Location was extremely poor we stayed in bb apartment ground floor there was a lot of drug use and prostitution right outside our window

The street we could of been warned by property management of what to expect smell of urine was disgusting the openness of drugs outside the window not nice I wouldn't recommend it not safe yes I understand big cities have this issue but when u are kept awake from fighting all night is very intimidating

Neer to the center

You can’t open the window because outside smell very bad. They are some people who they take drugs at night and they pee and they scream at night and they are very loud. you can open the window to get fresh air. after you shower, it’s no air there so the towel they start the smell right away.

The apartment was pretty and clean and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the city center. You can walk anywhere from there. If you are in Malaga for 2-3 nights I recommend.

The apartment was located on a very smelly street, and because it was on the ground floor, there was barely any natural daylight.

La ubicación es excepcional desde luego, quitando el callejón ese turbio...

El callejón de ubicación si que daba mal yuyu, también el tema de aparcamiento, fuimos en plena semana de Feria de Málaga y cómo era de esperar fue un verdadero dolor de cabeza el tema de párking y zonas azules y verdes... Pero bueno.

Highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Malaga City Breaks apartment. The place is spacious, highly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent—it is exceptionally close to both the city centre and the main train and bus stations. The beach is also within a pleasant 20 to 30-minute walk. We truly had a fantastic time here and would gladly return!

Appartement propre, excellent emplacement dans le centre

Présence de 2 cafards dans l’appartement. Nous avons contacté le personnel sur le numéro d’urgence, après 4 appels manqués et plusieurs messages le propriétaire nous informe qu’une équipe viendra seulement le lendemain pour les éradiquer. Pas de solution trouvée pour la nuit ce qui nous a beaucoup angoissé et nous a empêché de dormir, pas d’indemnisation proposée non plus. Résultat : nous avons retrouvé un bébé cafard en rentrant chez nous en France. Appartement sombre et odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain (fréquent en espagne). Nous aurions aimé que ce problème de cafards soit d’avantage pris au sérieux.

De ligging is uitstekend in het oude stadsgedeelte.

's nachts is er tussen 3u en 6u best wel wat nachtlawaai in de straat.

Limpieza, ubicación céntrica, facilidad de contacto con anfitrión y posibilidad de dejar maletas tras el check out. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas, es silencioso y ducha con presión. Buen aire acondicionado.

La calle en la que está situado es oscura, huele mal y hay pis. La televisión no funcionaba.

The place is very well located, clean and very good for the money. We were there in August and while the streets round the corner where very busy, our room was quiet

The TV in our room A1 wasn't working. Not a mayor problem but useful to have it just before going to bed.

It was one of the worst accommodation experiences. The apartment is in the old town, but it is on a narrow street that is used as a toilet by tourists at night and it smells bad. At night we were disturbed by noise and loud and drunk tourists - including at 5 in the morning. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor, with large windows that looked directly out onto the street - you have to keep the curtains drawn all the time. Another problem is that this apartment is practically arranged from a piece of the corridor/hallway of the building - the floor is tiled which is very cold and you have the impression that you are walking on the floor in the street/hallway. The shower cabin is uncomfortable, as are the beds. I am glad that I only stayed 1 night there, I would not have lasted longer. The price-quality ratio is very bad. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you have children. I can't say anything about the other apartments but I don't think they are much different from this one.

Very great location, just at the top of old town. You are a 5 minute walk away from the centre. It was extremely clean and we found no issues with anything. Didn't get to meet the staff, but they made everything very easy. There's even a little kitchen if you're trying to save a bit of money and not go out for every meal!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. We also appreciated having an iron available. The location was excellent, and during our 4-day stay the apartment was cleaned once, which was a nice touch. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth.

The only downside was a slight smell coming from the bathroom/drainage system

The apartment is very central to the old town.

It was difficult to locate the apartment initially as you are in a pedestrianised zone. In the alleyway immediately across from our apartment an old building was being renovated and was covered by scaffolding and yellow netting literally 2-3 metres from our window. Building work started around 7.30 to 8 most mornings with a lot of heavy drilling. None of this was mentioned in the Málaga City Breaks advertisement and quite spoiled our stay in Málaga.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro della città, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. La struttura è carina e funzionale con spazi ben organizzati. Il soppalco è una soluzione simpatica per sfruttare l'altezza. I letti sono molto comodi e la doccia è fantastica. Le istruzioni per l'accesso sono semplici e chiare. Molto gradita la bottiglia di acqua trovata in frigo all'arrivo.

Va bene per vacanze brevi dato che non c'è un armadio contenitivo né una cassettiera ma solo una barra per appendere pochi vestiti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare il bidet in bagno e sarebbe utile anche mettere un tavolino da usare come piano di appoggio. Aggiungerei le forbici alla dotazione attrezzi della cucina.

L'endroit était vraiment proche de toute station autobus, train et commodités ce qui nous a facilité la circulation tout au long de notre séjour, un emplacement idéal pour faire une tournée nocturne à la calle larios le soir. Le personnel est agréable et surtout maria qui est toujours joignable. Tout était parfait

There is renovation works being carried out opposite. We weren't bothered by any noise but there was a smell from the street drains which was only noticeable on entering or leaving the block the apartment is in. Only negative and nothing to do with the apartment and team who run it

Not clean. The street/alley is dangerous, We had several incidents of people approaching us in a hostile manner at night.

Deux petits points à améliorer : Vu qu’il y’a une cuisine, vaut mieux mettre un détergent avec l’eau de javel pour bien nettoyer la vaisselle et éviter les mauvaises odeurs Les Serviettes de bain doivent être changées, ils laissent une mauvaise odeur après une première utilisation

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Málaga y recorrer la ciudad andando. También es muy luminoso (última planta) y las camas muy cómodas.

La ducha podría arreglarse. La mampara no cierra correctamente y se sale el agua.

The property’s approach was very professional. We had an experience where we were constantly informed and kept in communication through video instructions about the main entrance, the room password systems, and the process of leaving our luggage on the last day. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We spent our holiday right in the heart of Málaga. It was very close to the main tourist attractions. Thank you.

Perfect location. It was a clean apartment. The room was large enough. We had 2 floors. Middle lf the old town but not noisy.

The location was just great.

This was a good experience overall. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed for a short break. Spacious room with tiny but functional kitchen area and tidy bathroom though shower space on the small side.

It’s slightly off the beaten track but that also means it’s quiet. There’s a big building project going on for a while right outside but can’t say it inconvnienced us.

La localización es perfecta , esta cerca todo, 5 min caminando y estas en la calle Larios, tienes a menos de 5min un supermercado, estas rodeada de restaurantes,tiendas locales,museos. Es una calle estrecha pero nada peligrosa y pertene al casco antiguo de la ciudad,es muy silenciosa. Las camas son muy comodas y la limpieza es muy buena.

El baño huele algo mal y tal vez algunos cambios como mejorar las mamparas puesto que no cerraba bien y se salia el agua pero el resto,todo bien.
