The Executive Villa Inn & Suites

Although the street is not even paved, the environment is quiet and you find parking always. Their food for guests is affordable, the staff always nice and available and rooms are clean. I didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but maybe next time, if I come back and choose them.

WiFi very poor, unable to enjoy the 70” big screen. Jacuzzi not working, horrible odor in bathroom, limited food selection. Termites eating roof of executive suite and debris falling in bed. Location awful, dirt roads in awful condition. Staff was very good and the pool area was real nice.

It is an interesting and beautiful building. The workers are very nice. The menu has only 4 or 5 meals (breakfasts) & it is in a subdivision so nothing much to do around it. The pool is okay but not heated and I didnt smell any chlorine. Water from shower was chilly on my last day. No safe in my room. Wifi didnt work well in the room.

This is a beautiful property once you arrive and go inside. But there is a short section of gravel road to access the last 200 feet or so.

It was in a great location, but very unusall. Some cab drivers didnt know the street. If I cameback I would stay again.

I wish I could leave more stars, treated great by the staff when you get here. The rooms are really awesome too. There's privacy built around the place, makes it very cozzy and quite. This is our second time comming here. We stay when were flying out of davao early. Less than 5 minute Grab ride. I highy recommend

The staff are all super helpful and polite, but the room was rewlly a let down. The AC failed so we had to use a fan, and if you know Philippines weather a fan just isnt good enough. The walls were all peeling paint and the TV didnt work. I wasnt able to try out the pool but it did look amazing.

Beautifully renovated former Filipino mansion being used as a private hotel near the airport. If you want some privacy, don't mind being off of the beaten path, and want to stay with a 5 minute drive of the Davao airport, then enjoy the almost private pool and beautiful interior of this hotel.

Dogs barking is my only complaint

The place is beautiful. The master dining room, the pool. Just amazing. The staff was absolutely perfect and helpful. If you're local it's probably a perfect getaway place. But it's location is off the main road and down a couple of dirt road alleys. Our grab driver bottomed their car out a couple of times. Not convenient if you'll be in and out alot. But overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

Liked everything about this small, cozy, beautiful hotel. Very close to the airport. Large, sparkling clean swimming pool. Friendly, welcoming, responsive owners and staff. Very nice inside and out. Very clean everywhere. Arriving after midnight was okay. Affordable price.

I did not stay, there was a dirt road from hell to get to the property. then i had to wait 20 minutes for them to unlock the gate to get into the. while waiting for the gate to open i noticed that it was a very poor neighborhood in Davao which i did not feel safe for my family.

The place and service was excellent however we cannot bring in own food as corkage fee is higher aside. But overall we were all satisfied.

Perfect. We had the biggest room. Ate meals outside next to the pool. Quite. Just perfect. Staff was helpful with everything, even a few special requests. The signage from the street could be a little better. A few taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel.

Booked this as it was close to the airport for my last nights in Philippines and it was better than expected even if we had to use the shared bathroom/toilet. As the room was not ready when we arrived was provided with a nice cold drink while we waited and then we spent the afternoon unwinding by the pool. Staff were always ready to provide what we requested from breakfast overlooking the pool or lunch by the pool itself. The room, although small was sufficient with a nice comfy bed and air conditioned. The hotel itself was in a nice quiet location so needed to get staff to call for a taxi with a 10 minute wait only. Overall a nice quiet, peaceful and very pleasant place to stay.

The staff treats everyone so special. This was a special trip and over all everything went so wonderful. I honestly will recommend this place to everyone. The room was very comfortable. The amenities were great.

A little oasis very convenient to the airport. We stayed a the hotel to have a relaxing evening and be close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. We will definitely do this again. Enjoyed the private entrance to the pool from our room. Pool was nice and very well maintained. Staff was great. They were extremely helpful getting us to the airport on time when we overslept. Liked the large screen TV

Overall the Inn was really great. The only issue we had was our AC not working well. It was really hot the whole night we sleep. We were just so tired to complain about it that night. And in the morning there was no one in the front desk. Had to wait for someone to check us out but overall the Inn is really great! Staffs are also accommodating. ☺️

Awesome place to stay. The beef steak was a little small which is probably great locally but could be a bit bigger for the price for travelers. I love this place. Very clean, courteous service, indoor dacor in the dining area, pool, common living space is just gorgeous and has plenty of class. very relaxing. The hotel is less than 5 miles from the airport. Heading to the place is quite an experience cause this place is situated in undeveloped subdivision . The road is unpaved and not wide enough and for sure they get flooded and muddy on a rainy day . Their swimming pool is spectacular but needs to work on some safety issues like flooring And hand rails around the area.

this is very close to airport anf Samal Island. the only downside is..its inside subdivision....theres nothing really around it but convinient if u want to go to Samal...I loved the home cooking meals...

The staff are very helpful and will always ask if you need anything! My mistake was booking it missing to read that I'm sharing a bathroom with another guest. But it's ok. The hot water is great after a long day outside. It's fairly new hotel, hopefully they will sustain the business. They will help you get the taxi to get to the city prop

Needed a place near the airport. Saw the price for a queen size and thought it was good. Didn't realize it was a shared bathroom. Staff is family and sorry to say not professional. That's okay for homestay but this property presents itself as a hotel. So they need to step up their game with the service. Also pool was nice but also.had a nice layer of grime around the edge which staff cleaned the day after we swam. Nice. Couldn't take an order.for beer. Had to ask 3x for clarification. Didn't have drinks listed on the menu. Had a broken toilet seat and faulty shower. Gave us toasted bread--no butter or jam-- we didn't ask for after having ordered coffee 2x, tracking down staff to do so. Charged us 150PHP for the unbidden toast and another 100PHP for the coffee. Then took 10-minutes at checkout to use paper, pen, calculator and computer to figure the bill for 2 coffees and 2 pieces of toasted bread 360PHP. What a joke. Nice place though! Just needs staff who know what they're doing.

Nice/clean. Near airport. Liked the pool/patio area. Didnt have chance too eat the menu was limited and out of stocks. Received discount with use website. It was also affordable. Would stay the more if possible.

A convenient nice stay in a lovely home. Hard to find the house as directions were abit confusing. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.
