When we arrived at the hotel and were offloading our luggage from the car. Nobody came out to help us. We were in full view of the security as well as the front desk.. But nobody from the hotel bell desk came to collect our luggage until we went in to check in and asked them to do so. Apart from this, there was not enough hot water in the bathroom. The water was very lukewarm through most of the day. Finally, there was loud music being played somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel, or maybe on the hotel premises, well into the night, making sleeping quite difficult.

The service was very late, little less hygiene in pool. Less food options, booking for two people but have dental kit just for one, poor wifi

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, always smiling and pleasant. That made our stay so much better! A big thank you to them for all their effort.

The only thing I'd request is to keep the windows clean 🙏🏼😊

Location

Although the location is near the main road, that’s actually one of the downsides the windows are not isolated very well and you technically can hear all the honking and traffic noise outside starting early in the morning and also at night you hear music so not the best place for a good night to sleep. On top of that the rooms are not that much clean, especially bathroom and in the lobby when you walk in you hear a very bad smell, which is not the best experience overall I think this is not a four star hotel.

No exclusive benefit to regular customer, no loyalty program or any kind of discount for future stay.

The hotel is real value for money , the staff is very cooperative , the rooms are clean and have all required amentities for a comfortable stay. The bset thing is the availibility of taxis, stores and good food around the hotel. The staff is very prompt and helpful.

The location make its a bit noisy as its on the main road , but not enough to cause discomfort.

The location is spot on and the rooms have plenty of space. The food was tasty, and the whole team was really quick to help out with anything. Hajira at reception—she was so helpful and always had a smile!

.No bellboy...no one to carry luggage while check in and check out. No soundproofing at alll.loud music from next door club blasting until 12 wont let u sleep at all.and after the music stops loud sounds still continue from same club/bar Not at all like a 4 star hotel....not worth the money spent.only good thing was south indian breakfast buffet

Fantastic Breakfast which was very tasty. We all enjoyed the break fast. I felt taste wise, it was better than 5 star even if the number of dishes were limited.

The reception staff are not helpful also the restaurant staff are not familiar with drinks we were served drinks after we finished dinner and asked for cocktails but served lemon soda.

I would like to appreciate Fathima from front desk for her courteous behaviour. The housekeeping is also very professional and sincere with their behaviour.

The billing of the in-room dining should be more seamless and efficient.

Excellent service by the entire team of Icon Premier Hotels (Bhagini). Each staff demonstrated quality service and had a commitment towards customer satisfaction. Right from checking in till checking out the staff was prompt, professional and exactly knew how to handle guests. It shows how quality is enforced from the top management. We definitely enjoyed and our stay and hoping to come back in our next trip to Bengaluru. Below are few members that I would like to call out. 1. Deepika Yadav from the dining / restaurant was prompt and welcoming. She ensured that we got what we wanted. 2. Ranjan from the room service team ensured the supplies were replenished before even we requested, this shows management's training to the staff. 3. The front desk was very welcoming and helped us settle in smoothly. We loved our stay and want to express our appreciation to the entire team. Thanks.

Room was good

I was charged for the bar, which I did not use and the reception person, kept arguing with me. I informed the team immediately on my check in and the person also came and checked. Time taken for the check out was very High. Staff was not cooperative.

It was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and the room service was the best part. I had opted for a room with breakfast. And the breakfast each morning was amazing. There were plenty options

The stay was decent

I asked for a bill copy on my email. The staff sounded so incompetent, and on call she said she couldn’t scan and send one without accounts team approval and she only has a physical copy herself. Such nonsense is not expected from a hotel that claims to be 4 star.

Convinient location in walking distance of the nearby tech park. Quite remote from any of the nicer places to visit in Bangalore so absolutely not recommended for a touristic visit. Hotels in this area are quite expensive, this is more of a budget option. If your budget allows it best pick something else.

This hotel has seen better days. Everything is rather run down and the interior is dated. Staff is friendly but very little English is spoken. Rooms themselfs are ok and a good size, but also rather dated. Windows do not close properly which lets in much traffic noise from the nearby ring road. Bring earplugs if you are staying here. The food in the Hotel is just tolerable, but with so many great alternatives in Bangalore its best avoided.

I loved the breakfast and dinner spread. Also staff were super helpful and friendly. It made me feel like home. Staff were always smiling and so well mannered. Its the staff that made a difference.

Washroom didn't have a lock though it did have two doors. But a lock is required. Also washroom didn't have enough hangers

I don’t usually write reviews, but the restaurant food was just amazing, I’m comparing to top restaurants in Bengaluru. I had a meal at the Sheraton and at the Leela palace but the icon chef beat them. One regret I didn’t get to tip the chef. If I ever come back I’ll be dining at your restaurant again.

It’s clean and staff friendly, it’s a shame it was close to the road so you may get woken up by the lorry horns in the morning.

Everything right by from the security at the gates to the reception staff, the room service, housekeeping, the room, the restaurant,the food and the amenities.
