L'emplacement du logement est pratique. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit plutôt confortable. Personnel très reactive par message pour le check in et check out, mais également si problème avec la porte principal

- La porte de la salle de bain/WC qui ne se ferme pas - Le manque de personnel sur place (nous n'avons croisé personne) - Personne ne s'occupe du ménage pendant le séjour (pour notre part on y a passé 7 jours) - Pas d'insonorisation (nous avons été réveillés a plusieurs reprises par les portes qui claque des autres chambre ou des personnes qui parlent dans les couloirs de l'établissement) - Finalement pas de produits de toilette fourni mis à part 2 rouleau de papier pour 7j et du savon pour les mains.

La chambre était propre, jolie, bien entretenue, tout était parfait. Dommage car pas d accueil physique et pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place

no fuss stay in the city of Olbia, walking distance to everything. Quiet, clean and functional. well working air con. extremely easy check-in

Excellent location. The main bus and train station are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The place is confortable and has great air conditioning. The host was very kind and communication was good, quick and easy. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nous avons adorés notre séjour dans ce B&B. Le logement est idéalement situé: est à peine à une dizaine de minutes à pied de l’avenue principale d’Olbia et du Port. Il y a des places non payantes dans la rue du logement et aux alentours. Tout proche de la gare à pied si besoin et à quelques minutes de l’aéroport en voiture. Taille de la suite parfaite Le balcon : un petit + 😍

There was a bad musty smell in a room, what was very disappointing. I would also appreciate some space for clothes in a wardrobe (there was already extra pillow and fridge) and taking the trash during 4 night stay.

Asciugamani da richiedere , non c’era un phone (mi è stato dato su richiesta, non c’erano shampoo e bagnoschiuma , la camera non è mai stata pulita tra un giorno e l’altro , non sono stati neanche svuotati i cestini.

Optisch schöne gestaltet Unterkunft (leider nur auf Bilder und mit Abstand) und die Lage, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen und Innenstadt, inklusive ruhiger Nebenstraße.

Leider eine ziemlich abzocke und hält überhaupt nicht was die Bilder versprechen. Das erste Zimmer war stark verschimmelt und es tropfte Wasser von der Tür herunter. Nach Meldung an die Vermieterin durften wir am Abend noch das Zimmer wechseln aber nur für eine Nacht, sonst alles ausgebucht sei. Das Zimmer war dann nicht verschimmelt zu mindestens Roch es nicht so schlimm, hatte aber dennoch stark an Glanz verloren. Die Matratze war z.B. total durch gelegen und das Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Ebenso war das Zimmer super hellhörig, ich bin nachts aufgewacht weil im Nachbarzimmer geduscht wurde, man hatte das Gefühl, dass man mit in der Dusche stand. Selten so ein hellhörig Zimmer erlebt und ich war schon in eigen Ländern auf dieser Welt. Das Ganze Haus macht den Eintruck als würde man versuchen mit null Investment seit dem Besitzerwechsel (Siehe anderen Kommentare) das ehemalige Hotel mit Frühstück als AirBnB zu betreiben. Die Bilder schauen schön aus, aber beim näheren betrachten fällt auf, dass vieles nur sehr billig gelöst wurde und nützliche Dinge die einen Aufenthalt schön machten fehlten. Zum Beispiel war es nicht möglich auf Grund zu kleiner Vorhänge, die Zimmer abzudunkeln auch nicht bei Nacht, da vor dem Haus eine sehr helle Laterne steht. Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich aber Lösungen wurden erst nach aktiven nachfragen und nur per WhatsApp Kommunikation gefunden. Zum Glück konnten wir die zweite Nacht noch in einem dritten Zimmer schlafen und mussten nicht wieder in das erste verschimmelte Zimmer zurück (Was ursprünglich von der Vermieterin an gedacht war). Das Problem ist, dass alle Mängel bekannt sein müssen, scheinbar jedoch nichts unternommen wird dies zu beheben. Das Haus hatte/hat wohl mal einen Massiven Wasserschaden der in Teilen nicht richtig behoben wurde, viele Dinge haben an Funktion verloren (Sauna im innen Hof ist ein Abstellkammer, Strandschirme zum ausleihen verbiegen sich im Wind und sind nutzlos aber in goldener Farbe).

Such a convenient and quiet location. Felt safe walking around at night and close to most bus stops which take you to lovely towns and beaches. Comfy bed with good enough facilities.

Wish there was more drying space for clothes and a bigger mirror in the bedroom.

