Location. Staff were great. Always willing to help out. Anything we needed we only had to ask. Even let us stay in and have a later check out. Appreciate that given our flight was at midnight.

I feel like it needed a little do over. Rooms were a little old. But clean.

Staff and the location. Well trained staff members including very professional manager. They provide us a nice breakfast. Excellent beach view.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. King George was a very personal host with a sunny personality and ready to help with anything we needed.

Everything. This property is stunning. Breakfast looking out to sea is a choice of Sri Lankan or Western, both beautiful. We were delighted to see such attention to detail in our room, which were cleaned daily. George, kishna and their team are lovely, friendly hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always around with a smile.

I am from Bangladesh. I stay from 30th May to 2nd June 26 it was awesome. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the sand and the soothing sounds of the ocean. Waking up to a [sea view from our balcony and room was the highlight of the trip, and the proximity to local dining and beach activities made exploring so easy. The most quality and value of money. If u are natur lover will be the best selection. Staffs are very supportive and cooperative. Breakfast at beach side add extra value of this stay.

Mostly recommended.

The neighboring resort plays very loud music until midnight every night.

Open air style villa with lovely staff and magnificent views. Bathroom lovely and spacious with separate toilet which is a bonus when travelling as a 3.

A little bit too far out from the town and with the heat, not always easy to walk around.

If you want peace and quiet and yet be very close to the crowded Unawatuna, this is the place to be. Main Unawatuna is 15 minutes by walk. Galle fort is about 20 min away in the tuk-tuk. Perfectly located -Amanda Beach villas is so privately located , at any point there were only a handful of people on the beach, all who stayed in the properties along the beach front. The viral tree swing is also in the very next neighbourhood , viewing distance and about 5 min walk on the beach. The staff is extremely supportive. Loved the SriLankan food they made for us. We insisted on only SL food all the time. Loved it. Will come back.

The location on the beach was fantastic. Loved having our breakfast by the ocean. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the water too

George and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great . The beach is not really for swimming but the pool is good. Breakfast was great and we had dinner there as well. The hotel and rooms are just like the photos. Would love to stay longer! The room actually has a fridge too !

Beach wasn't for swimming but we got to watch 7 or 8 turtles feeding there, off shore , all day !!

The rooms need some improvements, particularly the bathroom, all windows frames are old, needs new ones. Staff is limited in English

Nice rooms with sea view and balcony. Comfortable bed & good air conditioning. Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. On a part of the beach that is rough and not good for swimming. Short tuk tuk ride to main beach. Staff were friendly.

Shower leaked all over bathroom floor even when pressure kept really low. Location a bit out of the way with not many choices for good restaurants within walking distance. Pool not clean enough to swim in.

Потрясающее место! Чистый пляж, нет людей (мало очень). Чистые комнаты, уютные удобные, убирали сразу по просьбе. Горячая вода всегда была. Еда прекрасная, мы попросили ланкийские завтраки и нам их делали каждый день разнообразные. Обслуживание замечательное!

Cet établissement est plein de charme, bien situé, au calme et avec un accès direct à la plage Les chambres sont très bien équipées et décorées avec soin. Petit déjeuner excellent et équipe au top !

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und einige Renovierungsarbeiten und neue Möbel wären angebracht.

Вначале не привычно было засыпать под рёв волн океана с одной стороны и проезающих машин и автобусов - с другой. На 3 день привыкли))

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Frühstück: sehr lecker und direkt am Strand serviert, was für eine tolle Atmosphäre sorgt. Zum Schwimmen muss man ein kleines Stück laufen, da die Strömung direkt vor dem Hotel recht stark ist. Das ist aber kein Problem, denn der Turtle Beach ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und der Hauptstrand liegt nur etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk entfernt.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgiebig und lecker. Wir haben uns für das Sri Lankanische entschieden und durften täglich entscheiden, was wir genau haben wollten. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und die direkte Lage am Meer waren unser Highlight zum Abschluss unserer Reise.

Im Bad hat der Abfluss etwas gestunken und es waren immer mal wieder Ameisen unterwegs.

Чудесен хотел с много мили домакини! Впечатлена съм от старанието им да направят престоя ни приятен. Мястото е прекрасно, точно на брега на морето, стаите са с големи прозорци, леглото беше точно до прозореца. Храната беше добра, наистина изкарахме отлично. Ако търсите уютно място на добра цена, със спокоен плаж, няма да съжалявате

The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. They went above and beyond many times and even provided milk for our 1 year old at no extra cost. The Sri Lankan breakfast were delicious and they changed it up every day for us. Lasith was particularly great with our child and always on hand to help. The manager and the rest of the team are a credit to Sri Lanka!

