Riad DIHYA & Rooftop Pool

Le personnel du Riad était très agréable. Notamment Hamid qui s'est rendu disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon. L'emplacement du Riad est parfait pour découvrir Marrakech et la piscine sur le toit est un vrai +.

Si siamo sentiti accolti, Hamid si è adoperato in ogni modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno impeccabile. Colazione oltre le aspettative, camera pulita, ma ripeto l'accoglienza e la premura di Hamid hanno reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso. Grazie ancora di cuore per tutto!

Non ci è piaciuto il taxi prenotato tramite Booking.com. Mi sono pentita di averlo prenotato tramite l'hotel.

Rien à dire.

Le Riad est particulièrement bien placé, à deux pas de la place jema el fnaa et du souk. La piscine et le rooftop sont un vrai plus. Mais le plus important reste Hamid, notre hôte pendant ce séjour qui a su être aux petits soins, très attentif, accueillant et disponible. El servicio está muy bien, Hamid está súper atento a que esté todo a tu gusto. El riad está en la Medina muy bien ubicado. Todo está muy limpio. El desayuno (incluido en el precio) es un auténtico lujo, todo buenísimo y si te apetece comer o cenar allí te hacen unos platos muy ricos... nosotros comimos el Tajín con pollo y limón y lo hacen increíble👌🏻. Todo de 10.

Que no hemos podido estar por motivos laborales más que 4 días.

Beautiful and immaculate space

La struttura è gradevole, pulita e comoda per visitare la città. Colazione molto buona e abbondante, inoltre Hamid è stato super gentile e servizievole durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, mettendoci a nostro agio e consigliandoci dei luoghi da visitare. Anche la cena è ottima seppur con poca scelta. Ottimo anche il servizio di trasporto da/per l’aeroporto al prezzo di 20€.

C’è un po’ di rumore esterno dovuto alle porte e finestre sull’interno del Riad, quindi si sente tutto. Nel rubinetto in bagno andava solo l’acqua calda. Il condizionatore è un po’ rumoroso.

La estancia en Riad Dihya ha sido inmejorable. Muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. No tiene perdida por sus callejones porque esta muy cerca. La calle que da acceso al riad tiene mucha vida hasta altas horas de la noche. El desayuno esta buenisimo y es muy contundente. La habitacion no es pequeña, es muy acogedora y bonita, la arreglan a diario y si necesitas algo, solo tienes que pedirlo para que te lo den. Tener piscina es un lujo, pues con la calor siempre apetece y la zona de la terraza tambien la tienen muy bien cuidada. Destaco el trabajo de Hamid, que estuvo pendiente de nosotras (eramos 2 amigas visjando solas) en todo momento y no nos faltó de nada. Amable, responsable y cercano. Sin duda hemos tenido mucha suerte de habernos topado con él. Gracias de corazon por tu entrega en el trabajo y por ser así. Repetiría este riad 100% si volviese a Marrakech (que tengo claro que volveré).

Le lieu et l'accueil merci a Hamid

Hamid fue encantador y nos atendió de forma excepcional en todo momento. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Muy respetuosos y cercanos a la vez.

Podría haber mas variedad de platos para la cena

Hamid est bienveillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Sa gentillesse est très appréciée Le Riad est beau, confortable, bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable : délicieux, copieux et varié. Note également dédiée aux autres membres du personnel, adorables. Je recommande !

Breakfast was really good. The pool was perfect to cool down during a hot day.

To get to the riad you have to walk through an alley.

El trato fue excelente por parte de todo el personal, pero especial mención a Hamid que me ayudó para que mi viaje fuera mejor. Todo estaba muy limpio y la piscina fue un puntazo. Ubicación muy buena.

La llegada a la noche daba un poco de miedo pero luego fue fácil de día igualmente los chicos del Riad nos acompañaron en todo momento

The building is nice, hosts were very welcoming and helpful, they can arrange you taxi rides from and to the airport at any time you need. has a rooftop pool that is nice to freshen yourself up in the afternoon, also the location is very close to the markets which is great, but the only thing is that you can get approached by homeless guys when you are going to the riad at night like we did

The Riad is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the people are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. The rooftop area is super pleasant, and the pool is great for recovering from the heat. The breakfast is divine and varied every day, and the tea is very good. The location is excellent, very close to Jemaa el-Fna square and 3 minutes from the souks, on a very busy and safe street. The best part not only of the accommodation, but of Marrakech itself, was Hamid (the Riad manager). He is extremely helpful, friendly, understanding, and kind; he is without a doubt the best person we met in Morocco. We spent 10 wonderful nights in Morocco, and that is partly due to Hamid.

