Room size was great. Clean and with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Has washing machine with dryer function and washing liquid. Microwave, kettle, fridge, tv and hair dryer. Bathroom bigger than average. Able to get clean towels daily. 2 sets of blinds/curtains, so you can choose how much morning light you want coming in. Aircon works great. Beds comfortable. Was on level 8 and had view of mountains. On main entry level there is water dispenser, coffee machine, and sake to try. Also drawer with extras such as lotions, toothbrush, and more. Loved everything about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Proximity to Train and bus stations was great along with a variety of food choices including a 7 Eleven close by. Room was well set out and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Foot bath was a bonus after a big day out...

Amazing Hotel. Well designed, well-maintained, clean, with attention to detail. In the lobby free drinking water, tea, coffee, sake and juices. And a fantastic tank with hot water to rest your feet after a tiring day. Great location, walkable to (almost) everywhere.

We stayed in the cheapest room, so although it was much larger than the average room in Japan, the view was absent, as it faced another building 2 meters away. For an extra 5 euros per night, I suggest paying for a room upgrade.

Newly refurbished and many perks, like free coffee and sake, free umbrellas to take when it rains (as long as you return it).

The building quality, although new, is not great. The walls are all plastic so during humid days, the room feels like a wet room, even with aircon on all the time the moisture has no were to escape.

What has been rarely said is that this hotel is stocked with Refa amenities and hair dryer. So I got to try it out for myself to see what the deal is. And I can see why it's a big deal. The rooms are large clean and well appointed. The comforter and pillows really allow for a good night's rest. The washing machine and dryer is a big plus for me. The hotel is located just off the main Street and within walking distance to places of interest. The Museum of Kyoto is just 200m away and so is NHK Kyoto. Whilst the rooms are big (for Japan), there are extra amenities at the lobby that you can pick up. There's also a foot bath and a communal area for free beverages ans even sake! But you really know that the service is good when you put your luggage there before check in and they are in your room when you finally do. I will definitely choose to stay here again

Nothing about the hotel at all. But I think guests should know that they need to be strong to carry their luggage up and down the stairs to the train station. I avoided it totally by taking the bus from Sinpuhkan on my return journey just to avoid the 4 flights of steps within the station and when exiting.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Additionally, complimentary coffee, tea, and sake are available in the lobby. A pleasant surprise during this visit was the addition of a large foot bath in the lobby.

The location is great, easy access to train stations, food options and site seeing all within walking distance. The room is large, spacious and very modern. Plenty of space to open luggages and organize shopping. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The lobby bathroom amenities are clean but could do with some maintenance. The faucet/tap is wobbly. And the sink and water/coffee machine in the lobby is used often by guests, needed some cleaning and maintenance.

1) The property's esthetics/look was very nice 2) The staff were all very friendly, helpful and patient 3) The lobby area was a nice place for our family to gather, have a drink (sake, coffee, soda) or even enjoy a soothing foot bath 4) Having an all in one clothes washing/drying machine was extremely useful (though it would have been nice to have an English language instruction card as the machine was fairly complex to figure out using Google translate) 5) The relatively close by other Tokyu properties made getting the postcard/stamp card completed a fun exercise 6) The property's close location to the subway, convenience stores (7-11, Lawson), and quick bite locations (McD's, Starbucks) was also very helpful

1) While visiting the other nearby Tokyu properties, I noticed each one's lobby offered slightly different amenities with regards to beverages or other items (i.e. light snacks) in the lobby. Perhaps standardizing these offerings across the various locations would make the experience consistent for travellers

La recepción era muy bonita y con café/agua incluida. La habitación era grande, cómoda y la lavadora/secadora nos fue muy bien.

Aire acondicionado algo ruidoso. La habitación daba a un patio interior y no había nada de luz natural.

Everything went well: staff, location, amenities, and cleanliness. One guy at reception who first did our check-in and at the moment t of our check-out spent a lot of time assisting us with the delivery of our luggage. Thanks, man, you are a rock! On top of that, the room has everything you are looking for on a long trip, washing machine, microwave, mirror, proper fridge, basically, we loved it! In my opinion, it's not 3 stars I would give them 4, amazing stay!

