Oda çok küçüktü yataklardan geçmek için yan dönüp sürünmek gerekiyordu tuvaletten çıkmak için kapıyı açınca banyonun içine girnek gerekiyordu çay veya kahve içmek için ısıtıcıyı yerinden taşıyıp yatağın yanına getirmek gerekiyordu çünkü odadaki tek fiş yatağın kenarındaydı yastıklar kullanılmış ve ter kokuyordu konum olarak tekin bir mekan değildi

Per quanto riguarda la stanza, soffione doccia sospeso non funzionante, per fortuna c'era il dolcino manuale, scaldaacqua per te e caffè inutilizzabile perche pieno di ruggine all'interno, assenza di abajur sui comodini o nelle vicinanze del letto, cassaforte non utilizzabile perché bloccata. L'hotel vanta un centro benessere con sauna e hammam a disposizione dei clienti dalle 10.00 del mattino alle 23.00 della sera, in realtà per usare la sauna bisogna insistere per farla accendere, l'hammam, non sono riuscito ad usarlo mai durante i 6 giorni di permanenza nonostante le ripetute richieste perché sempre spento. Sono rimasto nell'hotel soltanto perché avevo pagato in anticipo il soggiorno. Sconsigliatissimo.

Le petit déjeuner était bon et il y avait un choix appréciable. Il est simplement dommage que certains plats ne soient plus vraiment chauds lorsque l'on arrive un peu plus tard. Un système permettant de maintenir les plats au chaud serait un vrai plus. Le café était un peu trop fort à mon goût et j'aurais également apprécié trouver du beurre au petit déjeuner.

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés. À mon arrivée, il n'y avait aucune serviette dans la chambre. J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais on m'a indiqué qu'elles étaient probablement en hauteur alors qu'il n'y en avait réellement aucune. En revenant vers 23h, les serviettes n'avaient toujours pas été déposées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai dû redemander à la réception et insister pour pouvoir en obtenir immédiatement. Après un long voyage, il était assez décevant de ne pas pouvoir prendre de douche le soir de mon arrivée. La chambre n'a également pas été faite un jour de mon séjour. Cela peut arriver et je peux tout à fait le comprendre, mais ce jour-là je n'avais malheureusement plus de papier toilette et j'ai donc dû en demander à la réception en soirée. Quelques petits détails d'entretien seraient également à revoir : le système d'ouverture de la fenêtre de ma chambre était cassé et une tache, probablement de café ou d'une autre boisson, était présente sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Ce sont de petites choses qui pourraient facilement être corrigées pour les prochains occupants. Concernant la literie, le lit était très confortable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, j'ai été un peu surprise de ne pas trouver de drap dans le lit et d'avoir uniquement une couverture qui m'a semblé très fine. Je ne sais pas si c'est la manière habituelle de préparer les lits dans cet établissement, mais j'aurais personnellement préféré avoir un drap avec la couverture. Enfin, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très animé, ce qui est agréable pour sortir et profiter d'Istanbul, mais il faut savoir que la musique et l'animation peuvent être entendues assez tard dans la nuit. Cela peut être gênant si l'on a le sommeil léger.

The owners were very kind and so much helpful. The rooms are clean, the towels are good. I was expecting to have all hygiene accessories, not just hand soap and one for all - shampoo, body wash. The location is great, walking distance to Taksim Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cigarettes smell, i don't smoke so i was too disturbed.

Building work was happening at the hotel. Drilling started at 9am and went on all day. I checked out a day early and got another hotel at my own expense

It was a good location for the bars round taksim square and the room was clean

It sounded like i had a rat in the ceiling above me in room 601. I have a video as evidence. Both the room door and the bathroom door were difficult to open. The sound from outside, be it the traffic or the 4.30am call to prayer is awful, don't expect to get any sleep. And if you plan on catching up on your sleep during the day, pretty much every other room is currently under construction so there will be drilling and banging all day

Çok güleryüzlü personelleri vardı, odalar temiz ve çok rahatdı.

La ubicación es excelente, a corta distancia a pie de la Calle Istiklal, de la Torre Galata etc El personal atento y orientado a que la experiencia del cliente sea de calidad. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño justo y las instalaciones necesarias. Lo recomiendo.

Отличное месторасположение, в пяти минутах от площади Taksim. Рядом множество ресторанов. Мы были на машине и персонал помог бесплатно с парковкой перед отелем. Завтрак вкусный.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel in Turkey with my friends. Everything was great: service, comfort, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, I had to check out early for personal reasons, but even so, I was very satisfied with my stay. I recommend it

Reine verarschung über booking gesehen Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern angesehen und gekauft.... Ankunft im hotel kein freies Zimmer die Auskunft im lobby System fehler doch die Wahrheit ist Zimmern doppelt verkaufen und dann in andere hotels zu schicken einfach nur Betrugs Masche ich bin 2 Stunden hin gefahren da ich ja mein zimmer gekauft hatte somit benzin kosten zeit und die nacht im auto verbracht da ja keine freie Zimmern mehr vorhanden sind

HÔTEL TRÈS BRUYANT !!!!! SALE !!! PUE LA CIGARETTE ET TOUT CASSER !!!