I had such a wonderful stay at Riad Dihya! As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my entire stay. Hamid was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was so kind, welcoming, and more than accommodating. The riad itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and it was such a lovely place to come back to after exploring Marrakech. I truly felt at home during my stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Riad Dihya to anyone visiting Marrakech, especially solo travellers. Thank you so much to Hamid and the whole team for making my stay so special!

Bellissima piscina,piccola ma giusta, staff super disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza:SIM, consigli, colazioni anticipate, transfer per aereoporto. Le colazioni sono state abbondanti e varie, le camere piccole ma pulite e in stile marocchino. La posizione è centrale, un po' difficile da trovare la struttura ma d'altronde molti Riad sono immersi nei vicoletti di Marrakech, una volta orientati è semplice.

Ik heb hier 9 dagen verbleven en heb een geweldige tijd gehad! Ik had een prachtige kamer, het zwembad op het rooftop was heerlijk en het ontbijt was iedere ochtend superlekker. De ligging is echt perfect: je loopt in ongeveer 5 minuten naar het grote plein en binnen 1 minuut sta je al in de souk. Ideaal als je Marrakech wilt ontdekken! Ook Hamid verdient zeker een compliment. Hij is echt een superlieve en behulpzame man. Je kunt hem altijd bereiken als je iets nodig hebt en hij staat altijd voor je klaar. Daarnaast was het ook gewoon gezellig om met hem te kletsen. Zeker een aanrader als je een fijne plek zoekt in Marrakech. Ik zou hier absoluut nog een keer terugkomen! ❤️

Tout était parfait !

I was amazed by how helpful Hamid, the manager, was both before, during, and after our stay. I booked the hotel quite late (about 5 hours before arrival), and he still arranged a transfer from the busstation to the hotel for us. When we got there he came and picked us up from the taxi and was very welcoming, and just a great fun guy. I really enjoyed talking to him whenever we saw him. Our flight out was at 6AM, which meant we had to get into a taxi at 3AM, which of course he arranged for us, and when we got up he was waiting for us to say goodbye and walk us to the taxi! Just an incredible level of commitment. The hotel itself is great too. The rooftop pool is really nice (and clean), which is wonderful during the hot afternoons in Marrakech. The breakfast is plentiful, and the room was great, with really comfortable beds.

Nos gustó especialmente la ubicación: está a pocos pasos del zoco y, una vez que conoces el camino por las callejuelas, se llega a la calle principal en menos de un minuto y a Jemaa el-Fna en pocos minutos. El desayuno era muy completo y variado, y se servía en una azotea muy agradable junto a la piscina; además, la habitación estaba siempre muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. El trato fue también excelente, especialmente por parte de Walid, siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos.

No encontramos ningún inconveniente importante durante nuestra estancia. La habitación daba al patio interior y tenía poca ventilación natural, y las puertas no aíslan demasiado el ruido, aunque el riad estaba tranquilo durante nuestra estancia y pudimos dormir perfectamente.

Great hospitality and a really pleasant experience overall. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

El Riad estaba ubicado en pleno centro, con los zocos y Jemaa el-Fna a pocos pasos. El Riad en sí era muy bonito y acogedor, pero sin duda lo mejor fue el trato de Hamza y Hamid. Hicieron que nuestra breve estancia fuera una experiencia excelente, desde nuestra llegada hasta el desayuno, siempre muy atentos y agradables. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

Tout était parfait.

The brilliant staff really did make me feel welcome, arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Waled was great, very friendly and went out of his way to help and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was good and even Waled delivered mine the night before I had a very early hot air balloon trip the following morning.

