The staff are friendly, comfortable bed and the breakfast was lovely. 😍 Beautiful location 😍
The room was a bit too warm even after the radiator was turned off.
staff all good at their jobs
Location & breakfast!
Maintenance of hotel where room was positioned.Noise in morning. Housekeeping... Overall did not represent value for money.
Location and setting was lovely, convenient for going into Enniskillen.
Overall ambiance didn’t have a great feel. Receptionist was very good and helpful, thought staff in breakfast room required some customer care skills and the breakfast was not of a good quality, definitely didn’t demonstrate local NI produce. Positive, bed was comfy and slept well.
Beautiful location. The lake is gorgeous especially when going to the spa and the outdoor hot tub. Felt very calm. The bedroom is very peaceful. We were given a lovely upgrade to have a lake view and the room was very spacious. Excellent cleaning, completely spotless! Also had lunch and had family come by with our dog who absolutely loved the grounds, lovely flowers and a good promenade with little boats and fishing experiences. The lounge for coffee and scones is very nice. It’s a very calm and peaceful place to be in Fermanagh. For the breakfast, the croissants are very nice!
Some staff were kinder/better trained in hospitality than others but mostly everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Good choice provided for breakfast. Had meal which was nice but they did not come back to ask if we wished to have coffee or dessert!
Disabled parking limited and spaces in middle section at front not marked out which meant fewer cars parked in space.
Staff at breakfast couldn’t make it any more obvious they didn’t want to be there
Situated beside scenic Lough Erne with beautiful walks along shoreline. Super friendly staff and five star breakfast!
Unfortunately the WiFi (though free) was unreliable. The ‘lake view’ room booked at extra charge (219) had an obstructed view.
Great breakfast and dinner.
The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, the setting is amazing. The restaurant was lovely food was great. The room was very comfortable.

Beautiful setting, great food, comfy rooms, friendly staff.
All three were very good
We were unable to lock our bedroom door. The receptionist sent 'management' who indicated that a hefty 'foot to the bottom of the door' would allow the door to be locked and this enabled us the feel secure during the night. We hope this matter will be resolved by an adjustment to the door, for guests in the future.

No entertainment Friday night Steak was poor cooked well just bad quality of meat
Friendly staff. Breakfast really good
All good.
The whole stay was lovely. First time staying diffently be back again.
Can't fault anything
Location is perfect
Meal ,spa and Location.
Loved the location of this hotel. Staff had left a card for our anniversary and daughter’s 18th which was a nice touch. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant and breakfast was very good. Outdoor jacuzzi was a nice touch too!!
Hotel is a little tired and not as prestine as I had expected. Location is lovely and could be absolutely amazing. Staff were functional but not warm or welcoming - I was a bit disappointed as I had expected more.
The leisure areas: reception & lounge seating with such amazing views - very popular . The pool and areas lovely especially the outside hot tub - again very popular. Breakfast was good. New accommodation chalets look spectacular, gorgeous furnishings etc
Changing at pool, lockers - a disaster. Outside jacuzzi area needs a little love & attention.
Breakfast and location were great
The bar area inside or a better bar area would be good
Lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was nice and pool area was fairly clean.
Beds and pillows were like lumpy rocks, least comfortable sleep I’ve ever had. Room was so hot, even though it wasn’t that hot outside, with no way to control the temperature. Our room was next to the ladies toilets which were in constant use throughout the night for some reason, and were so loud it woke us up repeatedly. We were also above the kitchens so the fans were running all night and we had cooking smells in the room.
Lovely stay, great spa facilities and food was beautiful
Bed wasn’t very comfortable
Lovely scenery and relaxing pool was excellent
Food quite expensive and beer

Beautiful location, cosy and comfy, clean and great food ✨️
Decor needs updated, peeling wallpaper in hallway and few cobwebs in the restaurant :/
The pool and gym, its location and the view out onto the lake
Nothing
Clean and spacious with beautiful gardens and views of the river
It’s obvious selling point is the lakeside position. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful.
Partly my own fault but my reason for picking this hotel for one night to break our journey was it had a lake view. Apparently I did not select the correct room although I thought for £192 I had to have selected a lake view, no idea how much more it would have cost. Also at this price point I would expect aircon, we had to open a window and put up with road noise. WiFi never worked for me until we were leaving but it did for my 3 companions, seemed apostrophe in my surname was the issue.

