Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Bardzo fajne mieszkanie: codziennie sprzątanie, łóżko wygodne, sprawna klimatyzacja, stały dostęp do kuchni, mała lodówka w pokoju, codziennie dodawane produkty na śniadanie. Lokalizacja pomiędzy przystankiem Manzoni a Vittorio Emmanuele.
Śniadanie trzeba przygotować samemu. W kuchni można tylko odgrzać jedzenie w mikrofalówce (to nie jest coś złego, ale gdyby ktoś się nastawiał, że będzie gotował, to nie ma takiej możliwości). Okolica niezbyt ciekawa, poza głównym traktem. Czasem nie świecą latarnie więc samemu lepiej nie spacerować

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026S ubytováním jsme byly velmi spokojené. Vybavení bylo velmi dobré. Snídani dostanete košík, který je každý den doplňován jako vaše lednička. Kuchyňka, velmi dobře vybavená je pořád dostupná. Metro máte kousek, paní nám při příjezdu dala cenné rady, které jsme využily na pobyt v Římě. Klimatizace fungovala skvěle. Byly nám vyměněny i ručníky. My byly spokojené

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Super lokalizacja, niedaleko stacji metra, lekko na uboczu, niedaleko parku i chwilę spacerkiem od Koloseum. Właściciele bardzo mili - czystość pokoju na wysokim poziomie na co zawsze bardzo zwracam uwagę podczas pobytu. Byliśmy z dzieckiem, więc zapas soczków w lodówce bardzo nas cieszył. Na plus również klimatyzacja przy panujących upałach na zewnątrz. Wybrałabym się drugi raz jakbym ponownie jechała do Rzymu. Bardzo fajna mapka otrzymana na samym początku przy zakwaterowaniu z informacją, gdzie do jakiej atrakcji.
Minusem jedynie malutki prysznic, na zdjęciach wydawało się trochę większe jako całość.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Massimo is een geweldige gastheer. Hij ontziet je vanaf het begin. Eén voorbeeld is de taxi van en naar het vliegveld en zijn uitgebreide uitleg over Palermo en waar je wel en waar je niet moet zijn. Het terras is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen.
De douchecabine is klein. Waarschijnlijk wel passend bij het gebouw.

The neighborhood, although is close to Roma Termini is a little rough. We didn't know the city prior to this, and did not feel comfortable to start exploring at sunset. We rather stay in the room for the night.

Lokalizacja obiektu była świetna – niedaleko Coloseum i za rogiem był przystanek autobusowy- wiele dogodnych połączeń komunikacyjnych. Śniadania smaczne. Nasz gospodarz Matteo spisał się wzorowo. Czułam się zaopiekowana jak nigdy dotąd. Miły, serdeczny, pomocny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo, a atmosfera sprawiła, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Czysto, schludnie. Codziennie mieliśmy posprzątane. Łóżka pościelone, ręczniki wymienione. To było bardzo miłe! Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji!

Der Blick in den "typisch römischen" Hinterhof mit Gitterrost vor dem Fenster war anfangs etwas schockierend.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Smidigt boende med självincheck och frukost ”i rummet”. Väldigt hjälpsamma ägare som svarade snabbt på WhatsApp och som var tillmötesgående med tider och förvaring av bagage. Prisvärt alternativ med bra läge mellan station och Colosseum. Bra städning varje dag.
Sparsmakad frukost, men med lite egen komplettering så blev det riktigt bra.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Nur die Lage. Die U-Bahn-Station ist leicht zu erreichen, das Zentrum selbst ist nah, das Kolosseum ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit einem einjährigen Baby in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten, ist ein Horror. In diesem Format ist es unmöglich, sich mit einem kleinen Baby auszuruhen. In der Unterkunftsbeschreibung hätte angegeben werden müssen, dass sich die Zimmer in einer Wohnung befinden, die ähnlich wie Airbnb vermietet wird. Diese Unterkunft gibt sich als Hotel aus, hat aber weder eine Rezeption noch einen Herd in der Küche. Die Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Das heiße Wasser ging nur sporadisch aus, was für Babys auch "sehr praktisch" ist. Es gibt kein Frühstück im eigentlichen Sinne, das von der Unterkunft zubereitet wird. Es gab Gebäck in Gefrierschrank, das voller Zucker ist. Außerdem hat Unterkunft Salami, aber kein Brot dazu. Das Personal bespricht dies mit den Gästen, nachdem es auf Unregelmäßigkeiten hingewiesen hat.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Obsługa/gospodarz super można się dogadać. Bardzo dobry kontakt i pomocny. Walizki bez problemu można zostawić po opuszczeniu pokoju. Pokój zaskoczeniem był już dostępny przed południem po prostu exstra. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Śniadanie codziennie uzupełniana lodówka bardzo dobre rozwiązanie i w pełni byliśmy zadowoleni. Jeśli się wybierzemy do Rzymu na pewno wrócimy stosunek jakości do ceny też całkiem dobry. Jedyny minus że względu na stare drzwi słychać czasem w nocy inne pokoje.

