八幡坂や赤レンガ倉庫からすぐで、並びにはラッキーピエロとハセガワストアがあり、函館を楽しむためのロケーションが非常に良いです。また、元銀行だった建物をリノベーションした館内や部屋はとてもおしゃれ。若い人が多そうな雰囲気ですが、館内はとても静かで快適でした。フロントの方も大変親切。 至れり尽くせりのサービスというのではないですが、ひとあじ違ったホテル体験を楽しみたい方におすすめです。 部屋には大きなバスタブと多機能なシャワーのついた広い浴室があり、お風呂タイムをゆったり楽しめたのも有難かったです。

「元銀行であった建物をリノベしたホテル」であることに惹かれて宿泊を決めたのですが、”元 銀行”感が期待していたほど感じられなかったのはちょっと残念といえば残念(でもとても快適だったので不満というほどではないです)。また、館内や部屋は変則的な階段や段差があり(ここは”元 銀行”の名残なのかも)、人によってはちょっと注意が必要かなと思いました。

居心地はイマイチ。ダラダラできるラウンジがなく、飲食をするところもない。キッチンはあるが、使いにくく誰も活用していない。だから、殆どの旅客は一泊のみでゲストハウス感が全くない。

観光に便利な立地にあるオシャレなリノベホテル！感じの良い接客は高評価！函館の常宿に決定です。

1 of the staff who attended to me when we checked in on 8sep26 at 3pm was really rude! A man in his 30s with curly hair raised his voice at me when I told him that the payment amount included taxes and charges as per booking.com. He added 400yen but didnt explain that 400yen is the accommodation tax which I would have gladly accepted. He didn’t have to raise his voice at me 3 times telling me that they were taxes. He just needed to explain that they were accommodation taxes. Rest of other staff esp ladies staff and night shift male staff were very nice though. I hope that rude male staff could be trained properly

歴史ある建物が、リニューアルされて非常に清潔感のある内装に化けていて驚いた。 シャワー室等も清潔感あり、建物の雰囲気がいい。

Frühstück waren nur Suppen zur Auswahl, allerdings gehört das Cafe nicht zur Unterkunft und hat einen eigenen Betreiber. Wir waren Starbucks gegenüber.

歴史的な建物に宿泊できること。リノベはスタイリッシュで清潔感も問題なし。 コンセプトが明確で滞在が楽しい。ラウンジの蔵書もセレクトが素晴らしかった。 スタッフの方もみなさん物腰柔らかく付かず離れずの心地よい距離感のホスピタリティーだった。

建物のつくりが古いためなのか、小さな段差が館内にも部屋の中にも多い。夜間に部屋の電気を全て消した状態でトイレに行く際に躓いた。 個人が注意するしか手立てがないが、チェックイン時に注意喚起があると良いと思う。

Awesome location, right by the Red Brick Warehouses and a short walk to Motomachi (which is the prettiest area ever). Next door to Lucky Pierrot and attached to a delicious soup curry restaurant.

這個地點就在八幡坂跟金森倉庫旁邊，非常方便逛街，離函館車站有一段距離，可以坐市電過來，飯店是一個舊銀行與另一棟樓改建而成，非常有趣的一個建築，住在非銀行那棟，各樓層設計有點像是夾層對夾層，男女廁所與浴室都分開，浴室空間很大，還有梳理的桌面跟鏡子，還有洗衣機與烘乾機可以使用，最上面有一層共享空間可以稍微放鬆，頂樓還有一間公用廚房 可以買東西來煮，走出去是一個頂樓陽台有很多桌椅，這是最棒的一個點，這個地方看出去就是函館港口真的超美，可以在這邊喝杯咖啡，坐一晚上都很舒服，銀行那側，應該是獨立衛浴，也有一些公共展示空間，房間提供最基本的雙層床，也有洗手台與冰箱可以使用，只是房間窗戶沒有景觀，但上去頂樓就好了。

Lovely old style atmosphere in the old bank building side of the hotel but with all the mod cons. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Such a nice view over the harbour.

とにかくロケーションがいい！ 函館観光のど真ん中にある感じで、赤レンガ倉庫群が目の前。 1階はスープカレー店だし、2軒どなりくらいにラッキーピエロ、その隣がハセガワストア。 テイクアウトして、海の見える屋上テラスで食べるのが、最高に気持ち良かった！ シャワールームも広くて、個室もたくさんあるので、待つことなく使えた。 新しい施設なので、全体的に綺麗で使いやすく設計されてる。 さらに、スタッフさんが、みなさんとても丁寧な対応で、素晴らしいです。 物心共に、ブランディングが行き届いているなーと、感心しました。 また、利用したいです。

I can see why this hotel got so many good reviews. THe location is fantastic - just by the brick warehouses and one block from city tram. The soup curry in the morning was delicious- we highly recommend getting breakfast included with your stay. We also loved the vibe of the hotel. Our kids stayed in the bunk bed room that had a sofa, while my husband and I stayed in a room with a private bath. Both rooms were clean very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the bathroom in our room because the shower was so nice. We also loved the scents being sold in the lobby. Very cool hotel with friendly front desk staff. Definitely recommend staying here!

Très bon emplacement face à la baie et à côté des entrepôts. Très grand dortoir mais lit et coussin confortables. Il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir un petit espace pour poser ses affaires à côté du lit, notamment pour les lits du haut). Douches spacieuses, propres, avec un meuble pour poser ses affaires.

Dommage que pour le petit-déjeuner au restaurant il faille réserver (ce n'était pas clairement indiqué).

