they prepared my room like I was on a honeymoon or something. Gave me an umbrella. I actually didn't end up staying any night, because I got a room somewhere else as well.

I couldn't find a hair dryer.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants.

Some maintenance issues; very loose toilet seat, possible sink leak, they were having problems with their automated key system, so to get in your room, someone from the front desk had to unlock your door with a master key. Temporary situation, and front desk staff were always ready to help, but apparently an issue that had been going on for a few days. We had the only room that had stairs between the sleeping area and the bathroom (split level) and with all the lights off, this could have been quite dangerous. We left the light on in the bathroom to light up the stairs; a night light or other safety lighting was needed.

Friendly staff and good location with off street parking. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed including the added bonus of a fan.

The only thing that was poor was we ordered soup for starters but when arrived is was cold no staff checked in with us until after everyone was finished however they did take the price off our bill

We only stayed here for one night, on our way back to Belfast to return home from our tour of Ireland. The hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, bright reception area and a welcoming receptionist. Our room was ready, so she let us check in an hour early and we went to have a look at our room. We were surprised, after opening the door, to find 2 steps in front of us, leading up to a spacious, modern room. Everything was clean and fresh and the room and bathroom were well equipped, although the shower was more of a trickle. The bar was well stocked and had live music on the night we were there. The restaurant menu looked a bit 'pub grub-y', so we decided to eat out. All in all, a nice hotel which we would be perfectly happy to recommend to other guests.

A prima vista il Westville Hotel potrebbe non colpire particolarmente: l’esterno, sui toni del grigio, appare piuttosto semplice e non lascia immaginare ciò che si trova una volta entrati. All’interno, invece, l’impressione cambia completamente. Gli ambienti sono molto accoglienti, eleganti e caratterizzati da tonalità scure ma calde. La hall è piacevole, la sala colazioni ampia e ben curata e anche il ristorante offre un ambiente davvero gradevole. Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente il parcheggio privato dell’hotel. Si arriva comodamente in auto, si parcheggia, si registra la targa alla reception e da quel momento si può entrare e uscire liberamente senza doversi più preoccupare del parcheggio. Per chi viaggia in auto è una comodità non da poco. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzato anche il piccolo gesto di benvenuto trovato in camera: alcuni dolcetti ad attenderci all’arrivo. Avendo soggiornato in molti hotel, posso dire che sono attenzioni che non si trovano così frequentemente e che fanno sicuramente piacere. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, così come il bagno, grande, funzionale e comodo. Unico aspetto migliorabile è stato il letto, che personalmente non abbiamo trovato particolarmente confortevole. Una menzione particolare merita la colazione. La parte salata non è proposta attraverso il classico buffet, ma viene preparata à la carte e al momento. L'idea è ottima e la qualità dei prodotti e della cucina è decisamente elevata. Il rovescio della medaglia è però la lentezza del servizio: entrando alle 8:00 può capitare di terminare la colazione verso le 8:30-8:40. Per chi è in vacanza senza particolari orari può non essere un problema, ma per chi deve effettuare un check-out veloce, partire presto o prendere un aereo, i tempi potrebbero risultare eccessivi. Personalmente avrei preferito un servizio un po' più rapido, pur riconoscendo l'ottima qualità di ciò che viene servito.

First time staying at the WestVille Hotel and were very impressed. Food quality was excellent and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in reccomending the WestVille.

We recently stayed at the Westville as part of a Summer saver deal which included a 2-couse meal and cocktail. The whole package was really good. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The dinner, cocktail and service was brilliant. Having your breakfast freshly cooked to order is also a really nice touch. We have stayed here several times over the years as regular visitors to Enniskillen and it really is exceptional value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend. The hotel is also in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre.

My wife was recently taken ill while on a day out in Enniskillen. After a day in A&E we decided to book a hotel in town and travel home the next day.  We booked here at short notice. The room was great and we we were happy with everything for our stay. As far as the hotel itself was concerned we had all our expectations met.  Where they exceeded our expectations though was in the staff. Every single person at the hotel we spoke with was helpful and charming with a real natural warmth. The genuine warmth was something that is much rarer in hotels than it was in the past. We had a few needs we needed assistance with during our stay and every time the staff dealt with them quickly with friendliness.

Stayed here for two nights for a band event. We had a fan in the room but it was very hot and was surprised there was no air con as there was in reception and bar. We had an accessible room as my husband was on a scooter. Room was very dated bathroom had broken tiles and there was no bottled water provided. Bed was broken one side and room was not serviced with new towels on second day. Breakfast was ordinary.

The hotel was central to bars town centre etc . Food was very good breakfast was amazing will definitely be staying again 🥰

The room was clean and a decent size. There was a "fan noise" from outside and we did have to keep our windows closed at night. Breakfast was a mixture of buffet for cereals, toast, juices and continental, but the main breakfast was served. Both were good quality and there was plenty to eat. We had dinner on our first night but it was expensive and poor quality bar food. So much so that we went out to a restaurant for our second night.

