מיטות לא נוחות, מטבח קטן מאוד ואפלולי מאוד. אין תאורה מספיקה וצבע בורדו למטבח, לא הבחירה הכי נכונה. במקלחות כל המים יוצאים החוצה, כי יש רק חלק אחד למקלחות. לא חכם. הרצפות, מעץ, רבות מהן מתנדנדות ואף יוצאות החוצה, מה שסיכן א.ףת בטיחותינו יותר מפעם אחת. המחיר ששילמנו היה מאוד מאוד גבוה, ובמחיר הזה אתה מצפה לניקיון פעם בשבוע, או לפחות החלפת מגבות. הצוות הודיע שזה לא כלול במחיר והמקסימום שהסכימו, זה לתת לנו נייר טואלט ושקיות אשפה. חבל - שירות זה אולי החלק הכי חשוב בשהייה שלך כתייר.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The location is excellent. 4 out of 5 of our Porto stays have been at this location. However for this visit, we stayed in different apartment. The apartment was clean and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
The welcome was not like previous visits. The hospitality was lacking compared to past visits. We requested hand wash for a toilet which did not have. This was not received despite an individual coming to the apartment to inspect this lacking. In addition, there were less towels prepared despite this being a family stay. This was only provided after a thorough inspection was conducted of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Moreover, on the day of checkout the elevator was not operating, therefore we had to walk down the stairs with luggage. Furthermore, when storing our bags, an employee dropped my daughter's computer bag. Thankfully, the laptop was not damaged, however her tea diffuser bottle from Paris was broken - a 40 Eur loss!

Reviewed May 2, 2026The location of the property was excellent; close to the Bolhao market and the main street of shops. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of living space and comfortable beds.
The shower rooms need some kind of extractor fans to help with steam after showers but not really a big issue. The bedroom with 3 single beds didn’t have much walking room or storage space.

Квартира темная и холодная оказалась. Не комфортные санузлы, как будто в больнице. Для горячей воды есть бойлер, но его не хватает на количество гостей, на которые расчитана квартира. На стенах в санузлах имеется плесен , которая совсем не радует, сломаны защелки. Не открывается окно в одной спальне. На кухне не хватает сковороды. Стол в обеденной зоне в пятнах.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Location was amazing, walking distance to everything but quiet at night. We loved the spaciousness, kitchen facilities and charm of the apartment.
No dislikes but a couple suggestions. The beds are very firm, perhaps a mattress topper to make them a bit more comfortable. We would have happily lowered the heat if we had an extra blanket for sleeping.

La casa era grande, molto comoda con camere spaziose e letti molto comodi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 ( 4 adulti e 3 bambini) e consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Por poner alguna pega, decir que nos pareció que a la cocina le falta luz y el menaje es un poco justo para lo grande q es la vivienda.

More instruction in the apartment would have been helpful - where to put trash [outside bins], where recycling bins were outside, how to prep for checkout, etc. But all questions were answered very promptly by office staff

Windows - loud street outside and windows were not double glazed . They were also dirty. Upstairs the floors made lots of noise from people walking around which woke us early ! It lacked a homely touch - it could do with some plants / pictures / books to brighten it up a little etc

Solo arreglar el parquet en el pasillo para que sea más fácil pasar con las maletas y la ventana del baño, que está rota y no se puede abrir. Y poner una cafetera de cápsulas, más fácil de usar . El resto fantástico!

Two bathrooms made a positive difference for a group of 6. Amazing location in the city center very close to the market (Bolhão).
Minor details like the wooden floor near the entrance, that needs maintenance. But very positive in general.
