Die Lage war toll, sehr netter junger Mann am Empfang und ein ausreichend solides Zimmer für zwei Nächte.

Es gab kein richtiges Fenster und die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und machte eine sehr stickige Luft.

Very helpful guy who owns/runs it. Pai’s communication was perfect and he was so helpful that it made out late check in, early check out really easy plus he was really accommodating with our requests. The process was very reasonable too. The room was a good size and well priced, we’d definitely stay here again

I arrived in Phuket late at night and stayed here; I was able to check in safely, and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable.

This guesthouse is just a minute away from Hey Mango and Tori’s Ice Cream, located centrally in the Old Town area. It offers easy access to Old Town’s markets and nearby attractions. Patong and Bangla Street are around 35–40 minutes away, with transport costing approximately 300–470 Thai Baht each way. Overall, it is a budget-friendly and convenient stay option if you prefer staying at the Old Town area.

Warning: This property is a scam. After making my reservation, paying for two nights in full, and having my arrival time officially approved, I was contacted via WhatsApp from an unofficial number demanding a photo of my passport. They repeated this demand through the Booking.com chat, ignoring the platform's explicit warnings against sharing sensitive information. When I refused, they threatened to mark my pre-paid stay as a "no-show," which would result in the loss of my payment. Do not share your personal documents with this property. This is fraudulent behavior and a severe security risk. Avoid at all costs.

Value for money, comfortable size for solo traveller. Good location with a lot of good food and massage place around, the sunday night market is just around the corner. Cafe downstairs serves nice drinks.

The room is not very sound proof so I could hear the tv from next door, but other than that there's no noise from the street.

The property is in the centre of old town. It’s right next to a Sunday night market which goes across 2 streets. The property itself is located in a cafe which is clean and pretty. The bedrooms are perfect and mine was very clean. The bedrooms also had a hair straightener and hairdryer which worked very well. And it doesn’t take long for the rooms to cool down. The owner is also extremely friendly and very helpful. Even though the guesthouse is in a central part of old town, there wasn’t any outside noise or traffic. I would definitely book here again when I come back.

There was no elevator so I felt bad for the owner carrying my heavy bags but other than this, everything is amazing.

Staff here are really lovely and helpful! I have stayed here 3 times total and everything went smoothly. Comfortable bed, fridge, free refills for water, kettle and tea/instant coffee in room. TV has streaming options like Netflix (you need to sign in to your own account). Really the perfect location if you’re exploring the old town or taking a boat from Rassada pier!

It was bigger than I expected. The best part was the large mirror with lighting next to it. As someone who has back pain, the bed suited me well, it was moderately soft. The noise level was fairly acceptable. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made things convenient.

The room doesn’t get direct sunlight.

Wonderful location. Just around the corner from the main hub. Great room, larger than we expected. The shower was the best we have had in Thailand 🙂. We were at the front and the road outside was busy,so there was noise, but the balcony was covered in with glass so acted like a buffer. It certainly didn't affect our sleep. We will definitely rebook here the next time we come to Phuket old town.

We stayed one night at the guest house and really enjoyed it. I would especially highlight the great value for money. The rooms were clean and included a lot of thoughtful items. Communication with Pai as well as the self-check-in were easy. The guest house includes a cafe too where we had breakfast. It was tasty and priced fairly. As we only spent one night there I can't say too much of the location but there were solid restaurant choices and a few 7-elevens nearby. It is very close to the pier (that's why we choose it) and the taxi ride from the airport was relaxed as the guest house is close to the main road from the airport.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist passend für einen kleinen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt. Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort, um am Morgen entspannt zum Pier/Fähre zu kommen. Personal war sehr nett.

Leider gibt es keinen generellen Bereich, wo man sich aufhalten kann, außer direkt vor der Tür. War mir aber vor der Buchung (gemäß der Bilder) bekannt.

….well it was a place to sleep for a partial night.

Pia the one who communicated on behalf of this place, was so rude and disrespectful! Two taxis could not find this place and Pia was no help at all- he blamed drivers and me for being wrong despite my sharing were his directions took us, TO THE WRONG PLACE QUITE A Distance away! The place is run down and hairs all over-disgusting! The sheets were piled and stinky! NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE!

Very good location(close to the Sunday night market), staff were very welcoming from the beggining and room was great. 10/10 recommend
