Wirklich nettes personal

Wir kamen nach einem Ausflug in die stadt zurück aufs Zimmer, indem wir Ratten vorfanden. Diese haben das Zimmer voll gekotet, dementsprechend sind wir ausgecheckt, weil keiner mehr an der Rezeption vorzufinden war.

El personal muy amable nos recogieron las maletas en el puerto y nos las llevaron las vistas brutales y el hotel está muy bien

Se oye música pero es muy difícil que no se escuche algo en la isla y le falta un poco de cuidado pero nada que no te estropee la estancia

A simpatia dos colaboradores e a vista do nosso quarto

Las ventanas parecen de juguete, entra aire y agua cuando hay tormenta. Estaba sucio, sobre todo los cristales Un olor a humedad pfff horrible. Y por no hablar de la ubicación 20 min del muelle

La vue de la piscine était extraordinaire. Le personnel était très gentil et disponible.

Nous avons eu des cafard dans la chambre. Fuite d’eau lors des averses ( au niveau des fenêtres et du plafond)

Excellent hotel quality, an upgrade of room type was provided which we appreciate, The buffet breakfast had several items of very good quality. Location is excellent as well with view unmatchable.

24x7 service availability would have been nice. Service was available until 5/6pm local time.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the view from the pool and the inclusive breakfast was decent. A selection of options. Rooms where clean also

It was very loud every night untill about 3:30 Am , I would only recommend staying here if your a deep sleeper or will be partaking in the partying till early hours of the morning!

Vue panoramique au niveau de la piscine agréable

Un établissement veillissant, mal entretenu et insalubre dans un environnement indigne d'un hôtel. Les déplacements dans l'hôtel difficiles , inadaptés pour des personnes de plus de 50 ans et dangereux. Direction désagrable ( ystérique , dirigiste , relationel vulgaire ) et personnel laxiste, à l'exception du bagagiste.

Les photos ne ressemblaient pas à l’établissement c’était sale et limite dangereux équipement casser piscine verte à fuit nous sommes rester 10 minutes et nous avons dû trouver un autre hotel.

Arnaque, Une veritable decharche pour acceder a l hotel,, acces difficile qui se termine par un escalier impossible, nous sommes venus un jour avant pour demander a voir le bungalow, refus de la personne a l acceuil qui m a demande de quitter l etablissement personne extremement desagreable. . Pas de vue sur mer de la plupart des bengalows, pas de plage a 150 m, ne vous fiez pas aux photos !! Elles datent depuis de nombreusent annees, et lz photo de la plage est situee a 12 mn a pieds. attention aux singes sur le chemin d acces, la moindre griffure, c estles urgences !!!! Reclamation avec photos aupres de booking, qui a demande et obtenu le remboursement. Merci a booking, nous avons reserve un autre hotel.

Tout, et surtout l acceuil. Comment peut on acceuillir les clients de cette maniere !!

Największą zaletą był miły Pan który pomaga z bagażami. Niestety trudno ocenić coś więcej pozytywnie.

Zaniki energii. Zużyte wnętrza domków. Brudna łazienka nie dająca poczucia komfortu. Sporo robaczków pojawiających się w pokoju. Byliśmy dwie noce, dało się przetrwać, jednak przy dłuższym pobycie niestety nie zdecydowałbym się aby zostać tam z rodziną.

The noise from the party beach cannot be escaped, the walls are thin. The breakfast is minimalist. And the walk to the hotel is uphill so need to be fit!

The staff were amazing - carried our bags to our rooms in the heat. The view and pool was amazing as well.

Pool and pool area was in direct sun most of the day, the room was very loud from the beach music, beds and pillows very uncomfortable and left us with sore necks. The shower was quite unpleasant. If the price was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad.

Lieu au calme mais avec de l’animation. Une vue de la piscine très jolie. Bon petit dej. Un service de transport de sac dés la sorti du ferry au top!!

The staff were the best and caring, when we had problems with our room we were upgraded to a brilliant room

Their were issues when we first arrived with lightbulbs and water in our initial room but we were moved very quickly to an upgraded room so this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest Only other thing is that it’s abit far from the main area which I loved but my girlfriend definitely did not due to the up hill end to the walk.

I don’t like the property at all - it doesn’t match the photos at all !

Beware - please read this before even considering booking this place. The gap between the photos and the actual place is night and day. What is shown online does not reflect reality. I am writing this review so other travelers will not go through what we went through. This place was completely different from what was shown online. The photos created an expectation of a proper hotel with a sea view, but the reality was nothing like that. In my experience, this did not feel like a hotel at all - it felt more like a very low-level hostel. When we arrived at the pier, no one was waiting for us as promised. We called and sent messages again and again, including through Booking.com, and no one answered. We were left standing there in the heat with our luggage, confused and helpless. Only after more than an hour did someone finally arrive. From there, we had to walk uphill for more than 30 minutes in extreme heat with our luggage. There was no proper transportation, no clear help, and no real support. When we finally arrived, the room was a shock. We booked a sea view room, but the room we were shown had no sea view and did not match the photos at all. The place looked neglected, the room was not clean, the floor had sand and debris, and the bedding was stained. When we said this was not the room we booked and tried to take photos to document the situation, they did not allow us to properly take photos. There was almost no one who could communicate with us in English. The staff called the owner on FaceTime, and instead of trying to solve the problem, she told us to leave and request a refund through Booking.com. We were pressured to leave, and at first our luggage was not immediately released to us. We felt trapped, humiliated, and helpless in a foreign place. We left because the owner told us to leave and said the refund would be handled through Booking.com. We trusted that statement. But until today, the refund has not been approved.