Прекрасный отель и место!!!) мы приехали группой 9 человек. Все в восторге. Тихое место, пляж без людей. Полянка перед отелем с бассейном-занимались йогой. Рядом 10 минут пляж с черепахами, тук-туки под рукой. Все чисто! Завтраки превосходные! Хозяин всегда на связи! Отличный персонал!

Всегда можно к чему то придраться, но там настолько хорошо, что у нас претензий нет!

Super vue face à la mer, la plage est très calme, le petit déjeuner est bon ! La chambre est grande et très agréable. Le personnel est arrangeant, nous avons pu profiter des chaises longues toute la journée même après le check-out car notre vol était le soir.

The place is a little run down, towels are old, the sunbeds were broken and the shower leaked water into the bathroom every time you took a shower.

Расположение отеля на береговой линии, и если нет волн отличное место для плавания, рядом черепаший пляж в 10 мин ходьбы. Отель небольшой, из-за чего мало людей, без лишнего шума и музыки, для тех кто хочет реально тишины. Горячая вода всегда была, кондиционер рабочий, комната реально большая и санузел просторный, интерьер конечно не лакшери, а шриланкийский, но главное вид из окна, он потрясающий. Главная улица с ресторанами в 30 мин пешей прогулки или 7 мин на туктук.

разнообразить завтраки, конечно предлагали ланкийский завтрак, но это такое... на любителя

Very good quiet location on the beach. A very good alternative to avoid the noise etc. of Unawatuna. We had a very good breakfast along the water. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view fantastic. It was just a short walk to turtle beach where you could swim with gigantic turtles the whole day.

There were large rocks in the water in front of the hotel. You have to watch out where you swim but there are plenty of opportunities.

A hullámok nagyon nagyok folyamatossan. Fürdeni nem lehet. Nagy hangja vann a hullámoknak föleg éjszaka, kicsit nehéz pihenni.

The hotel is in front of the beach, the workers are very nice and always trying to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and big, there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed in our room. This hotel is the perfect location to rest and chill and you will really accomplish it, it is very calm.

The sink from the toilet of the room was not working very well, it would get stuck and take its time to clesr the water. I wish the pillows were softer, I couldnt sleep with a pillow because it was too hard. The breakfast did not impress me at all, so they could do some sort of buffet or let you choose what you want for breakfast

Отличный отель. Очень очень приветливый персонал, хорошие большие завтраки, невероятный вид из окна. Очень хорошее расположение, 20 метров и уже океан, на нашем пляже сильные волны были, но недалеко был еще один прекрасный пляж, где можно в удовольствие наплаваться, множество кафешек и ресторанов поблизости.

в номере было очень пыльно, когда мы заехали. но это небольшой минус, мы за 5 минут все протерли и дальше все было отлично

Wonderful having breakfast (Sri Lankan or Western) just a few meters from the surf. Easy 10-15 minute walk along the beach to Turtle Beach. Five minute Tuk-tuk (500-600 lkr) to the center of Unawatuna. Gifted with Lille elephant as a souvenir. Everyone was sincerely helpful and pleasant. Large bath in our room 14. And shower with good pressure. Fruit plate waiting in the room. Lunch and dinner menu with prices comparable to town.

The ocean remains loud at night.

We booked a room with a shared balcony- that’s not good as the other room monopolised it - we felt they could look into our room - so not private enough - if you book a room with its own balcony then that would be amazing- my own fault for not booking that- Needed to be a bit cleaner also - but would stay here again but only on the correct room

Ein kleines Hotel mit vielen schönen Details. Wir hatten jeweils für 2 Tage ein Studio und anschließend die Suite gebucht. Der freundliche Manager bot uns an schon nach einer Nacht ohne Aufpreis in die Suite zu wechseln. Alle Zimmer haben einen wunderschönen Meerblick, die Suite ist sehr groß, wohl vor kurzem renoviert worden und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Der Mehrpreis lohnt auf jeden Fall. Im Restaurant gibt es gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen und man sitzt sehr schön auf der Terasse direkt am Strand.

Le bruit de la sono de l’hôtel voisin , ça commence à 10h non stop jusque 22h en semaine ! Surtout les basses à fond… L’emplacement nécessite de se déplacer en Tuk Tuk.

Location was superb. Right on the beach as advertised. Comfortable bed.

Room was not well kept. Toilet seat was the wrong fit for the toilet itself. Toilet holder broken. Room needed to be swept. Toilet flush button kept sticking, not working properly. Sewage stench whenever shower was draining as well as when toilet was flushed. Ordered dinner for two that left a lot to be desired. Lounge chair cushions in poor condition. Both room and lounge towels need replacing. Some stained and some torn, all were dingy. Dead coconut tree branches need to be trimmed over lounge area. Sullied clothing where it brushed against lounge chairs.

Отличный вид на океан, ухоженная территория, приличный завтрак. В целом, всё отлично. Очень тихий отель, для спокойного отдыха.
