location was good

Poor communication with the staff through both WhatsApp and Booking.com messages. We also had no hot water for one of the days, which was very inconvenient.

L'emplacement était super, le déjeuner varié et très bon et le personnel avenant. Ne restez pas surpris, le balcon est attenant à la salle de bains !

Forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, propreté en général laissait à désirer.

Camera e bagno molto datati e con i servizi non troppo puliti. 90€ per una notte compresa colazione in due sono un pó eccessivi

Отличное месторасположение на острове, прекрасный персонал, вкусный завтрак, я думаю это лучшее место за эти деньги!

Lokalizacja obiektu jest niesamowita, personel bardzo miły. Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Te rzeczy zdecydowanie wynagradzają wady obiektu.

W środku są dziwne korytarze i połączenia między recepcją, pokojami i miejscem, gdzie podawane jest śniadanie, łatwo się zgubić. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, nie są ładne, ściany są brudne, łazienka stara. Śniadania to jakaś tragedia, sztućce plastikowe, w późniejszych godzinach brakuje już niektórych rzeczy ze śniadania, więc polecam przyjść rano.

Hotel was based in residential block. Front door slammed all night very disturbing. Mattress had body shapes in it, very uncomfortable. No kettle, safe, balcony. Sewer smell. Most bulbs in the light sockets didn't work. View over a moldy courtyard. Curtains didn't cover the window space. Wanted to leave, very disappointed after all our research

Location was perfect for us and our two kids. We had a two minute walk each day for a swim in the sea. Room was large and had AC. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of variety and plenty of food. Our kids looked forward to the lovely staff member who greeted them each day and helped us. Staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately a band plays often, in the bar below the apartments. We had two bands play over our four night stay. It was very loud but apparently met the decibel limit. They played til midnight. Kitchen stove wasn't working well but staff were apologetic and gave us a discount.

Location was perfect. Easy to check in. We arrived early and our room was ready. Staff were very welcoming. Room was nice and big with a big space for the shower which is rare in Italy. Room was clean.

Sanitaires bouches débordants toute une nuit sans toilettes, nous avons change de chambre le lendemain. Les deux autres chambres dites communicantes que avions réservées pour 4 adultes étaient en fait une suite parentale pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Et enfin, comme son nom l'indique la formule bed and breakfast inclut le petit déjeuner, il n'est pas facturé 9€ par personne en plus.

Lo staff è fantastico. Disponibile in tutto. Il proprietario ci ha trattati come se fossimo siculi da una vita. Vince l umiltà e la semplicità.

Location was great

Outlook not so good and a very small lift but at least there was one. I would have liked some tea making facilities or water at least supplied.

The staff was excellent, very polite, cheerful and helpful. They kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was quite nice. Since it was a trip for my friend's birthday, they even surprised us with a welcome bottle of champagne. I am very satisfied with our stay and would definitely go back.

Jó az elhelyezkedés, az erkélyről tényleg látszik a tenger, a reggeli bőséges volt, és aki a reggelit szervírozta nagyon kedves és jó fej volt, imádtuk🥰

A szobában egy pohár sem volt, se fogmosó se ivó, nekem ez fura volt, és egyszer se cseréltek türülközőt az egy hét alatt. Lehet persze ha szólunk adnak, de alapból nem cserélték.

I liked the location, it's more or less perfect, the rooms aren't small, at least not the one we had. We came very late, long after the reception had closed, but they solved all the arrangements in advance, so we just had to walk in. Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and the service level is high.

Great value for money room with balcony in central location overlooking the square and old church. Was also walkable to swimming spot off the town walls 5 minute walk away. entrance is opposite the church. We found this hard to work out from the directions given to us but actually its quite easy once you know. The room is spacious and bed comfortable. We loved our stay and Ortigia was our favourite place in Sicily. In hindsight i would have stayed here longer than two days rather than rushing to other areas.

The breakfast room is a bit too crowded and they never put the air conditioner on which seemed crazy in the height of summer. The lift is very old, probably typical of these old buildings so i chose to use the stairs when heading down and out!

The shower lacked water pressure when turned to Hot which meant having an almost cold shower luckily it was very Hot weather so was not too bad

Great location and a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they always responded very quickly to any questions or requests. The place is perfect for a short stay, with everything you need in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it 100%!

