アクティビティの受け入れ人数が少ないところ。また、価格の割には他ホテルと違い、軽い朝食すら付いていないことです。

手入れの行き届いた美しい風景とフレンドリーなスタッフ、美味しい食事。朝と夕方 ２回部屋にスタッフが訪ねてきてタオルや水を補充してリクエストに応えてくれた。その他LINEでもリクエストできるシステム。レセプションが離れていても困らなかった。日本の星のやよりコスパが良い。

朝ごはんのセットでアラカルトを２つ選べるシステムは一つ一つが豪華で(両方にご飯が付いてたり)２つ選ぶと多すぎた。選択肢をメインと副菜に分けたらどうかな？見た目や味はとても良い。

Lost in Ubud a bit far from all so for a,wk it's fine but more not really for me.

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。ロケーションも素晴らしいです。ヴィラで過ごす時間が最高でした。ヴィラからプールにつながっていて、ソファがあり居心地良かったです。部屋の前にも大きな屋根のついたソファがあり、雨が降ったりしましたがリラックスできました。 アクティビティのも参加しましたが満足できました。楽しかったです。

ガゼボの利用はバリのトラディショナル朝食を申し込むと利用できるのかと思っていましたが違うようでした。誰でもスタッフに告げれば利用できたようでした。あまりガゼボについての利用の口コミがなかったので分かりませんでした。 部屋の隣が誰でも利用できるプールラウンジだったので騒がしい日があり残念でした。

とても清潔で綺麗でした。

日本人スタッフが1名ぐらいいたら安心でした。

静けさと建物と植栽は特筆に値する。

部屋に置かれていたお菓子でバナナの皮に包まれていたシナモン饅頭は頂けなかった。

생각한 것보다 훨씬 훨씬 더 아름답고 건축물이 멋졌습니다. 안에 프로그램이 잘 되어있어서 나가지 않고 리조트에서만 머물러도 전혀 지루하지 않았어요. 음식들도 너무 맛있고 아침산책/요가/바틱사야/스파/패브릭체험 등 모든 체험들이 발리의 전통문화를 느낄 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 또 식당과 까페 수영장 모든 뷰에서 우붓의 우창한 정글을 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

다만 룸이 생각했던 것보다는 작았고(침실-거실) 화장실이 생각보다 넓었습니다. 베드버그인지는 모르겠지만 벌레가 조금 많다는 생각이 들었어요. 모기인지 개미인지를 잔뜩 물렸어요/

バリ舞踊鑑賞してからの チェックインだったため、遅い時間の到着となり 夕食が取れず 諦めていたところ お部屋まで 夜食を届けていただき、思いがけず とても ありがたかったです。

日本語の 通じる スタッフが いらっしゃらず 心細い思いもしましたが、英語を勉強して また 訪れたいと思います。

The environment is really peaceful and comfortable. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. They also provided bicycle for borrowing which we can take a look at the ricefield nearby!

There is no fan for borrowing as the room at night is a bit hot.

This hotel must be one of the most stunning I have ever stayed. The premises are beautiful, sprawling, giving you a nice sense of privacy throughout the site. With jungle & greenery throughout. The villas feel very private and are worth the price. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely designed, and it feels like your private home in the jungle. I loved the concept of the pool which felt like a river, canal, with small moments for privacy. We also made use of the bath often as it was a large size. Additionally, the staff is super professional & accessible, when you need help in coordinated anything from food to transit to Ubud. A special thanks to our driver Budi. He was one of the nicest people in our entire stay in Indonesia. The food offered is also really delicious and we ate at the premises often.

It was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we wanted

The taps are beginning to wear and tear quite badly, I see that some rooms are already in the middle of being upgraded so hopefully this is included in the works done.

Serene atmosphere in the middle of forest of Ubud! Foods I tried were tasty and great, daily snacks also very good. Spacious room, high quality amenities, staffs also very polite and friendly with great choice of complimentary activities.

Location wise, a bit too secluded area so a bit difficult to find transportation. Not near the river but still can hear the sound of river.

현지 음식이 아직 한국 사람에게는 좀 어렵네요.

早餐是点餐制，就餐环境非常美丽，置身丛林中。如果酒店可以提前发邮件给顾客，有很多活动，需要提前预约。酒店虽然离乌布中心有些远，但有接驳巴士，山谷中的环境非常好。总之酒店安排了非常多的免费活动，这一点非常好，服务也很周到，泳池是个大亮点。

提前发邮件，告知有哪些活动，住客可以选择提前预约，这样就不会错过。

凄く綺麗で清潔感もあり、スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 特に夜のガゼボディナーは素晴らしかった。 料理も、雰囲気も最高のロケーションです。 必ず思い出に残ると思います。 ウブド周辺の高級ホテルと比べるとコスパが良いホテルだと思います。 設備、接客、清潔感、料理、ロケーション全てに満足です。 唯一残念だったのは、８月のウブドは割と涼しく、プールは寒かったのであまり入れませんでした。 これは仕方ないです。 朝の散歩や、織物体験は近くの工房で素晴らしい体験が出来ます。 ほんと皆さん笑顔で親切で凄くおすすめです。

The amazing hospitality, the super courteous staff, the way they made our 1st international trip of our 18 month son special by a surprise celebration, the amazing access to the common pool, great spa, good food customised as per our requirements and the amazing view this property has from all corners be the breakfast area, the way to go to the spa, our villa , everything. Thank you Hoshinoya for making it so special, we loved you !!

