Elevator access to upper floors, blanket is thick enough to cover from night time cold air-conditioned sleep.

Rubbish all around on the floor when i go inside the room, same rubbish on the floor remains inside the room for three nights stay, seems no one really done any room cleaning, no locker to keep the phone/wallet/passport while having bath, bathroom does not have shower gel and shampoo, no toilet paper inside the toilet, some bathroom/toilet doors are spoiled cannot be locked properly. Some basins in the bathroom are broken. No lock/key for female dorm. The male used bathroom/toilet is located directly in front of the female dorm while the female bathroom/toilet is located one floor upstair instead.

“A horrible rat trap. The showers and toilets were broken, and the place hadn’t been cleaned for days. Human waste all over the floors. The safety box key opened every locker. Outside smelled like urine, and the yard was full of trash and drunks. An absolute dump. Out of 1000+ places I’ve stayed in across Asia, this ranks number one — in the worst way. The photos of the place must be a scam. And of course, as a bonus, the staff were arrogant. Don’t go.”

Staff were friendly, great common areas and location, beds and bedding were comfortable.

No free water for guests, some of the other guest were pretty noisy but doesn't reflect the business.

The women's dorm is on the first floor, but the women's restroom is on the second floor. Instead of using wall-mounted tissue boxes, the staff placed rolls of toilet paper, which wasn't enough for the number of guests. Tissues quality is very poor. They have three toilet stalls, but two had broken locks. It felt like using a toilet in China where you don't even need to lock it.

We didn't get the room we booked with the excuse that the hotel was overbooked, and we should be happy that they didn't cancel our booking, even though we did the reservation 2 months in advance. In the end, we got a room with no windows that was nothing like what we booked in the first place.

It's a filthy dump with angry, careless staff, far from shopping despite the good reviews. I was given a dirty room and asked for a clean towel. A man claiming to be a customer shouted at me not to complain. If the reservation weren't nonrefundable, I would have left immediately. It's poor management that's the problem in these cheap places that makes everything bad.

False advertising my bunk didn't have a Curtin or a door pass the main thoughrofair for 2 other dorm rooms light from lounge shone strait into bunk making impossible to sleep i left on the second night will be asking for a fefund!

It was a spacious room with a lot of beds and very comfortable.

Bastante mal servicio; me decían que iban a solucionar algo y no volvían. Tenía que ir yo a preguntar y me decían “ah no, no se puede”, agua de ducha fría, el colchón de la cama estaba inclinado.

I do not recommend this property. Their staff didn' show any flexibility and shew some deception just to get the money and throw out the customer. I contacted the hotel several times before my arrival to reschedule my booking due to visa delays, and they initially asked for my new dates. But once I provided them, they refused to help and marked my reservation as a no-show, even though I couldn’t change it myself. Poor communication and lack of flexibility made the experience very disappointing.

Too cozy, people where talking in the night, little disturbing through the night. Rooms had no lock, common bathrooms and compacted rooms.

- Prices in this area are very affordable, making it economical for long-term travelers. - The spacious interior prevents any feeling of being cramped.

- I booked a Mixed Dorm room, but as mentioned in other reviews, the room I was assigned had only a simple, flimsy bunk bed. It lacked privacy curtains, bedside lights, or windows—completely different from the photos provided by the hostel. When I pointed this out to staff, they changed me to a room matching the photos. That room seemed occupied by many long-term residents, with few available beds. For reference, I'm attaching photos of both room types. - While the beds have curtains, they don't cover all sides. The uncovered side leaves you completely exposed to the person in the next bed. - There are lockers outside the bedroom, but they only fit small bags. - Overflowing trash bins were left untouched and unattended. - The restroom seemed poorly maintained. The toilet paper had been completely used up.

1. Kattaki banyoda duş aldığımız bölgede bazı kapıların kilidi yoktu bazılarda sıcak su problemi vardı çözülebilecek bi durum aslında fakat bu kısım atlanmıştı

i dont know how many platform for reserving this place, I was cancled when i arrived because no more room for me. even I reserved their room by this booking.com , I had to walk out and look for another nearest hotel. so you can book but it's not sure that you'll have place to sleep until you arrive

有人會在房間講電話，看手機，其實寬大客廳，就在旁邊，小事！

I would like to stay once more if i visit bangkok again. Loved the property .

The rooms without curtain well it’s always part of privacy.

I liked the single bed thai style option. Had your own private "room" could stand up, big mirror a table and charger next to you. Staff were also nice.

The bathrooms and showers. The women only had 1 shower on the Thai style bed floor while men had around 6... There were more showers on second floor though. The showers are not cleaned properly or regularly. On the weekends it seems the cleaning staff are on holiday...Was such a let down since this is my 3rd time at this hostel. I think the owners have changed but they really have to pay attention to cleanliness of showers/bathrooms and floors.

Kadın çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve anlayışlıydı. Ortak alanlar temizdi ve tesis genel olarak merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor, ulaşım açısından rahattı.

Diyabet hastası olduğum için insülinlerimi ve soğutma paketlerimi dolapta muhafaza ediyordum. Dolap temizliği sırasında bir soğutma paketimin atıldığını fark ettim. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimde ilgisiz bir tavırla karşılaştım ve sadece bir eczaneye yönlendirildim. Dolabı kendilerinin temizlediğini belirtmeme rağmen sorumluluk almadılar. Bu kadar önemli bir sağlık konusunda daha duyarlı olunmalıydı.