Čisté ručniky a úklid každý den.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del proprietario nel farci trovare già la camera pronta al nostro arrivo in tarda mattinata, stanza silenziosa. Stanza comune con angolo per potersi preparare in autonomia colazione oppure scaldarsi del cibo per pranzo/cena.
Il materasso risultava veramente troppo morbido purtroppo, abbiamo riscontrato anche problemi allo sciacquone del bagno.

Otel açıklama ve fotoğraflarında kahvaltının dahil olduğu ancak odada dolaba konan tereyağ, süt, reçel çeşidi ve kahve dışında kahvaltı yoktu. Yanımızda çocuk olmasına rağmen bize çok küçük bir oda verildi ve bu odanın fiziki imkanları çok eksikti. Yatak dışında odada oturacak bir adet sandalye vardı. Valizleri koyabilmek için bir masa bile yoktu. Konaklama boyunca valizler yerde süründü. Otelin fotoğraflarında odalar gayet iyi geniş, ferah gözükmesine rağmen otel giriş kattaydı ve odanın internete yüklenen fotoğraflarla pek benzer yanı yoktu.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026The guest house is near the subway station, but also close from Termini train station to get on walk. It is well located to go on a walk to the Colosseum and the central area of Rome. The room was clean, quite spacious, equipped with all the necessities, with breakfast provided and separate kitchen to enjoy local foods. The area near the house was quiet, allowing for a nice rest after visiting the city. I recommend this accommodation and I would stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026It was clean. The host allowed us to leave the luggage during the day of departure. It was around 10min from the colosseum and also 10 min to termini station.
The breakfast was just food in plastic, there was nothing fresh. We bought out bread in the morning even though we had breakfast included. The tv was old and had no streaming, it would be the same as not having any tv.

ALso close to the metro station to get around town quickly, the Colosseum is a 5 minutes bus drive from the nearly located Manzoni station. Look no further if you are searching for an accommodation where you will just sleep over and have a breakfast while you are touring through the city
We forgot to bring some slippers for the room / bathroom (maybe a hind for the host to include some disposable cheap slippers because many guests arrive with just a backpack and do not carry much baggage around). But the private bathroom is definitely a big plus and not something which will be offered in all apartments around Rome. The shared kitchen is not an issue as there are only three rooms which share it and it provides all you need (microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine)

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Ficámos muitíssimo satisfeitas com a estadia aqui. O nosso quarto era bastante limpo e continha tudo o que precisávamos. Existe limpeza diária, televisão, ar condicionado e secador, o que para mim foi um plus. O pequeno almoço é deixado e reposto diariamente no quarto, onde há um mini fridge com sumos, águas, leite, queijo, fiambre e manteigas, e uma cesta com vários alimentos embalados (essencialmente bolos e bolachas). O Matteo mostrou se uma pessoa bastante flexível e disponível, permitiu nos self check in tardio e guardou as nossas malas depois do check out. Existe ainda uma cozinha (comum) à disposição, bastante limpa. A localização é excelente e a zona pareceu nos segura. Correu tudo muito bem!
A cama não é muito confortável, realmente afunda muito. Para além disso, a pressão do autoclismo não é ótima e, apesar de termos pequeno almoço incluído, os alimentos não são o ideal para primeira refeição, uma vez que são maioritariamente bolos e bolachas. Sinto que faz falta pelo menos alguma fruta.

Le lit qui n’était pas très confortable, on s’enfonçait, Ainsi que le ménage (côtés douche, bcp de moisissures sur la faillance) Ainsi qu’une prise défaillante, avec un enfant en bas âge ce n’est pas top niveau sécurité

Olía a humedad, a mi me dió igual pero viajaba con una persona migrañosa que le notó bastante.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Lage ist super. Zimmer ist sauber, warmes Wasser in der Dusche nicht immer vorhanden.
Frühstück. Man bekommt ein paar Scheiben Käse und Schinken ins Zimmer und muss sich sein Frühstück selber machen. Es gibt Toast und sonst nur abgepackten Kuchen, der nicht sehr lecker ist.

Ami nem tetszett az ágy mert nagyon mély a matrac, illetve a Wc-nek a lehúzója. A többi dolog rendben volt.