Truly beautiful hotel, excellent privat villas, surrounded by the most amazing jungle and rice fields. Really peaceful but at the same time close to Ubud. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ubud several times per day and in the evening. Excellent food/restaurant and very kind staff.

Total relaxing in the middle of jungle! And every single staffs were very lovely. Spontaneously I extended 1more night. I would love to visit again:)

ウブド中心からは30分程度離れていますが、その分静かでゆっくりした時間が過ごせます。部屋数も30程度なのでプライベート空間を楽しめますしスタッフの方々が皆さんとてもホスピタリティに満ちていて好感が持てました。食事代は高めなので夕食は街で食べるのも良いでしょう。

Beautiful and serene. Staffs are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Air is fresh and mosquitos were kept away from villas. We had an excellant time staying there.

Yet another oasis from Hoshinoya. This establishment is infused with so much heart and soul.

The surroundings I guess. But Hoshinoya Bali is such a gem that we will come back just to experience it again.

Absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - there was a Balinese holiday on our visit and they invited us to an annual ceremony they hosted with all the staff in the hotel temple. One of the best moments of our trip. Super special, a 25 min drive from the center of Ubud so the view and rice fields nearby are amazing. The outside area of the hotel is designed in such a way unique way. The room itself is beautiful. Great restaurant and activities for hotel guests to get to know the local culture. Really not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay!

I loved everything

This is a PERFECT resort. It has beautiful facilities (villas, swimming, gazebos, restaurant), delicious food (Indonesian, Japanese, and Western), and perfect service. It is in a beautiful location just outside Ubud. It is a quiet, relaxing, and elegant resort.

Everything about the hotel was beyond amazing. The suspended nests in the jungle were our favorite as well as the private access to the pool from our room.

Room wise the only thing I would want to comment on is adding blackout curtains. For some traveling it’s usually to disconnect and sleeping in is a big part of that. Food wise the coffee could be better.

If you are looking for excellent service, sophistication and quietness.. that is the place. we love your stay in the hotel. Thank you!

全体的にとても素晴らしかった。 スタッフもしっかりしてるし、対応もよかった。 清掃もゆき届いているし、ご飯も美味しかった。 ただ、空中ガゼボはとても素敵でよかったが、谷底の方から下水っぽい臭い匂いが立ち上がってきており、風向きによってとても不快だった。ここで食事できるが、食事中も匂いが気になった。残念だった。写真を撮るにはいいけど。 あとは、なかなか荷物を取りに来てくれなかったり、たまに飲み物の提供がすごく遅れるというか忘れられてたと思うのごあり、これはやや残念だった。

Architecture and ambience is superb. Very friendly staff.

We had afternoon tea pre-booked but service was a bit slow. It’s almost an hour before we have the food served though they kept updating us on it and we had tea refilled. It was enjoyable just a bit slow.

Dark rooms, cannot swim in the dark, poor list of activities for kids, yoga, spa

Outstanding place. Perfection in a beautiful environment. As an improvement as the resort is a bit far from Ubid would be to make the dining experience more diverse, like babi guling, or other festive dishes to discover bali and Indonesian delicacies. Also, having yoga lessons would be great instead of just the nice breathing exercises.

La struttura ha moltissimi difetti per un 5 stelle, nonostante sia molto bella e con un personale ottimo e disponibile. Entra luce al mattino presto dalle tende veneziane nella stanza superiore, di contro scarsissima illuminazione la sera (non si vede quasi nulla e non c’è neppure una luce per leggere un libro), sempre dal mattino presto l’housekeeping inizia a suonare i campanelli all’esterno delle ville per rifare le stanze (svegliando tutti), quasi impossibile trovare posto nella SPA in alta stagione (e questo pesa molto perché per trovarne un’altra occorre fare 40 minuti di macchina per andare a Ubud), non c’è palestra, scarsa privacy in quanto nella piscina possono accedere tutti davanti alle ville, colazione solo a’ la carte. Invece di essere rilassante come dovrebbe essere a Ubud, finisce per essere un posto dove non ci si rilassa ne’ si riesce a dormire. Abbiamo segnalato che non siamo riusciti a dormire per la luce e lo scampanellio continuo e in risposta ci hanno offerto due colazioni: ridicolo considerato il disagio e che il nostro soggiorno è stato di sei giorni, spendendo diverse migliaia di euro. Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto meraviglioso e pieno di pace.

Beautiful resort with high class food and service. Perfect to relax and calm down. Pool is really the best I ever saw and the landscape view into the djungle is fantastic.
