全体に清潔で良かったと思います。　畳の部分もあってゆっくり出来ました。

街から少し離れていたので、女性が一人では夜暗くなってから食事に行くのは怖いと言われた。

スタッフの方の対応が親切で良い。 朝食が美味しかった。

The hotel was cosy and the view from our room was fantastic. The check in experience was marvelous. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room with two singles and a bunker bed was comfortable for the three of us. Sufficient power points. It was great that a free open carpark was a stone throw away from the hotel. Plenty of parking lots available even though it was during school holiday in August and close to Mountain Day. We parked our car for two nights while we hiked up to Mt. Shirouma. We returned to collect our car by local bus from Tsugaike to Hakuba bus terminal. A short walking distance to the carpark. Value for money. Highly recommended.

清掃が行き届いていた。朝食は1階のレストランだったが、とても美味しく、窓から見える山々を眺めながら、ゆったりと食事を楽しむことができた。

余計なサービスがないが、お値段以上に満足でした！！ 食事もおいしかったです！

USBスイッチがあったらなおよかったかな。

リピートです。大きなホテルではありませんが、掃除は行き届いていてきれいです。ベットも寝心地が良かったです。 　スタッフの対応も良く、気持ち良く泊まることができました。

　1階のウォシュレットが使えなかったのが残念です。

良くないわけではないですが、オートキーロックが無いなど、設備に旧式のものが見られました。

施設も清潔でシンプルかつ行き届いたなフロント業務でコストカットしてあるんだなぁ〜とコスパの良さとその理由が感じられました。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで暖かかったです。

綺麗で清潔。立地も素晴らしく、北アルプスの峰が見られれば、最高の朝食になります。 ベッドはふかふかで、寝具も清潔でした。

晩ごはんかな。 インバウンドに振っている感じで、日本人向けではない気がします。 外食が基本になるかも。 宿泊は格安だと思いますが、外食次第では、割安にはならないかも。 ただ、あえて言うならというところ。

白馬ジャンプ台が部屋から見れて良かった コンビニも、歩いていける

全景飯店不管是吃早餐的地方或是客房窗戶都可以看到白馬三山，心情大好

洗衣機旁邊還有附洗劑，真的很方便，但烘衣機也許使用的人多，在運轉時有細小的毛屑跑出來

清潔感があり、近隣のアドベンチャー施設にも近かったです。

駐車場が狭かったです。宿泊税が追加でかかりました。宿泊料金の説明に宿泊税が追加でかかることを記載したほうがいいと思いました。

First, shoutout to Emma who was a wonderful liaison. She provided a detailed email The location of our stay was central to all of the activities we wanted to do. We didn't have to drive more than a few minutes in either direction. There were walkable food options and lovely views. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had what we needed, including tableware and a high chair for children. We appreciated the little touches, like including dishwasher and laundry soap! A/C worked great in the summer. Parking was very convenient.

There was a mismatch between the wifi information on the fridge and in the welcome packet. Should be an easy fix!

シンプルで清潔な室内と大浴場があること。浴衣の貸し出しがあったり、1Fに自由に使える電子レンジがあったのが便利だった。

お客さんが多かったせいか、大浴場の脱衣場が水浸しだったり、ドライヤーエリアに髪の毛が大量にあってちょっと残念だった

窓からの景気は最高です ジャンプ台や白馬が一望できます、お部屋もとてもきれいです、小ぶりですが,浴場もあって、ゆっくりと汗を流せました、

The location!! The hotel is located just 15min, by foot, away from Happo-one Adam Station. The room is spacious for 2 persons and the beds are comfortable.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Loved the Taphouse for food, drinks and vibe, Great facilities like drying rooms, onsens, games and nearby shops, rental, restaurants and transport. All rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains and in spring it's surrounded by Sakura. Was amazing value and plenty of room for people, gear and luggage.

