We stayed at Palmin Hotel as a family, and unfortunately we did not enjoy our holiday at all. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money we paid. The only positive thing about the location is that the hotel is close to Ladies Beach, and you can easily reach Kusadasi city centre by taxi for around €5. The food was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes every day. It was also quite tasteless, so we ended up eating in the city centre most of the time. The drinks were also poor quality and lacked flavour. Although the hotel advertises itself as an all-inclusive resort, it really feels like costs have been cut on almost everything. One of the few highlights was the game centre. The lady and the gentleman working there were both incredibly kind to our children. They gave them small gifts, which made them very happy, and they were always friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is extremely old and poorly maintained. Our room was not cleaned properly, hygiene standards were poor, and housekeeping did not come as often as we expected. Unfortunately, we were also disappointed with the entertainment team. Most of the animation staff were very young, lacked professionalism, and the activities felt disorganised and amateurish. Deniz from the entertainment team repeatedly pressured us to leave a positive review and specifically mention his name. We also heard him asking other guests to do the same. This made us feel very uncomfortable and is not professional behaviour. The kids' club was another major disappointment. Yasemin, who worked there, often wore very revealing clothing around the children. And showed her breasts to the children In our opinion, this was not appropriate for a family-oriented hotel. The reception staff were also very disappointing. They rarely smiled, always looked unhappy, and never made us feel welcome. Whenever we needed assistance, they were not helpful, and overall the hotel seemed to suffer from poor management and a lack of professionalism. Another thing that surprised us was the check-out policy. In many hotels, even after checking out of the room, guests are still allowed to use the facilities until their transfer or departure. At Palmin Hotel, not only did we have to leave our room at 12:00, but we were also asked to leave the hotel completely at that time, which we found very unreasonable. Overall, we would never choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday. Don't be tempted by the lower price. It is worth paying a little extra for a hotel that offers better food, cleaner rooms, more professional staff, and a much more enjoyable holiday experience.

Deniz the entertainer is the best he is so friendly and helpfull. He couldn’t do enough for our family for the past two weeks we are really going to miss him when we go. I hope he will be back here next year when we come .finally I would like to thank yiğit and yurdanur at the game room for their help and warm welcome our children have a great time there.

We really liked the hotel; the pool was clean and spacious—a perfect family hotel. The staff were friendly and hardworking, the food was delicious, and the rooms were wonderful and clean. Overall, we were very satisfied. Our holiday was made even more fun thanks to the entertainment team; the morning activities and evening shows were fantastic. We would especially like to thank Deniz, who took such great care of us; we will miss her dearly and hope to see her again when we return next year. We also really appreciated the game room—having billiards and games for young children was a great feature. That is why we loved the hotel so much. Finally, a special thank you to Ms. Yurdanur.

The hotel is very good. The entertainment is very good for both adults and small children very good staff deniz has been so good to us for that past to weeks. Palmin are so lucky to have him part of their team. We are going to miss him so much when we go tomorrow really hope he’ll be back next year.

This place sucks!! Please don’t go here. Right when we entered our family room, the 2nd room’s (we have 2 connecting rooms) AC was BROKEN! Their pool was nice, but come dinner, all the windows in the restaurant were open and the AC was off. We were burning. We alerted the hotel staff and they blamed it on the guests for opening the window, which we know for sure that the hotel scammed us by closing all the windows THEMSELVES and then turning off the ac to “save money.” Please don’t ever go here if you are an easy sweater/don’t like heat. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

