الموقع جدا مميز في السنتر وقريب من كل شي ويقع خلف مطعم الخليج مباشره وبجنب الفندق مباشره بقاله عربيه لكن اسعارها غاليه وقريب للبحيره مشي 4 دقايق الشقه نظيفه ويوجد فيها شطاف ومتوفر فيها مطبخ وأدوات طبخ كامله وثلاجه وفرن وغلايه وكل ماتحتاجه للطبخ ايضاً في غسيل الملابس اعتقد انه ذاتي في الدور الأرضي ولم استخدمه وفي غرفه خاصه بالنفايات إذا أردت انك تطلع نفاياتك وفي مظلات في الاستقبال تحتاجها وقت الأمطار ويوفر البطاقه الصيفيه مافيها مكيف لكن وقتي كان في سبتمبر الأجواء بارده وما احتجته المواقف تابعه للفندق برسوم اليوم 10 يورو الموظفه أخلاقها ممتازه وطيبه ومتعاونه تكون موجوده الصباح تقريبا إذا وصولك من بعد الظهر راح يرسلون لك تعليمات بالدخول وسهله جدا تأخذ كرت الدخول والبطايق الصيفيه من الصندوق برقم سري وكل شي واضح

لايوجد خدمه تنظيف الغرف لايوجد مساعده حمل الشناط للغرف ولا عربيه حمل الشناط لايوجد تكييف مع اني م احتجته لكن إذا فتحت الشباك يكون في ازعاج

حجزت ودفعت عن طريق البوكينق وحجزت شقة من ثلاث غرف وجيت الا معطيتني الموظفة غرفتين وقلت وخلاني انا واولادي جالسين برا اكثر من 40 دقيقة في البرد وجايين من طريق سفر بالليل واخلاقها زفت زفت زفت ولاكان حن بشر وتقول تسكن ولا اطلع برا للاسف سيئة جدا الموضفة واخلاقها زفت ولا انصح احد بالسكن عندهم وكان قيمة الظريبة نفس قيمة السكن

الشقه نظيفه والدخول سهل والتجاوب ممتاز وجود الساونا

الشقه رقم 2 الخصوصيه معدومه لانها ارضيه والشرفه بجانب مدخل البنايه والغرفه صغيره نوعا ما

Location was great, close to the lake and transport. Studio was well equipped with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Access was easy on arrival and the summer card saved us a lot of money.

Appartment was fairly small and quite stuffy although it was very hot weather. There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr war sehr sauber und die Küchenzeile ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Sauna im Zimmer ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Gestört hat mich das Licht im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers, das über einen Bewegungsmelder gesteuert wird. Grundsätzlich eine gute Idee. Aber wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss, sehr unangenehm. Lies sich leider nicht über einen Schalter ausschalten. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist sehr eng, aber durchaus machbar (Renault Arkana).

Alles bestens. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet & mit einem grossen Balkon. Es wurden ausreichend Kaffeekapseln, Abwaschtabs & WC-Papier zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Den Parkplatz konnten wir dazu mieten, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Sommerkarte ist toll, wir konnten schöne Ausflüge machen. Nette, hilfsbereite Besitzerin, immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Wir empfehlen das Appartmenthaus Aurum auf jeden Fall weiter.

سهولة الدخول للشقه مع العلم لم يكن هناك وجود استقبال والمكان قريب من كل شي و واسع ومريح و مجهز بالكامل من ادوات المطبخ وغيرها و كواية ملابس و وجود شطاف ^~^

推荐滨湖采尔Appartementhaus AURUM公寓，SUMMER CARD合作酒店，入住即可获得，公交免费，景点免费，省心又划算。这家公寓式酒店地理位置绝佳，步行湖边3分钟，postplatz公交站1分钟。有厨房，而且所有厨具都是双立人级别，干净又好用。唯一的缺点是没有空调，不过奥地利的公寓和民宿通常都没有。晚上如果开着门窗睡觉，完全不需要空调。

Very central , easy to access the lake. Staff were very friendly, and the apartment was well equipped.