朝食は値段もするけどとても美味しかった。ただ、5泊したので最後の方は飽きてしまった。フロントスペースにドリンクコーナーがあってとても便利だった。部屋に洗濯機があるのはやはり連泊する者にとっては本当に便利。

しょうがないことですが、重いスーツケースを持ってると最寄りの駅出口が階段しかなくて大変でした。よく見れば反対側の出口にエレベーターがあるので（その分歩くけど）そのことをどこかに明記してくれると助かるなと思いました。5泊もするのに掃除が有料なこと。（7泊からはしてくれるみたい）他のホテルでは3日以上というのが多かったので、格安ホテルではないのですからせめて3日に一回掃除してくれたらと思う。

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e la consigliamo vivamente. Ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana (ma comoda anche se si vuole girare a piedi), struttura pulita, staff disponibile.

帰ってきて足湯に入れて最高。癒された。 ちょっとしたお菓子や飲み物もあり、贅沢な空間だった。 洗濯機も室内にあり、就寝時洗濯乾燥しても音が気にならなかった。

Locatie was prima, Kyoto is groot en het is knap als je "dichtbij" het centrum zit. Voetenbad is top na een lange wandeldag! Hotel "amenities" zijn geweldig! Faciliteiten en kamer zijn prima, schoon en comfortabel.

Kamer is krap / klein. Dat wisten we, maar toch echt klein ;-)

Close to the subway, great restaurants nearby and some lovely touches in the hotel like the foot bath and soda stream in the communal area that made this hotel feel like a lovely place to come back to after a day of sightseeing.

Hard to pick out any issues, we were travelling with a baby and the bins in the bathroom were a bit small but they provided us with extra bags when we asked so it wasn't an issue. They have other bins in the room but we didn't want to sleep in the same room as dirty nappies.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a great location, right next to a metro station with a direct connection to Kyoto Station, which made getting around very easy. Having a 7-Eleven just downstairs was incredibly convenient. Although the room was compact, it was comfortable and well equipped, and having a washing machine was a big plus. We also loved the lobby, where guests can help themselves to toiletries and complimentary coffee. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money.

The rooms and beds were of reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. We did have to request for more towels as there wasn't the right amount for number of people staying. The washer & dryer were amazing to have! We could put washing on at night, and in the morning, it was ready to go. We could help ourselves to the drinks bar downstairs and toiletries, we enjoyed the foot spa in the evening after a long day of walking! Good location to accessing trains, and walk to Nishiki Market.

Nothing to complain. Would happily stay here again!

Kyoto gezimizde konakladığımız metro istasyonuna 3-4 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olan bu otel, beklentilerimizi her anlamda karşıladı. Özellikle personele ayrı bir parantez açmak gerek. Hepsi son derece güler yüzlü, saygılı ve her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaşıyorlar. Otele girişte ikram edilen küçük bir şişe sake, çok nazik ve hoş bir karşılama oldu. ​Odamızın genişliği bize büyük konfor sağladı. Odada dolap olmadığı hâlde ve dört valizle seyahat etmemize rağmen alan konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Odada çamaşır makinesi bulunması zaten harikaydı üstelik bu makinenin aynı zamanda kurutma özelliğine sahip olması işimizi kolaylaştıran bir avantaj oldu. Yataklar ise hem oldukça geniş hem de çok rahattı. Yaz sıcağında klimanın performansı da bizi çok memnun etti, kısa sürede odayı dilediğimiz serinliğe ulaştırabiliyordu. ​Otelin sunduğu imkânlar da oldukça başarılı. Resepsiyon katında gün boyu faydalanabileceğiniz su ve kahve makinesi gibi olanaklar mevcut. Özellikle sıcak yaz günlerinde dışarı çıkmadan önce termosumuzu doldurabilmek çok pratik oldu.

Odadaki mini buzdolabının iç hacmi biraz dar ancak bu durum bizim için bir sorun olmadı.