I am writing to sincerely thank your staff Mizuki for her exceptional assistance during our recent stay, which ended on 4 May. We realized that we had accidentally taken the room key with us from the previous hotel. We were very worried about returning it, but Mizuki was incredibly helpful and made the process of returning the key seamless. We truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness shown to us. We look forward to staying with you again.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was not clear about off season period, so we missed out on the shuttle service and ended up walking to the hotel from the bus terminal with all our luggage’s. Having said that, it was not a long walk, but just unfortunate that it was dark and raining.

Staff is very nice and all of them can speak English very well.

Free onsen, mountain view in winter season will be great. In early spring, have a full bloom sakura tree just in front of the hotel and nearby area. Not far from Lawson and Snow Peak Starbuck.

Breakfast is just normal but may because low season.

It wasn’t what I expected, a big culture shock from spending time in other regions. A lot of tourist, wouldn’t recommend for families, the smell of cigarettes came through to the room and it was loud and rowdy during the night (we were on level 2). The bathroom shower curtain was a mouldy.

Great little hotel within walking distance of all that Happo-One has to offer...bus station, bars, restaurants, ski/board rentals, and the gondola up the ski hill....all within about a 10 minute walk. When I was looking at Hakuba for the first time, it was hard to decide where to stay and which resort to base at, but Panorama Hotel was almost perfect. Happo-One resort is great, and a free shuttle right outside the door will take you to the Goryu and Hakuba 47 resorts. Easy gear storage at the hotel, a small laundry room, and a good breakfast. The staff were all great...very helpful, friendly, and multi-cultural...Australian, Japanese, Canadian. And the Taproom just downstairs is great if you like beer! My son and I stayed for 5 days and we both enjoyed it.

It's not a 5 star hotel or a resort hotel, more of a budget/family-friendly hotel. It's dated with older carpet, and our room smelled a bit musty, but that's to be expected with sweaty skiers and snowboarders coming and going all day! Nothing a little air freshener doesn't fix.

Staff were friendly and the location was convenient for ski bus and town. The room was big but I did stay on my own and great views of the mountain.

The room wasn’t that comfy - couldnt control the heating and the bathroom was weird. Very basic standard breaky which appeared to be standard for this area of Japan.

Staff service was outstanding and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

There is no common room area or space to hang out with family or friends except the bar / restaurant which is not open except for breakfast and after 4pm. You typically have to book a table after 4pm for dinner and you can't just chill. Only western style breakfast available. some rice and miso soup would have been a great break from eggs and baccon.

Onsen was lovely at end of a long day and so convenient having a bar in the hotel

The rooms are a bit outdated but the beds were super comfy!

Centrally located and staff were very helpful

The location is awesome for a skiing holiday - walkable to Nakiyama area of Happo, Happo bus terminal, and there is a shuttle stop right outside for Hakuba47/Goryu. Also walkable to the many bars and restaurants in Happo village, fit people can walk to the Happo Gondola (though there is a nearby shuttle stop as well). The family room was a good size for 2, would be squishy with older children. The onsen scratches an itch, but isn't anything special. The included breakfast was decent, though repetitive! Beds and rooms were comfortable, I would stay again.

From the cost you might expect luxury, but reset your expectations to a ski lodge-type accommodation and you'll be happy. The bathrooms are not great - very small, no japanese toilet (!) and a handheld shower. We had an onsen each day just so we didn't have to shower in the room.

Staff were not up to date with transport/ lift closures/ directions. No coffee for those leaving before 7am for early lifts.

Great location. Yes you are paying for being at the snow but the hotel was awesome. The staff were super friendly and very responsive, they just made the experience enjoyable. Also, having the bar down stairs (another reason I chose the place) was perfect. Kids could hang in the room while we were downstairs having some adult chill time in a lovely atmosphere that wasn’t too big but comfortable. Plus the beer was great so many choices… be sure to get the beer card! The Onsen after skiing is always a win and a heart breakfast in the am before heading to the snow was great. It’s a popular place so if interested get in quick.
