The personal was helpful, the room was overall very clean. The bed was nice, the balnket amazingly nice and soft. The room was well layed out.

The pillows were to long. Room had a leaky fossit, the shower has dark spots, looked unclean. They housekeeping kept forgetting to add new towels after they took the used away. Almost no sound isolation.

Our room was large and very clean with a nice view over Medan city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well, although was a little noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The hotel was a bit far away from the city centre, but nothing a bus or a Grab couldn't sort

For a 3-star hotel, this is a wonderful hotel. With friendly staff, a clean room and toilet, all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, water dispenser), and good location, what is there not to like? Perfect for a night or two in Medan.

Nothing really. In hotels such as these, it will never be fully sound proofed. Yes, there was some noise, but it didn't bother us.

The best hotel in town that you can get for anyone and it's super affordable, the room is very clean and neat, all the facility is well maintained and cleaned. The 131 rooms and suites is the steal deal. The food is also great, theres also roasts & brew coffee lounge to chill here🔥

Just a 1 night stay for me. Good for the price. Room was comfortable enough for short stays. Breakfast was good but not special. One big negative : walls are so thin that people talking in the hallway sound like screaming and some guy praying in the other room sounded like he was in my room.

I book for superior but full, so I got deluxe for the upgrade. Quiet nice service in Fave hotel S Parman Medan. My trip here for business and I think I will be here again for my next trip. Also I will recommend to all of my friend who want to going trip to Medan.

Staff are friendly and helpful, great service ! Location is good middle of medan town, very convenient to go any where. Near to all the place. Near to shopping mall and good restaurant. Big room and clean room. Good facilities. Recommended to stay here when you are in medan.

Room wasn’t really clean, had some kind of smell. All my clothes smells when I left the room. Cups were yellow, sheets were very old sheets that turned brown from white. Drinking water is in a common area, you have to leave your room to get water. The phone in the room was not working.

Fave is an excellent hotel with excellent choice of breakfast. Breakfast spread includes both western and Asian . Lontong is a must try! Room is clean! will definitely go there and visit again on my next visit to Medan! Able to see the daily lives of Medan

This was a great hotel. The staff were polite, the rooms were large for the price, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. However, sometimes when I would order food for lunch, they were sold out of a few items. This happened a couple of times. Despite that inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a great deal for the price.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They attended to use with patience and care. They assisted us with our luggage and items we ordered as souvenirs from grab and they kept well for us and labelled carefully with names and phone numbers. When our grab drivers stopped in front of the lobby, they immediately walked up to help us pick up the luggage, even though this is not a five star hotel but the service is definitely better than other hotels I have stayed. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfy. Even the toilets are sparkling clean They serve good breakfast too! With the affordable price, this stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you fave hotel for such a pleasant stay for us.

The hotel was ok. My room was clean, bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi connection also ok. Breakfast average. Good enough for 2 nights but not super comfortable for longer stay.

I had a non-smoking room but I could smell the smoke from the cigarets. Some rooms are for smokers and the stink is not isolated. It was not soooo bad but for me as a non-smoker it was more than enough and there was not possible to open a window. The hotel (building) is visibly old, would deserve some reconstruction, i.g. sound isolation from the corridor - I could hear every single step and word from there also a lot of noise from the room above mine. I would also appreciate some more information at the reception - what to see in Medan, where I can get a SIM card (nobody knew) etc.

Electricity in our room would occasionally cut out so the air-conditioned beeped on and off a lot during the night

positive: room was cleaned well. rain shower. Hotel allowed late check out (1pm) for me which I truly appreciate. negative: no tissues in room, no fridge, and no hairdryer (need to request). shampoo and body wash is a 3 in 1 and quality was not good. A few black moulds on toilet walls.

L'hôtel présente à peu près bien et est plutôt bien situé. Pour le reste, passez votre chemin : propreté de la salle de bain douteuse, draps et serviettes en piteux état... Heureusement, comme toujours en Indonésie, le personnel est très sympathique.
