숙소가 매우 정갈하고 손님맞춤형이라 매우 만족했어요. 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있어 산책하기 좋구요. 도보 5분 거리에 쇼핑센터와 식당이 있어 퍈리합니다.

Open plan bedroom and bathroom no breakfast no comfortable chairs no work space desk bedside table too small glazed French doors could not see out unless open. Microwave too far from room need met the owner

We loved the Orchid room...comfy bed, claw foot tub with lovely toiletries. They provided fruit, yogurt and granola and rusks so you can have brekkie in the room. The chill area in the front garden is also lovely for relaxing with an honesty bar.

This superb guesthouse exceeded our expectations by far. The room was spacious with a separate lounge and bedroom. The little extras provided such as wine in the fridge, Nespresso machine with more than enough capsules, fruit and cereals definitely exceed what one would expect. Staff is friendly and efficient, security is very good the location right in the middle of Parkview is excellent. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Johannesburg.

The room had almost everything that one might need and it was cosy and beautiful 😍😍

The apartment was large and there was enough room to not feel hemmed into the space. There was some cute treats on the fridge as well.

Well located and helpful friendly staff. Facilities were good and having a fridge to store food was useful. Lovely fruit provided for breakfast and plain yogurt Excellent.

O lugar é lindo, o quarto maravilhoso e o atendimento excelente. Não tem recepção 24 horas, a entrada é feita com senha no portão. Reservamos com café da manhã incluído, mas o café da manhã é apenas iogurte e frutas na geladeira do quarto. Café, chá, mel e granola no armário do quarto. Na verdade, não tinha café da manhã, o que nos surpreendeu. O bairro é distante e totalmente residencial. Não é um bairro que se pode caminhar à noite. É escuro e não tem pessoas circulando. É necessário usar o Uber ou Bolt. O Bolt é excelente para circular para todos os lugares da cidade e os valores são a metade do preço do Uber, além de ser seguro e o aplicativo funcionar perfeitamente. Chegando e saindo com o Bolt não tivemos nenhum problema em estar nessa localização. Recomendamos com a ciência de que não tem realmente café da manhã e que para se locomover é necessário utilizar Bolt ou Uber.

This was our 5th stay at Maison, and we truly feel at home. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat us like family (thank you, Buyi). There were several renovations to our room that made our stay even more comfortable, and this didn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Karen, for another great stay and for being so welcoming. The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Since it can become quite cold at night, there were 2 portable heaters to warm up the rooms if needed (the AC was broken). The complimentary breakfast supplies and wine bottle were really appreciated. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the instructions to get to the apartment were perfectly clear.

The gas tank from the portable heater was empty, but the staff changed it right away so we were able to use it in the end. It would be nice to have access to alternative milk (oat, almond) in addition to cow milk.

This was an awesome suite for a winter stay, with everything a person could possibly need - the heated bed was a welcome surprise and so many special details that made it such a pleasure to stay over. Will be back!

My goodness what a beautiful place I really don't know where to start whether talk about the comfort or cleanliness or peace of that place really I enjoyed myself and everytime I came back from my sermons wow the place will be cleaned again and the break fast goodies and fruit and wine my goodness thank you Karen and your lovely staff and thank you again and will be back soon and God bless your business more and more ❤️🌹❤️

Stayed here for National Schools Hockey tournament. Very good location to all the major schools. The room caters to every small detail and even more that might be needed. Very warm and homely stay

Maison Jacaranda was extremely well appointed, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk, fruit and rusks, and there was a gas heater and electric blanket and more than sufficient towels. The check-in/out process was very simple and we could do it ourselves with the lock box. The security was good and the parking was sufficient. The staff who I did meet were really excellent, and those who I spoke with via text were helpful and replied promptly. The location was fantastic for Parkview, just around the corner from excellent shops, and very close to hopping onto Jan Smuts to get to wider Joburg. Overall I very highly rate this property and would definitely stay here again.

There are a few minor issues of soft furnishings they could tweak. Only half the electric blanket worked, and the standing lamp next to the bed needed replacing. Another lamp in the main area would have been nice too. I would also recommend a black out blind over the bed itself for better sleep. These were minor inconveniences though and I look forward to staying there again the next time I visit Joburg.

It was very convenient. Comfortable with extras like fruit, water, cereals and yoghurts. Comfortable bed.

Drive way a bit tricky. Unfortunately many things in the room had issues - tv, electric blanket, lamp had bad wiring. but the host tried to sort out. The owner doesn’t live on property, which we weren’t aware of so needs more attention. No mini bar as stated in info book. We weren’t shown any facilities on arrival.

Breakfast - muesli, yoghurt, fruit and rusks provided in the room - very nice. Thank you! Lovely coffee machine and complimentary bottle of wine. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and I made two enquiries during my stay and had a very speedy and satisfactory response. I would definitely stay at Maison Jacaranda on my next work trip.

It was in a nice,quiet and secure neighbourhood.most places where within reach

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and stocked with complementary fruit, lekker home made rusks and anything needed. We were given as much boxed water we asked for. After checkout we were offered to relax in a clean, comfortable patio poolside as our flight was an evening one. The guys just get this hospitality thing, 10/10 experience.

I suspect that the geyser is solar powered so there as a bit of alternating from hot to cold

I liked the garden.

No aircon. Very uncomfortable beds. The rooms are dusty and need a good clean. One morning when I opened my door the property dog came charging at me.

The space was great. It was secure. The instructions were clear and the place was easy to find.

I didn't like the dogs barking. The bedroom curtain let plenty of light in. The place needs some maintenance - 2 lights were out, the kitchen tap is loose, the shower cubicle needs fixing and the door sides not shut easy. On Google the place is advertised as a hotel - not sure why, it's not a hotel. The stairs up to the apartment above the garage were unexpected and a bit tricky with my luggage.

The location was great as a family, with a toddler. The park is nearby and it's a lovely park that has lots of space and built equipment that is in good condition. The apartment was lovely, lots of light and equipped with the basics. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. It truly is such a gem in a beautiful tree-lined neighbourhood. It's a perfect resting place.

The one-plate cooking stove was a bit fiddly to figure out in the beginning, but realised after reading the instruction materials that the hob required specific types of pots. Perhaps the correct pots could be stocked.

The bed was to small and the bathroom compared to the room to big. Wonderful location and beautiful room but the bed was to small for two people.

The daily provision of fruits and cold breakfast was really nice. Even the bathroom had a heater which made it pleasant to bath in the cold mornings. The room also had many other essential items that one could need - even a face cloth was provided. The location is excellent as well.

the dog was not very nice to me. always barked at me. made it uncomfortable when I had to leave the room...also didn't like the long walk to the microwave.

Helpful & friendly staff. Quiet, peaceful, safe location. Lovely garden, veranda & pool. I appreciated the fresh fruit daily, milk and cereals. I miss Spensa🐕! Walking distance from delicious café and restaurants, supermarket & spa. You can go running and for walks on your own to Westcliff Steps.

I liked staying at Maison Jacaranda and would definitely come back though carpets and shower need some attention.
