfast menu included with the stay was great. Lots to choose from. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was very nice with great water pressure and heat.
The carpets were very outdated, stained, and needed a serious refresh. Our room opened out back where the staff were constantly taking smoke breaks and causing ruckus so had to close the window. The price was a too much for what it was.
Everything
Notting
It was quiet and well laid out
Staff was so nice. The lady at reception was an absolute gem!!
Nothing
Stayed here back in April for just 1 night but it was truly wonderful. The lady on check in was so sweet and kind. I believe her name was Rebecca (I do apologize if I'm wrong!) The room was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to relax after a long hike earlier that day! We tried the food in their Bar/Restaurant and we were very impressed. The prawns for starter were to die for! Staff were so lovely and kind throughout Close to the local amenities and has a lovely river walk beside it. Definitely would stay again!
Good location. Good breakfast.
For the price we paid it definitely wasn’t worth that much. Absolutely basic room.
It was very convenient & central to what we needed
We only stayed for one night; so we didn’t find anything to dislike
The Shower And Bathroom
Bed Was Very Bad , Definitely Needed New mattress, wasnt good at all
Room not clean. Wakened up in the middle of the night by night porter saying we where to loud but we where sleeping so they obviously got the wrong room. But no apology very disappointed
The reception staff were excellent and had 8 in our group booked in within minutes. Breakfast staff were great. They managed our orders and went above and beyond to meet multiple requests.
We were in the motel rooms, only negative was there was no external view.
The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and very nicely cooked. Loads of parking and and a short walk into the town . Room was very clean.
We stayed in the motel and I didn't realise that it is a completely separate building . Doors are noisy in the motel and people were still moving around and slamming doors at 2am ! Why do people talk so loudly when there are other guests trying to sleep ? But that is not the hotel's fault , there was a large group staying there .No tea or coffee in the room, machine in the foyer. Shower was luke warm on our second morning . We would definitely return but maybe stay in the hotel rather than the motel
we stayed in the motel, bad smell as you walk in, coffee machine in hall way was going all hours, doors banging, kids screaming, no , not great
shower would not heat up, breakfast room busy, food came eventually and tea came after we asked twice, toast after thart, fry was ok but i wouldnt stay again
Breakfasts were excellent. We arrived really early but the staff got us into a room immediately. The room was warm and the bed comfortable.
The "motel " is in what appears to be a prefabricated annex building. The shower has no screen which isn't a problem for guests but excess water is making an unsightly mess of the bathroom door. The automated main doors of the hotel are really slow to operate.
Location was great, short walk into town
Nothing
I want to day a huge thank you to the staff of The Enniskillen Hotel .We had our granddaughter's Holy Communion meal and they were so helpful and went out of their way to set up everything perfectly. Food was beautiful and staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much 💓
Lovely 3 night stay with my dog. We found the staff really friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing.
Breakfast and room good
I was woken up at 1am in the morning by a couple who entered my room … I heard the girl saying… “he said the room was free …” I had to shout and they left quickly … my room card didn’t work on the following morning… for some reason this couple were being given access to my room. This was frightening and disappointing !!
Staff are friendly, room was comfortable and breakfast was really good.
No charging ports in room.
Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!!! Die Lage ist super für alle Aktivitäten. Hotelbar und Restaurant mega. Die Frühstückauswahl ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
The motel was clean comfortable and great value . The staff were very helpful and the food was lovely Would definetly come back Thank you
Everything was excellent
Chambre moderne, literie confortable. Établissement propre. Petit déjeuner bon et varié.
Vue sur un mur en parpaing.
Breakfast sandwich was excellent...maybe a little too large. The French Toast was also eccellent. Good Coffee.
The tub was a little too deep, I would have liked a safety bar. I'm 74.
Staff very plesent and helpful
Staff were excellent, very helpful. Very pet friendly. Breakfast was delicious, great choices. Location was perfect.
Nothing except the bath was very slippery, would have preferred just a shower.
Staff were nice when you eventually found one.
Room was very noisy could hear the staff moving chairs & tables and hoovering all night and could hear music from very early in the morning. A lot of light gets in the window so its hard to sleep. The shower leaves the bathroom floor soaking with no mat to stop you slipping. Have to go into the town if you want to watch football or any sport as they don't have tv channels only news. I also paid extra for a larger room and I don't think my room could have been any smaller. I could write a list all day about this place. Can't see how they can justify the prices they charged and the hotel was nearly empty. Its safe to say I will not be back to this establishment.
Super staff and nice restaurant
X
Staff very friend breakfast lovely
Room was far too warm difficult to sleep
Excellent breakfast and evening meal. We are encouraged to hear that you are dog friendly and would return with our 2 little dogs.
We had a disabled access bathroom, which we didn't request.
Great good , decor was lovely, very pleasant helpful staff , great location and great car parking
Nothing
Beautiful food and comfortable room
Distance from bus station — no taxis
Everything was amazing from check in and the amazing food and friendly staff. Location was perfect.
It was clean
Half of the family were in the hotel and the other half were in the motel never know a place to split a family up , not impressed at all
Hotel is beautiful inside, staff very friendly