No tengo mayores quejas, solo que algunas personas de recepción no hablan inglés y fue un poco lenta la comunicación. Por todo lo demás 10

Pieza sin clóset ,y pequeña,en todo caso muy en el standard japonés. No todo el personal del front desk,hablaba inglés,lo cual es una gran limitación.No pudimos hacer uso del Servicio de transporte de maletas al Aeropuerto,porque no entendieron lo que solicitábamos. Debiera ser un requisito esencial el idioma universal,en un Hotel que recibe a diario muchísimo turista extranjero

-Perfect location, accessible to everything, public transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping. Staffs are helpful: making a taxi reservation and o so on Washington machine/ dryer in the room is helpful, especially during mg the summertime.

Sheet changing was not available as needed even during the long stay: we stayed five nights. Hopefully there is a possible request to change the bed sheets.

הצוות היה ידידותי מאד ועזר לנו עם בעיה שהייתה לנו עם דואר יפן. הבריכה המחוממת לרגליים בסוף היום בשילוב הבר החופשי הפכו את השהות למפנקת וכיפית במיוחד!

Herşey çok iyi olmasının yanında lobide ücretsiz, su, soda, sıcak/soğuk kahve ve latte çeşitleri, sake ikramı olağanüstüydü.

Good location, clean and comfortable, and very good facilities available.

Washing machine was difficult to use and didn’t seem to have temperature adjustment so it shrank a few of my clothes. The restaurant gave us some of the most vile food I’ve ever had in my life, my partners pork cutlet was simultaneously cold and burnt and was dripping in grease, and my meal wasn’t much better. We had a far better meal from the 7/11 down the road immediately after because we barely touched the food.

Cigarette odour! Not in rooms, but coming out of the lift to reception floor there was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke that lingered from the “smoking room” that is located on that floor. I guess every time a smoker exited that room, so did some smoke. It would be better if this facility could be located elsewhere. Thankfully there was no cigarette odour elsewhere in the hotel.

На завтраке не дали забрать бутерброд с собой для дочери, которая несколько дней подряд не могла проснуться. Завтрака были для нее оплачены, но персонал посчитал, что даже бутерброд выносить нельзя, т.к. по правилам есть нужно только в ресторане в отведанное время. Крайне не приятно

The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas as to where to dine and things to see in the area. The rooms were a good size and it was a great value for the price. The location was excellent and walking distance to shopping and places to see.

I like everything about the place.

I absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One evening, I had an issue with the washing machine in my room. I went downstairs to let the staff know, and they responded immediately and came up to fix it right away. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was a wonderful touch. The atmosphere throughout the property is calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but it was completely manageable and thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed spending time there studying, as I was taking a course during my stay. The location is also extremely convenient. There’s a Starbucks just around the corner, a FamilyMart nearby, and plenty of small restaurants within walking distance. Overall, everything was excellent. I would happily stay here again!

Ótima localização, perto de estação de trem e ponto de ônibus. Pegamos sem café da.manha, mas nas proximidades tem muitas opções, além disso tem um bar que você pode pegar à vontade bebidas quentes e frias. Tem um spa para os pés, excelentes para depois de andar 20 km no dia. Excelentes amenidades, xampú muito cheiroso. Atendentes muito atenciosos para o envio das malas.

A empresa parceira de envio de malas tem um site confuso para estrangeiros, sendo necessário total apoio dos funcionários para preenchimento em kanji (o que foi super bem atendido pela parte do hotel!). Quarto um pouco apertado, mas dentro dos padrões do Japão.

I liked everything

The location was perfect. Close to the subways, a short walk to Gion, a 7/11, Lawsons, McDonalds and Starbucks all within a block. The amenities were great, especially the foot bath after a long day of walking. I would highly recommend

Everything was great! And the staff were very helpful and patient, they helped us to send our big luggage onwards to another hotel - when we came, we were not able to check in at the exact time, but when we came back, they had already taken our luggage to the room! Our room had a washing-drying machine which was a huge plus, and the tv also had streaming which was also a nice detail. Location is also perfekt! We will definitely choose this hotel again:)
