location was extremely convenient. rooms were stacked with everything you need: from laundry machine, toiletries, and everything else. staff and the owner were extremely helpful.

Locatie was echt op en het personeel (vooral Muzaffer) was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Dans le quartier d'ortakoy donc pas loin d'un embarcadère de ferry pour aller explorer d'autres lieux d'Istanbul ou la partie asiatique . Le personnel de la réception s'est toujours montré aimable et accueillant

Nous avons été assez déçus par notre séjour au Loren & Suites d’Istanbul. L’hôtel est assez éloigné des principales attractions touristiques. Nous aurions certes dû mieux vérifier sa localisation avant de réserver. Notre chambre se trouvait au 4ᵉ étage et l’hôtel ne dispose d’aucun ascenseur. Il fallait donc monter les escaliers après chaque sortie. La chambre nous a par ailleurs semblé assez vétuste, loin de l'impression générale donnée par ses photos. Pendant tout notre séjour, une odeur très désagréable de canalisation était présente dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, le robinet faisait, à chaque ouverture, un bruit fort , comparable à un barrissement d’éléphant, qui continuait jusqu’à ce qu’on le referme. Le bruit était suffisamment important pour être entendu depuis l’escalier et nous réveillait lorsque l’un de nous utilisait le robinet pendant la nuit. Le réfrigérateur était bien présent, mais de l’eau suintait de ses parois et coulait sur les aliments que nous y stockions. Pour deux nous avions 2 tasses, 2 assiettes mais 1 verre , 1 cuillère ,1 couteau et une fourchette, mais cela a été corrigé après demande à la réception. La télévision ne proposait qu’une seule chaîne, avec une très mauvaise réception, et il n’y avait pas de son. La chambre disposait également d’une machine à laver, ce qui aurait pu être très pratique. Malheureusement, aucun étendoir n’était prévu sur le balcon pour faire sécher le linge. Il nous a été proposé de descendre notre linge à la réception afin qu’il soit séché dans leur sèche-linge. Nous n’avons pas utilisé ce service, car nous étions mal à l’aise à l’idée de confier notre lingerie et nos vêtements à la réception. Un simple petit étendoir aurait pourtant été une solution très simple, d’autant que le balcon était exposé au soleil et au vent.

The staff were excellent , so friendly and helped with whatever I needed, I had friends staying in a nearby hotel and I asked at reception if they could point me right direction and he took us until we saw it at the end of the street , the room was clean with comfy beds and everything we needed , I was only there for 4 nights and eat out so didn’t use the kitchen area , great location not noisy at all and felt very safe walking about late at night

The ferry is not far, just 5 min away from the hotel, also any buses 50m away. We had a great time. We will be happy to come back again!

the location that it’s close to many things but it’s a very busy street some strong oder nearby but decent. Lots of restaurants in the area and markets. And the manager tried his best to accommodate us and make us happy so he’s good.

No breakfast. They overcharged us in person but on booking it’s a different price so there’s $30 missing. Lots of things missing in room it’s not worth the price for what they charge and not provide. I was very uncomfortable the first night and the room was dirty and a very strong Oder in the room like a dead mouse or something or leftover food that grew mold. It’s not a thick hotel blanket it’s basically a towel blanket. No kitchen amenities unless ask. So many items missing so the price they charge is not worth it. The can make it more cleaner and provide more amenities for what they charge. We had to move rooms twice during our week stay there. The only good thing is the location. Although they say they take American Express they actually don’t.

Le personnel de l hôtel a ete très prévenant. Nous sommes arrivees tot après une nuit en bus en provenance de Goreme. Nous avons eu thé chaud, chocolats. Le lendemain, ils nous ont réservé un taxi tres tot, pour l aeroport.

Very helpful and joyful stuff, amazing atmosphere and location near ordakoy ferry terminal

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with supermarkets and cafés nearby, and just a short walk to the Ortaköy boat station.

The bathroom always had an unpleasant sewage odor, which was quite off-putting. Also, the curtains did not effectively block out the light, allowing too much brightness into the room even when fully closed.

Perfect location, three minutes by walk from the mosque by the see in Ortaköy. Amazing view from the balcony. I was with my grandma and the stuff was kind enough to offer to move us in a different room, at a lower floor, easier to reach for her.

