Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Bellissimo riad situato a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza Jemaa El Fna, situato in una zona sicura e molto tranquilla. Ambiente accogliente e familiare: Kadija e il suo staff ti accolgono all'arrivo con un the alla menta e sono a disposizione per ogni necessità in ogni momento. Camere al piano terra e al primo piano (consigliate per la maggior privacy e tranquillità nonostante ci sia una rampa di scale) Terrazza al secondo piano con sedie e lettini imbottiti per rilassarsi. Colazione nel cortile interno con brioches, crepes marocchina, 2 tipi di marmellate e la loro tipica crema spalmabile di argan, burro, formaggio, pane, olive. Il caffè di tipo americano è delizioso anche per noi italiani. C'è comunque a disposizione nel patio una macchinetta a capsule per il caffè espresso a poco più di 1 € È possibile richiedere per pochi euro la stampa (necessaria) del biglietto aereo di ritorno. Hanno un'area dove ricoverare i bagagli dopo il checkout nel caso si voglia fare ancora un giro per la città. Grazie a Kadija e al suo staff per l'accoglienza

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la plaza en una calle principal de la medina sin perdida . A la vez muy tranquilo, en el que sólo se oye el sonido de los pájaros cuando estas dentro. Excelente si buscas tranquilidad dentro de la medina y a la vez sentirte seguro ,comodo y cerca de todo. Personal muy simpático y amable .

La chambre était propre et confortable, et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. L’emplacement est excellent, très proche de la place Jemaa el-Fna et des souks. Le riad est également calme et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Sara ♡

The bed was extremely hard, had trouble sleeping on it. Also the breakfast is very sugary, only breads, pastries, jams, juice, olives, had to supplement with some store-bought kefir for protein.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : tout peut se faire à pied et le riad se situe à proximité de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui est très pratique pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Mention spéciale à Bouchra, qui a été d’une extrême gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Elle avait toujours un petit mot agréable pour bien commencer la journée et a été adorable en s’occupant de la chambre avec beaucoup de soin et d’attention. Un grand merci également au jeune homme qui assurait la surveillance de l’hôtel le soir, toujours souriant, rassurant et sympathique. L’établissement est très propre, confortable, et le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour un séjour à Marrakech.

Camera confortevole, letto comodissimo, tutto quello che serve c'è. Colazione buona e abbondante. Staff meraviglioso, gentili e disponibili ma senza essere affettati. Carini e veri❤️

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Location is very good. The two ladies working there were very polite and helpful in contrary to their colleague - a yang lazy, irresponsible and arrogant man who spoiled the good impression.
The aforementioned employee who lies to the guests that 1) he is the owner, 2) the breakfast does not start at 7am as his colleague announced, claiming "she doesn't know English". This excuse was made up and communicated only on the second morning, after he did not show up at 7am for two consecutive days and despite the fact that the second breakfast at 7am was confirmed by him the night before?! An argument ensued on the morning in question, as on top of that we woke up locked in the riad, unable to leave even without breakfast, while the gentleman was sleeping in a free guest room. On top of that, the next day when we complained, he arrogantly came to me to ask what our problem was with him. Yes, we had a problem following our reservations for 2 consecutive days, but the riad certainly has a bigger problem with this employee. He also skip to let us know we should give explicite permition for cleaning durring our absance (strange rule) and also skip lettingv the ladies know that we have even requested him cleaning after the first second day ommission. The yang lady was waiting us till 6 p.m. to get approval.

In a month of travelling Morocco this was the poorest breakfasts I had. Not even an egg or a fruit. Mostly old bread and jam. The coffee was very good though. Also, every time you come and go from the riad you have to have someone open the door for you; I found that extremely annoying.

Iets aan de prijzige kant, maar is het wel waard. Kussens waren niet fijn (hard en groot). Gelukkig had ik zelf een kussentje mee

Quizás el desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, añadiendo fruta por ejemplo. En cuanto a la habitación estaba bien pero habría que reparar algunas cosas (enchufes, grietas...) y quitar los azulejos.

Il riad è un’oasi di pace nel cuore della Medina: ambienti pulitissimi, arredati con gusto e grande attenzione ai dettagli, che trasmettono fin da subito un senso di accoglienza e autenticità marocchina. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Bouchra, che ci ha accolti al check-in con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. È stata disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronta a darci consigli utili, facendoci sentire subito a casa dopo il viaggio. La colazione è ottima e curata, il personale sempre presente ma mai invadente, e la posizione del riad è perfetta per esplorare Marrakech a piedi. L’unica pecca (ma che suppongo sia un problema comune dei riad) é che si sentano anche i più piccoli rumori e tutte le conversazioni altrui che in certi orari della notte possono disturbare

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026I got a very warm welcome on arrival and delicious mint tea. This was the best Mint tea that I got in Morocco. breakfast was delicious with mint tea and coffee and lots of little items olives, apricot jam in the seating area with little birds singing and hopping around beneath my table. my room was beautifully tiled and was a pure joy just to be in. I could happily have stayed on for a month.