I visited this hotel two months ago. I’m a 20-year-old from the UK, so I thought I’d leave an honest review for anyone around my age (or anyone else!) who’s thinking of staying here. I’ll break it down into the pros and cons. PROS- The biggest highlight for me was definitely the staff. Every single member of staff I met was friendly, welcoming and always had a smile on their face. I didn’t come across anyone who was rude during my stay. They all work long hours with very little pay and always have a smile! The entertainment team was so lovely but can occasionally be a little persistent when encouraging guests to join in with games and activities, but they’re never rude. The food was another positive. I’m a very fussy eater, so eating abroad can sometimes be difficult for me. I really appreciated the snack bar, which is open from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm every day. They serve things like chicken nuggets, pizza, burgers, sandwiches etc, so there are plenty of familiar options if you’re not very adventurous with food. If you enjoy trying different cuisines, the main restaurant also offers a wide variety of dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. TIP‼️-One tip I’d give is to arrive at the snack bar around 10 minutes before it opens if you can. It can get very busy, and on one occasion I waited nearly an hour for my food. This wasn’t the staff’s fault—they were working really hard and it was simply because it was so busy. -The cocktails were also great! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and overall I thought the hotel itself was well maintained and looked lovely. CONS- The only real downside for me was the noise in the evenings. The hotel provides entertainment every night, which is great. There’s usually a children’s show from around 9:00 pm until 9:30 pm, followed by something different each evening, such as karaoke, bingo or live performances. The entertainment itself was enjoyable, but it is very loud and can easily be heard from the rooms. Most nights, everything finished at around 11:30 pm, which personally didn’t bother me too much as a 20-year-old because I don’t usually go to bed particularly early. However, families with young children or lighter sleepers may find it more difficult. We also had two nights where other guests were being very loud outside and in the corridors until around 2:00 am. Obviously, this isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it’s something worth being aware of. If I visited again, I’d probably request a room on the opposite side of the hotel in the hope that it would be a little quieter. Overall Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The friendly staff, good food, lovely cocktails and comfortable rooms made for a great holiday. The nighttime noise was the only thing that stopped me giving it five stars. I’d personally rate it 4.5/5!

On arrival, we were greeted by the bellhop who assisted us with our luggage and was extremely friendly. I forgot his name, but he was a 16-year-old boy with glasses. Yaren at reception greeted us with a smile and provided us with all the information for our stay. She was fantastic and always had time for us if we had any questions. Our room was on the second floor facing the pool, which had lots of space and a spacious balcony to relax. The room was squeaky clean and there’s lots of storage for your clothes and suitcases so it does not take up any floor space in the room. The mini bar was well stocked with ice cold water. The food – you have an immense selection of vegetarian and meat items along with soup, salads, and some of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever had. I basically ate like a carnivore for the week on chicken, turkey and steaks. Despite how busy the staff were, you never went without a drink or the empty plates being cleaned off of your table. I have to say they are the most polite and hard-working team I have ever seen. They definitely set the standard for customer service. A big shout out to the manager whose name I wish I remembered along with Mustafa, Ruzgar Dogan, and the nice lady during breakfast, who brought me a pastry with a candle in it and some happy birthday to me on the breakfast shift. The bar near the pool does get extremely busy but again, the staff work extremely hard to get you served and it’s always with a smile. There is a great selection of cocktails and soft drinks that are included. At lunchtime, you can either eat in the restaurant between 1230 and 230 or you can have outdoor dining between 230 and 430. There was plenty of room in the pool, despite the hotel being nearly fully occupied, and there was no problem to get a sun bed in the morning TIP - Do not be one of these people that wakes up at 5 or 6 AM to reserve a sunbed, it is clearly posted that reserving your sunbed in advance is not allowed so have at least one member of your family stay with the sunbed until the rest of you are ready to come down. The activities were fantastic. I’m over 50 years old and played water polo and it was great fun even though I paid for it the next day. Other daytime activities include water volleyball, darts, Zumba, yoga, and other little activities for the kids. Zeliha , who wad a member of the entertainment team, always had time to talk to us, and it was great hearing her stories and getting to know her. Soner, the general manager of the hotel, saved us from being stranded after our return transport to the airport did not arrive. He ordered us a alternative taxi and within 15 minutes we were off. Overall, we had the best family vacation ever! I cannot wait to come back next year for my next birthday

Really enjoyable stay here, spent 7 days in July, rooms were in top condition, pool area is huge with plenty of space and entertainment through fun games such as water polo and darts which are enhanced by staff such as deniz that make you feel comfortable and allow the games to be fun and enjoyable for everyone of all ages

First time in the Palmin hotel and we all really enjoyed it. There was so much fun activities for my 8 year old, we hardly saw her. Hotel is immaculate with lovely friendly attentive staff. Food was very good with plenty of choice. There was non stop entertainment for kids and adults. Entertainment team were really fun. Would recommend a visit and would go back