Tisztaság, 7 éjszaka alatt külön kérésre volt csak takarítas és törölköző csere egyszer. 1 hét alatt 2 nap sorozatos áramkimaradás volt.

Habitacions ben espaioses i ben equipades. El bany molt complert amb una inmemsa banyera. L'esmorzar molt variat i abundant. La Gabriela molt simpatica i atenta, aixi com la noia que preparava l'esmorzar.

No tenien aigua i l'aigua de l'aixeta a Ortigia no es pot beure.

Konden eerder in kamer, ontbijt prima met goede service, midden in centrum, auto van te voren reserveren, dan staat ie onder het gebouw.

Te zacht matras, je ligt in een kuil, badkamer oud en achterstallig onderhoud, douche niet fris, jammer

Appartamento non ben tenuto, con affaccio su una chiostrina, bagno male odorante, con box doccia traballante.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της Ορτύγια και εύκολο στην πρόσβαση! Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν όλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί.

Υπήρχε άσχημη οσμή στο μπάνιο και στον διάδρομο

Nagyon szépen felújított szobákat kaptunk. Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, 5 percre van a dómtól vagy éppen a strandtól. Reggelire van sok édesség az olaszoknak, de másokra is gondoltak finom sonkával, sajttal. Nem volt túl nagy választék, de minőségi volt. Külön főztek mindenkinek kávét / cappuccinot kérés szerint. Legjobbat lent a téren a Ciauru street food étkezdében ettünk. Kedvesek, elfogadható árakon bőséges adagokat adnak.

Recepció a 3. emeleten van, de a lift életveszélyes (többször el is romlott, amíg ott voltunk). Bőrönddel kicsit nehezebb felkaptatni. A gyönyörű fürdőszobákban egyszerűen nem lehet hova tenni a törülközőket. Tele van üres falfelületekkel a fürdőszoba, ahova fel lehetett volna szerelni tartókat. Így nem a tükörre vagy éppen a zuhanykabinra kellett volna aggatni a törülközőket. De a szobában sincs semmi praktikum.

La camera con un balcone interno che non rispecchiava comunque le foto della stanza e soprattutto vicino alla zona della delle colazioni disturbato, una stanza che avrei assegnato a un membro dello staff e non avrei venduto a un cliente

Pentru o ședere scurtă este o alegere bună, având in vedere amplasamentul și raportul calitate / preț. Este curat, iar micul dejun este diversificat. Îi mulțumesc în mod deosebit doamnei care mi-a făcut un caffe latte bun de tot! 😘

Hotel tres bien situé. Personnel aidant et sympathique. Salle de bain et lits propres. Les photos sont plus belles que les lieux qui font assez usés.

Posizione centralissima per visitare Ortigia! La struttura si trova all'interno della ZTL.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the breakfast especially the lady who ran it as she was very attentive. The room came with AC, Fridge, hairdryer and a TV which all worked and were very good! We also enjoyed the bed as it was very comfy and the shutter at the window which blocked light from coming into the room. There was plenty of space for use to hang clothes up and it was ultimately a good space for 2 people.

We had a few issues such as there being a power cut and the bathroom flooded due to the drain being blocked, and we also had no water for a short period of time. With that being said these were issues which were resolved. We would have liked the cleaners to have changed the towels and keep an eye on toilet paper as they missed a day of coming into the room which meant we have to go to reception to ask for both.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The accommodation is nice, situated on several floors. It's really close to the Duomo. Nice breakfast, and comfortable beds with good AC in the rooms.

The elevator is a nightmare))). It works just fine but when it arrives at the chosen floor it makes a weird movement...anyway this does not change the fact that the accomodation is great.

La chambre se trouve dans un vieux bâtiment. Il y a pas de vue sur mer ni sur la ville — les deux fenêtres donne une vision sur les balcons qui sont pas très propres. La connexion WIFI était faible

Posizione veramente bellissima per essere al centro di ortigia con tanti posti dove fare colazione. Staff estremamente disponibile e professionale

Purtroppo ascensore non sempre funzionante obbligando a portare le valigie attraverso 4 piani di scale. Le stanze per quello che costano sono abbastanza piccole e l’aria condizionata non funziona sempre benissimo, raffreddando molto meno di quello che ci si aspetterebbe. I bagni estremamente piccoli e poco forniti sono il demerito piú grande. Il prezzo di 100 euro a notte non dovrebbe essere giustificato dalla sola posizione centrale. Il parcheggio un incubo essendo ztl non puoi parcheggiare all’interno di ortigia se non in posteggi estremamente costosi e privati ma anche lì si rischia di non trovare posteggio la sera. Anche andando fuori ortigia é veramente difficile trovare posteggio, arrivando al punto di posteggiare la macchina lontano e farsi 40min a piedi.