Mindenhez közel volt, az elhelyezkedése páratlan. Jó hogy van lehetőség mélygarázs használatra. Van lift, így nagyon kényelmes a felsőbb emeleteket elérni. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, a felszereltség szuper!

Még jobb lenne, ha a mélygarázsból lehetne lifttel felmenni a szálláshelyre. Akkor még könnyebb lenne a be-, és kiköltözés.

The location was excellent - 2 minutes walk to the bus station, 3 minutes walk to the centre of town and 5 minutes from a ski gondola. There is even a convenience store behind the apartment - useful for getting a quick bottle of water. The entire building was immaculate, the receptionists were very helpful and the apartment covered all our needs. The area was generally quiet too, so we did not have any interrupted sleep, and there was ample storage space for our belongings. The building seemed quite secure, and the fittings seemed to be of high quality. Plenty of dishwasher tablets and replacement bin bags as well as loo roll included. The shower was nice - always hot water on tap, and there are plenty of toilets - so no queues. The fridge had a small integrated freezer too. All very clean. Each room had it's own fan. The apartment was really easy to get to., We flew to Salzburg airport, got a taxi to the train station (€25) - then a train from Salzburg to Zell am see (€38 for 3 of us) and then it was a 5 minute walk wheeling our suitcases from the train station. The only thing we had a little problem with was working out which platform to get the train from - but phone signal was perfect everywhere we went, and using AI/Google Lens - we worked it out easily enough. The trip from the airport to the apartment was about 10 mins in the taxi and and an hour and 20 mins through beautiful mountains and countryside on the train.

In the height of summer - the apartment really needs air con. It was approx. 30C for most of our stay, and while it was possible use the provided fans to keep the apartment at a tolerable temperature, it still got a little bit uncomfortable. This wouldn't be a problem in the winter - there are lots of individual heating controls which we didn't use for our stay. The smaller bedroom has a bed (in apartment 3) which just fits the room. Its great having an extra king size bed, but the bed frame was in front of the light switch and plug - every time you lean back, the switch turns the light off! There was only one bed side table in there. The policy around separating rubbish for recycling was fine, but finding the right bins to dispose the rubbish was difficult. The pictures on nearly all the bins looked the same - had to see how other people had distributed their rubbish and follow suit as it wasn't at all clear which bin was for general rubbish. These are all little niggles really - we had a really nice stay.

Prilikom odabira sobe nije najjasnije naznačeno da je odabrana soba ustvari u prizemlju, a neposredno uz prozor s rešetkom prolaze ljudi i pogled je na parkiralište.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung und süsses Zimmer

eigentlich war alles in Ordnung. Das Zimmer was im Erdgeschoss, das ist vielleicht das Einzige, was wir bemängeln könnten, dass ein Zimmer weiter oben wohl schöner wäre.

Extremely loud noise from doors closing in the building (at least when staying in room #4). Pretty pricy considering the amenities of the place.

Convenient location that was very close to train station, small supermarkets and bus station. Summer card was a major plus point. Clean with good saucepans etc.

The stove malfunctioned if it was used for more than 20 mins or so. We raised this the morning after it happened (this was when reception was first in) and were told it would be looked at. We were never updated and the issue continued to happen for the remaining nights. The apartment is almost underground (the windows do face the street where people walk). It was advertised as a ground floor apartment so we did expect this to an extent - but more of a heads up to be prepared for this if you book it.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, perfectly situated for the cable cars and the train station, making day trips super convenient. The place is modern, spacious, and very clean. The biggest highlight was the Summer Card, which we used for tons of attractions, transport, and a trip to the glacier. We will definitely be back!

Med närhet till restauranger, liftar och busshållplatsen. Även nära till 2 bra mataffärer för att laga egna middagar i det välutrustade köket. När man sen får liftkort som ger gratisresor i liftarna, fri båttur på See och gratis inträde till badet blir vistelsen väldigt prisvärd. Dessutom fria resor med buss och regionaltåg.

Har inget negativt att säga om boendet.

Great location - close to all amenities, but the other side of the road to the main centre, meaning the apartment is quiet. Very well equipped - we felt very at home here. The staff were attentive but respected our privacy.

