The property was super clean. Just been done out. Very happy with everything. Never had breakfast there but was offered it and just needed to order it at reception. The shower was spectacular. The guy who owns it is very house proud and looks after you. 100% would recommend.

Nothing. Other than some utensils to cook.

Posizione, camera, staff

Hotel is very easy to find, close to Taksim metro station. Close to direct bus to sabhia aeroport. Réception is 24/24 very good if you dont know exacly when you will arrive. The room was small but ok, internet work very well, everythink was clean. The staff are very helpfull. The price was quite good. Around hotel there are lot of shops, restaurant.

Our room was underfloor, so we didn t have a window with natural light.

The location of the residence is very good if you want to stay near taksim square. The wifi was fine. The staff are polite and one of them which i assume is the owner invited me to taste the turkish honey and cream while having her breakfast which was kind and really appreciated.

The residence does not have an elevator and a lobby. The reception is in another hotel facing the residence. Although they provide daily cleaning, more attention to details is required. The room has no sound insulation and needs maintenance. It was also frustrating to me that the receptionist wanted to check the room before proceeding with my checkout which i felt weird as i travel quite frequently to hotels around the world and this is the first time it happens with me including in istanbul.

The breakfast was okay. Room could use more items (1 more toilet roll, one more water bottle, and one spoon for coffee mixing)

My room was great. But there was a night with heavy rain and the bathroom ceiling was leaking water droplets.

The hotel was very cozy, and the location was perfect. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff—they were incredibly hospitable and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Zayed, who was very attentive and polite throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Great and value for the money

There is a god at the next door which becomes concerned at night time and makes a lot of noise

This hotel saved our trip because we were almost left on the street. Special thanks to its owner Aisha for taking care of us. Hotel close to Taksim square, easy to reach the center by walking along Istiklal Street. From the Istanbul airport you can reach by shutle bus.

The street is noisy, but this is Istanbul.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They suggested even a choice - showed a few available rooms, so we choosed the most convenient for us. Breakfast was nice, included everything anyone needs. Good quality and service for this price.

el horario de limpiar el cuarto es por la mañana asi que si uno queda durmido tendra que esperar al siguiente dia para que lo limpian del resto todo bien

The location is very good

I used a double room, but it was too small.

Location. Close to the tram station. Plenty of affordable cafe’s and restaurants within close proximity. Havaist airport shuttle within walking distance which is very convenient and cost effective for arriving to and departing Istanbul. Room and bedding clean. WIFI was very good. The connection of the SMART TV was strong and stable when watching Netflix and Prime. An early 9am check in was allowed as our flight into Istanbul arrived at 6am.

The main entrance door to the building was often found open or unlocked. Aircon in room was not functioning effectively. The blind on the windows is not a block out material which causes the morning sun to wake up. This was annoying when we wanted to sleep late. Three down lighters fused. One above the bed, one upon entering the room and the bathroom light. No three point plug in room. This is critical for wanting to charge my laptop.

The location is perfect. It’s always clean. And Zayed is so helpful with everything you need. Perfect please to stay when visiting Istanbul

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Row Taksim Hotel and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of hygiene, service, and overall comfort. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and even the smallest details, was spotless. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining a pristine and fresh environment throughout my stay, which made me feel completely at ease.

Staff were helpful especially to help get a taxi in Istanbul could be challenging and fatal.

My room was located on fifth floor and guess what. There was no life. Yeah, you have carry all your luggage to 5th floor The bedroom was full of hair and sign of pee from multiple urination maybe

Location just 4 mints walk inrernet and cleaning was perfect .early check in and late check out was abenfit

MIRROR, it was shown in the photos but couldn't find in tge room. It was really disturbing to find only a small mirror at the bathroom.

Great location with friendly staff who allowed for flexible check in times. The room was comfortable and provided what I needed which was basically just a place to sleep. Really close to a metro station which helped a lot. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was a bit noisy. Might just have been the time I was there but could often hear people coming and going in a very inconsiderate way. My room was also street facing on the ground floor so I could hear a lot going on outside. I think there could be an improvement in toiletries provided.

All the staff is really friendly big thanks to Emre he is really nice and helpful the room is clean and new they change my bedsheets every time I wanted the cleaning lady is so kind the hotel is close to taksim square and everything is around food supermarket SIM card store I went out at night alone and it’s very safe neighborhood but if you’re staying more than one week better book the suite

Very comfortable place to stay

Spacious, well lightеd, and clean room. It's 10 min. from Taksim Square - a vibrant location, but the place itself is very quiet. Our room was under the roof and had a broad view of the city from the balcony.

No lift. Climbing the stairs wasn't a problem for us as we didn't have much luggage.

We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the balcony view was lovely and nice for relaxing in the evening. The location was very convenient for accessing all metro, trams and funicular etc. We didn’t love Taksim square itself however this had nothing to do with the actual hotel. We had a couple of problems with our original room due to unusually heavy rain however this was sorted quickly by management and we were given a free upgrade for a couple of nights while the problem was fixed! Overall it was fantastic value for money and the staff were SO kind!!

We did have unresolved problems with the wifi for the last couple of days, however the staff did do their very best to sort this out.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, fast wifi. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was very fast and rooms have SMART TV!! It is located at Taksim Square (center of Istanbul)

I feel they shouldn’t have charged 20€ for storing our baggage for two nights. Most hotels do it for free.

Location: 5 minutes to takseem Square. No noise on the side street. It's not situated on one of the very steep side streets. Clean room Staff were nice and tried to help out often

- room is quite smaller compared to pics - we got a room at 4th floor, and the stairs were metal , spiral stairs that are narrow to move large suitcases. Of course goes without saying that there's no lift. - windows only had metals curtains without blackouts, thus we woke up as light filled the room. And when asked for them to fix that, when we returned at night we found that they've put a blanket to cover the window. Very resourceful but not the solution I hoped for.

its very disappointing, location, room, its not 4 stars hotel, and no value for money, we left the hotel immediately after arrival because its not matching booking pictures and reviews, and the staff didn’t approve for a refund even though we did not stay!

Nice location, room was clean

There is no lift, bed sheet and pillowcase had holes.

Right in the city centre by Taksim Square, very clean and 24/7 reception pretty much. Special thanks to Bill, very helpful and kind.

Nothing except shower could drain water faster

The room looks good, modern, the bed is amazing. Stuff is helpful and attentive. Close to the Taxim square and Istiklal. There is a small kitchenette in the room. Bathroom is cosy and towels are plump and fresh

Windows are drafty, and it was cold in Istanbul, so I had to keep the heater on (it was swiftly provided upon request) always, because the heat just went out immediately. Sigarettes i found on my balcony on the check in were there on the check out, the balcony was not cleaned during my week there. View from my balcony room was not the best, but since it was raining, it didn't matter much. The fridge makes loud horrifying noises from time to time.