Poky little room for £160. Stuffy and hot (no air con in bedrooms ) but if you have window and curtains open you get constant loud traffic noise from the road immediately outside.

Surprised at the high standard of the room and the extras supplied on arrival .Ideal position as tourist base for the area. Large hotel car park .

Das Zimmer sehr groß, ebenso das Badezimmer und wir wurden mit einem Teller mit Schokofrüchten und Pralinen begrüßt. Ebenso gab es kostenfreies Wasser und auch kleine, vom Hotel hergestellte Muffins extra. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die warmen Komponenten wurden am Tisch abgefragt und danach frisch zubereitet. Fußläufig ist man in etwa 4 bis 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung. Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein kleines Restaurant und eine schöne Bar.

Wenn man ein "Executive Zimmer" bucht, dann erwartet man nicht unbedingt ein halb mit Fenster Folie verklebtes Fenster vorzufinden. Zumal es keine Nachbarn gab die hätten herein schauen können.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to the town centre and perfectly situated for exploring Fermanagh. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and the food was fabulous. We were only there 1 night but chose to eat in the hotel as the food looked great...and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Fermanagh

We had a room at the back of the hotel and while it was lovely and quiet which is what we wanted, some people may find the actual window rather small.

Visiting family locally. Great location, lovely helpful staff. Rooms slightly dated but beds comfy. Rooms and dinner costs a tad high but maybe that's the world we now live in.

The minute we went in the door we were greeted by Darren I think the man's name was. He was exceptional. He checked us in, was extremely nice and friendly. It was a great start. Within minutes of arriving one of our party has mislaid her phone. Before she knew she lost it, Darren was contacting us to see if one of our party was missing a phone. He was on the ball. The rooms were nice, basic, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The bar staff were very friendly The breakfast next morning was delicious. I would revisit.

We loved everything about our stay. Staff went above and beyond to help us both. The staff even remembered us from previous visits. Which was lovely. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Food was excellent. Accommodation was immaculate too.

There's nothing I could fault. It was an excellent stay and that is why we keep coming back twice a year.

Comfy beds, rooms equiped with all you need. All staff are wanting and willing to provide a great service and all excellent personalities. Cannot fault. Housekeeping needs assistance, maintaining cleanliness lacking at times in some areas.

Modern 4* hotel with free parking in a great location and within walking distance to the town centre. Our room was spacious and comfortable with all required facilities and extra special touches that included complimentary mini muffins, bottled water and very pleasant toiletries. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat in the restaurant but enjoyed a cooked to order breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

It wasn’t a great experience for us. When we checked in we discovered that the doors on the shower in the room wouldn’t close because it had come off of the tracking rail. It couldn’t be fixed because it was a Sunday. Surely the room and the shower should have been checked before we arrived? So we had to move to a different class room which was far smaller and not that nice. The hotel refunded some part of the cost via Booking.com. The rest of our stay wasn’t great. There was a poor choice of TV channels and all of the BBC Channels said ‘No Signal’ when we tried them. Yet we received the BBC channels in all of the hotels we stayed at in the Republic of Ireland. Little things also weren’t great. We told Reception that the safe in our room was locked. They said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. We went out at about 10 am on the day after we arrived and came back at 2pm to find that the room hadn’t been serviced. We were told that priority was given to arriving guests even though check in isn’t until 3pm. In the end we decided not to have the room serviced as we wanted a rest. No plug points on one side of the bed seemed very odd in a hotel. At room service breakfast we had a little jug of milk for a huge amount of cereal and no toast arrived even though we ordered it. Not a 4* hotel in our view.

Was informed by hotel on day that payment was took from Booking. Com that a function was being held and car parking might be an issue. Function was to be over at 11pm according to the information conveyed to me . Thought ok that's fine , will be wrapped up by 11.30 pm and I can live with that. At 02.00 am in the morning the function was ending and was so loud I thought i had booked into a techo club with the boom boom noise. If i had a chance to cancel without losing my payment on day I was informed of function I would have. Also to be told function was to 11 pm and then it still being noisy until roughly 02.30 am was a disgrace. Think I got 5 hours sleep and my wife was very angry, not a pleasant stay .

The westville hotel has an excellent restaurant. I had a vegetarian option and fish option today along with speciality green tea. The food and service are both excellent and the restaurant also has a relaxing environment.

With comfortable rooms, an excellent restaurant, and a short walk to the high street- the Westville turned out to be a great choice for our visit to Enniskilen.

Location is exceptional, easy walking into and around town centre. We had a really big room, large comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was spacious and quality fresh towels. Toiletries were supplied. Hotel front of house staff pleasant. The breakfast had a great variety and cooked fresh. Nice touch was cake 🎂 in room on arrival.

Stayed there last weekend as we were going to a show in the Ardhowen Theatre. Location was excellent, for both the town and the theatre. Food/service was very good and staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Will definitely return.

Lovely stay in an excellent hotel with friendly staff serving delicious food. The room was very spacious, the evening meal was 1st class and the breakfast was made to order and very tasty. One slight issue was that the toilet didn't flush very well but not a major problem.