Friendly staff ,smiley face .good food for all ages,
Inside of the room all corners every where we're spiders and webs .
Food is fantastic, staff friendly and helpful, hotel is spotless, rooms are a good size with everything you need

Great location beside the lough. Friendly staff and excellent food both dinner and breakfast.
Enjoyed all the facilities
More selection
Lovely hotel with a beautiful countryside view over Lough Erne. My room was lovely and very comfortable. Great choice for breakfast with a very well laid out buffet. Restaurant menu could have a little more choice but food was good.
Restaurant Menu choice could be improved.
The staff were amazing and made our stay exceptional even though they were fully booked you were made to feel special
Setting was beautiful

Everything, food , staff , scenery and comfort of the rooms where all superb .
The fact I had to leave ..
rooms, and this questionnaire which I have had to fill in as I couldn't get rid of it every time I opened up our account. If I don't want to fill in questionaires then don't force people into it as you won't get a good review
Room spacious, clean, staff helpful Dinner an breakfast lovely
Everything was great
Location of hotel
Lack of services, poor manners by senior breakfast staff. Dinner was poor, daube of beef was not tender, full of grizzle. Apple crumble was a bowl of custard and stewed apples, half a spoon of crumble topping. Dead flys on window cills, cobwebs clear to be seen, Not what you expect for 4 stars
Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious. Beautiful views over the Lough Erne. Very family and pet friendly.
Nothing we didn’t like. However the bar service was slow. Waited half an hour for drinks to our table before dinner.
Locarion was nice beside the lake
Restaurant was too busy with inexperienced young staff
Everything was top class - the room was great - breakfast was very good too - loved the site and the two owners were there who couldn't have been nicer
Nothing was perfect
The hotel is set on a beautiful location, with lovely walks around it…The staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out !!
There was nothing I wasn’t happy with and I will definitely be back again some time soon
Excellent food Excellent decor
Nothing
Location and food excellent
Pillows were hard and we felt some live music in the bar would have created more atmosphere at night
Personnel aux petits soins, surtout Margaret au déjeuner
Rien
No air conditioning or even a fan in the room during a heatwave made it very uncomfortable.
Everything
We didn't stay long enough.
Breakfast was excellent, a choice for everyone’s taste.
I had no faults at all during my stay.
Receptionist very friendly. Food in restaurant in the evening was delicious even if small portions.
Hallways outside room looked like a building site and were in no way aesthetically pleasing. The shower flow attacked in waves with water pressuring dipping constantly. The breakfast was diabolically organised. A party of 4 stood in front of us with clearly no table ready for them but multiple free tables for 2. Instead of explaining this and asking the 4 to wait aside whilst a table gets organised so the 2s can be set we all had to stand in a line that nearly reached reception area. The music in the room as we got seated was Madness house of fun which genuinely was poetic as the place was madness. The girl who asked tea or coffee was running across the room as she asked. The tea when it appeared was slammed on the table like the person had a grudge against teapot and didn't utter a word or a pleasantry. Genuinely it was a shocking display with other acts witnessed one lady in particular asked multiple members of staff for milk the first of which said sure went away and came back and proceeded to do something else blanking the elderly lady. I know it's a busy time and everyone is probably tired but when in hospitality all guests should at least be greeted with a welcoming approach and treated as if it is their first ever time staying at a hotel. The hotel has so much potential but I just felt it was lacking in the human side of things. Even as far as twice I held a door for members of staff who didn't even say thanks. Manners cost absolutely nothing but are worth so much.
Location
Room wasnt clean
Staff and food were lovely
Swimming pool could do with a revamp
No air conditioning in the bedroom. The nighttime temperature was 30 degrees Celsius which made for very unpleasant sleeping conditions especially with a young child.
The location was good
Didn't find the staff to be welcoming, specifically the host at breakfast service
No lake view was put in a room at end of corridor at back of hotel other side from lakeside
Position and comfort lots of sofas and great views. Good food and friendly staff
All good
Everything was excellent. Our room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and felt new. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and spa area. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, where a pianist was playing live music in the evening, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the views over the lake are stunning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay.
Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Location is great. Food lovely. Very clean.
Our room was facing the lake but view was blocked by huge evergreen trees.
Beautiful scenery comfortable room nice staff
Our meal was disappointing
Location, views and bar.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Nice hotel,good-sized rooms and facilities. Great location alongside the lough. Service was good and staff courteous and friendly. Good traditional breakfast and restaurant for meals and snacks. Plenty of parking space
