Really nice hotel, good size room, we actually stayed on an extra day and we changed room to a slightly smaller room but a little bit more modern. Staff were friendly. Very close to the beach

The reason i gave 9 and not 10 , the night we got there the receptionist sent us on nearly a 10 min walk in the blistering heat for an atm that he put in my phone. But there was one 30 seconds from the hotel in the opposite direction

Carol Tia Hoang et Viet Anh étaient au top réactifs et professionnels. Des qu’un problème arrivait la réaction des équipes pour le résoudre était immédiate. Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur mer.

We loved everything: the hotel is beautiful and beachfront, the breakfast is excellent, the restaurant is top-notch, the rooms are spacious, and the pool and view are fantastic.

Waiting times at lifts

A stone’s throw away to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. Ease of travel to major tourist attractions. Their service - all staff be it reception or room service or the breakfast hall, they were all simply superb. Full marks to them.

Almost everything was very good. Being vegan, they didn’t have much choice for us- though their service was excellent- they did empathize with us and tried their very best to get some vegan food.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, with great facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always available to help throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nhi and Thu, who were both lovely and always happy to help or give me good recommendations 😊 I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if I come back to Da Nang!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great and exactly as I expected.

Hotel in posizione perfetta a Da Nang. A pochi passi, oltre al mare, si possono trovare tantissimi sevizi utili come noleggio motorini, ristoranti, supermercati. Letto comodissimo (abbiamo dormito benissimo), stanza pulitissima e colazione con vasta scelta.

It was hard to shower without making a mess. Even with the shower curtain the water got all over the bathroom floor

The lighting was not bright enough for wife to do her makeup. I think they need to change the light to white at the minimum.

Property was nice, clean and the staff were very good. Location is great as well.

1st night : had issue where the bed was making squeaking noise. It was hard to sleep when each time you move, the bed was making noise. Advised reception and they fixed it the next day. 3rd night: We kept hearing chair noises above us till very late at nignt. Advised reception and I think they talked to the room above us but they still kept making the noise. Overall, the hotel was good but the experience wasn’t the best because of the bed noise, constant neighbour noise which didn’t help with proper sleep.

Location and facilities

Breakfast was ordinary, a bit boring. You only get one room key. A replacement key if lost or misplaced the cost is 100K VND. I wasn't happy about it. Restaurant food choice limited. A simple sandwich could have been and ideal menu on the item. We had food from the restaurant, we could only give 6 for the food.

Really liked how attentive and accommodating the staff were. Always quick to respond to any requests.

The pillows were too soft 😂

The girls at reception were very friendly and polite making it an enjoyable stay.

The view was amazing! exactly like the picture. The staff were nice and the location is very good.

The shower had no conditioner.

Beim Frühstück hätten mir noch Pancake und Nutella gefällt.

Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa e luminosa. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Staff gentile e attento. Alla richiesta di un ferro da stiro mi hanno portato in stanza in 5 minuti il ferro e l'asse. Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Direttamente sul viale principale lungo il mare. Ci tornerei.

Second time staying at this hotel and really enjoyed it again. It’s really worth getting the slightly more expensive room, as the sea view makes a big difference. Waking up to the sunrise on the sea in the morning is amazing. The hotel is just across the street from beachfront restaurants and bars, and there are shops next to it too so the location is very convenient. The rooftop pool is also great, and the staff is lovely. Especially the lady in charge of handling reviews 😁

Only thing I didn’t like is that I had to leave!

Accueil irréprochable, chambre spacieuse et très bien entretenue, piscine magnifique, salle de sport en plus. Très bon emplacement, location de scooter et service de laverie à proximité. En face la plage, pleins de restaurants et bars très sympas qui n’empêchent pas de dormir la nuit paisiblement. Et le must… le petit déjeuner est ROYAL !

Les vitres des chambres semblent anciennes et la salle à manger du matin serait plus accueillante si les stores étaient levés.

Superbe hôtel situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits variés et changeant tous les jours.Une mention spéciale à Carol et son équipe qui ont été formidables. Carol s’est chargé de commander le gâteau d’anniversaire de notre fille et a été très serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Bravo à elle et à ses collègues

Les jus de fruits étaient chauds et pas à notre goût. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur mer mais c’était très bruyant avec les restaurants.

We have returned to Paris Deli for second time as we loved it here before. Staff is amazing, they will go beyond for you. Perfect location and the rooftop pool has amazing views.

I got sick from breakfast probably poorly cleaned salad vegetables We were promised a midday check in but didn’t get until 2pm The cleaner never replaced any of the soaps Unbeknown to us the hot water was turned off The cleaner never turned it on so we ended up with cold showers The place used to be terrific now it is terrible We had to continue to ask for our room to be cleaned - usually late each afternoon which meant we had to vacate our room

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el staff es muy amable, el desayuno está bien, sin ser extraordinario.

El punto débil fue la limpieza de las habitaciones, en una de las habitaciones de mi reserva había una telaraña. Si mejorara la limpieza en la habitación, todo hubiese sido formidable.

There was a fair bit of nightlife noise from the bars across the street. Even on floor 14 it was inconvenient. But I guess that's the flip side of being located so close to the restaurants and beech scene.

The most memorable part of our traveling is the people. From the moment we walked into this hotel to the moment we checked out, everyone was so sweet and nice. The hotel breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time and highly recommended.
