Air conditioning was not cold, Side door kept open on ground floor, lots of mosquitoes. Deposit must be provided in local currency cash - not ideal for an airport Hotel.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025It says there is a Restaurant & bar there on Wotifs page. There is not. Kuala lumpur is a warm place & it would be good if there was a fridge in your room & maybe some tea & coffee to go with the cups & kettle. Otherwise you get what you pay for & it was ok.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025Dirty lobby and terrace areas, towels were dingy and worn out, hotel sign and building need fresh paint, located in a dusty industrial area, nothing of interest in the area, noise throughout the night from people talking in the next room, doors banging, and vehicles going by. We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building.

The building looks very scary from the outside. They should clean up and put new paint to look more lovely. There is hard to find meals around the hotel. U need to travel a little to Kota Warisan.

No shuttle. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The beds must back onto the same wall as someone made several phone calls and put it on speaker, you could hear their conversations. On my particular night, there was a family with rowdy children, way past what should be a normal bedtime for children. They would go in and out several times as if it was a game and every 2 minutes, they would be knocking on the door to be let back in, this went on until 10:30 pm. Very noisy overall. They provide you with a Kettle and mugs but no complimentary Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water, or Shampoo, no coat hangers in the open closet, and no chairs to sit on. The bed was actually on the floor, making it difficult to get up, as I am 75 and have knee and back issues. Everything is very dated. I think it should be pulled down and rebuilt and modernised.

Dirty bedsheets with a disgusting smell. It was clearly not fresh. I removed the disgusting duvet and pillow. I had previously changed rooms because of the cigarette smell, but the new room also smelled of cigarettes. There is probably no room without a cigarette smell. This seems to be the hotel standard. The thin walls give the impression that you are sharing your room with your neighbor. Stay away from this place. ⛔️

I found cigarette ashes on the palo and a dead cockroach. I told the staff about it and they said they had no room service. I said it was because the room had not been cleaned before I checked in. I ended up having to count the floor myself( My room was right behind the front desk , you could hear people checking in, the bell ringing.

1) cheked-in staf was OK but checked-out staff like a monster. Even didnt wish anything, not open her mouth... Just return back my deposit when i tell check out and continue to check her phone. 2) no proper amenities. Just a soup bottle with some liquid. Not sure its a hand wash or body wash. 3) water stop and while shower. Need to wait few minutes until come again, very irritating, pressure also not consistent. 4) very noisy at midnight with others room guest or housekeeping staff. Keep hearing door knocking sounds from outside. 5) room plaster ceiling terrible with water drop mark and leaking. Im not sure how they still call this as boutique hotel.!!!