Nagyon jó helyen volt, közel volt a strand, illetve igazából minden közel volt. Szép és igényes volt a szállás. Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet.

Páratartalom magas, ezért nehezen száradtak a ruhák.

Non c’è stato niente che mi sia piaciuto. Anche la posizione, che è indicata centrale e con una bella vista sulla chiesa che si trova nelle immediate vicinanze, si è rilevata non buona. Infatti, la strada ove si trova il portone di ingresso della struttura e’ mal tenuta e invasa da odori per nulla gradevoli.

Non ho appezzato nulla della struttura, che si presenta vecchia, senza alcun stile e molto sporca.

位置不错，就是停车场有点远，早餐很丰盛

Très bien situé en plein centre d’Ortigia, à seulement quelques minutes de la mer, ce logement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Un grand parking se trouve à environ 10 minutes. Le personnel était également très agréable. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer et le haut de l’église située en face.

Certains équipements mériteraient d’être changés : le lit ancien bougeait beaucoup, le jet de la douche était beaucoup trop puissant et certaines installations électriques de la salle de bain (prises mal fixées notamment). L’isolation phonique est également mauvaise : nous entendions les passages, les portes et les conversations. Notre chambre étant située au même niveau que le petit-déjeuner, nous avons été réveillés tôt par son installation puis par les premiers clients.

De geur in de badkamer was zeer pentrant waardoor we de raam continu moesten laten openstaan en de deur moesten toe houden. Er was geen douchescherm om je te douchen

La gentilezza di Gabriella alla reception e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out e la posizione centrale.

Soggiorno deludente, salvato solo dal personale. La posizione è centralissima e comoda, ma la struttura è del tutto trascurata e inserita in una zona sporca e poco invitante. ​Manutenzione e Comfort: Scarico del WC malfunzionante, acqua calda con autonomia per una sola doccia e condizionatore decisamente troppo rumoroso. ​Pulizia e Finestre: Stanza affacciata su un pozzetto luce sporchissimo che impediva di aprire le finestre, pulizia generale scarsa e mobile del mini-frigo (poco funzionante) del tutto trascurato. ​Se chi possiede la struttura avesse maggior cura nel gestirla e manutenerla, il potenziale ci sarebbe. Allo stato attuale, però, il soggiorno non risulta piacevole.

Super lokalizacja, w centrum Starówki, w okolicy sklepy spożywcze, knajpki, sklepy z pamiątkami, główny plac i katedra, w bliskiej odległości port i mała plaża, Pokój 2 osobowy z łazienką skromny, bez szaleństw ale ogólnie było wszystko co potrzeba, balkon z widokiem na plac, śniadanie w formie bufetu, miły personel. Stosunek jakości do ceny jak najbardziej w porządku :)

Brakowało warzyw i owoców, proszę dodać to do śniadań i będzie rewelacja ;) Proszę pamiętać o czyszczeniu i odgrzybianiu klimatyzacji, z naszej leciała woda, bardzo mały TV.

La salle de bain était très anciennes par rapport à d’autres chambres (nos amis ont eu la chance d’avoir une belle salle de bain moderne) Le rideau ne se fermait pas complètement ce qui nous a réveillé le matin avec la lumière du jour, cela a été signalé deux fois et un réparateur devait venir mais il n’est malheureusement jamais venue

Idealne położenie po środku Starego Miasta z pięknym widokiem z okna. Bardzo czystko, wygodne, dużo łóżko, komfortowa łazienka. Śniadanie smaczne i różnorodne. Polecamy :)

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich toll - übertraf sogar meine Erwartung! Das Personal war wunderbar. Gabriela, Bianca und ganz besonders Lia!

Es wurde leider nicht gern geputzt! Trotzdem habe ich mich wohlgefühlt!.

È solamente un pò scomodo muoversi tutti i giorni con la macchina dovendo raggiungere il parcheggio 15 minuti a piedi ogni volta.
