Staff are not friendly, not welcoming, no one smiles at you from staff,management,bags carrier. They didnt even carry the bags for us, and we had to take the stairs.They don’t even say hello back. The manager Ozkan does not respect his guests and he has no issues making fights with us. I think they should fire him and hire a better person who is more friendly. There was one friendly guy on the reception who was smiling and welcoming, I didn’t get the chance to thank him, he’s bald and handsome. The rest of the staff ❌ NO INTERNET!! I needed to connect online and work, there’s no internet at rooms, so you have to live with mosquitoes bites to be able to work. Total waste of money NOT FRIENDLY FOR ELDERS, you nee to walk in a maze to reach your room, you live underground, and to go there you need to go to 2nd floor then back to 1st then underground to be at your room No shampoo, AC cracking, no security and windows can be opened easily from outside.

My fifth time staying here, staff are lovely and make the holiday great. Rooms are big, pool is fab.

l'animazione inizia e finisce troppo tardi e serramenti non garantiscono un buon isolamento con i rumori esterni. pulizie da rivedere, wifi in camera non va. c'è una moschea proprio di fronte all'hotel e la mattina è impossibile non svegliarsi alle 5.30, aria condizionata solo il cucina, in camera da letto abbiamo patito parecchio il caldo.

This is my 4th time at Tuntas and it’s been amazing as always, the staff just make you feel so welcome like family always there to help and look after you, Daniel is great help too, love seeing him every year he does a great job juggling entertainment on his own, I love it that much at Tuntas next year I’m planning on coming back for 3 weeks this is my second home I will always come back to my tuntas family xx

Very lovely staff and the atmosphere is great. Amazing for kids and never much noise at all. The area is great. The rooms are nice aswell and very good value for the money. Entertainment each night is very very good. Over all I would 100% recommend

Lovely place for a family holiday

Staff are really nice, a good laugh and very helpful. Rooms are very basic but clean and has everything you need. Pool is a great size, however I do feel like you are sat on top of each other as the sunbeds are very crammed in. Poolbar is great and has a wide variety. Music played all day which isn't too loud and is a mixed of all genres. Entertainment on a night is good, goes on quite late, it is a little loud if your room is a pool view (our room was) but personally didn't bother us, once balcony doors shut, couldn't hear much. We went half board, the breakfast was the same everyday, not much choice, salad, olives, meats, cheeses, fruit, 2 cereals (but milk was warm), cooked hotdogs and chips, boiled eggs and scrambled (which was too runny for me) and bread. Now the evening meals were soup of the day, a choice of 2 mains and then a dessert. Not much choice, however, the meals were absolutely beautiful, tasty and we never had a bad one and only the odd one repeated. Location of the hotel is spot on, close to beach, pubs and restaurants but the hill is a killer coming to the hotel! Whether the sun is beaming on you or you are full from eating and drinking, its awful, but that's not the hotels fault I suppose, but was a downside to our experience. WiFi is only available in lobby or pool side. We managed to occasionally pick it up on our pool view balcony but it was very hit and miss. Lastly a special mention to Daniel who is the guy who does the music, games and entertainment. He's absolutely brilliant with the adults and children, involving everybody but importantly, he never forces you to join in like some other hotels do. He's so much fun and very friendly!

We’ve just finished our family holiday here. 4 th time visiting and keep coming back. All Staff lovely and hard working . Rooms cleaned daily . Very clean hotel. WiFi in rooms and pool now which is so much better for the kids . Enough sun beds for everyone . Food and beer reasonable priced and my kids loved the little market. Perfect location and lovely views . Hopefully back next year

Overall a very positive experience, if you are looking for a fun family holiday this is the hotel for you Daniel leads out on the activities and the evening entertainment each day and does a fantastic job , he’s does a brilliant job and make time for everyone young and old The hotel staff are very professional, polite and courteous and nothing is a problem for them The hotel is about a 10min drive outside of Centrum the town center and we used the taxi service which costs about €6 The food and drinks for snacking at the pool is nice and priced very reasonable The rooms are very clean and over the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent Happy to recommend to any family thinking of going to this hotel

The staff Sude was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond for us all, she was very accomadation. She has lovely mannerism and such a lovely lady all round. Thanks for a beautiful stay 😍

Just finished our annual 3 week family holiday here and had the best time making memories, the staff are brilliant and always there to help, Daniel is great at the entertainment with the kids and has so much time for all the guests. Eren & Batu made our holiday so special and treated us like family and helped us throughout our time here. We can’t wait to be back to see them again.