Sejour catastrophique !!!L’établissement est dans un état deplorable : aucune propreté , odeurs de tabac dans tout l’hôtel car des personnes fument à l’intérieur dont le gérant !!! ce qui est vraiment inacceptable. La chambre présentait de nombreux problèmes : le lavabo était bouché et inutilisable, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, et plusieurs équipements étaient cassés. Les draps ainsi que les serviettes n’étaient pas propres, ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel. De plus, la chambre n’était absolument pas adaptée pour nous quatre, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Les photos que je joins parlent d’elles-mêmes et illustrent parfaitement l’état réel des lieux, bien loin de ce qui est présenté. Enfin, le gérant s’est montré de mauvaise foi et a refusé de trouver un accord avec Booking, malgré les nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Aucune solution n’a été proposée, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus frustrante. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Alles war sauber, gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr entspannt und einladend. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualitat und Service gelegt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Heidary

Hotel sigara icilmez odada diye bildiri yapmislar lobyde herkes sigara iciyor odalar sigara karisik parfym kokuyordu. 4 gun kaldik ama vallaha igrene igrene kaldik. Odalar berbat cok pisti. Rezervasyon yaparken resimdekiyle verilen arasindada cok fark vardi.. Perdelerin rengi bile beyaz degil artik grilesmisdi. Kahvalti var diyor ama okadar pis görunuyorduki heryer surekli disarda temiz bildigimiz yerlerde yedik. Birdaha asla gitmeyiz kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum!

We reached Hotel early morning and host gave us our room at 09:00 AM, 5 hours before check-in time :)

Breakfast was pure and when something finish they rarely renew, so if you go late for breakfast almost nothing to eat.

The hotel itself was spotless ,everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained. On top of that, the breakfast was simply outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious options to start the day right

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.... απλά επειδή είμαι 1.90 η ντουζιέρα ήταν λίγο μικρότερη..... αλλά γενικά ήταν όλα υπέροχα....το συνιστώ!!! Πολύ καλοί οι άνθρωποι εδώ στο ξενοδοχείο και γενικά όλα υπέροχα.

They are cheating I already have reservations and when I arrive from airport around 4 morning and super tired they told me sorry we didn’t have any available room for you it’s all full it was so bad I told them I payed already how that possible they said yeah we will take u to other hotels to stay until morning and then u come back here at first I refuse but they told me u are wasting time I had no choice and they took me walking with all luggage me and my wife we were walking so hard for 15 minutes to other hotel called Diamonds when we arrived they also told us we don’t have any available room for u can you imagine How ridiculous and we went back to hotel also walking and they told us there is new hotel in Fatih but we should go by car and I used my car to their it’s taken about 25 minutes we were soooooo tired I don’t know how that’s possible I am requesting compensation regarding this matter.

The staff were great . Awws was very helpful at the reception and made sure we had everything we needed . Good value for money !

I stayed over 6 dats at the golden pera’s Hotel and i really liked the location which is pretty close from Istiklal street and taksim square within walking distance, breakfast, service and cleaning are at the top standards. The friendly employees starts with mr Nadir, Aws and the general manager Mr Serhat are the most generous people i have ever met. I highly recommend it for other guests and i would definitely come back for another lovely stay ❤️👌🏻

Es stand Parkplatz inklusive, als wir dort ankamen, wollten diese 20 Euro zusätzlich pro Tag und das Auto war irgendwo und nicht beim Hotel. Die Zimmer waren so eng, man konnte sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen, überall hatte man Platzangst, fürchterlich, wir reisten wieder sofort ab und das Geld haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Für Familien überhaupt nicht zum Empfehlen, es ist eigentlich mehr ein „Stundenhotel“

Que estaba cerca de zonas típicas y de autobuses

La primera noche, por overbooking no tuvimos habitación, estando ya contratada. Nos cedieron una habitación fría, sucia, sin toallas, sin jabón, sin agua caliente, ni papel higiénico, en un edificio cercano. La instalación eléctrica estaba peligrosa con cables sueltos y focos colgando sobre la ducha. El acceso a la habitación era numérico y no se podía cambiar. El chico que nos atendió fue amable e intentó resolver dándonos otro edredón y papel higiénico para esa noche. Para compensar nos regalaron un tour gratis. A la mañana siguiente pudimos entrar en el hotel. Al fin sin frío pero poco limpio. Mucho olor a tabaco, se fuma en la zona común. La zona de spa estaba mal atendida y con cucarachas. Sobre la alcachofa de la ducha estaba el extractor eléctrico de ventilación que se encendía con la luz del baño. Riesgo grave de electrocución. Y el desayuno bastante básico y una hora antes de cerrar no se reponía lo que se gastara. Llegando a faltar hasta agua mineral para beber y no la repusieron. Las ventanas están poco insonorizadas, hay mucho tráfico y cuesta conciliar el sueño.

I booked a VIP airport drop off because we have 3 big luggages and 3 small hand carry but the lady in the reception call us a very small taxi that we can’t even fit inside we have to squished our self i am so upset with her if I just know that she will just going to call a taxi i should do it myself so I don’t need to pay too much for that drop off we we’re scammed

Ich War ein paar Tage im istanbul in diesem Hotel gewesen und war super begeistert. Ein besonderes Kompliment an Nader und das Personal an der Rezeption, welche uns sehr hilfreich gewesen ist. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Liebe Grüße Mozhgan aus Cologne Germany
