Fair breakfast, good location

I booked a Superior Double Room it was too small, bed is not conformable at all. bathroom is too tight, AC had loud noises all the time. Elevator is tight barely you can fit with the luggage. The hotel is considerably old, I would rate it 2 stars. 4 isn't accurate

Die Bilder in Booking.com stimmen definitiv nicht mit den Zimmern vor Ort überein. Wir hatten anfangs ein Standard Zimmer gebucht, welches allerdings mehrere unterschiedliche Zimmer umfasst. Unseres war so klein, dass man kaum um das Bett herum laufen konnte. Ich hab schon einige Zimmer gebucht, aber so etwas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben dann ein größeres Zimmer am kommenden Tag gegen Aufpreis erhalten. Obwohl es auch andere Standard Zimmer gibt welche auf der Seite angezeigt werden. Ist auch kein Problem, haben wir dann gemacht, aber das war definitiv das letzte Mal dass ich dort gebucht habe. Bilder sind dabei, aber wirklich ne schlechte Qualität.

Комфортен хотел, чист, удобни легла. Има кана за вода, чай, вода. Има и тоалетни принадлежности. Супер местоположени, в близост до приятен парк с крайбрежна алея. Наблизо има разнообразни заведения, които предлагат, както традиционна кухня, така и по-европейска. Любезен персонал, който говори английски.

Стаите нямат балкон и е доста шумно при отворен прозорец

The location and surrounding areas

They were having major work done whilst having guests in the building and at times it was very unsafe . Also when I asked for a scale they said they would bring it up but they did not . They also were going to double charge me . I went for breakfast at 9:45am and the kitchen staff looked shocked to see me , even though breakfast finished at 10am. I am very disappointed and won’t be coming back .

В отеле идет ремонт, о котором не было информации.

Типичен за Истанбул хотел, с нетипична за Истанбул чистота. Всичко беше много чисто, включително банята, даже хладилникът беше като нов. Любезен рецепционист, който дори знае английски, също рядко срещано в тази държава. Много удобни легла и възглавници. От прозореца ни се виждаше морето, което беше много приятно. Даже имаше usb зарядно в стаята, което беше много мило. Морето беше на пешеходно разстояние. Хотелът не разполага с паркинг, но съвсем наблизо има денонощен, платен такъв.

Няма тераса, нито в стаята, нито към мястото, където се сервира закуската, неудобно за пушачите.

Agua era quente

Quarto muito pequeno, capa edredon com nodoas e cozida, casa banho muito pequena, hotel muito barulhento e não limpam o quaro diariamente, não recomendo.

I had booked an economy room, which was very small and didn’t even have a wardrobe to hang clothes. However, because the heating system in my room wasn’t working properly, the reception changed my room and gave me a larger one, which was very nice, clean, and had enough space. The rooms are clean, and the staff are polite and respectful. If you have any issues, they will resolve them in a friendly manner. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Economy rooms are very tight

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the central area and they have smart tvs and keep the place clean

Удобно расположен отель, в шаговой доступности есть метро, наземная железная дорога, автобусы. В отеле вкусные завтраки, приветливый и участливый персонал. В номере есть всё что необходимо. Отличное освещение в номере, удобная кровать, сушилка для белья, по запросу выдали тазик для стирки мелких вещей, хороший напор воды в душе, что для моих длинных волос немаловажно 😊

Отличная локация для данного района,много кафе, магазинов,ресторанов и близко к морю. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки мы не брали, так как рядом полно кафе.

Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage zur Hauptstraße Die Metro fußläufig gut zu erreichen! In allen ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel.

Comfortable beds, cleanness, helpful friendly staff, vibrant location of course with short access to public transportation, and they have small elevator ! Previous reviews complained about the same breakfast daily- so what? It was nice enough to have one and the bonus - nice view !

The only thing I didn't like in istanbul overall and particularly in this hotel - smoking nasty smell :/ it was getting into our room constantly, although they claim rooms as non-smoking

Alle waren sehr nett , aber eine Mitarbeiterin die im Service / Küche gearbeitet hat war sehr unfreundlich Zimmer sauber, Lage top, Anbindungen , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Keine Parkmöglichkeit/ keine Haltemöglichkeit vor dem Hotel

Die Wände der Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, auch durch Geräusche von draußen war es sehr schwierig zu schlafen, aufjedenfall Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen Frühstück jeden Tag das Gleiche, etwas Abwechslung wäre nett, leider wurde viel weggeschmissen , weil die Teller vom Personal vorbereitet wurden

Binanın kendi eski olsa da odam çok yeni ve tertemizdi. Duvarlar çok fazla tat kaçıran sesler geçiriyordu :/ izolasyon hiç yoktu. Ama bir günlük güzel sessiz bir istirahat ve konaklama idi. Sokak akşam çok ıssız

Close to main street with many restaurants, cafes and shops. A short walk near the marina and to the metro/train/bus stations. Nice, comfy and clean, with helpful staff.

We were 3 people in a triple room which was not big enough and the bathroom was quite small as well. Yet for 2 nights it was manageable but will not recommend for a longer period.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotelzimmer und die Lage war für uns unschlagbar. Überhaupt nicht touristisch👍 Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und die Mitarbeiter sind super zuvorkommend. Der Besitzer ist auch wirklich nett und unterhält sich mit jedem. Das türkische Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. War alles da, was man braucht. Tomaten, Gurke, Paprika, Oliven, vier Käse, Pancake, Brot Obst, Saft, Tee und Cornflakes. Was will man mehr?!? Mehr braucht es nicht.

1.The facility stated that there is a free parking but when I arrived there wasn't any, and I had to pay for the parking 2. The breakfast has no variety and small portion.

Rooms are extremely tiny, hardly 50 cm passage around the bed. Sound isolation is very bad, you can hear all your neighbours in the next rooms. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is very basic, hardly edible. We used to have excellent home made things in Turkey for breakfast, here the owner should definitely review the menu .