We were a big group and had a fabulous stay here! The hotel is a great place with a lovely, big pool, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant were reasonably priced and the little shop on site had everything you could need, with really good prices too. Yes, there is a steep hill, but you soon get used to it. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Ladies Beach, where you’ll find lots of restaurants and places to enjoy. Kusadasi main town is around 10 minutes away by taxi, with shop after shop — absolutely brilliant if you love shopping! Daniel, the entertainer, was brilliant. He organised darts, pool games and lots more, and is a really lovely guy. All of the staff were fantastic. The rooms are a little dated but were clean, and the big balconies were a real bonus. We never had a problem getting a sunbed either. The pool-view rooms can be a little noisy, but it didn’t bother us. We were also woken by the first call to prayer around 4am, but we are in another country and completely respect their beliefs and way of life, so it really wasn’t a problem for us at all. You soon get used to it. Overall, we had a really fabulous time and would definitely recommend this hotel. A lovely place, great staff and a brilliant location! ❤️

Nice hotel, central to Ladies Beach. Rooms are in keeping with their rating and balconies very Large, facing the pool with partial sea view, which was a bonus. Rooms kept spotless on daily basis. We were a family of 5 in 2 rooms. All Staff were excellent, Daniel was very good, and kept my son entertained. We stayed half board, view from breakfast area looking down to beach was beautiful and shame could not sit there for evening meal. Breakfast was good quality but quite repetitive as same items each day and could have offered more variety, lovely fresh bread every morning, evening meals in first week were 7 days of chicken with some fish dishes, better variety in 2nd week with many Turkish dishes to try, first week was disappointing as could have offered more traditional dishes and variety. We come to different countries to sample the cuisine as well as culture. Negatives were the large group of families that thought they owned the hotel through our 2 week stay, talking disrespectfully to staff, drinking at pool bar till 4am, with kids still screaming and adults talking, shouting and arguing. No security in case of any issues and management had little input to resolve issues. Our room was facing pool and noise was horrendous every night. Music also went on till after 2am some nights, with no control on noise pollution. We understand we are all on holiday, but in 30 years of staying in hotels around the world, never had noise from bar/pool area at 4am. We would not return to this hotel, a shame as hotel has so many positives excellent staff, and very good value, but the noise and disrespectful guests that return yearly are tarnishing the hotels reputation and ruining other guest trying to get a peaceful stay.

Tuntas is a lovely hotel situated about 300m from the Ladies Beach. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the power of the shower was brilliant. We had a room overlooking the pool and there was some form of entertainment every night at the pool bar. Not the hotels fault at all but unfortunately there was a large group of unruly people from Dublin (I am also originally from Dublin) who just didnt care about the staff or other guests. They let their children run around screaming and shouting until all hours of the morning and were smoking weed in the children's playground stinking out the pool and bar areas among other things. I only mention this because I felt so sorry for the manager and all the staff trying to keep control of the situation. I have given 4 out of 5 stars not because of the unruly guests but purely because the hill the hotel is situated on albeit is short but extremely steep and a killer in the heat to walk up. All in all Tuntas is a lovely hotel near the beach and restaurants and all the staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely be back to Kusadasi again and I would gladly book Tuntas again to stay