We highly recommend Palmin Hotel. We were a family group of ten celebrating my mums 70th birthday. We were happy with the good sized family bedrooms, the quality of the food was outstanding, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating of our needs. In particular the energy of the entertainment team, they were great fun and very motivating. Shout out to the waiters - Mustafa, Doguan, Himmi - thank you for being so lovely and friendly to my family. All the staff appeared to provide excellent customer service - it was a very family friendly hotel. The staff appear to work so hard, and long hours. This hotel is in a good location - 15 minutes walk to local Ladies Beach, and a short bus journey into Kudasari town centre. We recommend the jeep safari trip into the mountains, this was an excellent fun family day out. We also recommend visiting the Greek island of Samos by ferry for a day trip. We created wonderful family memories visiting Turkey. We spoke to several fellow tourists at this hotel who had stated they were repeat visitors to Palmin Hotel - often visiting twice a year for over 16 years - it's a lovely, good sized Hotel. You have to go to see for yourself. Happy holidays in advance!

Great hotel Great staff Brilliant entertainment team

This is my third time at the Palmin and I would highly recommend. There is a good selection of food and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team has largely changed this year and are outstanding the variety of activities is perfect for adults and children. The quality of the shows has very much improved and the there is much more going on in the daytime. Ladies beach is a short walk away and a taxi into town is reasonably priced at around 250 - 300 Turkish Lira. The hotel are accommodating to needs. We requested a lower floor room and we were given a room on the first floor.

This hotel was one of the best I ever stayed. The staff members were amazing and so warm and friendly, I can't complain. Everything was so welcoming and it felt like a dream. The food here was really authentic and really good!! The Rooms were always clean,huge and had a beautiful view!! Also is the hotel near the beach and if you take the hotel taxi, it's only a 3 minutes drive. So all in all, everything was beautiful!!

We are leaving this evening after spending a week in Palmin hotel, everything has been absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless clean the staff are so friendly and helpful they cant do enough for you. The entertainment team are brilliant especially Breezy. He's great craic with adults aswell as kids. First time staying at Palmin Hotel. Had such a lovely time. All of the staff from the entertainment to the bar and restaurant staff, definitely have made the hotel so great. We were visiting from Canada, and I stayed in Palmian Hotel, for a week, with my family around middle of May 2026. We all loved the facility. Staff are amazing... food was great.. rooms and pool were clean.. The entertainment team, was really funny.. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Palmin with my husband and we were very disappointed with our experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was not acceptable, especially the room , which did not feel properly cleaned. The food was also very poor quality, with limited options and disappointing taste. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. We would not recommend staying here the only good thing it's close to the city

Amazing stay at the Palmin hotel. All the staff are brilliant and the entertainment team were lovely. The food was really good and had a good selection. The rooms were tidy and there’s a lot to do in the hotel. Close to the city centre with its own taxi rank right out front.

Well what can I say, what a amazing hotel would definitely come back and recommend everything about this says 4 stars, the rooms are great and fresh, fridge kettle and tea making facilities, the staff are great and go above and beyond in every way you are never without a drink and all very friendly, the entertainment team was good and always trying to get guests involved even with the bad weather while we was away. The food was lovely even out of season there was always something you could find and a good selection. Staff always very attentive with drinks clearing plates etc. The cleaners did a great job always fresh towels water and tea top ups. Indoor pool and spa facilities are great and included in your all inclusive which is very rare, outdoor pool always clean and fresh water. Shops and snacks bar are also great. Overall a amazing holiday experience 🥰🥰🥰