Le bruit et la musique toute la nuit. Hébergement pas très bien entretenu. Toilettes bouchés, porte de la salle de bain bloquée. Petit déj très simple. L hôtel est situé à 20 min de marche de l embarcadaire en haut d une côte pas facile d accès

We really appreciated the pickup from the port and the help with our luggage. The following day, as we had a scuba diving trip, they kindly arranged to bring our bags to the port, saving us the trouble of returning to the resort. The pool was also very nice, with a sea view.

j'ai hesité à reserver quand j'ai vu la note globale et les commentaires mais je ne regrette absolument pas de les avoir consideré pour ce qu'ils sont.. le personnel est tres serviable et aidant, venir nous chercher a l'embarquadere et porter les sacs etait vraiment appreciable. La vue est magnifique, la piscine superbe, les chalets un peu rustique oui mais tres confortable, nous avons passé 4 jours idiliques dans cette hotel "nature". Et que dire du couché de soleil depuis notre terrasse.. si vous aimé les choses aceptisées, allez ailleurs effectivement. Concernant le bruit des boites sur la plage, ca ne m'a pas géné plus que ca.

The staff were exceptional so friendly and generous. Location was beautiful loved swimming in the pool and looking out at the sea and close to town & markets.

Being to close to the nightclub that played horrendous music till 4am which made it hard to sleep and all the mattresses were really hard. Needs some money spent on new mattresses.

L'emplacement un peu unique au sunset.

Les accès aux bungalows sont limités "no safe". Glissant, accidenté et à flanc de coteau. La prestation demandée pour une sortie en long boat trail s'est avérée désastreuse : accès au bateau des sites de plongée impossible à des personnes âgées, prévue 4 h l'excursion n'a duré que 3 h et le dernier site de plongée à marée montante s'est avéré dangereux aux participants à cause des courants. Et tout ça pour un tarif 3 fois plus cher que dans une agence en ville.A fuir!

Nothing is good about the property.

The property is very far from the pier. No assistance with baggage. No one answers the phone. No one is at the reception to help. Lousy stay.

We had a great stay at Cobble Beach. The staff were very kind, the place was great, and the breakfast buffet was good. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view. We honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews, we had a really positive experience and would happily stay here again.

pokój śmierdział pleśnią , nie dało sie w nim przebywać przez co opuściłem obiekt po 5 minutach . Do tej pory nie mam zwrotu i nie ma kontaktu z obiektem, stanowczo nie polecam tego miejsca

Le prix de base sur Booking était d environ 600€, bradé à 90€, pour ce prix on s'attend à un hôtel de luxe ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas. La salle d'eau était sale, la chambre pas balayée, le lit inconfortable. Très bruyant.

Für das geld / villa !! Auf keinen Fall, Badewanne mit Aussicht top- aber alles andere aus der Unterkunft "einfach nur Schrott " Stinkt, wirklich nicht sein geld wert

Si vous cherchez le calme, la proximité des restaurants, de la plage et la vue, c'est l'endroit. Le personnel est sympathique ni plus ni moins qu'ailleurs en Thaïlande, c'est leur marque de fabrique. Le petit déjeuner est varié, face à la mer et la piscine à débordement ce qui réjouis autant les papilles que les yeux. Parfais pour voir le coucher de soleil. Tout est bien organisé, ils viennent chercher vos bagages au débarcadère et vous les suivez à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel. Nous avions le bungalow 206, juste au dessus de la salle du petit-déjeuner et de la piscine ( que l'on ne voit pas depuis la terrasse) la terrasse est spacieuse et face à la baie, peut-être la plus belle vue des chambres/bungalow de l'hôtel. Nous avions prévu 3 nuits et sommes restés 4.

C'est un peu vétuste, dommage, comme le reste de l'isle d'ailleurs.

Tout est top petit amélioration à apporter au déjeuner

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar der Gepäcktransfer vom Hafen wird organisiert. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls richtig gut. Empfehlung!

In direkter Hörweite befindet sich ein sehr lauter Club – die Musik geht bis tief in die Nacht und an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken. Zudem hatten wir Ungeziefer im Bad und sogar im Dachbereich, was wirklich unangenehm war. Die Ausstattung ist außerdem in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt.

Nous avions lu les commentaires concernant le bruit mais nous les avions sous estimé. Le bruit était très intense jusqu’à 3h30 du matin malgré des boules quies. L’hôtel manque de finition. Nous avions un cafard dans la salle de bain mais lié à la nature avoisinante.

Amazing stay for an absolute bargain. Beautiful room with the most amazing view. Real luxury feel for such a good price. Staff were very helpful. I dream of waking up here again 💭💭💭
