I had such a lovely stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable, and overall the whole experience was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

Очень понравился персонал, все доброжелательные, отзывчивые, готовые помочь. Обращалась с разными вопросами, на все получила ответы и поддержку. Персоналу 10+ Скромные завтраки, но все необходимое есть: сыры, мясная нарезка, фрукты, омлет.

Locația este foarte bună fiind la o stație de tramvai de Grand Bazar. Curat și primitor, iar personalul este de nota 10! Pentru români, este dl. Dumitru care vă scoate din orice încurcătură! Recomand cu plăcere!

La atención de todo el personal, en especial Mohammet, Aros, Kemel, Omit y Hasen, todos dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier situación. Y el desayuno delicioso. La vista de la habitación fue excepcional y el cuarto muy amplio.

Great hotel, fantastic location, very close to everything. Tram and metro are on 1 minute walk. Rooms are good size and very clean, they was cleaned every day. Breakfast a lot of varieties. We will come back here for sure for every our next visit Istanbul.

Încă suntem cazați aici este pentru prima oara și cu siguranță revin cu prima ocazie foarte bine amplasat la 5 minute de Grand Bazar camerele curate ,spațioase aer condiționat nu in ultimul rand vreau sa spun și de personal foarte atenți și primitori Vreau neapărat sa specific și pe aceasta cale sa le mulțumesc în prima zi când am sosit ne era foame și am dorit sa consumam micul dejun contra cost și dânșii ne-au invitat la masa fără sa plătim a fost din partea lor foarte amabil RECOMAND mergeți cu toată increderea Vrem în mod special sa mulțumim și lui Öniz Dimitru 💔 Am făcut un roman dar trebuia sa specific ne-a plăcut foarte mult Mulțumim!!!

Totul a fost de nota 10

Locația este la o jumătate de oră de mers pe jos către aproape toate punctele turistice din zona europeană a orașului. Personalul este amabil și pregătit să vorbească mai multe limbi (engleză, rusă, germană, română, etc).

Ferestrele trebuie izolate fonic mai bine. Se aude zgomot din stradă. Nu are parcare proprie și este riscant să lași mașina în fața hotelului, dar la o distanță de 50 metri se află o parcare subterană (15eur/24h).

Персонал максимально внимательный и дружелюбный. Особенно хочу выделить Дмитрия, который помогал решать разные вопросы. Завтрак однообразный, но вкусный и сытный. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Мини бар состоял только из бутылки воды 0.5 л на человека ежедневно. Очень удобное расположение отеля для изучения достопримечательностей. На день рождение дочери приятно было получить комплимент от отеля в виде вкусного десерта.

Отсутствие зубной пасты в ванной. Мини бар только вода.

The hotel was okay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, to be honest, there was nothing particularly 5-star about the experience. It’s an okay hotel, especially if you’re on a business trip or just looking for somewhere convenient for a short stay. One serious issue was the driver I requested through the hotel. He is not part of the hotel staff, but I assume they arranged him through someone they know. He drove extremely carelessly, was constantly on his phone—including texting while driving—and was yelling throughout the journey. It was honestly quite frightening and made the experience very uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that the hotel be more careful about the drivers they recommend to guests.

My family liked this hotel very much , the position is perfect near to transportations , the tram and the metro are nearby,walking distance, the stuff of the hotel are very respectful, and they make a surprise for my mother. They bring her a cake for her birthday. Without asking them to do such thing, it was a very nice gesture from the hotel.

We like everything.

Great location and staff, breakfast was excellent The hotel has a very good location. Breakfast was diverse and generous, with plenty of options every morning. The staff were absolutely the best — genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with any request or issue. Our room was cleaned daily and stayed spotless throughout our stay.

Overall, the hotel's condition is satisfactory, though it could use some renovation/updating.

Hotelul este recent renovat , este super ok din punct de vedere raport calitate pret , nu am nimic de reprosat ,tot sejurul a fost pe masura asteptarilor , ca mici sfaturi : - este parcare subterana langa hotel la aprox 200 m la pret de 15€ pe zi -pe waze nu va duce direct la locatie , folositi google maps Felicitari pentru Dumitru care este un om de nota 20+ isi da cu adevarat interesul si iti sta la dispozitie cu absolut orice si vb si limba romana excelent !

I stayed for 6 nights in this hotel and it was such a pleasant stay .. The staff was really respectful and ready to help . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely reconsider staying in it when visiting Istanbul again . I would also thank the whole stuff ESP Aras and Ümit for their kindness and help

Locația hotelului este perfecta - poți ajunge pe jos la obiectivele turistice din Sultanahmet sau ai în apropiere atât statie de tramvai cât și de metrou. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil, respectuos și atent la nevoile/ solicitările noastre. Micul dejun a fost suficient de diversificat astfel încât fiecare ne am găsit ceva pe gustul propriu. Curățenie se face zilnic. In apropiere sunt multe terase unde ospătarii vorbesc limba romana. Recomand acest hotel atât pentru poziție cât și pentru raportul calitate/preț.

