The room was very spacious and comfortable and had a nice view. We received a free upgrade and stayed at the top floor in a superior room. The location was great, really close to Sultan Ahmet Square and the tram station. The hotel provided a crib for our baby and the transfers they booked for us worked really well and were confortable. Breakfast had many options and most of the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, except for this girl with medium brown hair and blond highlights who worked at breakfast serving and cleaning tables, who I will mention in the next section.

There was this young waitress/cleaner at breakfast probably in her 30s with medium brown hair and blond highlights in her hair who said our one year old baby had to take off his sneakers on the couch. She wasn't very polite and there wasn't even a baby chair for him to sit on (which is why he was on the couch). I mean, he can barely walk, so his shoes are usually quite clean. And he's one! This lady probably doesn't have kids and hates them because anyone else would know controling a one year old from going into chairs etc. is a challenge. We wanted to ask her if the floor was so clean that we could lick it, because only then would we let our baby step barefoot on the floor (since babies that age go up and down the chairs all the time). On the second day, she was also very rude telling us to keep the lid of the warm buffet open, when we only closed it because it was already closed when we arrived (?!!!). The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and sweet to our baby, though, which is why I reviewed the staff as good. It's not their fault their coworker is so sour.

La posizione molto strategica per l’accesso a piedi alle principali attrazioni del centro città (anche il tram vicinissimo). Bellissima la stanza della colazione sul tetto della struttura con stupendo panorama. Colazione buona ma non buonissima

La. Stanza è stata alquanto scadente per l’impossibilità di accedere fisicamente al bagno. Il letto é addossato alla porta del bagno e non si riesce ad accedere facilmente se non passando sopra il letto. La luce del bagno era solo ad accensione automatica e non funzionava bene. Sembrava di essere in discoteca con le luci stroboscopiche o al buio.

The staff was amazing. Extremely nice and helpful. I have to mention Burak, the manager, who was extremely helpful and kind. He made a lot of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He showed a lot of initiative and went out of his way to grant most of our requests. I've never stayed in a hotel before with staff as nice and accommodating as this one. The hotel is well located to see some of the top sites in Istanbul. Great breakfast. Our requests for early check in and late check out was easily granted.

O experiență foarte plăcută de la început până la sfârșit! Hotelul este situat chiar în centrul orașului, într-o locație excelentă pentru a explora totul la pas. Camera a fost foarte curată, spațioasă și confortabilă. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, iar faptul că l-am putut savura pe terasă, cu vedere spre oraș și stradă, a fost un mare plus. Am apreciat foarte mult și serviciul de transfer de la aeroport și retur – prompt, foarte convenabil și la un preț avantajos. Tot personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar întregul sejur a fost fără probleme. Cu siguranță am reveni și recomandăm cu drag această cazare!

L'odore in stanza era molto forte e per tutte la grandezza della stanza. Nei bagni era intollerabile La.mattina abbiamo segnalato la.cosa ma la.signorona alla reception si limitata a sorridere così come, quando ci hanno accompagnati i stanza, hanno fatto finta di nulla

Hotel pequeño y céntrico. Ubicación, muy cerca de la zona centro, de las mezquitas. Y personal de la mañana en recepción, muy amable y atento.

Fuimos una familia de 6 adultos. Hotel céntrico con mucho ruido hasta la 1 de la madrugada y a las 7 ya mucho jaleo. Habitación justita, para nosotros no fue un hotel cómodo para dormir, la cama blanda, no ponen sábanas encimeras y una colcha de una cama de 90 para cama de 150, dormimos con frío la primera noche por lo comentado y el baño como si fuera de un camarote, pequeño y con mucha humedad y mal olor por ello. Buffet normal, poca variedad.

Personal amabil, curat, camera tripla foarte ok, aproape de obiectivele vizate din zona. O sa revenim cu alta ocazie la acest hotel.

Posizione, letteralmente a 200 metri dalla piazza della moschea blu. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità prezzo avendo preso una camera quadrupla al prezzo di una singola grazie ad una promozione last minute di booking.

Il bagno aveva delle parti rotte, in particolare la manopola per attivare il doccino interno al wc e la maniglia per chiudere l'anta scorrevole della doccia. Leggermente rumoroso ma dopo una certa ora non si sentono più rumori in strada.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la mayoría de sitios de interés, muy bien conectado por tranvía y puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto cogiendo el metro + el Marmara, y luego caminar 20 minutos o coger un taxi por menos de 10 €. El hotel también ofrece transfer que suele ser la opción más cómoda. Este hotel es del los mejores en los que nos hemos quedado en los 10 días que hemos estado en Turquía. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y está muy limpio. El personal es excelente.

Las instalaciones eran correctas, algo de mantenimiento en el baño, pero en general era una habitación comoda, cama muy confortable y buena relación calidad precio. La ubicación muy centrica, posibilita turismo a pie de forma comoda. Personal muy atento y amable. Mejoraría el desayuno, ofrece poca variedad y cuando llevas alojado varios días, se echa de menos poder cambiar.

Месторасположение рядом со всеми важными объектами и транспортом. Аутентичность.