The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, they genuinely could not do more for you and were so friendly with the children! On the first night we were in a pool facing room with two young children, we did not realise how loud the entertainment was and so after a bad nights sleep we spoke to the staff who quickly moved us into a sea view room, this was so much quieter and the staff were wonderful in ensuring we could have a quick move that didn’t impact our holiday! The reception team always called taxis when asked and were so friendly with our young children. The lovely lady at breakfast ensured we had the same large table for our large party each morning with clean high chairs. The breakfast itself is lovely with plenty of choice. The pool is lovely and clean, the music can be loud throughout the day and late into the evening. The cleaners kept the rooms so clean and tidy and ensured we came back to a tidy room every day. The only two negatives are the noise which can go on until the early hours, but if you are in a sea view room you won’t hear this so if travelling with a young family I would ask for this. The second is the noise from some of the other guests. We had children playing knock a door run several times at gone 1am which isn’t ideal with young children. We also frequently heard loud drunken guests arriving back at their rooms. However this is not reflective of the wonderful staff at the hotel, it’s just a shame some other holiday makers cannot be respectful of others but something to bear in mind when booking this hotel.

The location isn’t bad,although at the top of a huge hill it can be difficult to navigate with a buggy and my daughter did slip going down so be careful. The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious,overall good value breakfasts are lovely plenty of choice,the noise level is something else! This really lets the hotel down music blaring from morning until 2/3am not good for young children. The staff were amazing very friendly and efficient can’t do enough for you,but other guests…oh my gosh running up and down corridors playing knock a door run,shouting screaming all hours teens playing drunken tig at 3am all round hotel and the staff don’t stop them. Parents just sitting drinking while very young children entertain themselves in the pools,we had a boy of about 3 who latched onto us he played with my son in law and grandchildren while his parents sat at the bar which wasn’t near at all,he was running around and the floors round pool are very slippy. It’s a party atmosphere which is great for couples just not families. The hotel is good value but I wouldn’t return,not because of location or the staff but because of the behaviour of other guests.

We stayed at this hotel in Kusadasi for two weeks, and unfortunately our experience was far from pleasant. Location The hotel is about 3 km from the town centre. Lady’s Beach is within walking distance, but getting to the centre requires a taxi or bus. IF you want to go to the long beach you have to take a taxi or bus to the town and then change for another bus. Beaches are packed!!! Dirty sand. Rooms The rooms are air‑conditioned only if you pay an extra €6 per day!!! Noise Levels If your room faces the pool, be prepared not to sleep until around 1–3 a.m. The noise is extremely loud every night. On top of that, the nearby mosque prayer at 4 a.m. means you’re woken again shortly after finally falling asleep. Guests This was one of the biggest issues. Many British guests were extremely loud, drunk, swearing and letting their children run around screaming until 2–3 a.m. There was no respect for other guests trying to sleep! Food Do not bother booking half board. Breakfast is extremely limited: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, small sausages, fries, bread, one type of ham, a few tasteless cheeses, basic salad items, olives, butter, honey, jam, two cereals, raisins, dried plums and watermelon. Every single day the same. Dinner is not a buffet – only two options, very limited choice. Food was okay but nothing more. Wi‑Fi The Wi‑Fi is terrible. It only works in the lobby and pool area. There is no Wi‑Fi in the rooms. Service The only truly positive part of this hotel is the staff. They are kind, friendly, helpful and do their best with what they have. Overall The hotel itself is basic, and while the staff are lovely, the lack of proper information, the noise, the extremely limited food, paid air conditioning, and the behaviour of many guests made this a disappointing stay for us. We felt misled and would not return. I guess yuu get what you paid for.....

Pros: location is 5min from beach and lots of restaurants. Onsite restaurant and shop reasonably priced. Entertainment is one man and he tries very hard. Swimming pool is maintained well and clean. Rooms are big and clean. Staff on the whole are friendly. Cons: family entertainment goes on from 10pm to 2am. It is very loud and sleeping during these times is difficult. AC is an extra charge, TV loses signal and WiFi works well only around pool. Noticed some sunbed wars towards end of our stay. Would be good if hotel stopped guests from leaving towels all day on sunbeds if theyre only using them later on. Rooms: with young children please take care as some plug sockets are loose.

Location only 5 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. Atmosphere is brilliant in the Tuntas the staff are so helpful and friendly. Daniel the entertainer is amazing with everybody. Ozcan the manager is so helpful. The rooms are big and spacious and cleaned every day. Food is fabulous and the value is very good. Shop in hotel and very good value. Overall brilliant holiday .