Palmin Hotel, Kusadai, Turkey We have been loyal guests of the Palmin Hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey since 2003, visiting annually—and on occasion twice yearly—since 2013. Over the years, we have consistently experienced exceptional hospitality in a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment. The staff have invariably been courteous, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, often exceeding expectations to ensure guest satisfaction. Hygiene standards have been exemplary, and the food offerings have consistently provided a wide variety to suit all tastes. It is therefore with considerable reluctance that I submit review regarding our most recent stay, from 15 October 2025 to 25 October 2025. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. We were pleased to be allocated Room 301, a pool and sea view room as requested. The room had been recently refurbished to a high standard and was well maintained throughout our stay, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and regular changes of bed linen. The bathroom was adequately stocked with toiletries and towels. The first two nights were peaceful and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the remainder of our stay was marred by excessive noise and disturbances continuing into the early hours of the morning. On one occasion, two guests engaged in a loud altercation on the third floor, lasting approximately twenty minutes and concluding with repeated door slamming. While we acknowledge that the poor weather—wet and dull throughout our stay—was beyond anyone’s control, it may have contributed to the restless behaviour observed among both adults and children. Many children appeared unsupervised, with the lobby frequently used as a play area. We witnessed one incident in which a young boy pushed two screaming toddlers in a stroller and repeatedly rammed it into seated guests. The lifts were also misused, with children running in and out, pressing buttons for all floors, thereby rendering them inaccessible to other guests. On one occasion, we sought refuge in our room for quiet, only to be disturbed by children shouting and running along the corridor, banging and kicking doors. We fully appreciate that children are naturally energetic and curious; however, it is reasonable to expect appropriate supervision and engagement from parents. To be balanced, we did observe several well-behaved children whose parents were attentive and respectful of others. The most serious concern relates to a health incident. On 24 October 2025, I consumed my usual lunch selection of salads and chicken cutlets at the hotel. Approximately one hour later, I became violently ill, suffering severe stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea, and uncontrollable shivering. Despite these symptoms, I managed to travel home on 25 October as planned. The following day, I consulted my doctor, who diagnosed food poisoning, most likely attributable to the chicken. I remained unwell for ten days thereafter. Once sufficiently recovered, I reported both the food poisoning incident and the noise/disturbance issues to the Palmin Hotel. In our experience, well-managed establishments value constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve and maintain high standards of service. Regrettably, the responses I received were dismissive, condescending, and arrogant. My doctor’s professionalism and expertise were questioned, and the credibility of my concerns was doubted. Some of the responses received – copied and pasted from the email’s received. 1. “With the passage of time it's difficult for us to carry out any detailed investigation of your complaint. However, we can say many of our guests will have consumed the same food as you on that day, and we have no record of any other guests reporting illness, or requesting medical assistance around that time”. 2.” However, the reality is your illness cannot be connected to the food you ate in the hotel. As we are sure your doctor will tell you, there are many possible causes of severe gastric upset, other than food poisoning. We are advised it would be impossible for any doctor to diagnose food poisoning days after the onset of a sickness, or to attribute its cause to a specific food consumed. You have attributed your illness to the food you ate a short time before, but we are also advised that the rapid onset of sickness as you describe, in such a short time, would be unusual. We mentioned the absence of reports of illness from other guests because, as we said, other guests would have eaten the same food as you from the same open buffet that day. It is highly unlikely that the food you took was contaminated and the other food from the same serving trays was not.” My response. It is a well-established medical fact that the onset of food poisoning symptoms depend on the specific strain of food poisoning bacteria, onset of symptoms can range from as quick as 30 minutes to as long as 3 weeks. 3. Another response received suggesting that my illness was caused by contaminated food long consumed before the onset of symptoms suggesting that I had consumed contaminated food before my stay at the at the Palmin Hotel. It was even suggested my illness was NOT Food Poisoning. “We are indeed suggesting you consider the possibility that your illness was not caused by food poisoning, a suggestion we previously made in our email to you on Thursday. It could also have been caused by contaminated food consumed long before the onset of your illness, as your own research has revealed. Basically, as we have been saying from the outset, we believe it is not possible to definitively determine what caused your illness”. My response as medically established: Symptoms of food poisoning that occur 3 weeks after consuming contaminated foods are the very serious strains Listeria, Hepatitis A and some parasitic infections such These can be fatal for certain groups of people especially those who are immunocompromised. I checked in to the The Palmin Hotel on 15/10/2025 in perfect health. We did not consume any food or drinks outside the hotel during our stay. We do not consume alcohol of any kind. I became very ill after eating lunch on 24/10/2025. I think no further elaboration is required. 4. Disturbance and Noise: We do, however, tend towards a less severe approach unless the behaviour is unduly disruptive, or we receive specific complaints from guests at the time they are experiencing disturbance. As regards your comment about guests arguing on the 3rd floor, we obviously don't know when it happened so there was little we could add. If guests report such incidents we would always investigate and intervene. I informed management I would be posting a public review. I received the following intimidating and threatening response “We respect your right to air your experiences publicly In so doing, we would ask you to bear in mind we have a business, and many livelihoods, to protect, and we will have no hesitation in taking appropriate action if any damaging, unfounded allegations are made publicly” I believe the response was deliberately intended to place me on a “guilt trip,” to intimidate, and to silence me. I wish to make it unequivocally clear that I will not be silenced, nor will I ever be restrained in conveying the truth Finally. This experience has made one thing abundantly clear: The Palmin Hotel offers no meaningful customer support when problems arise. Despite many enjoyable holidays in the past, we will not be returning. I used to look forward to our annual visits, but there are many other excellent hotels in Kusadasi. Your handling of this situation has cost you two loyal guests. Had the situation been handled with respect and courtesy the outcome might be different.