La proximité avec les lieux touristiques, proches des transports, des commerces et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Aussi une ambiance de petit village face à l’hôtel avec les 2 petits restos kebab et leurs tables en terrasse. La gentillesse du personnel de l’hôtel a toujours s’assurer que tout allait bien pour moi en particulier le jeune ARRAS qui me donnait les bonnes informations pour mon séjour.

Великолепное местоположение (до трамвая Т1, метро М2 5 минут пешком). Тишина на улице (спали как убитые). На территории отеля хороший вайфай. Ну и очень достойный завтрак (было вкусно и не надоело за всё время проживания)

было бы здорово будь на завтраке чуть больше фруктов

Пробыл в отеле 9 ночей. Отличный отель, в котором отдых превзошёл все ожидания! Очень чистые и уютные номера, ежедневная качественная уборка. Персонал всегда приветливый, вежливый и готов помочь с любым вопросом. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, всё свежее. Расположение очень удобное — рядом транспорт, магазины и основные достопримечательности. В отеле тихая и комфортная атмосфера, благодаря чему можно действительно хорошо отдохнуть. Остались только приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и обязательно порекомендую этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

По работе бываю часто в Стамбуле уровень обслуживания гораздо выше чем в более дорогих гостиницах . Особенно отмечу очень приветливый и внимательный персонал .

الموقع ممتاز وقريب للترام والفندق صغير لكن جميل مدخل الفندق جميل والمعاملة من الموظفين رائعة الفطور مميز وكافي ومنوع وكل شيء جميل الغرف ممكن تكون ضيقة قليلاً لكن هذا حال فنادق وسط اسطنبول عموماً الموظفين خدومين جداً ومحترمين ويحبون يخدمونك في كل شي اشكر الموظف اراس في الاستقبال وكذلك الموظف اوميت والموظف محمد وموظف المطبخ انا اعتبر الفندق وجهه مناسبه جدا وانصح فيه

I had a wonderful stay at Pisa Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. I would especially like to thank Aras at the reception. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and provided excellent assistance whenever I needed it. I highly recommend Pisa Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Dusche Probleme weil Wasser nicht schneller aus gelaufen. Am Boden Teppiche leisten eine Seite war von Kleber ausgelöst. Ich habe Beide Probleme gemeldet und Fehler beseitigt.

Отель расположен на тихой улице. Рядом находится мечеть, и ночью слышен азан, что больше помогает почувствовать атмосферу города. От отеля пешая доступность к трамваю, метро, и если еще пройти побольше, то и до мармарая дойти можно, что очень удобно. Отель небольшой, но комфортный и чистый. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, помогут во всех вопросах. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтрак стандартный. Фотографии номера соответствовуют действительности. Нам понравилось проживание. Еще вернемся.

Узкая душевая кабина. При выходе из нее обязательно положите на пол полотенце для ног, чтобы не подскользнуться. Травмы никому не нужны :)

This hotel was very clean the location is excellent near metro and shopping restaurants iv been to Istanbul several times and this hotel is the best value for money amd the cleanest iv stayed in the staff is amazing we genuinely dident have to carry a bag iv stay in 5* usually and have not came across as good as service as this is Istanbul so I would definitely recommend travelling from England

Skurdoki ir pastoviai tie patys pusryčiai. Apsistojus ilgesniam laikui nebesinori eiti pusryčiauti. Beje, kava labai skani.

Прекрасный отель, второй раз уже в нем останавливаемся. Почти в центре, недалеко от всех достопримечательных мест. Метро и трамвай рядом. Завтраки однообразные но сытные, мы наедались до вечера) Белье меняли каждый день.

Единственное, но это не минус, чай не пополняли. Но чай в соседнем магазине стоит 110 лир)

Seine Professionalität, Hilfsbereitschaft und herzliche Art machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Er behandelt jeden Gast mit großem Respekt und echter Wertschätzung. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass er vier Sprachen spricht und dadurch mit internationalen Gästen mühelos und professionell kommunizieren kann. Solche Mitarbeiter sind selten und eine echte Bereicherung für das Hotel. Vielen Dank für den ausgezeichneten Service!

The service was excellent. We had an early check-in and a wonderful welcome breakfast Special thanks to Hasan who brought our luggage to the room. He is devoted to his job, very helpful, quick and polite. The hotel has a perfect location. The beds are very comfortable. The room is cleaned regularly. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends. Many thanks for the great stay!

The fan in the bathroom was out of order.