The most beautiful place! Fantastic friendly staff. The rooms were a little dated but they were cleaned everyday clean bedding and towels daily! With the most amazing views We loved it that much we booked to go back on our last day! Yes there’s a hill hence the stunning views it wasn’t a problem for the 2 weeks we was there the taxis were around the corner or waiting outside the apartments for you

We two family went to Kusadasi for a week Holiday. Location;- Its 3 kms away from town center, walkable distance from Lady's beach,to go to town center you need Taxi- which is very expensive. Rooms:- Its Air conditioned rooms BUT YOU NEED TO PAY 6 EUROS per DAY TO HAVE Air con in your room which is terrible as its a HOt country ,to charge for AC is something which i cant understand, I never experienced this anywhere in the world. NOICE :- If your room is on the poolside you CANNOT sleep until 1 am as the NOICE level is so much that you cannot sleep. Service :- Service is really good, Staff are friendly. Food;- Morning breakfast is bare minimum, Eggs,bread,cerel,watermelon. Not much variety. Dinner also ONLY 2 option. Not much choice. Overall its not a pleasant experience for us, I feel we have been deceived by not giving full information. WIFI; ITS TERRIBLE YOUHAVE WIFI ONLY IN LOBBY AND POOL> THERE IS NO WIFI IN ROOMS.

We had a fantastic time at Tuntas Hotel. The location is perfect — just a 10 minute walk to the beach. With plenty of beautiful beach front restaurants to choose from. The staff were the real highlight. So welcoming, helpful, and they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Food was great with lots of choice and always fresh. We’ll 100% be back.

My experience with the tuntas hotel has been incredible, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the cleaners come regularly. Daniel entertains the kids with music and games and Berat is extremely kind and helpful. In the hotel there is a playground, shop, bar, pool and restaurant. Every staff member has been incredibly helpful especially Berat. I would recommend staying at The Tuntas.

Im großen und ganzen war es ok zu dem Preis. Die Zimmer bzw. Die Ausstattung Kasten, Bett Kühlschrank waren sehr abgenutzt sogar Kaputt. Es waren sehr viele Engländer im Hotel die sehr laut und frech waren (frech in dem Sinne die haben alles am Pool liegen lassen von Chips Packungen bis Essen) aufgeräumt wurde immer am Nachmittags. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht das frühstück ging noch (Eier speisen Pommes waren immer kalt) Aber das Abendessen würde ich aufgarkeinem Fall empfehlen es war jedes mal kalt und hat nicht geschmeckt ausser die Suppe!

Micul dejun ar putea fi imbunatatit, nu a fost chiar conform asteptarilor - ar trebui un pic diversificat de la o zi la alta, nu aceleasi feluri de mancare in fiecare zi (ar putea fi introduse si cateva feluri de mancare traditionala). De asemenea wi-fi-ul era cam slabut iar in camera nu aveam deloc wi-fi.

3rd year here so welcoming staff are amazing

This was our 4th time to this appartment/hotel. The rooms are nice and with enough space, you can see they make adjustments to the furnuture and everything to keep it up to date. The reception girls were so friendly and really brighten your day. For us the entertainment is really a no go, it is always the same and a little out dated. The rooms are tidy, the cleaning ladies put all there effort in to make your room as clean as possible. The swimmingpool is nice, clean and enough sunbeds. Yes there is a killing hill, but the hotel has taxi service, and if you take the stairs it is not that bad. Poolside rooms are more filled with noise, then the garden side rooms. The sunset view is stunning

We’ve just returned from our two week stay at Tuntas. This is our 3rd time staying here and already booked up again for next year. The hotel is clean, the staff are amazing from the ladies on reception to the waiting staff every one of them always have a smile on their face. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes walk to ladies beach. Although it is situated on a steep hill not to worry if you have mobility issues as there are always taxis outside the hotel to take you down the hill. The rooms are spacious, bed are comfy and cleaned every day. Great value for money. They also have a mini market on site with everything you could possibly need. We are looking forward to returning next year

