Clean room, all equipments functioned, water pressure is ok.

No window as advertised, room to small...not worth with the price.

Near a lot of shop

180/day is too expensive for a room without any windows, a tube of shampoo and foam. I have been informed by staff this is markup price from Booking.com. Even the staff said better book directly with them as the price will be less than half.

I like the cleanliness of the room. And I like the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from the city area..

I didn't like the fact it didn't have any breakfast options. There isn't a good restaurant nearby so I was struggling. Also the staff communication isn't that clear. They are not that welcoming or helpful. I literally had to ask questions to get information. Also I have to kept MYR 50 security deposit which I knew when I came there. It's refundable deposit but they should have told it to me in advance.

Bed & toilet is clean. Both receptionist staffs at night n morning were helpful eventho their internet was down n they cant seem to check if i had made the payment via booking.com . Hotel is very near to the legoland. Thats a plus. Overall we are well rested. Thank u Natura hotel

No tv channels to watch for my kids. No wifi. Have to pay for tourism fee twice. Via booking.com and also at the hotel. But it's just 10ringgit. Not a big deal for me. The room have a very funky smelly stench.

I liked the location . Was surrounded with useful shops and restaurants.

The rooms , lift , and the external rooms compound smell weird very weird . A type of chemical smell . Mainly the room is extremely small . Bed sheets were dirty , and lack of pillow . Wall sockets were too far from bed

The deco at the lift area is instaworthy.

1. The sliding door in the shower was not properly cleaned. 2. The glass shelf above the sink is about to break and fall as the rod holding it got rusty. We had to be extra cautious cause we didnt want to end up paying penalty for that. 3. Only 1 small shower gel bottle and 1 shampoo was provided for the two of us for the whole 3 days 2 nights stay. 4. No privacy, we noticed the top part of the curtain was not fully covered and there is CCTV from the outside. 5. The iron and the board has to be shared and the board was super dirty. 6. One of the towel provided was torn.

Stained spots bedsheets Duvet have black sweat marks (berdaki) and pillow cases are expired (yellow grayish old). Cushions are berbulu2. Please change your linens if expired and get better launderers.

Terrible hospitality, I left something at the room and been trying to call the hotel. 10 missed call, and no one answered. Bad service and experience

Overall ok worth for those book straigth to hotel reception getting cheaper price, paid extra RM 40 booked by online ,supposed to be cheap through online but Natura works diffrent way, no city view both side of building are shoplots view

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, always went out of their way to help me. Excellent staff. Services were decent, for the price.

The bathroom was much too small. My room didn't have any windows or source of natural light which is my biggest problem. Other rooms seemed to have windows but mine didn't, I would appreciate if they atleast tell you before u book which rooms have windows or not.

Location. A lot of places to eat nearby and convenient stores too. The hotel is clean.

I think the room is slightly smaller if it was for 2 people.

Room is small

Despite indicating on my booking that i would be arriving at 4-5am on 28 Dec and i booked the room from 27 - 28 Dec, i was asked by the front desk staff that I needed to pay for 2 days, which was 27-28 Dec and 28 - 29 Dec. In actual fact i did only stay for 4 hours there, on 28 Dec from 7am to 1pm. I was very upset.

U pay for what u get, quite clean. the only downside is the water heater never gets hot enough for a good nice hot shower.

The room is comfortable but rather small. Not muslim friendly for prayers..

Keep coming back to the same property, I'm pretty sure it is for a very good reason. A warm welcome by friendly security officer and reception. A walking distance to a few eateries serving local breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, 24 hr coin laundry and convenience stores. Clean, comfort and peaceful room. Tea kits, 2 bottles of water and daily housekeeping are a few good reasons to feel at home after a long day at work. Highly recommended to others on business or leisure alike.

Quick check-in at mid-night. Parking was on public lots opposite the hotel. Night guard was seen. Cleanliness of room and toilet was well acceptable. Bed was comfortable and had good sleep.

Very good and easy to get the grab

Hotel is new and nice. There are various convenience shops and eateries nearby. It is also near to a few nice restaurants as well as Legoland and Sutera Mall. Will definitely come back again if I am visiting Legoland.

Check in delayed to 2.30pm because of the room preparation. Satisfied with the room conditions, very clean and pleasant environment. Very convenient to Aeon Bukit Indah, Legoland and Johor premium outlets. Surrounded by minimarket, many food stall open in the morning but a few in the night time.

not so good because so noising(can hear another room shower and toilet flushing sound) and shower is not very hot.

It is a shophouse hotel. Nice clean hotel but small in size. Friendly staff. Location near to sundry shop, laundry and restaurants.
