Purtroppo si è rotto il vetro della doccia. Mi sono ferita. Ho chiamato la sera nessuno ha risposto. Il giorno dopo sono partita prestissimo, mi hanno scritto se avevo bisogno di un medico ecc. ma ormai mi ero arrangiata da sola. Avrei gradito un bonus su un altro soggiorno dato che il giorno precedente la doccia era ok mentre il giorno che si è rotto il vetro era storto quindi era stato urtato forse e dico forse pulendola. Mi sono ferita, mi aspettavo più attenzione ed almeno una notte in regalo. Il sangue c’era, quindi non hanno avuto nessun riguardo.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Amazing stay. Really nice. Really clean. All the facilities for such a small gotel. Breakfast in your room. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. It’s a historical building and roght in one of the “centers” of Rome. Rooms have street view (even the bathroom). Spacious bathroom with a bidet. Super clean. Really a bargain for sich an accomodation. You can even leave tour luggage at the gotel if you artive very early. 10/10 in Rome.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026A Anne foi muito querida connosco, por duas vezes tivemos de sair antes da hora do pequeno almoço e ela prontamente preparou-o para nós levarmos. O quarto estava sempre bem arrumado e limpo, sem nada apontar.
Poderia ter uma zona para tomar o pequeno almoço, pois tivemos de comer no quarto mas isso não é algo que prejudique avaliação do alojamento.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Het hotel ligt in een rustige, goede buurt van Rome. Kortbij de winkelstraat en Piazza Dopolo. Ook niet ver van de Tiber. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen, wat fijn was dat ons kind ook een eigen bed had. Goede airco en mini-frigo op de kamer. Ook een waterkoker is voorhanden met koffiekopjes. Leuke betaalbare eetzaken in de buurt. De hotelhosts zijn super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Koffers mochten we achterlaten tot we dienden te vertrekken naar de luchthaven.
Ontbijt was oké, enkel geen ruimte op de kamer om deftig met 3 personen te eten aan een tafel. Voor de rest geen minpunten.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The room that we stayed in was pretty big. The host was friendly and helpful and really nice. The breakfast was great. The place was clean. You need to stay here to see for yourself. I cannot describe in words how welcomed we felt here.
Sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms, it was not very loud, but we could hear our neighbours.

La habitación 10/10, además cada noche al volver estaba súper limpia y ordenada, un servicio de categoría. La atención durante toda la estancia fue tan cálida y amable que seguro regresaremos y recomendaremos.
El ascensor del edificio nunca estuvo habilitado durante nuestra estancia, para nosotros no fue un inconveniente pero seguro que están trabajando para mejorar y poder garantizar esta comodidad a quien lo necesite.

A choice of pillows would be great to have (I know there was one extra in the wardrobe but was not different than the ones on the bed). We like the concept of taking the breakfast in the room, however there was no space at the table for 2 people so we had to eat on the bed.

In the morning, they accommodated our early departure by preparing breakfast for us ahead of schedule. The receptionist (a Russian woman) was very kind; she made us a fantastic breakfast and allowed us to leave our luggage there to pick up later, which made things much easier for us. We will definitely be back.

La habitación estaba limpia y adecuada a todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días, el desayuno también era estupendo, pero sin duda lo mejor es la amabilidad de Anna, siempre atenta a todo y con una sonrisa.
Las almohadas podrían ser mejores y la alcachofa de la ducha necesita renovarse.

Not really- may be mention it’s on the 2nd floor but the lift worked fine, but it’s very small. The staircase is very steep.

On the second floor but a tiny elevator if needed. We had tea making in the room which was appreciated. Anna, our host was happy, helpful, and friendly, she prepared a lovely breakfast of eggs and a selection of meats, cheese, breads, croissants, yoghurt and juice, so plenty to choose from. She gave helpful tips on activities and places to eat. We loved our time here and in Rome.

La mia camera era in fondo al corridoio, tranquillissima. Penso che le camere adiacenti all'ingresso siano molto più disturbate perché la porta di accesso è piuttosto rumorosa.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The location was great, really close to Piazza del Popolo, a metro station, and many other landmarks in Rome. Breakfast was also rich and very good, and we enjoyed it in our room. The staff was also very nice and welcomed us warmly when we arrived.
The room was a little small and we could hear some street and neighbourhood noise, but all in all it was okay and we were able to sleep well at night. Shutters on all the windows in the apartment would have been nice, not just on the windows overlooking the street.

Dat je moet ontbijten op je kamer, maar wel logisch gezien de indeling van het gebouw.

La mia stanza era la prima della struttura a ridosso della porta d ingresso e della sala dove si preleva la colazione che poi si porta in camera. La mattina alle tra le 7 e 7.30 lo staff seppur gentile ci ha svegliato col servizio di preparazione della colazione. È una cosa da migliorare. Ho trovato una incrostazione nel wc che sembrava sporco, ma non lo era. Anche in questo caso basta poco per migliorare!

A recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves, mosolygós segítőkész volt. A harmadik ágy normál ágy, nem pótágy vagy kemping ágy. Szívesen ajánlom!

조식을 방에 가지고 와서 먹어야 하는건 좀 번거로웠고 방에 세명이서 조식을 편히 먹기엔 테이블도 부족했고 편하진 못했어요.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Posizione eccezionale, una volta parcheggiata l'auto al parcheggio Saba di Villa Borghese, è comodissimo raggiungere la struttura a piedi e muoversi nel centro di Roma e visitare i maggiori luoghi di interesse passeggiando. Camera pulita, staff disponibile e gentile e buona colazione.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Posizione centralissima 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Piazza del Popolo permette di poter girare comodamente la città grazie alla sua posizione strategica. Camera silenziosa nonostante fosse in pieno centro, spaziosa per tre persone e soprattutto pulitissima. Staff ottimo al momento del nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentilissima che ci ha fatto anticipare il check-in nonostante la nostra camera non fosse ancora pronta ci ha tenuto i bagagli e in seguito fatti trovare in camera. Grazie soprattutto alla disponibilità di Anna per le indicazioni che ci ha fornito. Inoltre ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli al check-out fino a tardo pomeriggio. Colazione varia e molto buona, non essendoci spazi comuni si prende il vassoio e si consuma sul tavolino della camera.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Obiekt jest położony w doskonałej lokalizacji. Po mimo, że jest bardzo blisko atrakcji to jest bardzo cicho. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocy. Duża wanna jest ogromnym plusem.
Śniadania mógłby być bardziej różnorodne. Pokój wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, np. kaloryfer w łazience.