Not really, locally though be wary of guys offering to find your way back to the place at night as they will demand money,

The hosting is great, it has a great cost benefit. Walid accommodated us and was always very helpful and polite, I will definitely come back again

El alojamiento estaba en muy buena ubicación. Además la atención recibida fue excelente, en todo momento se preocuparon porque estuviéramos como en casa. El desayuno es maravilloso; un día no podíamos desayunar en el Riad y nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre très propre et la literie impeccable.

Le personnel était très accueillant, attentif, d’une gentillesse ! Ils étaient tous très patients et à l’écoute de chaque demande ! Toujours beaucoup de serviettes à disposition et le nettoyage est excellent, la dame de ménage est également aux petits soins de chaque détail. Le Riad est magnifique, chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et généreux ! La température de la piscine était parfaite, les sièges confortables. Le lit était confortable et il y a la clim ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Chambre petite mais nous étions prévenus et c’était bien agencé donc pas un réel problème au final.

Standardowe słodkie śniadanie, ale placki i chlebki były robione na miejscu, pyszne, było też jajko. Super miła i pomocna obsługa, nawet dostałam czajnik do pokoju :)

dzwi są dosyc delikatne i wszytsko słychac, nawet w pokojach obok plus swiatło na korytarzu, które świeciło do pokoju przez okno wewnetrzne.

Fue todo fabuloso, el personal es excelente, muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. La ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la plaza. La decoración y la limpieza inmejorables. La habitación es preciosa y la cama es comodisima. Ademas la piscina atuda,en los dias de calor. El desayuno es abundante delicioso. Fue todo perfecto.

El encanto del riad, la terraza con su piscina ideal para relajarse, la amabilidad de su gente y el trato increíble, siempre dispuesto para ayudarte ,el desayuno inmejorable.

Entra la luz exterior a través de la ventana, y el ruido de las demás habitaciones. Si todos fuésemos responsables y respetuosos no habría problema.

Mi è piacita molto la piscina e la colazione e il gusto dell' arredamento del riad.

Abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovarlo perché si trova in una piccola via defilata e non è segnalato. Il nome si trova inciso solo sul portone. La camera era molto bella esteticamente ma poco funzionale e piccola. Il bagno aveva una tenda che lo divideva dalla camera. Non c' era un appendino in bagno e neanche la tenda della doccia. Sicuramente queste scelte sono state fatte per renderla più bella ma hanno reso il tutto poco pratico.

Eins im Vorweg, das Personal ist grossartig, die Leute sind super, eigentlich wie alle in Marokko. Das Frühstück absolut grandiös. Aber hier muss man sagen, bevor Sie ein Ryad buchen, erkundigen Sie sich, welcher UNterschied zwischen einem Ryad und einem Hotel besteht. Und wenn Sie ein Ryad mit 5 Sternen sehen, sind es keine 5 Sterne von einem Hotel. Eher ein Hostel-Niveau. Aber für zwei Nächte ganz ok, wenn man unbedingt in der Altstadt bleiben möchte.

Schlecht ausgeschildert, die Eingangstür ist schwer zu finden. Man bekommt, was man bucht.

Difficult to find in the dark alley. Also because in the old town, it seems not very safe around there, even though the inside hotel is safe. So, be careful if you are solo triper or girls.

Si has llegado a este comentario, YA TIENES RIAD. MA-RA-VI-LLO-SO. Súper amables y atentos, el desayuno buenísimo, rooftop con piscinita, tranquilo y silencioso, limpio, sitio muy bonito, localización inmejorable... Si volvemos a Marrakech, que volveremos, iremos directos a este Riad.

Si tuviera que poner una pega sería...NINGUNA. NOS ENCANTÓ TODO De hecho, el día que hicimos el viaje al desierto, teníamos el desayuno listo a las 6.30 de la mañana. GRACIAS

Apenas o facto de termos encontrado alguns cabelos e pelos nos lençóis. E um dos acessos ao alojamento ter de se passar por baixo de umas ruínas.

The staff and welcome was wonderful ; communicate so well and made everything feel effortlesss for us. Breakfast was delicious - if you enjoy msemen - you are in for a treat. Room was clean and service exceptional. Location to Jemaa al fna - easy to walk.

The room felt tight for 2 people and luggage but not unmanageable.