Bit of a mixed bag I'm afraid. This hotel is in an excellent position being a five minute walk from Ladies Beach and all its restaurants. The rooms are generally clean and the maids do a great job keeping everything shipshape. There is a fairly well stocked shop on the premises. The restaurant and bar staff are extremely hard working as is Ramazan who keeps the pool area and sun loungers up to scratch. He also helps with the luggage and seems to be on hand no matter what the time of day. When does that man sleep?🤔 Our granddaughter Esme loved him.Management and reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Now for the down side. The hotel sits at the top of Cardiac Hill which had to be tackled every night and on several occasions during the heat of the day. We always prevailed though. Previous reviews had mentioned being woken in the early hours by The Call to Prayer from the nearby mosque. In all honesty this did not bother us. What did bother us though was the disruptive ,noisy behaviour by some patrons outside at four in the morning along with children running down the corridor at the same time.This was a minority and the hotel cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of others.

Up a hill and very hard to walk down has well. Rooms very old and need new towels no selves in fridge and old , outside furniture very old and mark. Reported my air con at 1pm and had to go and report it again at 6 pm and they came within 10 mins.

Our experience of this hotel, has been amazing, from start to finish. I can’t recommend it enough, all the staff are outstanding, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The manager Ozkan makes you feel so welcome and will always be there to help with anything you need, but all the staff are the same Ramaz (Rambo) is always around to help with getting taxis, sunbeds, luggage The pool bar staff especially Sakine and Gokan are fantastic, all the bar staff/ waiters/ waitresses are. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, the cleanliness is 10/10, our rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and beds changed every other day. The pool and pool area are kept so clean, and Daniel who is in charge of the animation, is amazing with all the children. Great entertainment on a night too, brilliant atmosphere, something for everyone. If your looking for a lovely family hotel, with great staff, clean rooms, good entertainment, with a great location overlooking ladies beach and only a short distance from the town Center at an affordable rate then I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing time at the Tuntas the staff are amazing very helpful. rooms cleaned every day. Great place to stay with very friendly staff. Located very close to Ladies Beach. A great variation of daily and nightly entertainment 7 days a week. Rooms are very comfortable with daily cleaning of the rooms. A great place to stay which is great value for money.

Our 3rd time here at Tuntaş Family Suites. Location is great. Up a very steep hill but taxis right outside to take you into town or just down the road. We have to compliment the reception staff who are the most helpful, delightful staff we have ever encountered on a holiday…. Big thumbs up 👍👍 Down side the lovely terrace the hotel has isn’t used other than at breakfast , and in past years has been used for evening meals (which is so much nicer than by the bar area and has great sunsets), and provides a quieter experience to eat your meals. If you want a quieter room get a sea view as pool side can still be quite noisy with pool tables at midnight. But we love it here and always feel sad going home. 100% love to all the staff and manager.

We had a wonderful stay at Tuntas Family Suites hotel in Kuşadası on our first trip to Turkey, and it was such a lovely experience. What really made our holiday special was the incredible staff. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to everyone at the bar for exp: Berat, Soner, Eren and more (sorry, I didn't get everyone's names) and the breakfast team and servers like Sakine and Melisa😍 and Ramazan who helped us with our luggage and keeping the area around the pool clean and tidy, the reception staff....😊, and the lady Havva feom the housekeeping team, who kept our room exceptionally clean every day 😊. The lady's at breakfast were especially amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even the hotel manager Özkan🤩 was wonderful and made us feel valued as guests, helping us with hiring a car and always making sure everyone was having a good time. We also want to give a special mention to the entertainment Daniel 🤩. The young man who organised the pool activities and games was fantastic. He always kept both adults and children entertained with fun activities, making sure everyone was included and having a great time. Our children absolutely loved it, and it made our holiday even more enjoyable. The whole team creates such a warm, friendly, and positive atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling, in a good mood, polite, attentive, and willing to help in any way they can. You can really see that they care about their guests and do their very best to make everyone feel welcome and looked after. The only small downside is that the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovations and modernisation. The hotel is on top of a hill, it's a easy 5m walk to the lovely beach but on the way back you have to endure the "cardiac hill" a couple of pit stops may be necessary 😅 However, this was far outweighed by the outstanding service and the kindness of every member of staff. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Tuntas Family Suites hotel to families looking for a friendly, welcoming place to stay in Kuşadası. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit to Turkey so memorable. We truly appreciated all your hard work and hospitality, and we would be very happy to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🙏🏾♥️

My sister has been here twice her With kids I decided To join this year and was not disappointed the hotel is amazing the entertainment is amazing and the staff are above and beyond anything you need they are there to help Would highly recommend this hotel And I will 💯 be back next year .

