De locatie, het was vlak bij het centrum maar niet te druk. Ook was er een uitstekend bed aanwezig! De optie voor de betalende privé parkeerplaats was top en is zeker een aanrader.

The room was gorgeous!

Loved everything.

Beds were v comfortable. Room number VII with a cadburys flake bath and a v private outdoor courtyard space, was v quiet at night. Staff were very present when needed and v keen to help. Location perfect - close to iconic Tram 28 route.

The place was charming and right across from the Parliament Bldg. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. And we had access to coffee right down the hall. One of our favorite restaurants on our trip was right up the street Restaurant Sao Bento.

We couldn’t find any interesting things to see around that neighborhood except the Parliament House. We did a lot of walking but didn’t think the neighborhood was particularly pretty, nor was there much shopping. But since it was our last night in Portugal, the hotel was fine.

Very small room. Once we opened our suitcases there was no floor.

Wij hadden een kamer wat super mooi was maar zag dat een andere kamer een soort patio had wat ik liever had gehad . Ik wist ook niet meer dat er geen ontbijt bij zat en dat was zo zonder een patio niet prettig. Wij moesten steeds op pad om te gaan ontbijten . Maar verder zou ik er zo weer heengaan en was er ook wat restaurants en coffee shops genoeg in de buurt.

This place was excellent. The space was amazing. From the minute we arrived to when we sadly had to leave we loved this accommodation. The staff were lovely and so helpful, giving us a full explanation of our apartment. A huge bonus was that the room is serviced each morning and supplies fresh towels daily. Location is good. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but still close enough. Good array of handy restaurants.

We did struggle to get the air conditioning working properly.

Air con was good but dripped a little in the lounge. Shower could have done with a non slip mat. Water temperature needs turning down as runs too hot. Otherwise all very good

It was absolutely stunning! Beleive all the amazing views. Our greeting and pre communications were wonderful. The location is perfect, we like quiet so a 15 min walk to the centre of Lisbon was perfect! We celebrated our engagement this weekend and the room and accommodation was amazing! Quiet, friendly and a beautiful room! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The rooms were full of beautiful old character with all the modern amenities! The location was perfect & the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders die Küche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung hat uns gefallen. Wir haben den Shuttle Service vom Flughafen genutzt. Hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ist besonders zu empfehlen, wenn man erst spät am Abend ankommt. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und hat zu jederzeit bei Problemen geholfen.

Klimagerät hat getropft, was aber sofort vom sehr freundlichen Personal versucht wurde zu beheben.

L’appartement est spacieux avec un très beau séjour et bien équipé . L’accueil était parfait. L’emplacement permet un accès facile à tous les commerces et au centre ville en moins de trente minutes. Nous étions sans voiture.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, walking distance from lots of amazing restaurants and vintage shops. The room was huge and spotless, and we also had access to a courtyard just outside our room which was great for coffee in the morning!

Great location, beautiful apartment and Laura the receptionist gives great information and is very welcoming. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed.

Unfortunately you were not given coffee pods every day so 4 had to last three days for two people. This is the only thing I think could be improved on.

We loved the private patio outside our room. The staff was so helpful, and also booked us an early morning taxi. Public transportation options were good from the location, which was across the road from the Parliament building. Having the coffee maker out in the hall was a little different!

Lovely big bed and good quality linen

Some noisy guests at 2am in the corridor. Prefer tea and coffee making facilities in room, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there or recommending it.

We stayed in the one bed apartment Number 1 (one with the red kitchen). The ambiance, as one can see from the photos. Clean, stylish. Spacious. Nice view of the parliament. Daily cleaning. Nice towels. Two aircon units though we didn’t have to use in April. Good shower.

Noise from the upstairs flat. One can hear the footsteps prominently and some conversation. The road in front is surprisingly busy during the day.

Extremely spacey and nice apartment. Room for up to 7 people, and the location is very nice, right outside of the parlament building.

It would be appreciated with the possibility of having separate blankets on the beds.

Friendly staff. Clean. Beautiful decor - boutique hotel with a small number of rooms.

Noise levels. Rooms at the front can hear alll conversations at the reception desk. Also the shared fridge, I did not like.

Vaikka lähellä oli iso katu, liikenne rauhoittui yöksi. Vuoteet olivat hyvät nukkua. Vessa ja suihku olivat kylpyhuoneessa erikseen. Pieni keittiönurkka jääkaappeineen oli käytävällä, mutta lähellä hyvin saatavilla. Andreia oli erittäin ystävällinen ja ohjasi meidät läheiseen parkkitaloon.