No air conditioning is a drawback in very warm weather. They try to compensate for this by providing electric fans.
Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings Great food , lovely staff and pristinely clean
We had a great time the only thing was the rooms would need air conditioning as the weather was very hot kate in the bar was so nice
The setting was lovely, very relaxing overall a good hotel
On the last night there was a lot of noize from the room next door, sound seemed to carry easy from the room next door considering the quality of the hotel it was dissapointing .
The location is amazing, good breakfast, lovely rooms, friendly staff
Expected more from the restaurant food
Lovely location and views when we changed room!
Originally put in a room with no AC and over the kitchen so it was quite noisy. I brought this up the next day with the lovely Jackie at reception and she took care of it straight away
I love the Killyhevlin, I have business locally and have stayed there many times
Pricing but then all hotels are expensive today
Everything. Place is amazing
Check in exerience was shocking, when I aproached the desk I was told to wait while the recptionist dealt with something on her comuter. We were not greated and I had to request to check in. It wasnt until my second drink at the bar that the server asked if this was our first visit to the hotel and how were we enjoying it. Couldnt book diner in the main resturant as we were told it was too busy and when I pursued the matter I was told we could eat in the conservatory which we agreed to and that was fine dont see why we werent offered this at the start.
A greeting at reception. More information that the hotel was busy and better to book diner as soon as we could.
THE HEALTH SUITE AND THE BREAKFAST.
Weekend Break
Unfortunately, the food was very poor. The chicken wings were uneatable, and the overall experience was disappointing. The staff appeared to have little or no training, with a lack of organisation and purpose throughout the service. Cocktails were advertised, but in reality there were only two options available, both from pre-made bottles. Overall, a very disappointing experience that needs major improvement.
Location
No air conditioning & no fans available we could not sleep with the heat so had to leave early
Room was very good standard and location was good.
Room was very warm; bedrooms do not have air conditioning/climate control. Had I been aware of this I would not have chosen to stay there given the extra warm weather.
Excellent breakfast
As was a very hot spell bedroom was very hot. Could have done with a lighter duvet or a sheet.
Wonderful
The setting was beautiful
Nothing
Hotel, rooms, views were all beautiful couldn't fault
Sunday dinner wasn't great at all very disappointing but breakfast was lovely
We loved the location and the spa facilities. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
We thought the cooked breakfasts were somewhat overdone as a result of being under heat lamps. We had read that breakfasts were served to order and were expecting something fresher.
The receptionist was very sharp and unwelcoming
The location was good on the bank of the river and close to town.
We had a very nice room with a balcony, (217) however what could have been a great view was completely obscured by two huge fir trees !! Note to hotel maintenance: if a metre or so was trimmed from the low branches of these trees then the view would be somewhat restored. Also we wanted to use the spa and left our room number and phone details with the gym receptionist as the spa person was on a treatment. However no call was made and time was lost so we missed out on our relaxing spa break. Poor customer service !!
Very friendly staff, clean and well laid out room with comfy bed and a selection of pillows (soft firm). Views were amazing, I love the water and watching the boats go by. Location was good and easy to find. Restaurant food was very nice, and good portions, was very full afterwards!
Room was incredibly warm during the night, had to open the window at 3am which meant I could hear the road so overall not a great night's sleep. I had a look for a thermostat, couldn't find it (could have been me being stupid though).
Breakfast was superb, location on the Erne for my fishing was great
Location by the lake and the Spa.
Nothing to dislike.
Very good
Beautiful hotel staff very helpful amazing all round
Everything was amazing
Views were amazing staff were nice.
There was silverfish in our bathroom
Location, peaceful unspoilt area. Beautiful views from hotel. Very clean, great service from staff, all staff were polite hard working . Any staff we met were friendly helpful very neat & tidy uniforms. Food was excellent, fresh, well cooked well presented & good menu available. Ive stayed a few times before & we will certainly book again & highly recommend to others.
Some of the public tend to hog the outside jaccuzzi however the pool steamroom & sauna werent over crowded so we used those faciities instead. Everything else was excellent.
Very friendly helpful staff.lovely facilities and spa. Restaurant was lovely food
Had to leave
Location. Relaxing , just taking in the view.
On 2 occasions we asked about eating options in the evening. Told that only option was "a la carte" . So we are out. Later spoke to resident enjoying a light bite menu. Exactly what we'd have wanted, but not offered. We booked bed and breakfast through booking. com, but later met guests , who , for the same price , were enjoying a dinner, bed and breakfast offer. This should be offered to guests at check in.
Absolutely everything ❤️ Room was amazing Staff were so helpful and the food exceptional
