夜中に上階の部屋を歩く音がえらいうるさくてすごくと響いてうるさく寝れなかった

Obiekt znajduje się w dzielnicy rozrywkowej, daleko od centrum. W ciągu dnia okolica była spokojna, natomiast wieczorem wyraźnie ożywa i oferowała głównie rozrywkę dla dorosłych. Na ulicach można było spotkać panie oferujące swoje usługi, co w przypadku podróży z dziećmi było dla mnie dość niekomfortowe. Sam pokój niestety nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Klimatyzacja pracowała bardzo głośno — dopiero w trakcie pobytu zrozumiałam, dlaczego w recepcji dostępne są zatyczki do uszu (nie tylko klima, ale też kluby nocne). Łóżka były dla nas niewygodne. Dodatkowym minusem był brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu oraz brak stałej obecności personelu w recepcji. Podróżowałam z trzema córkami i osobiście nie czułam się w tej okolicy bezpiecznie, szczególnie wieczorami.

El desayuno es muy justito pero muy barato (500 yenes). Sirve por lo menos para salir del hotel con algo en el estómago.

Elegimos un Ryokan porque los niños querían probar la experiencia. Las camas eran un poco duras. El hotel está viejo y anticuado. Lo peor, el baño. El servicio de recogida en la estación solo sirve para las horas que ellos indican. En el servicio de alquiler de bicicletas solo te ofrecen 1 hora o todo el día .. con lo que tuvimos que pagar todo el día y usarlo solo 3 horas

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious enough and very suitable for a family stay. We stayed for one night before continuing our trip to Kyoto. The location is very convenient, with the train station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops on the same street. Despite the lively atmosphere outside at night, we couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The price was very affordable considering the comfort, location, and overall quality. I would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable stay for one or a few nights.

La habitación era amplia.

No me gustó que el sistema de aire no servía, las instalaciones son mas viejas de lo que se ven en las fotos, la ubicación del hotel no es tan cercana al centro.

4人ベットと表記されてましたが、ソファベットは少し狭かったです。

Ra ga rất gần, chỉ vài bước chân. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, hoàn hảo, đầy đủ trang thiết bị sinh hoạt cho gia đình có thể tự nấu ăn, ở đây check in và out hoàn toàn tự động, chúng tôi gặp chút xíu khó khăn với mật khẩu khoá lúc đầu còn lại thì mọi thứ vô cùng hoàn hảo. cảm ơn các bạn! Thật tuyệt vời, chúng tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp

Chỉ trục trặc chút xíu lúc đầu khi check in, chúng tôi phải chờ đợi mật khẩu mới, tuyệt hơn là khi đến chúng tôi chỉ cần tự động bấm check in rồi lên phòng với mã số mà ko cần liên hệ lễ tân như các nơi khác thì tuyệt hơn.

Máy sấy tóc ko được khoẻ lắm,còn tất cả mọi thứ đều vô cùng tuyệt vời.

Spacious compared to other usual properties that we booked in Japan. It is clean and well maintained, very close to the train station, so its easier to go to Dotonbori. It is close to shops,7eleven is just beside the building.

TV- no english channels and difficult to navigate.

Non troppo pulita. Divano molto sporco. Cucina vecchia. Poltrona sporca e mobili molto rovinati. L’aria condizionata sporca e rumorosa. Non accettano deposito bagagli e spedizione bagagli. Questo è davvero debilitante.

コスパが良く、立地は良かったです。食べるところが沢山あり、駅が近くて便利です。

夜、施設の目の前でキャバレーの呼び込みが多数居て少し気になりました。後、深夜早朝に若い子達が騒ぐ日がありました。

スタッフさんがいつもいないので、チェックイン、チェックアウトに迷ってる方が結構います。

Super lokalizacja, był to mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i jestem zadowolony. Spory pokój, dużo miejsca. Obok stacji i sklepów.

Great value and plenty of space. Very clean room and great location.

Minor item as my group arrived early with luggage. A space to store luggage would have been an ideal solution.