Casas de São Bento is a beautiful small hotel in a quiet part of Lisbon. We loved our room. It was small but soundproof, dark at night, had no street noise, had good water pressure in the shower and a very comfortable mattress. The location was out of the main tourist area, but still only a 15-minute walk to the Praça do Camoes, the central plaza for tour meetups and great food options. The bus stop right around the corner got us to most of where we wanted to go beyond walking distance (like the Belém area), and it's right on the popular Tram 28E line. We took the metro from the airport, and that was also pretty easy (a 30 min ride with one train switch, then a 10 min all-downhill walk). We took a Bolt back to the airport for about 11 Euros. There was also a delicious little cafe right around the corner that the receptionist recommended, São, where we ended up eating breakfast or lunch daily. The decor was very tasteful, and we liked the historic aspects of the building. There was also a self-serve coffee and tea mini kitchen in the lobby for guests. Overall, an excellent stay at a fair price in Lisbon!

The location was amazing, opposite the parliament house. We were able to walk to the main palazzo and most places. Great restaurants nearby.

It could have been cleaner. We were there for a while, and the sheets weren't changed, floors nit cleaned, benches not wiped. It was annoying not having coffee making facilities in the room.a

Embora já sabia quando reservei, mas sentimos falta do pequeno almoço na acomodação, pois ter de sair com chuva só para isso e voltar desanima, já que nosso compromisso era só na parte da tarde.

The room and view were absolutely fantastic. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful.

It was a bit tough to find, and the other folks staying in the apartment part were really loud. But that certainly wasn't the fault of the facility. Hands down I would highly recommend the place and hope to go back!

Good position and opposite Parliament building, so seems like a safe area. Indian ( Gurkha ) restaurant nearby. Room 7 has a bath, which is a big plus after a long day touring. About 15 mins walk to the TimeOut restaurant centre.

Room 7 shower is antiquated and should be disposed of. No thermostat control, hard to get a comfortable temperature, stiff controls. With the hot tap open, the cold tap has to turn only a few mm, good luck with that. Wash basin also has two tap system with no temperature control. Difficult to contact property owner and arrange for baggage drop before the official checkin time of 3pm. Phone number provided did not answer. Fortunately the cleaners arrived at 11am, and we could leave our luggage before enjoying the town.

The three bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and we loved the location!

The apartment hallway lights are turned on automatically via motion sensor and there is no way to turn them off. You can hear upstairs neighbors, however with a period building this is be expected. Nothing earplugs couldn’t address when trying to sleep.

Location, room is absolutely beautiful, super clean and my favourite hotel in Lisbon.

No on site parking. Can park on street for free on the weekends only.

The location was good for our overnight before flying home. Very hospitable hostess.

Short stay but everything was perfect, nicely designed, excellent location and very quiet.

It offered parking (at extra cost) whilst being located in a central area. The location is very quiet. It’s about 25 minutes by taxi from Benfica’s soccer stadium.

We stayed in December and the apartment heating was not working - so it was very cold in the apartment when we arrived. We had to buy a portable heater to make it liveable, as the property did not have any to offer us. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the heater. The area around the property mid week has very few bars and restaurants that are open in late afternoon and evening. The area around the property is quite hilly, and there is steep flight of stairs into the property, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely area. Spacious room! Outdoor space is nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Receptionist is very nice. Good towels. Comfy bed. Easy parking.

The room was spotless - and it reeked overwhelmingly of strong cleaning fluids. I suggest using gentler unscented products. One other small thing is that we could hear the receptionist talking very loudly on FaceTime/speaker phone on what sounded like a personal call - we could hear the whole thing from inside our room which was way down the hall. It was afternoon so not late, but if someone was trying to nap, good luck.

This place is an excellent location. Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, staff was great, really cozy and right in the middle of a great neighborhood, which we loved! Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again. Restaurants, parks, shopping, and attractions all within walking distance.

This property was extremely welcoming. Equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean . The location was perfect and it felt like home from home . Great value for money . We absolutely loved our stay here and would book it again.

Location was great, opposite the parliament building, apartment very spacious, clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Staff helpful.

Really liked everything about this accommodation! The room was large and spacious, much bigger than other accommodations we have stayed in while travelling Europe. It was modern but still had the Portugal feel, and felt fresh. The bathroom was huge and shower was powerful. The view from our window was very nice and the locality was quiet but a lovely walk to cafes and restaurants. Coffee, tea, milk and a fridge was available also. A very enjoyable stay...would recommend highly.