Очень маленькие комнатки, ремонт дороги у входа отеля, все старенькое, простой завтрак и некачественно работающие кондиционеры.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L emplacement est juste parfait, proche des principaux sites à visiter a pied ou en tram si besoin qui est a 5 mn à pied. Le personnel est au petit soin, petit plus pour le monsieur de l accueil a moustache qui est juste exceptionnelle. Je recommande , nous y reviendrons et recommanderons cet hôtel

Malgré notre très bon séjour , j'ai juste un petit moins à signaler au niveau des femmes de ménage. Pas de bonjour le matin ni de sourire . Nous avons dû demander à 2 reprises du papier toilette. Nous n'avons pas eu de savon pendant 4 jours , nous avons donc pris le shampooing et lorsqu'il était vide nous avons dû mettre les couvercles en évidence pour que le tout soit changé. Le sol n'a pas été aspiré régulièrement..... Pour le reste rien a dire , le linge de toilette et les lits impeccables

4star was written, and thats why I think it will be good for us. (special category). I dont know what its mean, but the hotel in real 2,5 star. Not bad, but if we knew thats not four, we would choose another hotel: lot of noises in the night, not very clean (under the bed), and the bed was the worst in my life. The breakfast was the last drop in my cup: cheapest things, bad quality. And the rooftop was not clean. So after the first night, we changed hotel.

God placering og rent hotel

Мы уже не первый год выбираем этот отель и каждый раз с удовольствием возвращались сюда. Именно поэтому нам особенно приятно было видеть неизменно тёплое отношение со стороны сотрудников ресепшен — нас всегда встречают очень доброжелательно и делают всё, чтобы отдых был комфортным.

К сожалению, в этот раз общее впечатление было омрачено грубым и неуважительным отношением со стороны одного из сотрудников (мужчины) во время завтрака. Очень жаль, что поведение одного человека может повлиять на впечатление от отдыха и заставить задуматься, стоит ли возвращаться снова. Несмотря на это, мы не снижаем оценку, потому что во всём остальном отель полностью заслуживает свои 10 баллов.

The staff is absolutely exceptional. We were allowed into our room well before the official check-in time, they offered us an extra breakfast, and they were constantly responsive and eager to help.

Qué la mañana final, salíamos antes de que abrieran el horario de desayuno y le pedimos si nos podían dejar algo frío preparado para llevar y nos dijeron que no. Es la primera vez que me sucede una cosa así. No cuesta nada,teniendo incluido el desayuno y sabiendo que por horarios de vuelos no te da tiempo a desayunar, meter en una bolsa un plátano y un yogurt. Eso sí, excursiones y visitas guiadas nos ofrecieron todas.

La amplitud de la habitación. La zona que era muy céntrica.

El desayuno poco variado

Fast checkin and checkout. We were offered complementary tea coffee juice on arrival. There was even a big bottle of water in the room plus nescafe and tea. Very clean, towels were daily changed, trash was emptied every day and beds made daily. We were in a triple room and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The AC worked even if the electricity card was removed - big plus. Pretty quiet at night, well rested! Good area for tourists, a lot of shops, markets and objectives around. Tram at 5 min maximum. Breakfast served at the rooftop of the hotel, very nice.

The breakfast was the same each day. This was not a problem for 4 -5 days, but if you were to sleep in late and go at 9.45 for example (max hour was at 10.30), the omlette, simit or juices were out and not refilled.

Központi fekvés, közel minden fontos nevezetesség és a bazár is. Bőséges és választékos reggeli volt, korai hazautazásunkkor saját összeállítású reggels dobozt kaptunk.

Az ágymatrac puha, nem ilyenhez vagyunk szokva, de azért sikerült jól aludni rajta.

Snídaně byla dobrá, podává se na střeše s krásným výhledem na moře. Hotel je na skvělém místě, k památkám je to pár kroků. personál hotelu je velmi milý.

La stanza era davvero bella, molto luminosa e soprattutto pulitissima. Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. La posizione è comodissima: a due passi da Sultanahmet e vicinissima alla fermata del tram, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente gli altri punti strategici della città. La colazione era varia, sia dolce che salata, con buffet servito su una terrazza molto piacevole che offre anche una bellissima vista sul mare. Comodissimo anche il servizio navetta per l’aeroporto, puntualissimo. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo presente durante le colazioni, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, e a Burak alla reception per la loro gentilezza. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo! Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul sceglierei senza dubbio di nuovo questa struttura.

Расположение отличное.Кровать и матрас понравились, спалось комфортно. Завтрак скромный, можно было бы улучшить, добавить каши.

Не было ванных принадлежностей, желательно добавить, зубную щётку и пасту, а также бальзам для волос.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Galvenie apskates objekti sasniedzami ar kājām un netālu ir arī tramvajs. T1 Personāls ļoti atsaucīgs un izpalīdzīgs.

Viesnīca noteikti neatbilst 4 zvaigznēm. SPA neizmantojām, bet šķiet, ka nav pieejams uz vietas viesnīcā. Brokastis var paēst, bet vienveidīgas. Skaņas izolācija varēja būt labāka.

Staff cortese e struttura pulita. Ci è stato offerto anche il transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Moschea Blu.

La colazione non è il massimo, non si discosta molto da quelli che sono i gusti della Turchia.

Amazing staff from front desk till breakfast team especially Mr Hyder who went beyond his duty to care for us and others. We can’t complain cleaning was done, as we had breakfast make sure to press cleaning light in room. Hotel Lift which is helpful after along walk ,water in reception vey nice and cold ,always a smile to greet you.

La atención del personal es maravillosa, ya van varias veces que reservo aquí y siempre repetiría, reservamos una cena en crucero y se nos hizo tarde y el chico de la recepción nos consiguió un taxi e hizo todo lo posible para que llegáramos, también nos recomendaron un restaurante cerca y todo delicioso, las habitaciones muy limpias y la ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo
