Нестандартное и необычное место с выходом на крышу с маленьким газончиком на том же уровне, что и квартира. В квартире все есть, стильно и удобно.

Второй этаж без лифта. Отсутствие стиральной машины для долгого пребывания.

Quite expensive for the value, only two coffee caps for two people and two nights, nothing else, not even water or sugar.

Rakennustyö aivan majapaikan vieressä hieman äänekäs aamusta myöhään iltapäivään. Onneksi yöllä oli rauhallista. Majapaikasta on kävellen matkaa ydinkeskustaan noin kaksi kilometriä.

Very clean, comfy beds, spacious and good little kitchen. Quiet enough for sleeping. Really responsive hosts.

Málo vybavenia v kuchyni( napríklad iba 2 čajové lyžičky), tupé nože, nefunkčná nočná lampa (ohlásená závada ) , rušivý zvuk počas večera a noci, ktorý za celý náš pobyt nepodarilo vyriešiť ( vraj asi čerpadlo klímy) .

El alojamiento está bien ubicado y cerca del centro. Los anfitriones aunque no les vimos tuvimos muy buena comunicación y estaban pendientes en todo momento. Apartamento amplio y con todo lo necesario.

Todo, su ubicación perfecta cerca del metro conectado con el centro histórico. Muy bien equipado, vitrocerámica de 4 fuegos, frigorífico combi, microondas y horno, lavavajillas, cafetera nespresso y oroley, menaje cocina completo, aires condicionados en salon comedor y habitación. Baño amplio. Terraza exterior con mesa y 4 sillas

Really lovely little place! Great area just outside the main city area, a short walk to get to the action. Really responsive helpful staff!

Bathroom had an odd damp smell that carried throughout the apartment and the upstairs neighbours were very loud with their feet, which felt like it was shaking the roof and made it very difficult to sleep. It sounded like they were sprinting races up there!

Ho avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata in tutta la casa e contattando immediatamente lo staff ( invisibile direi) non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta su come risolvere il problema. Bagno troppo piccolo e senza bidet.

O apartamento tinha cheiro de bolor. Havia pequenas moscas sempre. Barulhos da construção.

O alojamento estava perto do metro . Era espaçoso e estava super limpo e cuidado . Os anfitriões foram bastante prestáveis , deixaram -nos fazer late check out o que nos deu muito jeito . Tínhamos também café disponível o que foi muito simpático

Não é uma crítica pois estava tudo impecável. Mas tínhamos café disponível como cortesia . Apenas acrescentava açúcar e água :) é uma sugestão

The room is filthy. I contacted the hotel immediately but they did answer my call so I left. Then they replied later saying they’ll cancel my reservation with no refund at all…I will never use booking again and I hope nobody stays in this hygienically suspicious place.

Great apartment in a good location. You can get to train station easily too for day trips to Aveiro, Braga, Douro Valley, Coimbra, etc.

It was clean.

It didn’t have much extras like a towel, coffee pods. I fell down the stairs. You should put some type of marking on each step.

Luminosidade muito agradável, espaço aberto com muito bom gosto na simples decoração. Prático para pousar e organizar as malas. Chuveiro com boa pressão e agradável. Cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. O espaço exterior bem verde é muito acolhedor. Comunicação ágil simpática e rápida.

As obras. Que já é um sistema comum na cidade, não é da vossa responsabilidade. Mas se avisarem os horários de trabalhos, as pessoas podem mais facilmente gerir. Percebo a necessidade de não poder levar convidados, não cheguei a informar (dão a entender que pode ser uma solução) porque não houve necessidade nesta situação, mas senti que poderia ser um entrave para outras situações.

The apartment SMELLS LIKE A SEWAGE. Probably because the kitchen and bathroom in Apartment 1 are below street level. If you book, please specifically ask not to have apartment one.

The apartment is in a good location and has a kitchen with the necessities

Unfortunately many things: The apartment feels damp and smells moldy, there is mold in the shower, the power went out and nobody had answered our text until the evening by then we had fixed it ourselves, the water was cold after that incident and also wasn't taken care of. The sink in the bathroom is falling off the wall and the bathroom smells very bad. The bedroom closet only has 6 hangers, the drawer is broken, the couch has a large stain, the floors are stained and the coffee pods in the kitchen had been used before our arrival (they sat there with the holes already in the top). The terrace/garden wasn't very well kept either.