Had the best time . My second time here , staff are so welcoming, and very attentive . Kids always have something to do with the amazing Daniel.. The kids adore him between water polo, pool partys ,disco , bingo and lots lots more.. Making wonderful memories.. Will definitely be back . And a big shout out to the amazing bar staff.

Just had an amazing ten nights at the Tuntas. A great hotel, staff are amazing and they can’t do enough to help you, they are so friendly. Pool is perfect, never short of a bed in the sun, food beautiful and rooms spotless. A real family hotel and so close to the beach. Will 100% be back!

Stayed at a he Tuntas apartments for a few days in May. We are staying at Tuntas Beach Hotel Altinkum but thought we would have a try of Tuntas apartments in Kusadasi for a few days staff at reception couldn’t do enough to help. Behzat took as to our room which was beautiful bedroom done in flowers by his wife Elif living room so relaxing kettle went on straight away. The balcony wow was massive so long opened up from the bedroom and living and kitchen quarters. Then the view across to Kusadasi sea from balcony was outstanding. Then went down for breakfast help yourself everything outstanding omelettes cheese tomatoes toast brill. Then too the pool one of the best we’ve seen rails to hold on and flat steps so easy for my husband who is disabled to get down the three of us loved it. Plenty of beds around the pool. Eveningtime. Drink on our beautiful balcony looking at the views then down by the pool where music was and lovely people to talk to. Menu for any meals really good value and well presented. Well back to Tuntas hotel in the morning but well Deffinately come down to Tuntas apartments for a few more days when we come back in August thank you all the staff for your help and friendship xxx

An excellent hotel with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Everything you need is available in the hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Excellent facilities, great food and great prices. Thank you everyone for making our holiday memorable.

Daniel was great entertainment for kids done his job wonderful kept kids busy all the time and staff in general wore so friendly I will definitely return next year thanks for making my holiday a great experience Simon on reception was so lovely also

We visited Tuntas early June ,we have stayed before ,the staff are lovely Sakine has been there since we first visited in 2004 and she is such a lovely lady a real asset to this hotel , nothing is too much trouble .The rooms are basic and haven't changed much over the years tbh ,but they are clean and functioning, big balcony with a nice view .The only complaint we had was that the steps on the hill were completely covered by an overgrown hedge ,we found the hill difficult without the steps as we are in our 60s and it is quiet steep ,so sadly this will be our last visit ,however if you can manage the hill Tuntas is friendly, cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for .

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Oskan the manager goes above and beyond for guests. Bar staff are amazing, pool area is big with plenty of sun loungers. I would definitely recommend 👌

Recently stayed at Tuntas for a week Seen some bad reviews and I don’t understand why tbh The rooms are nothing fancy but spotless clean and cleaners are in every day Pool area is great, plenty of loungers and always nice atmosphere there Food wise you couldn’t fault it, it was the only place I eat for the 7 days Staff are lovely people from the owner Ozkan to the food and bar staff especially Sakine efe and mustafa Will 100% be back for another trip next year

Stayed at the tuntas kusadasi and I had the best time. The staff are so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable . Seriously, I would would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey kusadasi great food and the staff, especially bar man, berate, who served us every evening was amazing . Really attentive bar staff . We already cannot wait to return .

Brilliant hotel i love daniel, but he can be a cheater in pool games

The hotel has great food and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff and amazing . Especially the pool bar staff. They are so friendly,funny and very helpful.Daniel who runs the entertainment is a gem. He keeps the adults and kids entertained all day and night. It my second time here and I will be back.