اوتيل جميل وموقع رائع في اورتاكوي قرب الساحل ومسجد المجيدية الكبير في اورتاكوي والمعاملة كانت جيدة و أخص بالذكر الاخ موفق الذي لم يتوانى عن خدمتنا وتقديم المساعدة لنا

كانت الاقامة في الطابق الثالث ولايوجد اصنصير وكنا عائلة ومعنا اطفال صغار ، كان هناك بعض الصعوبة من هذه الناحية

Ortaköy’de, iskeleye oldukça yakın konumuyla ulaşım açısından son derece avantajlı bir aile otelinde konaklama fırsatı buldum. Merkezi konumu sayesinde hem toplu taşıma hem de çevredeki turistik noktalara erişim çok kolaydı. Otelin temizliği gerçekten takdire şayandı. Ortak alanlar her zaman düzenli ve hijyenikti. Bu durum konaklamam boyunca kendimi oldukça rahat ve güvende hissetmemi sağladı. Konfor açısından da beklentilerimin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Oda düzeni, yatakların rahatlığı ve genel atmosfer oldukça huzur vericiydi. Günün yorgunluğunu atmak için ideal bir ortam sunuyordu. Ayrıca otel çalışanlarının ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazır olmaları ve samimi yaklaşımları gerçekten çok hoştu. Eğer tekrar yolum bu bölgeye düşerse, hiç düşünmeden yine burayı tercih ederim. Hem konumu hem de sunduğu hizmet kalitesiyle gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

In a wonderful location, right next to the Ortakoy Mosque, many cafes and bars around. Room with a balcony and a beautiful view. Very quiet, no noise. There is everything you need, comfortable beds, great WIFI. The hotel is simple, but clean and comfortable.

Отличное местоположение, мы прекрасно прогулялись до самого центра пешком до пристани Эминоню около Галатского моста, и вернулись от туда на корабле по Босфору до причала Бешикташ Ортакёй, машину припарковали рядом с отелем на узкой улице ключи оставил на ресепшен они двигали в случае необходимости

Холодильник ночью немного шумел но я предупредил на ресепшен об этом, обещали исправить, и вода в душе немного протекает Но я закрыл дверь в душе и без проблем надеюсь это исправят до следующего нашего приезда

Apart from its central location, there was little to appreciate. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately met with an unpleasant odor.

The staff was extremely inattentive and unprofessional. No assistance was provided with our luggage, which we had to carry in and out ourselves. The reception area was completely unattended, giving the impression that the hotel had been abandoned, and when staff were present, they were asleep. If you value your safety and security, it would be wise to reconsider staying here.

I became ill during my stay at this hotel. There was a musty odor coming from inside the closets, and our room felt very stuffy and poorly ventilated.

location is good, and the cleanliness is passable, but honestly, it is not worth your money. It is not a comfortable or healthy place to stay, and overall, it does not qualify as a good hotel.

I recently stayed at Loren Hotel in Ortaköy, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Bosphorus, cafes, and vibrant local shops. It made exploring Istanbul incredibly easy and enjoyable. What stood out the most was how clean everything was. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very fresh every day. It’s clear that the hotel takes hygiene and comfort very seriously. But what truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was so kind and genuinely helpful. They were always ready to answer questions, give local tips, and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Loren Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a hidden gem in one of the city's most charming neighborhoods!

The room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony. When you stay in bigger hotels you can not even open the window. Here we had a nice balcony for fresh air. It was a silent hotel in the center of Ortaköy. They helped me to book another room for my brother and he told me that he will never stay anywhere else. I will also choose this hotel when I come back to Istanbul.

L'emplacement est idéal , proche des lieux touristiques mais le quartier est bruyant

La chambre était délabrée et dangereuse , le nettoyage était au minimum. Les tissus tachés , les draps sales , les équipements rouillés, les surfaces collantes , la vaisselle pas lavée correctement, la douche avait de la moisissures et beaucoup de poussière. Les toilettes étaient jaune sur tout le rebord. Pas de ventilation , juste une grille sale donnant sur l'extérieur. Un grand besoin de travaux pour cet établissement.

Отлично местоположение на пешеходно разстояние от Босфора. Гледката от стаята беше невероятна. Персоналът беше много отзивчив и ни помогна със всичко от което имахме нужда. При следващо пътуване бих отседнала отново.

اولاً من ناحية الفندق ف هو نظيف ويليق بعائلة صغيرة وكل شي تحتاجه متوفر والشي الي م يتوفر تطلبه ويوفرونه لك وثانياً وهو الأهم والمريح نفسياً وجود موظفين محترمين وخدومين ولو تطلب عيونهم م يقصرون معك للامانة راحتي النفسية في الفندق كان سببها الاول الموظفين فيه ومن ناحية الموقع ف هو اجمل موقع فيك ي اسطنبول وقريب من ساحل اورتاكوي والمقاهي والمطاعم الي عليه حرفياً ف الموقع هذا م تحتاج تكسي كل شي قريب منك وتقضي كل ايامك فيه مشي انصحكمممممم فيه وبقووة