Kein zimmerservice bei 9 tagen vor ort! Niemand wechselt den abfall Niemand wechselt die bettbezüge Kein klopapier Und wenn man danach fragt, muss man dafür noch 10.- zahlen. Das ist kein airbnb aber auch kein hotel. Das Zimmer war winzig.

I really liked everything. The place was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, the location was great, and there was convenient parking available on the street nearby. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Non abbiamo mai visto nessuno alla reception però la ragazza ci comunicava subito tutto tramite whatsapp. Qualche ragnetto in camera però tutto sommato discretamente pulita.

The location is within walking distance of the city center. Although the neighborhood looks a bit unsafe at first, we walked around the city at night and parked our car in front of the apartment throughout our stay without experiencing any problems. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. Everything was very nicely decorated and felt cozy. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and the charming patio, which guests can use to relax.

There was no drying rack or place to hang towels and swimsuits to dry. The shower cabin in our room was quite small, and the sink and toilet area was also a bit cramped. Although the room had a small refrigerator, it didn't have a freezer compartment. We had reusable ice packs for our beach cooler, but there was nowhere to freeze them, and there wasn't a freezer available anywhere else in the property either.

Le pommeau de douche fuyait. Pas de personnel croisé sur place… A part ça tout était très bien !

Die Dusche brauchte sehr lange zum warm werden. Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle, damit man im Aufenthaltsbereich auch etwas warmes essen konnte.

I like the location because it is 15 minutes from the city centre. It has shops and restaurants close too. Perhaps it has a good connection with public transport which makes your life easier if you don't drive. The room is comfortable and clean. I loved the decorations.

L'unica cosa che non abbiamo gradito sono stati i cuscini. Purtroppo troppo duri e troppo alti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare due cuscini, uno basso e uno alto, per soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli ospiti.

Nocleg w Les Suites Magnolia był absolutnie fantastyczny! Pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany, a Antonella dołożyła wszelkich starań, byśmy byli w pełni zadowoleni z pobytu. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Duża i przestronna oraz wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne łazienka oraz regularna wymiana ręczników były ogromnym plusem. Pokoj byl wyposazony w lodówkę, tv i klimatyzację. Codziennie rano czekał na nas słodki poczęstunek i kawa. Kontakt z Antonella był znakomity, a jej troska o nas naprawdę robi wrażenie. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce każdemu!

Parking dans la rue Une chambre d’hôtes au prix d’un hôtel sans les services d’un hôtel !

Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Antonella verlief völlig problemlos.Am Morgen erhielten wir den Code und konnten ohne Schwierigkeiten in unseren Apartment eincheken.Die unterkunft liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum von Olbia entfernt,in der Nähe gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz,wo wir einen Platz gefunden haben.Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer,einer Klimaanlage und Minibar.Leider konnten wir das Frühstück nicht probieren,da wir in der Nacht zum Flughafen abreisen mussten.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die lage ist wirklich praktisch.

Worst check in experience of my life. They txt you instructions 30 mins before. Which is not helpful since my phone was dead. There was no one on site. We almost got l locked out outside. The bathroom looked a little old. The area is a bit sketch. I would not stay here again just based on how inconvenient it was to check in. Once the staff arrived next morning they were kind. But 99% of people are kind in Sardinia. They seriously need a better process.

La signora Antonella molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza molto ampia.

L’acqua della doccia fredda, la doccia un po’ vecchiotta, un sapone per le mani e un sapone in doccia con due dispenser uguali… molto basic, no kit bagno, no shampoo, no detergente intimo, no cotton fioc… forse rispetto al prezzo pagato poteva offrire qualche cosa in più. Posizione non distante dal centro ma in una zona non bella, fossi stata da sola avrei preso un taxi per rientrare dal centro, anche se per pochi minuti.

Ubicación, atención incluso por WhatsApp, facilidad para checkin y checkout. Limpieza, comodidad.

Olbia es una ciudad cara y el alojamiento lo es.

Tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima e facilità nel trovare il parcheggio. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, anche se non specificato su Booking al momento della prenotazione, molto ricca e ottima. Stanza pulitissima e con ogni comfort. L’host davvero super gentile e disponibile, se fossero tutti come lei sarebbe perfetto! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente al 100%. Viaggiamo davvero tanto e posti così non si trovano facilmente. Complimenti, mai stati così bene!

The staff were very helpful, the room was great and a perfect location to get into the main area of Olbia. Antonella was on hand to help with any questions we had about the area. Would recommend this accommodation.

