The place is very convenient and near the mall.

The house is nice. How ever aircond is not well maintained, the bed in master bedroom is outdated. Only one access card provided.

parking agak jauh.. agak susah nk angkat barang-barang masa nak check in dan check out.. tapi nasib baik staf kat situ sangat-sangat membantu..

Old mattress spring uncomfortable to sleep... Luckily the have the mat.. We use the mat and sleep on the floor .. Stain over the bed sheet and blanket.. House a bit smelly... They didnt refund my deposit within 48 hours as they promise.. till 72hours from my check out they didnt answer me regarding my deposit and even did not answer my wassap or call... They are scammer

Security deposit was promise to be return 48 hours however, seems like it doesn’t refund as promise. No TV channel was provided and has inform to the management however there is no solution on this.

I am beyond outraged by the state of the room I was provided, as this was without a doubt the most unsanitary and poorly maintained accommodation I have ever experienced. It is clear that absolutely no effort is made to clean or inspect rooms between guests, there was fake eyelashes stuck to the toilet mirror. The level of filth continued throughout the room, with the Toto mattress, pillows and we ended up having to buy our own bedsheet covers and comforter just so we were able to sleep. The ironing board too was covered in visible stains that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The equipment provided was a genuine safety hazard; the iron was filthy and the wires were haphazardly connected in a way that looked like a significant fire risk. Combined with the drawings scribbled on the walls and the fact that the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional the entire time, my stay was a total nightmare.

Stayed one night and couldn't sleep. The beds in all rooms have no padding, and you feel every metal spring. We woke up with bad backaches.

The check in - smooth and clear. The check-out - fast and easy. The location - plenty of cafes, convenience stores, clinics & pharmacies available (if emergency), easily accessible (near the highway exit), privacy (no loud noise). Aesthetic - breezy, facing the beach direction (but no beach view). Utilities - they provide iron & the board, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, washer, microwave oven, cutleries, dinnerware, hot shower, all bath w/ shower gel. Bedroom - all rooms w/ airconds, clean, supplied with extra mattresses and the aircond works fine. Good night sleep to recharge.

The cleanliness - the caretaker (building maintenance) should pay more attention to details. We had to clean the bathroom and kitchen sink area upon check in. We checked-in late so we do expect a thorough cleanliness of the unit since we have informed them ahead of our ETA. We do expect to cook in the unit (hence why we chose to homestay instead of a hotel room) but we have no access to the cooker because there was no gas or electricity supply to it. Hope they can improve in the future. But overall the service was great! We share here photos of the unit we took before we checked out. So only good clean things are being shared.

Had a really pleasant stay at Desaru Utama Residence. The place is quiet and peaceful—perfect to relax and clear your mind. The house was clean and comfortable, and facilities like the pool and gym were well maintained. Shops and essentials are all nearby, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

Overall everything was fine during my stay. The only downside was the beds in the rooms—they feel quite old and worn out. The mattress has become soft and you can feel the springs when lying down, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully this can be improved for a better stay experience.

Location-wise okay. Nearby Pengerang. There's a lot of nearby shop, convenience store and restaurant.

Cleaner bed sheet. The sheets look like they haven't been washed in months! Tengah malam rumah atas bising. Not sure Ghost or Human that made the noise. LATE REFUND!! The PIC said refund will be processed within 48 hours but till now (4 days after check out), still no refund.

The bed is not comfortable, can feel the spring. The bed sheets are very dirty, yellowish and stain everywhere. We booked for 6pax, but there is only 5 mattress There is a room that’s no aircon, please listed inside the description. The owner is not responsive

Bilik belakang tilam terlalu lembik sangat,.. Duduk saja pun dah tenggelam seperti nak jejak lantai... Review gambar ada pantai ada buaian... saya bayangkan homestay ini pemandanganya di tepi pantai ataupun laut tetapi lokasinya dikelilingi dengan kedai² tiada pemandangan yg menarik..

Was clean and tidy

No extra blanket provided. No shower gel/soap in both bathrooms. Got only one garbage bag. Hall aircond was noisy a bit and the remote controller has no battery. The master bedroom's air cond have less chilliness maybe hv to service..

Service was bad, house balcony was dirty, no toilet tissue roll provided, no wifi, the letter box lock was broken upon arriving at the place, pillow cover was yellow. One of the worst experiences in malaysia!

太差了，太差了，被房东诈骗了房费，刚下了订单房主whatsapp联系我，要我私下转钱给他，我拒绝他就不给我入住，一定要我私下通过whatsapp转钱给他，没办法就取消了订单，没有入住，到最后还要收取一天的房费！！真是诈骗手段各式各样，提醒大家小心！！！

Location is great. However,

All the mattress beds was too soft, could not slept comfortably. Aircon at living room was not working properly. bedroom either no fan or no aircon.

I had a very pathetic experience at Glex Homes Desaru. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for three nights, but the stay was so bad that I had to cancel the remaining two nights. The first apartment had no Wi-Fi and the TV wasn’t working. They shifted us to another unit, but that one was even worse: • All three aircons were leaking water • Master bedroom door could not be closed • The bed was extremely uncomfortable – springs poking through • Bedsheets and pillows were yellowish and unhygienic • It was impossible to get proper sleep I requested a refund for the cancelled nights, but until now there is no update or payment returned, despite multiple follow-ups. I really hope the management improves their service and hygiene standards. I do not recommend booking this place until they fix these basic issues.

Good location, close proximity to a local mall and eateries. Apartment is well equipped, spacious, and windy. Good pillows.

We experienced a strong glue smell upon checking in. It seemed the waterproofing of the toilet in the master bedroom was just completed. Room could have been aired before allowing the check-in. Beds need to be replaced. We could feel the spring when lying on the bed. There was no shampoo. Only shower gel was provided. The apartment was very windy and door stoppers should have been provided. While airing the apartment, the strong wind caused one of the bedroom doors to bang shut and locked from the inside. This was probably not the first time as the owner has left the keys to unlock the bedrooms in a cabinet in the living room. Free-standing mirrors should not have been used. The strong wind toppled one of the mirrors and we had to pay for it. Warnings should have been given about the strong wind.

The location is really good. At the city Central.

The house is under maintain. The kitchen cabinet is peeling, the wall is peeling. Is different from the picture shown. the toilet light is dim. We have four adults staying and only one toilet roll provided in one of the toilet. Further the towel provided is dirty. You can see stain on it.

The location, easy to find the property. Many varieties restaurants around from Seafood to Bingsu

People did not wear swim attire in the pool.

选了个可以7人入住的，显示额外提供3张 tilam，但只是薄薄的三张tilam，tilam还是黑黑异常肮脏，tilam根本没办法睡，还要另外到附近的酒店租房！第一间房子wifi不能使用，小房没有空调！拖了很久才换了另外一间房子！两间房子都是弹簧床，应该都是很便宜的弹簧床，躺上去能感觉到弹簧在顶着你，坐上去躺上去还会塌陷！翻个身床会一直发出噪音！影响睡眠！homestay至少要严格要求床褥的质量吧！不求你们使用大牌子的床褥！至少不要出现塌陷和噪音的床吧！

Firstly about a location it's very strategic near to beach,, supermarkets and alot fatalities. Very conventional.have swimming pools, gym and easy parking. We are happy 😊