Amazing host; we booked last minute yet she helped us get our summer cards which helped us save so much money. The location is great. It was super hot and they provided fans.

Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist leider nicht das bequemste, aber für ein paar Tage auf alle Fälle möglich.

No air conditioning tried to open the windows but cigarette smoke would blow in from the over crowded apartment next door, The apartment next door was also very noisy up to and including midnight. I wouldn’t stay again.

Wat een heerlijke tijd hebben wij hier gehad! Op loopafstand van het busstation en het stadscentrum en toch heel rustig. Johanna en Guindi waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zullen dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.

The villa is placed on a quiet street with no view to the lake or something interesting, but this is it's advantage as everything around is calm and peaceful. The staff is very nice, always willing to help and give you interesting information (such as placed to visit, attractions etc.). I recommend this villa for a confy weekend.

The room I was offered has an microwave with a very bright LED screen (for general cooking info) that remains open permanently and is very bothering during the night especially if you can't stand with light sources during sleep. Also, the room is very small but nice, which may be a problem for a family with a toddler/kid.

Summercard is a real bargain. Many thanks to the hotel staff for getting a duplicate from the tourist office when we lost it on the top of the mountain and were able to use it for the rest of the day. Parking was a must have thing for us.

There were some minor issues with lift and hot water due to some maintenance works. This doesn't affect our stay and we got free parking which wait for these small inconveniences..

Really nice well appointed appartment, friendly host on hand, suggested a local restaurant for a special meal, arranged taxi transfer and late checkout.

Bit of a drains smell in the bathrooms on arrival which largely disappeared when we put water down each drain a couple of times a day.

The sauna was really nice and the location was great. It was spacious, with two toilets and the kitchen facilities were great. The only thing I would say is that the shower was small, it had mould, and it leaked all over the ground every time.

The shower was not clean and it leaked quite a bit. For the price, this place could have been a bit nicer. It was also a bit disappointing that there was no cooking oil to cook with and there was only a tiny amount of salt and pepper.

Mir persönlich waren die Kissen zu weich. Aber das fließt nicht in meine Bewertung mit ein.

A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó volt, mivel közel voltak az üzletek, a város központja, a tavat is viszonylag gyorsan meg lehetett közelíteni. A legjobb pedig az volt, hogy 3 perc sétára volt a felvonótól, ezért is választottuk ezt a helyet.

Mivel autóval utaztunk, kértünk parkoló helyet, amit a szállás biztosított a mellette levő garázsban. Viszont azt érdemes tudni, hogy a parkoló bejárata nagyon szűk és meredek is. Ha nem kisebb méretű autód van, vagy nem vagy gyakorlott sofőr, akkor elég nehézkes a ki-be járás.

De badkamer is helemaal top

De keukentafel is klein, zeker voor 4 personen en het aantal keukenkastjes is beperkt waardoor niet alles op een logische plek ligt. De bedbank slaapt goed maar is niet te vergelijken met een bed.

Apartment was well equipped and cost. Sauna greatly appreciated. Minutes walk from bus station and cable car. Be sure to ask for mobility guest pass for free local transport (including from airport). Easy self check in process and good lockers for skis.

Pillows weren't the most comfortable but I think the lightly stuffed square pillow is common for Austria.

Since from the beginning the communication was very clear. It was easy to get the keys and the apartment was very comfy. Has everything you need for your family. very close to city express lift only a few mins walk. next to the restaurants and supermarkets. highly recomended

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Toll ist auch die eigene Sauna, allerdings wäre ein kleiner Beutel Aufguss-Öl schön, sowas hat man ja eigentlich nicht dabei. 🤗 (So wie Seife und Duschgel zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Nicht schön ist die Hellhörigkeit, man hört jeden im Treppenhaus und unter Tisch und Stühlen würde ein Filzgleiter helfen. Die Parksituation ist auch nicht so prickelnd, eng, wenig und teuer.

Ligger perfekt centralt, väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Svarar snabbt i chatten även kvällstid. Bara några minuters promenad till skidlift, mataffärer, centrum/restauranger.

Central, clean and comfortable and just what we needed for our short ski break. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