お願いした部屋と違った。こちらが勘違いしたのかもしれないけど一人で泊まるのにベット２台＋二段ベット２台、ソファーベッド１台。それでも広いんですけど、ベッド数いらないからデスクと椅子があってほしかった。こちらのオーダーミスだったらすみません。。

la stanza è tra le piu' grandi trovate in 15 giorni trascorsi in Giappone. Molto pulita e spaziosa. Non centralissima ma vicina ad un 7 eleven e a qualche localino. Bagno grandissimo e pulito.

It's big enough for a family of 4, with a clean and comfy bed. very convenient location with all the shops we want, and the 7-11 just downstairs at the corner.

There are a lot of nightclubs, but they are not noisy, which is good.

まず立地がとても良いです。飲食も買い物も全く困らず、駅からのアクセスもとても近くて簡単です。雨でもアーケードが使えるので濡れずに行けて良かったです。 スタッフはとても感じが良く親切な方ばかり。 お部屋の広さ、アメニティ、キッチンの使いやすさ、清潔さ、文句なしでおすすめです。 １週間の滞在に途中無料の清掃もついてるところもとてもいいですね！

まず、隣の部屋の声はほぼ筒抜け。 外国の方が夜お構いなしに騒ぐ声も、子供が泣いてる声も、夜は特に気になり、その点はマイナス１。 22時以降は静かに、みたいな注意を書いてもいいのでは？耳栓配っていた理由がわかりました。 もう１点は洗濯機が部屋にないので、２階のコインランドリー。 洗濯回数が多くなる人は１回500円の料金が地味にプラスのコストになります。 200円くらいだと嬉しかったな。

Great size room for families.

It’s in a bit of a night scene neighbourhood so felt a little uncomfortable with my children out at night.

Le bruit et la lumière non filtrée. Nous avons payé une nuit supplémentaire dû à une erreur sur la planification de notre voyage et nous n'avons pour autant pas pu accéder a la chambre avant l'heure de check in un jour après.

5年前にも高校の卒業旅行で使用させて頂き、とてもコスパも都心へのアクセスもお部屋もよかったため、今回の旅にもお邪魔しました。繁華街ではあるものの、コンビニやお店が近くとても利用しやすかったです。

The apartment itself has space for a family which is good. Laundry available onsite, but expensive at 500 yen just to wash.

I am a huge fan of Minn chain in Japan. Unfortunately the location of this building in Juso was terrible and I should have researched better. We had two incidents outside the property during our stay. First was when we stayed on level 2, a huge fight outside in the streets in middle of the night. My kids were petrified. Second incident at 4am on the morning we were leaving. Some other fight with people screaming and fighting, multiple police in attendance and we left in a taxi, as police still dealing with whatever had happened. Shame again for our kids. I would not recommend for people with families. Walking back from the station we took a particular street to avoid some of the unsavoury people in the neighbourhood. We did have what appeared to be pimps and prostitutes outside the complex at one point as well. Level 4 was much quieter, but not enough to avoid hearing the second incident before we left. We will stay at Minn again but not in this location. Even without children, I would not feel comfortable staying in this neighbourhood. I did contact Minn Juso to raise my concerns, but understanding that they cannot do much to control the outside area.

Beds weren’t great - bunk bed mattresses had springs that had definitely seen some action over the years. And we didn’t realise the area was “red light district” so quite noisy at night and lots of “girls” outside our hotel which our children had lots of questions about.

とにかく駅から近く、お店も多い。部屋はワンルームを貸切にしたような感じで、とても寛げた。トイレ、お風呂が完全に分かれているうえにとても綺麗。大阪駅周辺が高いのでこちらにしてみたが、これからも十分選択肢に入る滞在先となった。1階にあったみんなのトイレという名のトイレもオストメイトまである最新のもので素晴らしかった。

施設の入口が雑居ビルに見えて、少し引いてしまった。駅からここまで、夜は客引きの黒スーツのお兄さんたちが結構いた。特に何をされるわけでもないが、若い女性がひとりで歩くには、相応しくないかもしれない。また、夜中に外で喧嘩をしている声が聞こえ起きてしまった。その後パトカーまで来たようで、騒がしかった。

・立地が良い ・素泊まりなら十分すぎる設備 ・チェックイン、チェックアウトが楽(スマホ1台で全て完結する)

・無料のアメニティ(歯ブラシ、館内着)があるとより良かったです！

家族５名で宿泊しました。 部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。 駅も近く、飲食店も多かったので便利でした。
