Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. C’est dommage car il n’y a qu’une prise dans la chambre et l’hôtel est assez excentré

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft mit sehr netten Besitzern. Der Strand und auch der Turtle Beach sind nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Möchte man an die trubeligere Promenade, so ist man dort in 3 bis 4 Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie hier und hatten zwei Doppelzimmer mit einem Badezimmer. Das Frühstück konnte morgens zu einer Wunsch-Uhrzeit eingenommen werden. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur zwei Tage hierbleiben und sind am Ende fünf Tage geblieben. Zusätzlich gibt es einen schönen und sauberen Pool in einem kleinen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut 👍

Завтрак был однообразным, но можно было попросить что-то другое приготовить и хозяин шел навстречу. В номере темно из-за одного небольшого окна с решетками. В номере были мелкие муравьи, но это норма для Шри Ланки. До центра района пешком минут 40-50, нужно ездить на тук туке до кафе и магазинчиков. Есть рядом пляж, минут 8-10 ходьбы с черепахами, пляж небольшой

Peatusime viis ööd. Kõik hommikusöögid tellisime majutuses lisaks kuna see oli hea ja mugav. Territoorium privaatne ja rahulik, basseini kasutus väga mugav. Pererahvas väga tore ja abivalmis, kõik vajalikud asjad organiseeritakse. Pakuvad ka toitlustust ning kasutasime võimalust kahel korral tellisime õhtusööki. Väga maitsev ja hästi tehtud söök, kiitus!!

Tiny Royal Palace))прекрасное место,тихое,спокойное,уютное.Никакой лишней суеты и чувство безопасности.Обезьяны,птицы,бурундуки и релакс,хороший чистый большой бассейн.Пляж черепах 7 минут пешком.Владельцы: добрая,приветливая семья.Всегда помогут в решении ваших проблем.Цена= качество.Если я снова окажусь на Шри- Ланке,я приеду в этот отель)) Спасибо

Villa has a nice quite vibe and the guesthouse manager and his fam is very nice

The ground room was basic, with no windows, so dark, no wardrobe to put your stuff in, so all got scattered. There were no warm covers, as sometimes at night you feel cold due to the fan or AC but owner tried to accomodate with some light covers. The location of the hotel is not exactly close to the main high street in Unawatuna. So if you want to be closer to the high street pick a guesthouse closer to the hustle and bustle as this is quite far out.

Чистый и прохладный бассейн. В комнатах чисто, хорошее белье и постель. Во время пребывания я заболела. Хозяин свозил меня в госпиталь где сопровождал к каждому окну. Такая поддержка мне очень помогла. Я очень благодарна.

Если вы хотите сами готовить, общая кухня вас разочарует. Совсем мало посуды и приборов. Может в номере с кухней все по-другому.

People working here were very nice

The hotel is 600m from the sea but to get to the beach you have to cross a busy road and then find a way to the beach through different hotels and restaurants demanding money for the beach entrance. The room itself was tiny. We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid, there was space for just one bed and a small table. We spent one night there and left for another place which we liked, Mirissa beach.

Bathroom light switch was on the outside of the room we boomed so that was strange but didn’t cause an issue.

Nice big room and bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony on the first floor where we had breakfast served every morning. From the balcony we were watching the wildlife on the ither side of the road, monkeys, monitor lizzards, squirrels and a multirude of beautiful birds.

Szép környezet, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, bőséges reggeli, hűvös medence. Csak pár perc sétára a Dalawella beach-től. Közös hűtőszekrény a konyhában.

A képek hazudnak, sajnos nincs az ágyon szúnyogháló! Sok hangya a szobában és a medencénél.

Ruhige Lage und Pool, dennoch nur 5 min zum Strand der ruhig ist. Sehr entte Familie, konnten auch unser TukTuk dort parken.

Der var rent og de gik meget op i at der var rent i og omkring huset. Ren pool og poolhåndklæder. Hvis vi spurgte efter noget andet morgenmad så fik vi det.

Der var fugtigt i værelserne. Fanen i det ene værelse virkede ikke og ac på det andet larmede. De ville kigge på det, men det blev ikke ordnet. For få liggestole ved poolen

Nice cleans rooms with good aircon, away from the busy Unawatuna but close enough and easily reachable with a short tuk tuk ride. The swimming pool Is georgous and very well kept. The owners are truly dedicated to making your stay a nice exprience

On a adoré notre séjour à Tiny Royal Palace , d'ailleurs nous avons prolongé le séjour pour profiter du calme , du confort et de la beauté du lieu. Super accueil, petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. La piscine est trop belle avec des coins ombragés pour se reposer! La famille qui nous a accueilli est super attentionnée toujours prets à aider pour rendre le séjour parfait 😊

1. Классный новый бассейн. 2. Отличный wi-fi. 3. Отличное расположение - до пляжа с черепахами 10 мин прогулочным. 4. Гостеприимные приветливые хозяева. 5. Горячая вода и кондиционер в номере. 6. Есть кухня на первом этаже, но как по мне очень мало посуды (особенно если будет пользоваться несколько номеров ею) и нет моющего, тряпочек для уборки. Висит объявлений - пользование кухней 10 уе. Поселили в номер больше без доплаты, за что очень благодарны хозяевам. Мы были в ноябре по хорошей цене, поэтому было отличное соотношение цены-качества.

Les chambres sont très bien et que dire de la piscine! Nous n'avons pas hésité à prolonger notre séjour. Il y a la possibilité de louer des scooters ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour se balader dans les alentours. La qualité du service par le propriétaire est également exceptionnelle!

Я останавливался(ась) в отеле рядом с пляжем Унаватуна, всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от моря. Это было потрясающее пребывание! Номер был чистый и уютный, атмосфера спокойная, а вид — просто невероятный. Персонал и хозяин отеля были очень дружелюбны и помогали мне во всём. Я чувствовал(а) себя как дома. The breakfast is good. Airco was good.

No drinkwater bottles on the room. No possibilty on the room to make coffee. One room didn't had toillet paper. The Bathroom bad smell was covered by Sri Lanka wierook. Some lights on the rooms didnot work. The bed was from wood and made noice. All simple thing could be prevented.

The pool was very nice. The location was on a quiet street. Walking distance to the beach. The staff was friendly and we hired a reliable and good priced ride to the airport with them (from Bentota).

We were surprised that there was no breakfast at the property and no restaurant. We had assumed otherwise from the fotos on here. The rooms were okay. It was the most expensive place we stayed at and therefore I found price/quality too high.

This homestay is run by a lovely, kind family. Being surrounded by jungle was wonderful and we saw black- faced monkeys in the garden in the mornings. Breakfast and dinner provided were delicious, and the nearest beach ( 5 mins walk) was beautiful and had very few people on it.

The property was clearly very well maintained. Everything felt new or was new. It was fresh and bright and the most relaxing environment for anyone to enjoy their stay. The garden was beautiful and the pool was the perfect temperature to cool off in.
