The location is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed having the private beach all to ourselves. Such a peaceful and relaxing place! 🌊🏝️❤️

The only downside was that it was a little noisy at night. We could hear people walking along the corridor and dragging their luggage, which disturbed our sleep a little and the toilet can be more clean with any fragrance.

We paid RM400 for one night, but unfortunately, the room and overall experience were not worth the price. The apartment we received was not exactly as shown in the pictures before booking. We were expecting a sea view, but instead, our room faced a construction area, which was very disappointing. We booked a Family Suite, but basic facilities were lacking. There were no cups, plates, shampoo, and hand wash provided. The balcony was also not very clean. The bed in one of the bedrooms was extremely deep in the middle, like a hole, making it very uncomfortable to sleep and we could not rest peacefully. For RM400 per night, we expected much better facilities, cleanliness and comfort. The management needs to improve the room conditions and facilities and ensure that the actual rooms match the pictures shown during booking.

food options are quite limited..not suitable for vegans or vegeterians...hard to find grab..the hotel staff helped me in finding local driver. Some rooms are quite rusted though. need soem maintainence.

Overall facilities are old and not properly maintained. The toilet seat cover is dirty and worn out. The tile flooring is dusty and sticky. The carpet already thicken. Only 1 TV in living room can use after we complained about it. The wifi is very week, and internet connection there is very slow. The route to the residence is very dark without street lamp when you drive there at night. Overprice for these accommodation.

I like the place it's so peaceful I always come this place many times already it's so private and not crowded at all I like the staff so friendly also and the invironment is so calm I like the most the beach side bcox can take photo a lot I will come again ana again.

All I like the room the pool the beach side but one thing only need to improve the cooking things and the bathroom things like oven plates spoon and the shampoo like that but all in all I should all okay this one only need to put in the room.

The mattress was springy and the pillows were flat. When 1 person tosses and turns the other person also feels the heavy movement. Had a very bad pain in my back and my Legs After sleeping

they didn’t change the pillow case! smelly pillow (can u imagine other people drool on that pillow and u happen to smell them once u lay down?) and the mattress was thin. you can feel the spring. luckily it’s only one night stay!

The beach was right at the hotel and was stunningly gorgeous and hardly anyone on it

The view/location made it perfect but over all the hotel buildings are very old, need painting etc. This I feel was accomadated for in the great pricing

Tiara Seaview is a very calm and peaceful place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The main highlight is the private beach, which is clean and offers a nice, quiet atmosphere. Although the building is a bit old, the rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is also good and enjoyable.

The only inconvenience I experienced was getting a Grab for local travel, as it can be difficult to find one in the area. If you have your own vehicle, then it's not an issue at all. Overall, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time by the sea.

Located at privacy area. No stranger can enter to the beach area.

Building paint got faded and removed. If maintained the nice color it was more beautiful.

Easy excess to the sea Swimming pool is amazing , that's the main reason we always chose Tiara Things to be improved : wifi too slow & the cleanliness of the kettle. Overall was awesome.. TQ

Room, lift, corridor, everything is dirty!! Facilities terrible, pool only for children, billard table is 16 dollars for one game, less than 5 minutes, 16 dollars gone!! No other facilities, seaside so far away, by the time reach there, can head back to room!! For so expensive price of about 600++ for 2 nighs, expect much better condition and facilities!! Regretted, will never return.