The shower wasn’t great, as the temperature was slightly temperamental but a very small negative to a lot of positives.

Ein sehr familiäres B&B mit viel Charme! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für die Matratzen und Kopfkissen, die schon etwas durchgelegen wirkten. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung wünschenswert. Die Lage ist top: Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen, mit einer regelmäßigen Verbindung alle 20 Minuten. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Gerne wieder!

J'avais imaginé d'après les photos la cour plus spacieuse et accessible depuis la chambre.

Trevligt och fräscht boende och trevlig ägare! Vi var visserligen bara en natt men vi fick valuta för pengarna, en god frukost och närhet till järnvägsstationen.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer und war hinsichtlich der Größe ok Der Zutritt funktioniert über einen Schlüsselsafe mit Code. Die Information dazu kam am Tag der Anreise über Whatsapp. Hat alles gut geklappt.

Die ebenerdige Lage auf Gehsteigebene fanden wir nicht so nett. Auch gelang es uns nicht warmes Wasser aus einem Wasserhahn bzw. der Dusche zu bekommen. Nach Meldung an die Vermieterin kam nur die Information, dass das Wasser nach Bedarf produziert werden würde. Hat leider nicht geklappt. Da wir.am nächsten Tag bereits wieder abgereist sind ließen wir es gut sein. Über eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer hätten wir uns sehr gefreut.

Großes Zimmer mit wirklichen großem Bad, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum, kostenloser Parkplatz an der Straße direkt vor der Tür. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Persönlichen Kontakt gab es keinen, aber die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war hervorragend. Am Morgen stand ein Frühstück mit allem Notwendigen für uns bereit.

Wir hatten teilweise kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

Lidt sjuskeri,.. småting ikke i orden,.. wifi virkede ikke,.. og der manglede et par skruer på småting i værelset så toiletrulle og bruser faldt ned.

La chambre était confortable, le lit très grand. Bon espace de salle de bain également. Le personnel (que nous n’avons pas vu) s’est montré très réactif et gentil !

La chambre n’était pas très bien isolée et l’hôtel (certes près du centre) n’était pas très bien situé.

El desayuno, con el calor que hacía lo dejaban preparado desde el día anterior, no renovaban la comida, la fruta la dejaban preparada encima de la mesa y se ponía fea del calor… No vimos a nadie en recepción durante los dos días de nuestra estancia para poder preguntar dudas… El baño ligeramente sucio, al armario le faltaban los tiradores de los cajones…

Felújításra szorul pár dolog, például a mosdóajtó zárja. A széfet fixálni kellene!

La habitación era amplia y la estructura del baño muy cómoda y adecuada. La dueña muy disponible y ofrece muchas facilidades, como dejar maletas tras el check-out o, incluso, adelantar el check-in si la habitación está lista para su uso.

La habitación olía a tuberías y era algo desagradable. Así como sensación de humedad. La ducha era vieja y algo incómoda, lo cual contrastaba con lo delicado de la decoración del baño. Pequeños detalles tontos que pasan por alto quienes gestionan, pero que se detectan con mayor facilidad como usuario. La cama no era particularmente cómoda.

Kind of central location, 15 min walk fron the centre. Very comfy beds, autonomy in check in and check out. Cute little backyard where you can chill any time of the day.

Pricey for what it offers, although cute room at first glance it actually is a bit left in its fate. Breakfast is limited and stuff like cakes and bread were left out from the previous day for the next day.

It was very clean with very big bathroom. The room for breakfast was well equipped and breakfast of various choices

Air conditioning didn't work and bed wasn't the most comfortable. But we only stayed there for 1 night, so we survived the lack of sleep

La habitación y baños eran muy cómodos! La habitación salía directo al patiecito interno lo cual estuvo bien!

Bueno tuvimos algo de mala suerte en el desayuno. Es útil y simple que está todo preparado por habitaciones para que tú agarres todo lo que te han dejado y armes tu propio desayuno. El asunto es que no hay nadie para colaborarte si tienes algún problema o no das con algo. En nuestro caso la leche que nos habían dejado estaba en mal estado y hemos perdido uno de los dos café, y te dejan solo una cápsula que no queríamos quitarle a nadie. Y otro detalle es que la puerta de acceso era difícil de cerrar, no se entendía el mecanismo. Las 2 veces que hemos salido y regresado, la puerta estaba abierta y por ende la habituación de uno casi que estaba en la calle.

Cómodo ubicación y la atención de la persona muy atenta y dedicada ,la preparación del desayuno y fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo lo q le consulté
