Location was the best thing about this property. Right on Piazza Navona, which is beautiful.

We were surprised and disappointed. This is by no means a luxury property. It is at best a room in an apartment. The deluxe room was small for 2 people. It is staffed with one person who is your receptionist, your house keeper and the person who delivers your breakfast. The rooms / bathrooms are modern and clean but the bed was too soft (almost like the mattress needed changing). The TV does not have local channels, only youtube and Netflix. You order Breakfast on an app and it is served on a tray in your room. Breakfast was average. There are no phones or contact information in the rooms. The AC went off one night and there was no way to contact anyone to inform them. Thankfully it came back on in a bit. There is none at reception from 8 pm to 8 am. You are given a key to let yourself into the building and apartment. they kindly gave each room a complimentary glass of sparking wine and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Bottom line, You are paying for the location.

Location is perfect right next to piazza Navona, short walk to all major landmarks. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The mini bar is stocked daily with water, soft drinks and 2 beers - we were even given a bottle of red wine on arrival and two glasses of Prosecco on our last evening. The staff were excellent which rounded off a perfect stay.

The breakfast was fine, however I understand it was continental but it may be British of me to have liked some toast on offer with the eggs.

관광지 중심에 있어서 밤늦게 밖에 나가도 안전하다고 느꼈어요!! 주변에 교통도 좋아서 택시도 잘잡히고 버스도 많이 다녀요!! 걸어서 판테온과 트레비 분수도 가기에 가까워요!! 에어컨 너무 시원해서 밤에 추워서 끄고 잤어요^^

Breakfast was nice and delivered to room. Location was s central, you open the door and walk out to many attractions and restaurants right at your steps. bed was comfortable, we slept well.

At first it was hard to find the entry door, maybe some signage may help. It was very hot August day, so we appreciated the ACA, but wish it was a bit cooler, maybe need to be checked. But definitely helped.

Perfect location, made it easy to walk to key landmarks and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very small room and breakfast could be better if it’s at the location/restaurant, not is a small room. No balcony and AC was noisy.

It’s a small boutique hotel with maximum comfort with stunning views of the plaza Navona. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance was a bit hidden but we had no problems finding it. Loved the restaurant that was recommended by the stuff. Small lift certainly helped with the heavy suitcases: AC worked fine in 35C heat wave. Breakfast was okay. View was so good it’s worth it just itself. They gave us complimentary drinks and sweet that was very nice of them.

Room was small so it was bit hard to open the luggage but considering the small floor plan they used the space efficiently.

Location excellent, staff were very nice and professional and service was amazing! Breakfast was brilliant and the little things like filling the fridge daily and the last night apertivo was a very nice touch.

Excellent location. Restaurants, shops everywhere. Secure location and walkable to all the "must see" sights. Although the Colosseum is a bit further, the bus that will take you there can be taken just across the street from the hotel. Plaza Navona of Rome is located just next door. So convenient.

We couldn't watch the FIFA World Cup on the television as the regular channels does not work. However, they have Netflix and You Tube accessible. Needs update on the wooden floor otherwise, you can't beat the location of this hotel.

We loved the location-right on the Piazza Navona. The staff was excellent! Incredibly responsive! They were incredibly responsive via email and helped us arrange transportation to and from airport and the port.

The stairs were a little much for my elderly parents. There was a small lift. It worked-but slow.

This apartment was excellent. The location was amazing, literally off Piazza Navona. Even though you were in the middle of everything, the rooms were quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful and they paid attention to details. They even provided a breakfast in the room. Water and mini bar was included.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer!

The location was amazing with a gorgeous view of the piazza navona fountain. Checkin was seamless and the glasses of prosecco and light snacks left in our room was a nice touch. We had an early flight the next morning so we were not able to order breakfast but they still managed to get us some cappuccinos and freshly baked croissant before we left.

My only suggestion is that some of the walls are showing some wear and tear so perhaps the rooms need a fresh coat of paint. Its certainly not a deal breaker and we would definitely stay here again

도보로 이동해야하는 로마 특성상 왠만한 관광지에서 가깝고, 숙소가 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었어요. 직원분들이 밝게 웃으며 환대해주셔서 로마여행 시작부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 지로 디탈리아 행사때문에 도로통제되서 어려움이 있었는데 어디로 가면 되는지, 잘 설명해주셔서 다음 목적지까지 무리없이 잘 갔습니디.