La "capsule" en dortoir présentait des traces de gras. Plusieurs mauvaises surprises aux toilettes hommes. 16 dans le dortoir, donc très bruyant, tard le soir et tôt le matin. Ambiance auberge inexistante

Die Shared dormitories haben über 20-30 Betten - hab sie nicht gezählt. Aber dafür dass man mit haufenweise anderen Menschen in einem Dormitory schläft finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Une ancienne banque reconvertie en hôtel avec un look industriel. Bien situé. Rooftoo sympa pour voir les feux d'artifice (expérience vécue).

Aucune isolation phonique. On entend les conversations des voisins, même celles de ceux qui parlent normalement. Quand on a une chambrée avec des jeunes, heureux de vivre, les bouchons d'oreilles ne suffisent pas...

窓壊れてた

旧銀行跡をリノベーションしているのは面白い。建物内外は綺麗でした。

旧銀行跡は階段しかないので重たい荷物持参は大変ですね。。。 フロントのある本館建物内はあまり綺麗ではないです。

公共の部分がいつも清潔で気持ち良かった。

室温の設定が低すぎるような気がします。 １７～１８度では　寒すぎます。

101号の窓は階段の裏で事前情報が無かったのは残念

ラッキーピエロと赤レンガが目と鼻の先にあり、雨だったが、傘も貸してくれたので、助かった。 市電、十字街も広末町もどちらも徒歩圏内でロケーション抜群。 また、ドミトリー内も非常に静かで水回りもとても綺麗。 男女相部屋のドミトリータイプで泊まったが、女性客を固めてくれているのか、周りは女性のお客さんしかおらず、非常に快適だった。

這家青旅的共同廚房是我在北海道旅行所經歷其空間設備最為優質的一家。寢室安靜，有床廉要脫鞋。床墊也很舒適。環境安靜，安全。 從函館車站走來較遠，可選擇搭路面電車。

地點就在金森紅磚倉庫跟八幡坂中間！附近也有有名的小丑漢堡，非常適合有安排這些景點的人，還可以看看海景，入住是使用機器辦理，工作人員會教導怎麼操作，櫃台大廳是開放的雜誌交談區，還有提供好喝的麥茶(但旁邊註明不能在此飲食)，若有浴衣、備品需求可在此拿取，入住背包房的房間要先在外面脫鞋，床舖寬敞、床的頭上方還有附鎖的小置物櫃，方便放比較貴重的小東西。

用餐區超級不方便，在4樓電梯搭上去後，還要爬樓梯，可能因為使用的人不多，冷氣也不夠涼，對已經在外奔波一天的我來說，會覺得去用餐又累又麻煩。廁所跟浴室因為是另外的獨立空間，標示不算很明顯，一開始可能會找不到。另外就是，距離超商有點遠，因為金森倉庫晚上就都關了，晚上想要買宵夜點心之類較不方便。

函館の観光地から立地がとても良く、また個室もリーズナブルでデザインも良く、満足でした。朝食も野菜が多く、フレッシュな食事を楽しめました。

We stayed in the old bank building. It was wonderfil! The staff were the absolute friendliest, most helpful and welcoming i have ever experienced! There is a laundry room with detergent provided, which was a lifesaver for us after 3 nights in a hostel. The curry soup breakfast was outstanding, it deserves a much higher rating! The room was immaculate and most importantly the rain shower was powerful and wonderfully hot. We regret only staying one night. As we missed out on lots of cool historic sights, this hotel is first on our list for a return journey!

Tgere was absolutely nothing i did nit like 10/10 no notes, perfection.

I really loved the design and the overall vibe of this place, it has a lot of character and a great atmosphere. The location is also spot on, being an easy walk to both the Hakodate Ropeway and the marina area.

The bed just wasn't very comfortable, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, heads up if you're staying in the second building (the old bank wing)—there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy bags up the stairs is a real workout.

Extremely comfortable with nice of chill areas. The whole place is designed like a hotel, and they provide fresh towels daily. One of my best stays in Hokkaido.

The history of the building and the location. Bathroom was almost as big as the room and had a great shower/bathtub with very high water pressure.

The room was very small and different from the picture of that room type. no sitting in the room and the window was very small.

お風呂が良かった 2Fの図書室が充実していた。時間があればもっとゆっくり読みたかった ラツキーピエロが近くにある

1階だったので景色は良くなかった 朝食がスープカレーだけだったので、7-11でパンを買っておいて食べた。もう少しバリエーションがあると良かった。

Good location near the Warehouse district, Motomachi and Hokodate Mountain! The Hotel and common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly.

The sound proofing between rooms was not great. Maybe our neighbors above us were particularly noisy, but we would hear most of what they were doing, making it hard to fall asleep for light sleepers.

就寝時間でもマナーは無しで上段ベッドスペース内での身辺整理の騒音やイビキが下段に響き一睡も出来ず朝まで寝れなかった。会話もあってうるさかった。宿泊客のマナーに左右されるのが一番良くないと思いました。

So nice to have a decent sized room compared to most other hotels in Japan with a separate toilet and shower and a real wardrobe ! Great location for sightseeing. Close to the tram stop dor venturing further afield. Highly recommend visiting the museum of northern peoples.

There's a lovely reading room on the 2nd floor but no one used it when I was there. Maybe a coffee machine would entice people to sit there and relax

The location was FANTASTIC, it is centrally located between some of the most interesting historical areas and tourist areas in Hakodate! The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The only thing that we had a problem with was that the faucet of the sink in room 209 dock-side was a bit loose. Other than that everything else was superb!

Roof top eating area and common kitchen was great, staff were exceptional and the location was excellent. Also really liked the style and the building. Loved the reading lounge.

It was close the public transport and nearby attractions. Many options for meals available. Clean, with amenities available.

Handy tip before arriving would be to know that half of the building does not have an elevator and you will need to carry suitcases up stairs. Staff were very generous and offered to help with this though.