We bought breakfast at the pastelaria on the opposite side of the road. Good coffee and excellent freshly baked pastries.

We were sent a message saying our room was apartment W. No such apartment existed. We spoke to another resident for help who suggested we go to apartment 2. This was the correct one we assume and we spent the night there. I attempted to call the owners on the number provided but got no response to the message I left. The coffee machine did not work. The shower fitting was loose and had to be hand held. The room was on the ground floor and overlooked a stone staircase. The view from the bedside window was of a dark, cavernous, stone space under the stairs. The sofa had nasty stains on it.

A clean and spacious environment, with easy access to the city. Truly a minimalist's oasis.

location was fantastic, just beside the Metro stop. Easy walk to everywhere. Owner was very communicative sending on door codes with plenty of time which made this very easy when we arrived.

Udogodnienia: piekarnik, naczynia, zmywarka, kostki do zmywarki, czysto, wygodne łóżko, cicho! Blisko do kawiarni, piekarni i dobrze zaopatrzonego dużego sklepu i metra oraz centrum!

Jeden raz Gospodarz nie odpowiedział na moje zapytanie, a potrzebowałam pomocy z ogrzewaniem.

Mein zweiter Besuch dort. Sehr schönes, grosses und sauberes Apartment. Modern eingerichtet. Bett war sehr bequem! 2x A/C so konnte man eine wählen die nicht störte. Lage prima, Fussläufig vom Bahnhof, Cafés & Supermarkt ums Eck und auch in die Altstadt nicht weit.

Fiquei hospedada no apartamento 3. Estava bem limpo, é espaçoso e bem localizado.

Depois de ter feito a reserva informaram que só poderiam ter acesso ao apartamento pessoas com registro no alojamento, tive de recusar a uma amiga subir para usar a casa de banho. Não faz muito sentido.

Unfortunately there was not a good curtain in bedroom to protect from the sunlight .

- Accès à un espace vert par la porte fenêtre de l'appartement ( partagé avec appartement du bas) - Appartement lumineux, 2 capsules Nespresso à l'arrivée, belle cuisine intégrée - Grande douche, eau bien chaude - 3 rouleaux de papier toilette pour séjour de 5 jours, serviettes et tapis de bain - proche métro et bus

Concerne appartement 4, 1er étage côté jardin : - Absence de contact humain : Maison de ville avec accès par code pour 6 appartements. - Accès par code ko : Malgré une autorisation d'accès à partir de 14h dans les instructions reçues, je suis restée "à la porte" à mon arrivée vers 15h40, jusqu'à 16h, heure de mise en route automatique du code. - Climatisation en panne, à nouveau opérationnelle le 4° jour sur 5 suite intervention du technicien. - Odeur moisissure : L'un des murs de la chambre est couvert de bulles de salpêtre et une odeur de moisissure reste présente malgré la peinture qui a été remise dessus pour tenter de les contenir. J'ai eu un sommeil très compliqué dans cette atmosphère bizarre, même en laissant les fenêtres entre ouvertes pour aérer. La clim était en panne et le temps gris. - Bruit des blocs de ventilation extérieurs, placés juste à côté des fenêtres de la chambre, si les fenêtres sont ouvertes. - Literie : très très ferme - Marteau piqueur et perceuses en route dès 8h30 dans le bâtiment mitoyen, en cours de destruction avant rénovation (reste que les murs, sols et plafonds) - quelle surprise le 1er matin en ayant l'impression qu'une pelleteuse travaillait juste à côté !!! - C'est le lave main des wc qui sert de coin toilette. Miroir trop bas pour moi et peu d'espace pour déposer les affaires. Abattant mal fixé, qui bouge. - Appartement bien conçu initialement et sympathique, mais pas entretenu : stores effilochés et qui perdent des morceaux dans la chambre, pomme de douche qui mériterait d'être changée car peu de débits d'eau, Jardin avec robot tondeuse mais qui ne doit pas avoir tourné depuis longtemps, abattant WC à fixer.