엘리베이터에서 내릴때 외문을 꼭 닫아야 한다는걸 강조해서 설명해주시면 좋을거 같아요. 이용하면서 다른 숙박객들이 안닫고 내려버려서 이용못한 경우가 종종 있었어요.

Lo más destacable es el servicio del personal, muy atentos todos, nos dejaron un vino de regalo en la habitación, frigobar libre sin costo, además la habitación super cómoda, la cama excelente, colchón nuevo, muy limpia y con todo lo que uno necesita para la estadía. Les pedimos que nos guardaran las valijas por unos días y lo hicieron sin costo y sin ningún inconveniente. Destaco la excelente atención de Jennifer que nos recibió de forma excelente. Sin dudas volveremos a hospedarnos ahí a nuestro regreso a Roma ❤️

By far, the best thing about our stay at Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona was the location. There were lots of other things to like, but being right on Piazza Navona was incredible. It is in the heart of the city. Other things we liked...all of the staff were very friendly and responsive, if we had requests. The beds were comfy, and the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. Breakfasts were served every morning via room service. There is not a restaurant onsite, but the room service delivery worked well. We ordered our breakfasts online the night before. The selections were many, the food plentiful, and the meals were excellent. Breakfasts were supposed to be served starting at 7:30am, but we had early morning tours that started at 8:00am on 2 of our days. The kitchen staff happily agreed to bring our breakfasts to us at 7:00 which was wonderful. We would happily stay there again if we had the opportunity.

Our "what we didn't like" portion of this review is very short - hardly worth mentioning, and it is not even inside the building. Being from the US, we are accustomed to our Hotels having a large, easy to see marquee on the front of the building to show us where it is located. I guess most of the hotels in Rome do not have large marquees, but the small sign on a nondescript wall next to a nondescript door at the front of the hotel was very difficult to locate. If it had not been for our taxi driver pointing out the entrance to the hotel, I don't think we ever would have found it. That's it - everything else was perfect (except for the high price - but what else would you expect being on Piazza Navona?)

It felt like home away of home The young men who went through everything with us was great when we checked in Cleaning staff was great The only thing is we’re leaving at 5:30 am we told him he said to drop off keys , but nobody Was there in the morning for us to drop the keys ? We stuck around till 5:50 but our uber was not going to wait so we had to leave keys in the room . We called and left a message We would not made our flight if we did not leave. Everything was fab from breakfast in the morning was delicious 🙏 Nd

Der Straßenlärm , aber damit muss man im Zentrum rechnen. Die Fenster dichten aber gut gegen den Lärm.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and we had 3 beds.

Did not like having to pick breakfast the day before and having to eat it in our rooms as there was no dining room. The hotel was difficult to find as there was only a small plaque next to the door so we walked by it twice. Also, the elevator was extremely small and only fit 2 of us so one of us had to do the stair most of the time and we were on the 3rd floor. The hotel was rather strange as there were rooms on some floors and it looked like residents or other businesses in between. Felt more like an airBNB than a luxury hotel which it really is not.

Meeting Sandro at check in was such a delight. He was did a great job explaining everything and was so welcoming and friendly.

Location was great, staff was kind, Every day we came back to the room here was wine or champagne waiting. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with printing tickets.

Only negative, but this may be in all of Europe, you could easily hear all the noises in the hallway.

Initially, trying to figure out how to get into the property was a challenge. Once we got the keys and could let ourselves in there was no issue.

La ubicación es muy buena, es muy segura y bonita en sus alrededores. El personal es súper amable, atento y te hace sentir muy a gusto en las instalaciones. OJO, no es hotel, es un tipo de B&B muy lindo.

No esperes poco ruido porque justo está en la plaza Navona. Yo he ido por varios años a Roma y me he quedado en diferentes alojamientos, este en particular me parece muy caro para ser un B&B. El desayuno está bueno, a secas, nada extraordinario. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el croissant, se veía de mala calidad.

Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona could not have been better! The location was perfect, the staff, particularly Jennyffer, who helped check us is was very nice and helpful, the accommodations were wonderful, beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night, as we were going on to Naples the next day but I wish I could have stayed there a week! Plus, they have a lift, which is super helpful with luggage!

Facilities were clean and comfortable, location was perfect, right in the middle of all main attractions. But the best thing was the staff, great customer service, always going above and beyond. I will definitely come back.
