NH Collection Ibiza

All round great Hotel

The single beds were a bit small, but this was a rare option for room.

The property was clean, comfortable and funky. good position in between beach and old town. perfect. great breakfast

Nice hotel, well located, stylish.

Amazing property and the best staff

Nothing it’s amazing probably the best in Ibiza

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The service really stood out and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Nothing in particular – we really enjoyed our stay.

The penthouse was nice! The staff was also amazing!

Absolutely loved my stay at NH Collection Ibiza. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, the location is great, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant — overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, welcoming & helpful staff. Great location & lovely breakfast.

Location

A/C not working good Noises all night from water plumping

Location

AC never worked. One of the nights I slept on the sofa next day I moved hotels.

Precisa melhorar a academia.

Adorei a estadia, quarto excelente, bem confortável e limpo.

Staff were very friendly.

Hervorragendes Personal, super Lage, super sauber!

Nichts eigentlich

We’ve been visiting Ibiza for over 15 years, and I can honestly say the service we experienced at NH Collection Ibiza was some of the best we’ve ever had on the island. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and there was such a noticeable level of care, friendliness and attention throughout our stay. A very special mention has to go to Juan and Alex, who were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond and are a real credit to the hotel. It’s the people who make a stay memorable, and they genuinely helped make ours special. The hotel itself is beautiful, but for us, it was the exceptional service that really stood out. After 15 years of visiting Ibiza and staying in many different places across the island, this was genuinely some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for such a brilliant stay!

Wow amazing hotel! Great location, easy parking, beautiful facilities and breakfast till 1pm!

Superior room was small but incredible bed and cosy!

Great location, excellent staff, good breakfast

Gym was very small, could do with some music or events and make more a vibe in the bar area

Great location, good walking distance to town Ibiza, impressive personnel so friendly & helpful, if you are looking for an individual style then you find it here

Chilling @ pool not ideal, great quality but small and tight, for that best go to a beach club. Rooms on 3rd floor quite small but does include all you need

Perfect

Absolutely everything from the service to the rooms to food everything is excellent. The team truly go above and beyond in every aspect of your stay, keeping in touch via WhatsApp is prompt and so helpful when you need something quickly, the rooms are stunning and unique and I would honestly say some of the best pizza and Japanese fusion is here right on site. I have been fortunate enough to enjoy a superior all the up to a suite and you are treated like royalty without exception. In an industry where service is now a luxury and not the norm NH collection have absolutely nailed it.

Excellent hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and fully met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ibiza. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated for exploring Ibiza and getting around easily. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and always happy to help. Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. A great choice for Ibiza and definitely a hotel we would happily return to!

Exceptionally located, less than 5 min walk to everything you might need. Beautiful decor, very clean. The service is seamless and discreet. Loved my stay there

Location was very good Staff were very helpful Juan was fantastic at guiding us throughout our stay and providing suggestions of things to do/where to go. He was very attentive and checked on us everyday making sure we were happy. A lovely person!

For 5 star hotel, should be more breakfast options on the menu Lights were super confusing in the room The lift is very slow and needs updated

The staff were genuinely brilliant — friendly, helpful, and always on hand without being overbearing. They made the whole stay feel effortless.

Service was excellent, staff is super friendly and extremely attentive. There wasnt a huge spread for breakfast but they did the basics well.

Location was great but some noise from the street can wake you up in the morning. Decor is a bit dated (however, clean and well maintained)

Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Quartos muito bom. Serviço 5 estrelas!

Piscina pequena.

The staff were impeccable and brilliant service

Exceptional service and kind staff. Thank you to Juan and his team for making our stay so memorable.

The reception and service were outstanding throughout my entire stay. The staff were consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and attentive, always making me feel valued and well taken care of. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception team greeted me with genuine warmth and a positive attitude. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, the staff were more than happy to help and handled everything quickly and courteously. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to my overall experience. The service was consistently excellent from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and welcomed the staff made me feel. It is clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and high-quality service. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant and memorable experience, and the exceptional hospitality from the entire team was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

The hotel feels new and modern and is in excellent condition. The super friendly staff is highly attentive and diligent, striving hard at all times to make sure you are being taken care of. They will provide rides when driving staff is avalanche. Ricardo is tops!

It’s a little bit of a walk to downtown and there aren’t any Lime bikes on Ibiza. Nearby beach is so -so

Excellent breakfast choice. Warm pool. Fantastic day beds. Very clean rooms, bed and pillow so comfortable. Easy 10 min walk to restaurants.

The staff are super amazing

**Absolutely amazing stay at NH Collection Ibiza! 🌴✨** The staff was incredible, especially Alex and the guys at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we couldn’t find any Ubers, they even gave us a ride into town and to the airport. Talk about exceeding expectations! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. You can genuinely tell they love helping their guests and making sure they have the best experience possible. I would **highly recommend NH Collection Ibiza** to anyone visiting the island. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! ❤️

The reception and concierge teams were amazing, extremely responsive, helpful and genuinely friendly. I arrived around 9 AM, well before check-in time, and they kindly offered me breakfast while I waited for my room. It was a lovely gesture and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed everything about my stay.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

Location

Pool size

Best location to move around Ibiza, spacious rooms with very nice terraces, efficient service

The AC in the room worked somehow intermittently, sure it will be fixed

Gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception

Excellent room and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at NH Collection Ibiza. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. At check-in, Mercedes made me feel like a VIP. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her warmth and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. My stay was too short to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, but the pool and bar both looked fantastic. The lady who assisted me at check-out was equally helpful. Unfortunately, she wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I’m unable to personally acknowledge her exceptional service. Juan was also there for both my arrival and departure, reinforcing the excellent service provided by the whole team. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend NH Collection Ibiza.

It’s not often that I struggle to find something negative to say about a hotel stay, as there’s usually at least one area that could be improved. However, aside from the elevator being a little slow, there really wasn’t anything I disliked.

Einzigartiges Hotel an bester Lage in Ibiza. Sehr komfortables Zimmer und ausserordentlich nettes Personal!

Everything was perfect and the staff is amazing! Specially the guest manager Juan ☺️

Upgrade was sensational… incredible staff - thankyou mucho :)

The stay was incredible in this beautiful hotel. Special mention to Juan of the concierge team for organizing tailor made a experience and taking care of forgotten items sent after the stay. I recommend 1000%.

Lovely staff, who were happy to help. Gave late check in and ride back to the airport when they didn’t have to. Our Suite room had an amazing bathroom that reminded me of a Turkish Hammam.

Our stay at NH collection beyond exceeded my expectations. The view from the room, the staff, and the location was perfect for my stay. Gorgeous hotel, and even better room.

Merci à Ricardo , Bianca , Ruben and Juan!