Great hotel

Totul a fost la superlativ.

Me and my husband were here for 9 nights. On arrival we walked into a very noisy reception with a man playing music extremely loudly. The hotel looked fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and got us checked in and too our rooms fast. The rooms were so clean and the bed was so comfortable and spacious. The food is not great. Breakfast was just pancakes and omelette and a few other things. Lunch and dinner are the same every day, chicken, chips and some beef stew. Always loads of salads but you couldn't tell what a lot they were with no signs on them. The jacuzzi and indoor pool are freezing and the spa is not worth even the visit. The hotel is about 45 min walk to the town centre so you have to get a taxi or the local bus its really hilly town. The shuttle bus was on at all while I was there. The staff are amazing, they will help you with everything and the entertainment team are amazing especially Sammy just adorable. For the price we paid its not worth it. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star not 4 star.

We had the most fantastic holiday once again in the palmin! it was our 3rd time this year and already looking when to come back next. The cleanliness in the hotel is second to none, they are constantly cleaning. There is a wide variety of food and some for all ages. The staff are amazing, always looking to help you. Big shoutout to the animation team who work incredibly hard everyday, the halloween party that was thrown was insane, the decor in the hotel was honestly the best i’ve seen, so much effort in it. Such an amazing hotel. Cannot wait to be back!!😁

I have stayed in this hotel with my family twice this year and I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and entertainment team are amazing. The food and drink is top class. There are 3 swimming pools one has 4 slides going into it and one is an indoor heated pool.

amazing staff especially the entertainment staff, everyone goes above and beyond for you, brilliant location only a six minute taxi to the centrum and only a quick walk to ladies beach. They had a wide variety of food every night which catered for everyone. It was our second time here and already can’t wait for our next visit !

Have to say an absolutely brilliant holiday in the palmin hotel.... despite the weather being bad the entertainment staff kept us going with various activities and the hotel staff were amazing too. Would highly recommend here and will be back again

The animation team are amazing Sammy Freed are the best team I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I would pay extra to insure they are here every time I return as I return twice every year. I really hope they are here when we return in April.

Great 10 days away kids club is great and having indoor pool was brilliant on days of bad weather. Animation team are amazing fredd and samie are brilliant with kids and really get all kids involved in everything.

I was not happy with the hotel when I went with my family Unfortunately the food it was the same and cold The bar's cocktails were really weak. The rooms were normal. The only positive thing about the hotel was the animation team.

Our favourite hotel! Very clean! The food this time round was alot better than our last trip, something for everyone, flavour was definitely improved and there was more choice instead of it always being repetitive! Well done on making these changes. BUT what really keeps us coming back here is most definitely the staff! Hotel staff and animation team are the best bunch of people! Hakan, Ayesha, Hilmi, ulas just to name a few hotel staff were all always so friendly! Animation team, Samet, Fredd, mourat, ferdi and Isa just WOW! So much fun! Always laughing! And so good with our children! Hopefully some of our faves are still there next year! It really is the people thay work at this hotel that make it the amazing, friendly experience that it is! We love team palmin 🥰

My wife and I weren't entirely satisfied with the holiday we went on. We knew it was the end of the season, but we were disappointed by the limited food selection and the lack of proper cleaning. The positives were its proximity to the city, the friendly entertainment team, especially Sammy, and the food and cleanliness were far below expectations. This hotel should have been a three star hotel at most.

We had a fantastic time the hotel and rooms are lovely and it has something for everyone.. The staff make the hotel though they are absolutely amazing always in great form and very very polite, friendly and helpful and the entertainment at night and during the day was brilliant we had great Craic. We will definitely be coming back next year the kids had a great time and can’t wait to get back 🫶🏾

Second time staying at the Palmin and have already booked to return. The hotel has a real family feel with many returning guests. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are amazing and could not do more for you. As a picky eater there was always something to eat and a lot of choice. The entertainment team work incredibly hard and were great, shout out to Murat and his funky socks! Cannot wait to return already!
